Cu(In1-xGax)Se2 (CIGS)박막증착법 중 금속 전구체의 셀렌화 공정법은 다른 제조 방법에 비해 대면적 생산에 유리하고, 비교적 공정 과정이 간단하다는 장점이 있다. 이 제조 방법은 금속 전구체를 만든 후에 셀렌화 공정을 하게 된다. 셀렌화 공정은 대부분 H2Se 가스를 사용하지만 유독성으로 사용하는데 주의해야 한다. 본 실험은 H2Se를 사용하지 않고 Se원료를 주입하기 위해 Se cracker를 사용했고 금속 전구체 증착과 셀렌화를 동시에 하는 반응성 스퍼터링 후 열처리 법을 이용하여 CIGS 박막을 증착 했다. CIGS의 박막의 Cu/[In+Ga], Ga/[In+Ga]비를 변화시켜 특성변화를 관찰했다. Cu/[In+Ga]비가 감소할수록 CIGS의 결정방향인 (112) 이 우세하게 발달했고 Ga/[In+Ga]비가 증가할수록 CIGS의 결정면 사이의 값이 작아지기 때문에 CIGS peak의 2-Theta 값이 증가하게 된다. CIGS 박막 태양전지의 구조는 Al/Ni/ITO/i-ZnO/CdS/CIGS/Mo/glass 제작했다. CIGS박막의 조성비가 Cu/[In+Ga]=0.84, Ga/[In+Ga]=0.24인 박막태양전지에서 개방전압 0.48 V, 단락전류밀도 33.54 mA/cm2, 충실도 54.20% 그리고 변환효율 8.63%를 얻었다.

In this study we have synthesized two spiro orthocarbonates, which can be polymerized with volume expansion, and determined their crystal structures. The crystal data are as follows; 3,4,10,11-Di(9,10-dihydro-9,10-ethanoanthracenyl)- 1,6,8,13-tetraoxa-6.6-tridecane 5: a = 16.898 (1), b = 9.299 (1), c = 24.359 (2) ${\AA}$, $\beta$ = 123.73 $(7)^{\circ}$, space group P21/c and R = 0.073 for 2954 reflections; compound 8: a = 15.244 (4), b = 15.293 (3), c = 10.772 (3) $\AA$, ${\beta}$ = 99.45 $(2)^{\circ}$, space group P21/c and R = 0.082 for 2346 reflections. The seven-membered rings of compound 5 are chair forms and all the six-membered rings are boat shaped. For a six-membered spiro orthocarbonate, 3,9-Di(9-fluorenylidenyl)-1,4,6,9-tetraoxa-5,5-und ecane 8, fluorene groups [C(1) atom through C(13) atom] are planar within ${\pm}0.09{\AA}$ and the six-membered rings have chair conformations. The whole molecule has pseudo-C2 symmetry. The water molecules in the crystal are linked with each other through the hydrogen bond with distance of 2.790 (20) ${\AA}$.

Planetary nebula in elliptical galaxies pose a problem in dark matter theory. Using data from the Planetary Nebula Spectrograph (PN. S), Romanowsky et al. (2003) reported that less dark matter than expected was found within 5 to 6 effective radii of three elliptical galaxies. We attempt to explain similar observations of elliptical galaxies with MOdified Newtonian Dynamics (MOND). We collect 16 elliptical galaxies with planetary nebulae from the public web data of PN. S. We investigate the dynamical behavior by analyzing the line-of-sight velocity dispersion in the framework of MOND.

We study spaces of continuous-function-valued functions that have the property that composition with evaluation functionals induce $weak^*$ to norm continuous maps to ${\ell}^p$ space ($p{\in}(1,\;{\infty})$). Versions of $H{\ddot{o}}lder^{\prime}s$ inequality and Riesz representation theorem are proved to hold on these spaces. We prove a version of Dixmier's theorem for spaces of function-valued matrix operators on these spaces, and an analogue of the trace formula for operators on Hilbert spaces. When the function space is taken to be the complex field, the spaces are just the ${\ell}^p$ spaces and the well-known classical theorems follow from our results.

This study examines the effects of parent-child attachment across the child's life from a life-span developmental perspective. The study investigates the effects of a child's attachment to his or her mother in childhood on his or her school attachment as an adult student and explores the role of self-esteem as a mediator of the relationship between these two variables. A total of 529 S Cyber University students taking social welfare classes participated in this study. These students completed a questionnaire about their present level of self-esteem, attachment to their mother in childhood, and school adjustment. According to the SEM results, adult students' self-esteem fully mediated the relationship between their mother-child attachment in childhood and their school adjustment in adulthood. Attachment security for the mother in childhood was related to the child's own internal working model, and positive self-esteem was related to school adjustment.

In the context of contemporary digital media, virtual influencers have become an increasingly important form of socialization and entertainment, in which emotional expression is a key factor in attracting viewers. In this study, we take Luo Tianyi, a Chinese virtual influencer, as an example to explore how emotions are expressed and perceived through facial expressions in different types of videos. Using Paul Ekman's Facial Action Coding System (FACS) and six basic emotion classifications, the study systematically analyzes Luo Tianyi's emotional expressions in three types of videos, namely Music show, Festivals and Brand Cooperation. During the study, Luo Tianyi's facial expressions and emotional expressions were analyzed through rigorous coding and categorization, as well as matching the context of the video content. The results show that Enjoyment is the most frequently expressed emotion by Luo Tianyi, reflecting the centrality of positive emotions in content creation. Meanwhile, the presence of other emotion types reveals the virtual influencer's efforts to create emotionally rich and authentic experiences. The frequency and variety of emotions expressed in different video genres indicate Luo Tianyi's diverse strategies for communicating and connecting with viewers in different contexts. The study provides an empirical basis for understanding and utilizing virtual influencers' emotional expressions, and offers valuable insights for digital media content creators to design emotional expression strategies. Overall, this study is valuable for understanding the complexity of virtual influencer emotional expression and its importance in digital media strategy.

A differential current-to-time interval converter is presented for current mode sensors. It consists of a ramp voltage generator, a current mode sensor, a reference current source, two current-tunable Schmitt triggers, a one-shot multivibrator, and two logic gates. The design principle is to apply a ramp voltage to each input of the two current-tunable Schmitt triggers whose threshold voltages are proportional to the drain current values of the current mode sensors. A proposed circuit converts a current change in the ISFET biosensor into its equivalent pulse width change. A prototype circuit built using TSMC 0.18 nm CMOS process exhibit a conversion sensitivity amounting to $726.9{\mu}s/pH$ over pH variation range of 2-12 and a linearity error less than ${\pm}0.05%$.

The This study attempted to analyze what perception and attitude teachers have on corporal punishment. For these purpose, 458 writings about corporal punishment that 140 teachers loaded on web-site were collected and were analyzed using qualitative content analysis. : First, each writing was open-coded according to specific theme or meaning relating to corporal punishment using Nvivo program. Second, coded materials were classified as a high category when having similar theme or meaning. As a result of this process, 2 highest categories, 6 high categories and 24 subcategories were yielded. Teachers with positive view on corporal punishment tend to think that corporal punishment has some educational values or usefulness and their views were classified as very positive view, limited-permissive view, and inevitable view. They thought that corporal punishment were closely related to teachers' authority. Teachers have negative views on corporal punishment on the basis that corporal punishment causes side effects, is contrary to essentials of education, violates human rights etc. Negative views that teachers have on corporal punishment were classified as absolutely negative view and negative view focused on side effects. They thought that corporal punishment were not related to teachers' authority. Comments have been made on positive view on corporal punishment from the perspective of reflective analysis and implications of the results on theory and practice were discussed with comments on research limitations.

In this paper we establish a counting method for the Green classes of the Birget-rhodes expansion of finite groups. As an application of the results, we derive explicit enumeration formulas for the Green classes for finite groups of order pq and a finite cyclic group of order $p^m$, where p and q are arbitrary given distinct prime numbers.

In this paper I give an overview of the detection of emission from the warm-hot intergalactic medium (WHIM) in the outer parts of clusters of galaxies. The evidence for the presence of soft excess X-ray emission in 7 out of 21 clusters is summarized, and it is demonstrated that several of these clusters show the signatures of thermal emission in the outer parts. A strong signature is the presence of redshifted O VII emission at 0.57 keV. In the central parts, several clusters show also a soft excess, but m this case the observations cannot well discriminate between a thermal or non-thermal origin of the soft X-ray excess.
