고정소수연산 DSP 기반 AC 서보모터 제어기의 소수연산 개선에 관한 연구 (A study on the improvement of floating point operation for AC servo motor controller based on fixed point DSP)

  • This paper represents the improvement of floating point operation for AC servo motor controller based on fixed point operation DSP. TMS320F2812 has fixed point operation processing structure. The controller parameters are modified to the digitized data by scaling the original parameters. TMS320F 2812 is a 32-bit processor, and it could have enough accuracy to get the digitized data this procedure is implemented and the experiments controling a AC servo system.

  • This paper discusses study of sensorless control of a variable speed switched reluctance motor (SRM) for electric AC compressors on electrical vehicles. A typical SRM drive requires a position sensor such as an encoder or hall sensor to measure the angular rotor position. However, harsh environment in electrical AC compressors for electric vehicles makes it difficult to use the position sensor in their motor drive system. Therefore, a sensorless control scheme for electric compressor motors utilizing magnetic characteristics of SRM with respect to position angle and phase current is proposed. The overall variable speed SRM drive with position sensorless control scheme has been modeled using Matlab/Simulink software and closed loop current control simulation is presented to validate the proposed sensorless drive control.

  • In recent days, as the efficiency of electronic home applications become higher, that of the driving AC motor become higher. On this reason, the demand fir high capacity coil firming machine is increasing. Since the coil forming is not simply related with the only capacity of hydraulic cylinder, the development of a newer coil firming machine which has new filming mechanism new driving method, new filming tool, and new specification is required. In this paper, the virtual prototype which have new mechanism is developed. This prototype is tested and experimented on PC with the same condition as actual. The results from the virtual experiment is applied to the actual design process.

  • This paper presents the realization of the vector control for AC servo motor using a high performance DSP, TMX320F2812. This DSP has some special peripheral circuits to drive a AC Servo motor as AD converter, QEP and so on. It makes us reduce the time of developing a control system and also can be simple size controller. The vector control algorithm for instantaneous torque control and SVPWM algorithm by offset voltage methods is adopted and we got the satisfactory results.

저가형 스위치드 릴럭턴스 모터 드라이브 시스템 개발 (Design and Development of Low-Cost Switched Reluctance Motor Drive System)

  • A Low cost and variable speed brushless motor drive system with single switch per phase is presented. The motor drive is realized with a novel two-phase flux-reversal-free switched reluctance motor and a split AC two switch converter. The strategy of the controller and the converter for its realization are described. Comparisons between a split AC converter, asymmetric converter, split DC converter, single controllable switch converter, and N+1 converter are performed for its device rating, cost, switching losses and conduction losses, and converter efficiency. The split AC converter is analyzed and simulated to verify the characteristics of the converter circuitry and control feasibility and the simulation results are presented. The efficiency with various loads is numerically estimated and experimentally compared from viewpoint of subsystem and system in details. The focus of this paper is to compare the presented motor drive system to the asymmetric converter system throughout experiments and demonstrate single switch per phase converter having comparable efficiency as the asymmetric converter system.

  • The harmonic reduction method of ac motor drive, ACL and DCL were commonly used, but the current distortion ratio was only 35%, thus the several different types of filters as BBHF(broad band harmonic filter), HHF(hybrid harmonic filter), NHHF(new hybrid harmonic filter) have been developed to satisfy the IEEE Std. 519 harmonic limitation. However, these filters had been limited marketability due to cost and size problems. This study suggests the methods to reduce cost and size of the harmonic filter including topologies, besides we discussed simulation results of the power system with regard to the implementation and performance of the filters.

  • The DC(Direct-Current) servo motor has widely used for many application areas, FA(Factory Automation), OA(Office Automation) and home applications. But DC servo motor needs periodical inspection because it has brush and commutator. Recently, AC servo motor has expanded it's application areas due to for the development of the power semi-conductor and control technology. But it has large torque ripple for it's small number of commutation. And it also has cogging torque due to permanent magenet rotor. Therefore it can't run balence rotarion. Many torque ripple reduction methods are published. In this paper, phase advanced method adopted for torque ripple reduction of AC servo motor. In this research, AC servo motor torque characteristic variation surveied under the phase advance control through the computer simulation. Under the simulation, the load inertia varied from 0.0001[Kg.m$^{2}$] to 0.0314[Kg.m$^{2}$]. The result os nonlinear simulation, torque and speed ripple of AC servo motor under the phase advance control reduced approximately 50[%] and 10[%]. And maximum torque of AC servo motor under phase advance control condition increased about 5[%] as compare with fixed switching time.

PMSM 교류 서보모터의 적응형 전류 제어기 설계 (Design of on Adaptive Current Controller for a PMSM AC Servo Motor)

  • 서보 모터의 순시 토크 제어 능력의 개선을 위해 PMSM 서보 모터의 적응형 전류 제어기 설계 방법을 제안한다. 동기좌표 전류 제어기에서 비결합 제어 입력을 이용하여 새로운 제어 입력 항을 얻을 수 있으며 이를 통해 제어기의 원하는 대역폭을 선정할 수 있지만 모터의 파라미터 변화, 데드타임에 의한 인버터의 왜곡 등의 외란에 의해 제어 성능이 저하된다. 이러한 단점을 개선하기 위해 PMSM 서보 모터의 적응형 전류 제어기의 설계 방법을 제안하며 설계 방법이 초안정(hyperstability) 이론에 의해 구해진다. 제안된 제어 방식의 점근안정성을 이론적으로 증명하고 DSP TMS320C31을 이용한 시뮬레이션과 실험을 통해 입증한다.

  • 초음파 모터는 저속, 고토오크, 빠른 응답, 큰 정지 토오크등 여러 가지 장점을 지니고 있어서 자동화 설비 분야뿐만 아니라 산업 전반에 걸쳐 그 용도에 많은 기대를 모으고 있다. 따라서 최근들어 이에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있으며 많은 논문 및 응용분야에 대한 발표가 이루어지고 있다. 초음파 모터의 제어 파라미터는 2상 전원 전압의 진폭, 주파수, 위상차와 정역의 시비율, 고정자와 회전자간의 압력등이 있다. 본 논문에서는 위상차 조절을 사용하여 점성계수와 탄성계수에 따른 초음파 모터의 토크변화를 고찰하고 이에 따른 과도응답을 검토함으로서 힘 피드백없이 각도 검출만으로 동력학적인 점탄성 제어를 실현하였다. 따라서 초음파 모터가 유연성을 요구하는 자동화 설비용 소형 액츄에이터로 이용될 수 있음을 확인하였다.
