The aim of this study was to investigate the shapes and diameters of the physiological foramen and anatomy of the root canal at 3mm from apex in mandibular first molars. Sixty mandibular first molars were randomly selected. The apical anatomy of 60 mandibular first molars was investigated by means of a stereo microscope (60x magnification). The results were as follows; 1. There was a high percentage of two physiological foramina in mesial (61.67%) and one foramen in distal(71.66%) roots of mandibular first molars. 2. There was a high frequency of accessory foramina in mesial roots with one foramen (26.07%). 3. The diameters of physiological foramen was as follows: - 0.329mm in single mesial foramen - 0.266mm in mesiobuccal foramen and 0.246mm in mesiolingual foramen - 0.375mm in single distal foramen - 0.291mm in distobuccal foramen and 0.237mm in distolingual foramen 4. The most common physiological foramen shape was oval (69.93%). 5. The incidence of isthmus in mesial root at 3mm from apex was 55%. The 3mm-sections contained a complete isthmus 31.66% and a partial isthmus 23.34%. 6. 3mm from the apex, the most common canal shape was oval (50.64%). Knowledge of the apical anatomy of mandibular first molar would be necessary for success of surgical and nonsurgical endodontic treatment.

An experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of the vinyl pot size and number of plants per pot on the seedling growth. Dry weight per plant, coefficient of variance and dry weight/fresh weight ratio increased as pot size increased, but competitive index, unit productivity and top/root ratio decreased. Dry , weight per plant decreased with increase in number of plants per pot, but coefficient of variability, competitive index and unit productivity increased. Dry weight per plant of the check plot (1 seedling/3.5cm $\times$ 3.5cm pot) showed little difference between 3 plants/4cm x 4cm pot and 5 plants/5cm x 5cm pot. Temporary transplanting of five plants per 5cm $\times$ 5cm pot saved seedbed area and seedbed materials by 60.9% and labor of transplanting by 36.3% as compared with check plot.

PVSS stands for publicly verifiable secret sharing. In PVSS, a dealer shares a secret among multiple share holders. He encrypts the shares using the shareholders' encryption algorithms and publicly proves that the encrypted shares are valid. Most of the existing PVSS schemes do not employ an ElGamal encryption to encrypt the shares. Instead, they usually employ other encryption algorithms like a RSA encryption and Paillier encryption. Those encryption algorithms do not support the shareholders' encryption algorithms to employ the same decryption modulus. As a result, PVSS based on those encryption algorithms must employ additional range proofs to guarantee the validity of the shares obtained by the shareholders. Although the shareholders can employ ElGamal encryptions with the same decryption modulus in PVSS such that the range proof can be avoided, there are only two PVSS schemes based on ElGamal encryption. Moreover, the two schemes have their drawbacks. One of them employs a costly repeating-proof mechanism, which needs to repeat the dealer's proof at least scores of times to achieve satisfactory soundness. The other requires that the dealer must know the discrete logarithm of the secret to share and thus weakens the generality and it cannot be employed in many applications. A new PVSS scheme based on an ElGamal encryption is proposed in this paper. It employs the same decryption modulus for all the shareholders' ElGamal encryption algorithms, so it does not need any range proof. Moreover, it is a general PVSS technique without any special limitation. Finally, an encryption-improving technique is proposed to achieve very high efficiency in the new PVSS scheme. It only needs a number of exponentiations in large cyclic groups that are linear in the number of the shareholders, while all the existing PVSS schemes need at least a number of exponentiations in large cyclic groups that are linear in the square of the number of the shareholders.

A lactic acid bacterium LP2 strain, which was previously isolated from a natural cheese, was confirmed to produce 1,4-dihydroxy-2-naphthoic acid (DHNA), a bifidogenic growth factor. The strain was identified as Lactobacillus plantarum (99% identity) by a homology search of the 16S rRNA gene sequence and named Lactobacillus plantarum LP2. The culture supernatant of the strain presented an antimicrobial activity against Helicobacter pylori KCTC 12083, where the DHNA might have influenced on the activity.

The Samkwang mine is one of gold deposits distributed mainly in the southwestern province (Chungnam) of the Korean peninsula. Golds occur in quartz veins aged of $223{\pm}4MA$ according to K-Ar age dating from muscovite in a pegmatitic quartz vein. Quantz veins intrude Precambrian biotite-granite gneiss and mica schist of unknown age. Fluid inclusions in the quartz show a range of homogenization temperatures from 159 to $274^{\circ}C$. A calculated temperature from the isotopes of the galena-sphalerite pair is $375^{\circ}C$. Two phases-fluid inclusions homogenized either by liquid or vapor phase are frequently observed in specimens over $260^{\circ}C$, which may indicate the boiling of the fluids. Pressure of formation of the quartz veins inferred by the homogenization temperatures of liquid-$CO_2$ bearing fluid is 1kb. Based on these data, it is assumed that the temperature of the formation of the Samkwang mine may lie in between $350^{\circ}-230^{\circ}C$. ${\delta}^{34}S_{{\Sigma}s}$ values of sulphide minerals show narrow range of +2.1 to +4.6, and show a trend of enrichments of $^{34}S$ in the fluid from deep to the surface. ${\delta}^{34}S_{{\Sigma}s}$ in the fluid estimated is less than 3 permil, suggesting sulphur fluid originated from the magma.

In this paper, we propose a FSOURCE circuit which requires such a small switching current that an eFuse OTP memory can be programmed in the post-package state of the PMIC chips using a single power supply. The proposed FSOURCE circuit removes its short-circuit current by using a non-overlapped clock and reduces its maximum current by reducing the turned-on slope of its driving transistor. Also, we propose a DOUT buffer circuit initializing the output data of the eFuse OTP memory with arbitrary data during the power-on reset mode. We design a 24-bit differential paired eFuse OTP memory which uses Magnachip's $0.35{\mu}m$ BCD process, and the layout size is $381.575{\mu}m{\times}354.375{\mu}m$($=0.135mm^2$).

The purpose of this study is to find out the spatial expression characteristics of Philipstock from a heterotopic perspective in the background of the times of modern people struggling to live in the era of an infectious disease called COVID-19 along with the era of the 4th industrial revolution. As for the research method, a total of 11 places were selected, focusing on the completed works of interior space from 2015 to the present, when they are more active after retirement, to find out the characteristics of spatial expression through literature and case studies. As a result, the spatial expression characteristics of narrative that only space has were the most frequent, and it was found that the characteristics of imaginary space and fantasy, which are the form of overlapping time to express a place, were interrelated. Philip Stock's design method, which uses narrative, fantasy, and imaginary spatial characteristics, can be seen as sufficiently representing heterotopic characteristics and can be used as another design methodology when designing a new space.

This study was conducte dto fabricate 2GHz circulator using Ca,Sn substituted UIG(yttrium iron garnet)ceramics. When the electric, magnetic and microwave properties were measured in Ca, Sn substituted YIG, the measured perimittivity and perfmeability in microwave frequencies were 16.25, 0.8964. For $Y_{2.4}$C $a_{0.3}$A $n_{0.3}$F $e_{3.5}$A $l_{1.5}$ $O_{12}$ garnet ceramics sintered at 1400.deg. C, the ferrimagnetic resonance line width (.DELTA.H) at 10GHz was 53 Oe and saturation magnetization was 375G. The strip-line circulator was simulated with 3-D FEM (finite element method) software and designed at the center frequency of 2GHz. The fabricated strip-line junction circulator using above YIG ceramics had insertion loss of 1.271dB, return loss of 23.843dB, isolation of 21.751dB at the center frequency 1.855GHz.z.z.z.z.z.z.

Objective : The effects on neural proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells (NSC) of basic fibroblast growth factor-2 (bFGF). insulin growth factor-I (IGF-I). brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF). and nerve growth factor (NGF) were assessed. Also, following combinations of various factors were investigated : bFGF+IGF-I, bFGF+BDNF, bFGF+NGF, IGF-I+BDNF, IGF-I+NGF, and BDNF+NGF. Methods : Isolated NSC of Fisher 344 rats were cultured with individual growth factors, combinations of factors, and no growth factor (control) for 14 days. A proportion of neurons was analyzed using $\beta$-tubulin III and NeuN as neural markers. Results : Neural differentiations in the presence of individual growth factors for $\beta$-tubulin III-positive cells were : BDNF, 35.3%; IGF-I, 30.9%; bFGF, 18.1%; and NGF, 15.1%, and for NeuN-positive cells was : BDNF, 34.3%; bFGF, 32.2%; IGF-I, 26.6%; and NGF, 24.9%. However, neural differentiations in the absence of growth factor was only 2.6% for $\beta$-tubulin III and 3.1% for NeuN. For $\beta$-tubulin III-positive cells, neural differentiations were evident for the growth factor combinations as follows : bFGF+IGF-I, 73.1 %; bFGF+NGF, 65.4%; bFGF+BDNF, 58.7%; BDNF+IGF-I, 52.2%; NGF+IGF-I, 40.6%; and BDNF+NGF, 40.0%. For NeuN-positive cells : bFGF+IGF-I, 81.9%; bFGF+NGF, 63.5%; bFGF+BDNF, 62.8%; NGF+IGF-I, 62.3%; BDNF+NGF, 56.3%; and BDNF+IGF-I, 46.0%. Significant differences in neural differentiation were evident for single growth factor and combination of growth factors respectively (p<0.05). Conclusion : Combinations of growth factors have an additive effect on neural differentiation. The most prominent neural differentiation results from growth factor combinations involving bFGF and IGF-I. These findings suggest that the combination of a mitogenic action of bFGF and post-mitotic differentiation action of IGF-I synergistically affects neural proliferation and NSC differentiation.

Bisphenol A (BPA) and di-2-ethyhexyl phthalate (DEHP) is the considerably hazardous materials, endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs), which is accumulated to the human's fat and tissue. We studied the relationship between the concentrations of BPA and DEHP in the precocious puberty and the normal controls using GC/MSD. BPA concentrations of the precocious puberty are lower than that of normal controls. But DEHP concentrations of the precocious puberty are higher than that of normal controls. From these results, BPA is not related to the precocious puberty. Otherwise, DEHP is somewhat related to the precocious puberty and the concentrations of the precocious puberty are approximately 45% higher than that of normal controls.
