Authors evaluated 1171 patients at the department of Pediatric Dentistry in Kyoungpook National University Hospital through clinical records and radiographs. And the following features were studied ; age, sex distribution, number of mesiodens per patients, cause of discovery of mesiodens, location, status of eruption, shape and orientation of crown, complication, dental age of adjacent upper incisor tooth at the time of surgical extraction of mesiodens and the relationship between the resolution rate of complication after extraction of mesiodens and the dental age of adjacent upper incisor tooth, length of diastema, the eruption status of lateral incisor and the crowding status of premaxilla. The followings are the results : 1. The cause of discovery of mesiodens were as follows ; delayed eruption of the permanent incisors in 13.8%, midline diastema in 11.6%, radiographs taken for other reasons in 23.4% and for caries treatment in 15.1%. 2. Complication due to the presence of mesiodens did not occur in 36.8%, delayed eruption of adjacent teeth was observed in 16.1%, midline diastema in 34.4%, rotation in 8.8%, displacement in 2.4%, and crowding in 1.0% of all evaluated patients. 3. As for the dental age of adjacent upper incisor tooth at the time of surgical extraction of mesiodens, below 1/3 of total root length were observed in 3.5%, $1/3{\sim}1/2$ of total root length in 19.9%, $1/2{\sim}2/3$ of total root length in 54.7% and over 2/3 in 21.9% of all evaluated patients. 4. Resolution rate of delayed eruption after the extraction of mesiodens was significant higher in the group with the root length below 1/2. Resolution rate of midline diastema was significant higher in the group with diastema width below 3mm and with non-crowding of adjacent upper incisor teeth.

The purpose of the study is to establish the effect of different abutment shapes and types of cements on the retention of the full veneer casted gold crowns. Metal dies that has the similar shape with the implant abutment were manufactured using a short(5mm) and long(10mm) dies with different convergence angles. Metal dies and gold crowns, which were made from the metal dies, were cemented with Temp-bond, Temp-bond mixed with petroleum jelly, ZPC and Premier implant cement. After that, these were tested for tensile force at the point of separation. The effect of convergence angle changes of different cement types on the retention was studied as well as the effects of the cement type changes with different convergence angles on the retention. In addition, study about the marginal gap of Premier implant cement used for this experiment was conducted. The results are as followed under the in-vitro experimental limits; 1. The retention of the Temp-bond mixed with petroleum jelly decreased as the convergence angle increased, and the retention was weakest among the cements. 2. The retention of ZPC decreased as convergence angle increased. When convergence angle was 5 degrees, ZPC showed stronger retention than Premier implant cement. 3. Premier implant cement had the weakest retention when the convergence angle was 5 degrees but when the convergence angle was 10 degrees, it had the strongest retention. As the angle increased more than 10 degrees, the retention decreased. 4. Premier implant cement showed bigger marginal gap when the convergence angle was 5 degrees than 10 degrees under the experimental condition.
In this study, we analyze the growth environment using smart farm technology in order to develop the optimal growth model for the precision cultivation of the bottle-grown oyster mushroom 'Suhan'. Experimental farmers used $88m^2$ of bed area, 2 rows and 5 columns of shelf shape, 5 hp refrigerator, 100T of sandwich panel for insulation, 2 ultrasonic humidifiers, 12 kW of heating, and 5,000 bottles for cultivation. Data on parameters such as temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide concentration, and illumination, which directly affect mushroom growth, were collected from the environmental sensor part installed at the oyster mushroom cultivator and analyzed. It was found that the initial temperature at the time of granulation was $22^{\circ}C$ after the scraping, and the mushroom was produced and maintained at about $25^{\circ}C$ until the bottle was flipped. On fruiting body formation, mushrooms were harvested while maintaining the temperature between $13^{\circ}C$ and $15^{\circ}C$. Humidity was approximately 100% throughout the growth stage. Carbon dioxide concentration gradually increased until 3 days after the beginning of cultivation, and then increased rapidly to approximately 2,600 ppm. From the 6th day, $CO_2$ concentration was gradually decreased through ventilation and maintained at 1,000 ppm during the harvest. Light was not provided at the initial stage of oyster mushroom cultivation. On the $3^{rd}$ and $4^{th}$ day, mushrooms were irradiated by 17 lux light. Subsequently, the light intensity was increased to 115-120 lux as the growth progressed. Fruiting body characteristics of 'Suhan' cultivated in a farmhouse were as follows: Pileus diameter was 30.9 mm and thickness was 4.5 mm; stipe thickness was 11.0 mm and length was 76.0 mm; stipe and pileus hardness was 0.8 g/mm and 2.8 g/mm, respectively; L values of the stipe and pileus were 79.9 and 52.3, respectively. The fruiting body yield was 160.2 g/850 ml, and the individual weight was 12.8 g/10 unit.
This study has been carried out in order to investigate the bacterial quality of fish meat paste products and the characteristics of isolated thermodurics from the products. Twenty samples of crab-flavored fish stick (Kematsal), 23 samples of plate fish meat paste (Panomuk, Kamaboko), 5 samples of fried fish meat paste (Tigimomuk), 2 samples of roasted fish meat paste (Puduromuk, Chikuwa), 20 samples of fish sausage were collected from processing plants and supermarkets in Pusan, Korea during the period from May to October in 1984. The results obtained are as follows. Amont the samples collected from supermarkets, roasted fish meat paste and fried fish meat paste marked hish counts in coliforms and fungi while very low in the samples of crab-flavored fish stick and plate fish meat paste. Salmonella was not detected in all the samples examined and Staphylococcus aureus was detected only in fried fish meat paste, Thermoduric bacteria were detected less than 10$^2$/g in the samples of crab-flavored fish stick and plate fish meat paste, which might come from subsidiary materials such as starch and seasonings. Among the isolated bacteria, distribution of the proteolytics were more than 87% and the lipolytics were less than 20%. Gram positive bacteria was more than 70% in crab-flavored fish stick and plate fish meat paste, 47.3% in fried fish meat paste. And rod in shape was almost more than 90% in all the samples. The most heat resistant bacterium isolated from the samples was identified as a Bacillus licheniformis(named B. licheniformis CR-11). The strain showed strong proteolytic activity and also grew well at above 2$0^{\circ}C$. The growth rate and generation time of CR-11 strain were 0.31 hr$^{-1}$ , 2.24 hr at 2$0^{\circ}C$, 0.64 hr$^{-1}$ , 1.09 hr at 3$0^{\circ}C$ and 0.78 hr$^{-1}$ , 0.89 hr at 35$^{\circ}C$. Heat resistance value of the spores of CR-11 strain suspended in phosphate buffer solution was D$_{85}$$^{\circ}C$=41.9 min, D$_{90}$$^{\circ}C$=27.9 min, D$_{95}$$^{\circ}C$=10.2 min, D$_{100}$$^{\circ}C$=4.3 min (Z=13.8$^{\circ}C$)

This study was aimed to investigate the effect of 1)irradiation with several different ratios using red, green, and blue LEDs and 2)various pulsed light irradiation with 50% duty ratio using red and blue LEDs on the growth and morphogenesis of three lettuce cultivars (Lactuca sativar L. cv. 'Jukchukmeon', 'Lolo Rosa', and 'Grand Rapid') in hydroponics culture system for 4 weeks after transplanting. Seeds were sown in rock-wool plug trays and they were placed in a culture room which was controlled at $23{\pm}1^{\circ}C/18{\pm}1^{\circ}C$ temperature and 50-60/70-85% for day and night, respectively, during cultivation period. Irradiated RGB ratios with LEDs were 6:3:1, 5:2.5:2.5, 3:3:4, 2:2:6, and 1:1:8 with $110{\pm}3{\mu}mol{\cdot}m^{-2}{\cdot}s^{-1}$ PPFD on the surface of cultivation bed. The frequencies of pulsed lighting was 50, 100, 500, 1,000, 5,000, 10,000, 25,000Hz (20, 10, 0.1, 0.04 ms) with red and blue LEDs and 50% duty ratio. At the RGB ratio of 6:3:1, the average fresh weight of 'Jukchukmeon' was significantly higher than that of other RGB treatments, but no significant difference compared to the fluorescent treatment. The average fresh weight at 1:1:8 RGB ratio in 'Lolo Rosa' was significantly lower than that of other RGB treatments. Leaf number and fresh weight of 'Grand Rapid' were significantly lower in the control and 1:1:8 RGB treatments, compared to the other RGB treatments. As the ratio of blue light increased, leaf length decreased and leaf shape became round in three lettuces. Although there is little change in growth, it could not be found any tendency to affect the growth and morphogenesis of three lettuces caused by increasing or decreasing frequency of pulsed lighting with 50% duty ratio at the $72{\mu}mol{\cdot}m^{-2}{\cdot}s^{-1}$ PPFD.
Purpose : We sought to determine the early change of ventricular geometry and function after concomitant surgeries of modified Dor procedure and mitral valve annuloplasty by using magnetic resonance imaging. Materials and Methods : We enrolled 21 patients with dilated heart failure who underwent modified Dor procedure (n=8), mitral valve annuloplasty (n=6), or both surgeries (n=7). Cine MRI was used to assess left ventricular dimensions and function before and after surgery. We measured the left ventricular end-diastolic and end-systolic volumes and the dimensions of the left ventricular long-axis and short-axis. Left ventricular stroke volume, ejection fraction, and sphericity index were calculated from these measurements. These parameters were analyzed and compared between three different surgery groups to explain the combined effect of the concomitant surgeries. Results : MRI was performed within average $12\;{\pm}\;15$ days (range 1-58 days) before and $38\;{\pm}\;50$ days (range 7- 231 days) after the surgery. The patients who underwent concomitant surgeries had more profound enlargement of left ventricle and decreased contractility prior to surgery than those in the patients who underwent single surgical procedure. Left ventricular end-diastolic volume and endsystolic volume significantly decreased in all patients regardless of surgery type after surgery. Ejection fraction significantly increased only in the patients who got modified Dor procedure without mitral valve annuloplasty (25.4% to 40.7%). Sphericity index increased in patients with modified Dor procedure but decreased in patients with mitral valve annuloplasty (0.65 to 0.78 vs. 0.75 to 0.65). In the patients who underwent concomitant surgeries showed no significant change in sphericity index after surgery. Conclusion : The early change of the left ventricular geometry and function after the concomitant surgeries with modified Dor procedure and mitral valve annuloplasty in patients with dilated heart failure includes a marked reduction in left ventricular volume and in stroke volume. The shape of the left ventricle does not change because the effect of sphericity index decrease from mitral valve annuloplasty is counteracted by the effect of sphericity index increase from modified Dor procedure. Improvement of left ventricular ejection fraction is not the early change after the concomitant surgeries.
This simulation study was performed to investigate the accuracy of the estimated breeding value by using genomic information (GEBV) by way of Bayesian framework. Genomic information by way of single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) from a chromosome with length of 100cM were simulated with different marker distance (0.1cM, 0.5cM), heritabilities (0.1, 0.5) and half sibs families (20 heads, 4 heads). For generating the simulated population in which animals were inferred to genomic polymorphism, we assumed that the number of quantitative trait loci (QTL) were equal with the number of no effect markers. The positions of markers and QTLs were located with even and scatter distances, respectively. The accuracies of estimated breeding values by way of indicating correlations between true and estimated breeding values were compared on several cases of marker distances, heritabilities and family sizes. The accuracies of breeding values on animals only having genomic information were 0.87 and 0.81 in marker distances of 0.1cM and 0.5cM, respectively. These accuracies were shown to be influenced by heritabilities (0.87 at $h^2$ =0.10, 0.94 at $h^2$ =0.50). According to half sibs' family size, these accuracies were 0.87 and 0.84 in family size of 20 and 4, respectively. As half sibs family size is high, accuracy of breeding appeared high. Based on the results of this study it is concluded that the amount of marker information, heritability and family size would influence the accuracy of the estimated breeding values in genomic selection methodology for animal breeding.

This study was carried out to investigate the effects of Saccharomyces cerevisiae (wild yeast mutant), Saccharomyces cerevisiae hFeHLC (ferritin containgig yeast) and chelated Fe diets on the Productivity and egg qualify of laying hens. A total of 245 'Brown Tetra' layers 35 weeks aged was randomly alloted to seven dietary treatments : 1) control diet no iron added, 2) diet supplemented $0.1\%$ wild yeast mutant (YM03), 3) diet supplemented $1.0\%$ wild yeast mutant (YM03), 4) diet supplemented $0.1\%$ ferritin with yeast (YF04), 5) diet supplemented $1.0\%$ ferritin with yeast (YF04), 6) diet supplemented $0.01\%$ chelated Fe and 7) diet supplemented $0.1\%$ chelated Fe. The egg Production rate was significantly increased in layers 134 Fe supplemented diets (p<0.05). Egg weight was significantly reduced in layers fed $0.1\%$ chelated Fe diet (P<0.05). Fe content of egg yolk was significantly increased in $1.0\%$ YF04 and $0.1\%$ chelated Fe treatments (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in shape index, albumin index and yolk index of eggs of layers fed diets Fe supplementation (P>0.05). The haugh unit of eggs was significantly increased in layers fed YM03, YF04 and chelated Fe supplemented diets (p<0.05). TBA value of egg was significantly increased in different iron Fe treatments except of $0.1\%$ YM03 (P<0.05). The yolk cole. of eggs was significantly increased in $1.0\%$ YF04 diet (P<0.05).

To understand the attachment of micro algae and their subsequent growths on artificial surfaces immersed in seawater, the relationship between attachment of diatoms on the immersed artificial substrates and species pool in the surrounding water was investigated. We used acryl slides for the study of diatom attachment and examined the surrounding water samples collected in Incheon Harbour from July 1995 to February 1997. Variations of species composition and abundances by exposure time in seawater were investigated during the early phase of biofilm formation on various substrates, e.g. glass, acryl, titanium, copper and antifouling paint-treated slides. Immigration rates of diatoms to acryl slides during spring and winter were significantly correlated with the abundance of benthic diatoms in surrounding water ($r^2$=0.78, p<0.01, n=42), suggesting that immigration rates were affected by variations of benthic diatom abundances in surrounding water. Immigration coefficient of monoraphid diatoms was 5 times higher than that of biraphid diatoms, but relative abundance of monoraphid diatoms was 3 times lower than that of biraphid diatoms on acryl slides in spring. In winter, immigration coefficient and relative abundance of centric diatoms were higher compared to other raphe forms. These results suggest that the attachment of diatoms seems to be caused by the abundance and immigration coefficients of benthic diatoms in surrounding water. Pennate diatoms predominantly attached to all artificial surfaces throughout all experimental periods. Interestingly, centric diatoms predominantly attached to all artificial surfaces in winter. Hantzschia virgata, Licmophora abbreviata and Melosira nummuloides appeared dominantly on antifouling paint-treated slides, probably being tolerant of the antifouling paint. During incubations, the abundance of attached diatoms increased exponentially on glass, titanium and acryl slides with exposure time. The maximum abundance was highest on glass slide, followed by acryl, titanium, copper and antifouling paint-treated slides. The growth rates of attached diatom community on all artificial surfaces were higher at temperature of $24-25^{\circ}C$ than that of $2-3^{\circ}C$. The growth rate of attached diatoms on glass slide was generally higher compared to other slides during the study period. Dominant morphotypes of observed species with exposure time in seawater were prostrate form Amphora coffeaeformis, fan shape Synedra tabulata, stalk type Licmophora paradoxa and chain type M. nummuloides. A micro-succession in the attached microalgal community was observed. The composition of dominant species seems to be the result of species-specific response to gradually limited space with development of microalgal film.
This study was investigated the effect of aging at low temperature of seasoned pork with Korean traditional sauces. The samples, pork loins were cut by the shape of cube ($5{\times}15{\times}5\;cm$) and porks were seasoned with Korean tradition sauce such as soy sauce base (T1), red pepper sauce base (T2), and soybean sauce base (T3) in the same proportion of meat seasonings, respectively. The seasoned samples were stored, at $1{\pm}1^{\circ}C$ during 28 days. Surface meat color of seasoned pork was affected by the kind of sauces. Lightness of seasoned pork with soy sauce was decreased with increased in periods while red pepper sauce made it more red and soybean sauce produced a light seasoned pork, Lightness of inner meat color of seasoned pork was decreased with increased aging periods, and seasoned pork with soy sauce was lower compared to other treatments. TBARS of seasoned pork with soy sauce was lower compared to other treatments, and increased TBARS in all treatments with aging period. Total plate counts were increased with aging period, and those of seasoned pork with soy sauce were lower compared to other treatments. The microbial counts of Escherichia coli levels in all treatments was higher at the first day of aging periods. However Escherichia coli levels were decreased with increasing the aging period. Lactobacilli spp. of seasoned pork with soy sauce was not increased during aging periods, whereas other treatments were increased with aging period increased.

제 5 장 계약 해지 및 이용 제한
제 15 조 (계약 해지)

제 16 조 (서비스 이용제한)
① 당 사이트는 회원이 서비스 이용내용에 있어서 본 약관 제 11조 내용을 위반하거나, 다음 각 호에 해당하는
경우 서비스 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
- 2년 이상 서비스를 이용한 적이 없는 경우
- 기타 정상적인 서비스 운영에 방해가 될 경우
② 상기 이용제한 규정에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 회원에게 서비스 이용에 대하여 별도 공지 없이 서비스 이용의
일시정지, 이용계약 해지 할 수 있습니다.
제 17 조 (전자우편주소 수집 금지)
회원은 전자우편주소 추출기 등을 이용하여 전자우편주소를 수집 또는 제3자에게 제공할 수 없습니다.
제 6 장 손해배상 및 기타사항
제 18 조 (손해배상)
당 사이트는 무료로 제공되는 서비스와 관련하여 회원에게 어떠한 손해가 발생하더라도 당 사이트가 고의 또는 과실로 인한 손해발생을 제외하고는 이에 대하여 책임을 부담하지 아니합니다.
제 19 조 (관할 법원)
서비스 이용으로 발생한 분쟁에 대해 소송이 제기되는 경우 민사 소송법상의 관할 법원에 제기합니다.
[부 칙]
1. (시행일) 이 약관은 2016년 9월 5일부터 적용되며, 종전 약관은 본 약관으로 대체되며, 개정된 약관의 적용일 이전 가입자도 개정된 약관의 적용을 받습니다.
