ACL(: Access List)은 네트워크의 접근 허용 여부를 정해놓은 목록으로 주로 네트워크의 보안을 위해 사용한다. 라우터 인터페이스에 적용함으로써 특정 패킷을 필터링하고 출발지 주소, 목적지 주소, TCP/UDP 포트 등을 기반으로 허가되지 않은 특정 IP 혹은 포트를 지정하여 차단하거나 허용한다. 본 논문에서는 표준 ACL과 확장 ACL이 적용된 라우터 기반의 네트워크를 설계하기 위해 토폴로지를 설계한 후 패킷 트레이서를 이용하여 공통 가상 망을 구현한 다음 시뮬레이션을 통해서 결과를 검증할 수 있는 네트워크의 효율적인 구현사례를 제시하였다.

Optimal treatment of the torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) remains controversial. The complexity of surgically reproducing the natural biomechanical and anatomical function of the ACL has led to a diversity of reconstructive procedures. Controversy continues to exist regarding the best reconstructive procedure for the ACL deficient knee, but currently, there is no ideal method. Because of the increased frequency of ACL injury and the functional impairment resulting from that, the role of mechanoreceptors in the ACL recently has attracted considerable attention. Proper reconstruction of the ruptured ACL does not always have good results. Success after operation may depend not only on the mechanical stability but also on the quality of recovery of proprioception. It is well known that most ACL are ruptured in proximal half and most mechanoreceptors have been reported to be located in the subsynovial layer and near the tibial insertion of the ACL. Expected roles of tibial remnant is to enhance the revascularization and cellular proliferation of the graft, to preserve proprioceptive function, and to be able to acquire anatomical placement of the graft without roof impingement. The remnant of the ruptured ACL has been removed to clearly visualize the ACL footprint or decrease the risk of impingement and Cyclops lesion in most current techniques for ACL reconstruction. Therefore it seems reasonable to assume that preserving the tibial remnant as much as possible as a source of reinnervation, if technically possible without causing impingement, would be of potential benefit to the patient. In addition, it will facilitate the vascular ingrowth and ligamentization of the grafted ACL.

인터넷 사용자의 증가로 인한 서버의 과부하 및 네트워크 응답시간 지연의 대안으로 캐시서버의 사용이 보편화되고 있다. 그러 나, 최근 유해사이트의 급격한 중가로 캐시 서버의 부가 기능인 ACL(Access Control List)또한 중요한 기능의 하나가 되면서 대량의 유해사이트 차단 목록이 캐시 서버의 병목현상을 가중시키고 있다 본 논문에서는 캐시 서버의 대명사격인 Squid의 ACL방식과 대량의 black list를 적용했을 때의 ACL의 regular expression방식의 문제점을 살펴보고, 대량의 black list에 적합한 hash기반 ACL 처리 방식을 제안한다. hash를 이용한 ACL방식은 빠른 검색을 제공하여 캐시 서버의 응답시간에 큰 영향을 주지않기 때문에 캐시서버가 정상적인 서비스를 할 수 있도록 해준다.

The paper proposed a basic architecture of an agent system to support exchange and sharing of design informations by means of ACL(Agent Communication Language) which can represent design informations and knowledges. Based on the architecture of the agent system a ship initial design agent system was implemented in order to show the effectiveness of the agent-based system. The basic architecture of the agent consists of an ACL handlerand CORBA(Common Object Request Broker Architecture) objects for the exchange of ACL messages in the heterogeneous and distributed environment. The ACL handler can process expressions of knowledge and manage communication messages among the agents. The paper mainly focuses on the implementation of the ACL handler. The ACL handler consist of a KQML(Knowledge Query and Manipulation Language) handler that manages KQML messages, a conversation module, and a content handler that handles message contents. The conversation modulo implements conversation policies and checks all messages if they are allowable and meaningful messages based on the conversation policies. The implemented agent-based system was applied to the ship initial design to show the handling procedure of the agent system.

자동차 번호판 인식 시스템에서 가장 중요한 요소가 자동차 이미지 영역에서 번호판 영역을 정확히 검출해 내는 것이다. 자동차 이미지에서 번호판 영역을 추출하기 위한 방법으로 색상과 밝기 정보와 자동차 번호판의 가로 세로 비율 등 번호판을 인식할 수 있는 정보를 혼용한 ACL 알고리즘을 제안한다. ACL 알고리즘을 사용함으로써 기존의 색상 정보나 명암 정보만을 이용할 경우 자동차 번호판 영역 추출이 잘되지 않는 문제를 해소시켜 준다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 ACL 알고리즘은 자동차 이미지에서 번호판 영역을 추출할 경우 색상 정보와 명암정보, 기타 자동차 번호판을 판단할 수 있는 정보를 모두 이용한다. ACL 알고리즘을 이용하여 번호판 추출 실험을 한 결과 97%의 추출률을 보였다. ACL 알고리즘을 이용하여 추출된 번호판을 이용하여 문자 영역, 문자 인식을 한 결과 92%의 결과를 보였다.

Aclarubicin(ACL)-entrapped freeze dried liposomes were prepared using Microfludizer to attain a sustained release at targeted organs in a prolonged time so that it can reduce th e side effect and maximize the therapeutic effect. The freeze-dried liposomes were evaluated for pharmacokinetics, antitumor activity against Sarcoma 180, cytotoxicity against L1210 and A549 tumor cells, spleen toxicity and myelosuppressive action. The AUC0->8hr values were 122+/-42, 382+/-140, 419+/-171, 835+/-206 and 443+/-309mcg min/ml for free ACL. ACL-liposome formulation I, II, III and IV, respectively. Cytotoidcity of ACL-entrapped liposomes against L1210 and A549 tumor cells was 2-4 times higher than that of free aclarubicin. ACL-liposome formulation I(PC/CHOL/TA) showed the most potent antitumor activity against Sarcoma 180 in mice. The loss of body weight was much smaller with ACL-entrapped liposomes than free ACL after I.p. injection at a dose of 2 mg/kg/day. Compared to free ACL, ACL-entrapped liposomes expressed a lower and delayed spleen toxicity up to 5th day after I.v. administration. Myelosupperssion seemed to be lower with ACL-entrapped liposome of PC/PC-hydrate/CHOL/TA (formulation III) than free aclarubicin.

본 논문에서는 하둡의 인메모리 기반 ACL(access control list)을 RDBMS 기반으로 관리하도록 기존 하둡을 재설계하였다. 기존 하둡은 ACL을 인메모리에서 관리하기 때문에 대용량 ACL 정보를 관리함에 있어 메모리 오버헤드, ACL 정보 관리의 비효율성 등 몇 가지 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 ACL 관리에 RDBMS를 사용함으로써 메모리 크기에 종속되지 않으며, 외부 응용 프로그램에서도 쉽고 일관성있게 ACL 정보를 관리할 수 있다. 이 같은 결과에 따라, 본 논문은 빅데이터를 하둡에서 안정하게 관리할 수 있는 우수한 연구 설계 결과라 생각된다.

MRI(magnetic resonance imaging) is very useful to visualize the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury of the knee. Differential features of ACL injury at MRI according to acute and chronic stage should be evaluated to enable accurate assessment of the integrity or ACL. Distinguishing features of normal anatomy. acute and chronic injuries or ACL at MRI will be reviewed.

Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) plays an important biomechanical role for the stability of knee joint. ACL injury often leads to injuries of articular cartilage, menisci, or other supporting structures, and subsequent development of degenerative arthritis. Controversies still exist in the best treatment modalities of ACL injuries. hut the author considers it most important to make the appropriate patient selection for operative reconstruction or nonoperative treatment. and describes the treatment principles of ACL injury, including diagnosis, patient selection and the treatment modalities for successful treatment of ACL injury.
