The purpose of this study was to develop a logo type for a new fashion brand and to present design cases that apply the relevant logo type to suggest an advisable direction for logo design. This study analyzed the logo designs of domestic and foreign fashion brands and used the data to develop a logo type for a brand name that reflects the concept of the newly launched brand, in addition to presenting the relevant design process and method. Besides a literature review, this study conducted case analyses of domestic and foreign fashion brand logos. This is an empirical study in which researchers developed a logo type and presented designs that applied it. The research results are as follows. The brand name of the new L Fashion brand in Korea is 'LEAY'. This study developed a logo using the initials L, E, A, and Y, each standing for life, love, and liberty; esteem, eternity; act, art; and youth. The Caslon type font, which evokes a casual yet modern sentiment, was used for the design. Cleats and zippers, which are decorative subsidiary materials used in labels, tags, shopping bags, clothing, and props, were applied in the design of the developed logo type. All design cases was produced into articles. The case of fashion brand logo design and development presented in this study implies that the development of fashion brand logos and the logo-applied product design must be tied to the launching and planning process; thus, logo development must be based on the brand concept in relation to the market entry strategy that satisfies both producers and customers.

This paper examines narratives of women's marginal position in Bao Ninh's Short Stories and Svetlana Alexievich's Unwomanly Face of War from a feminist narratological approach. In analyzing voices of marginalized women, direct and indirect descriptions of women's beauty and pain, and private-public narratives of women's love stories, this paper aims to identify presentations of women's real authority in the text written by a male author, Bao Ninh, and in the one by a female author. The paper argues that juxtaposing these texts reveals an overturn of the traditional conception of sexual and gender differences. Specifically, distinguishing between male/female discourse does not show powerful /nonpowerful language, but recognizes the real authority of each type of discourse based on sexual differences. The writing also illustrates that masculine language becomes powerless and deficient in the women's world; meanwhile, in writing about herself, woman establishes a type of a powerful feminine discourse, which blends both emotional, enthusiastic, and gossipy characteristics of female language and direct, rational, and strong ones of male language. Thus, the feminists' radical segregation on male/female discourses to overturn masculine authority and create a language for women at par with men has been clearly shifted when comparing the two writers' texts based on the juxtapositional model of the comparative literature.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between maternal attachment and discharge against advice in high risk infants and determine the factors which affect discharge against advice. Data of this study were collected by means of reviewing the medical records of 127 in-patients who were diagnosed as high risk infants in admission and interviewing of the mothers of these patients was done by telephone. The high risk categories were neonatal hyperbilirubinemia, congenital anomaly, congenital heart disease, blood disorder, neonatal infection and birth injury. Maternal attachment was measured by deviding the subjects into 2 groups, the one the continuing treatment group and the other the discharge against advice group. Maternal attachment is determined by an interplay of maternal attitude and specific infant behaviors. Maternal attachment developes through continuous physical and psychological contact between mother and infants. Later it developes into maternal love. The results were as follows: 1. There was a significant association between maternal attachment and discharge against advice, that is, the attachment score was higher in the continuing treatment group. 2. Inspite of controlling medical insurance, severity of disease and the length of stay, it was found that there continued to be either a partially significant or fully significant relationship between maternal attachment and discharge against advice. Stepwise multiple regression revealed that maternal attachment was second in importance as a predictor of discharge against advice, which indicates that maternal attachment was a significant predictor of discharge against advice. 3. Stepwise multiple regression revealed that in 32.3％ of these cases the significant predictors of discharge against advice were length of stay, maternal attachment, delivery type, feeding type and income.

With love as the theme and mythology, ghosts and magic as elements, Korean fantasy TV dramas have set romantic and beautiful plots and attracted a large number of Chinese female audiences. Based on Melodramatic Imagination and Stuart Hall's theory of "encoding/decoding", this paper investigated Chinese female audiences' motives of watching Korean fantasy TV dramas Hotel Druena through the form of focus group interviews to interpret reasons for the popularity of Korean fantasy TV dramas and Chinese women's overall cognition of Korean TV dramas from the perspective of female audiences. Thinking that South Korea's fantasy dramas are good at women's pursuit and desire for emotional elements, women who watch this type of south Korean TV dramas are temporarily relieving pressure of real life, thus satisfying the needs of female gaze and consumption.

In this paper, we are interested in how creator economy startups allowing creators to make money from doing that they love. So, we look at European creator economy startups among Web3.0 business model landscape surveyed in 2022, because the US is home of Web2.0 giant platforms like YouTube. Totally seventeen European startups are investigated, and the theoretical logic is the disruptive innovation. We firstly review the survey published in 2022 and utilize the theory of the disruptive innovation to design the research framework including questions with each type of the disruptive innovation. In this paper, we firstly show, Kalao and Gem as NFT ecosystem platforms aim at service convenience. Secondly, Talkbase, Passionfroot, Bildr, Customuse, and Earnr aim at providing creator tools for under-skilled customers. Lastly, when it comes direct monetization with a decentralized business model, CrowdPad, Admix, GOALS, Realm, Dropstar, Pianity, Sonomo, Stage11, Miiji, and ReadyPlayerMe are representative. Despite the relatively small data size, the results are meaningful as they contribute to a more profound comprehension of the Web3.0 business models and offer guidance for future research directions.

Researches for sex consist feminism which manage academically, also variously in the fields of medicine, psychology, politics, society, philosophy, culture research etc. Moreover, sex has become that can no fall in art, dancing, fashion, literature, play movie, mass media, all art fields. About the proposition of sex, even the intellectuals tended to consider sexual love and bodily problem of sexual desire until the mid-20th century. Nevertheless, passing over physical function, man and woman, society, cultural situation and the various concept which contains the differences finally clearly have come in 21th century. Therefore, on this study, find out the relationship between interior design and sexuality and sexual expressional type. Also, through analyzing aspects which is expressed in popular culture, clear new interior design under the concept and characteristic of sexuality.

The purpose of this study is to provide fundamental information for the development of new sex education image media through the analysis of those tools produced by Planned Parenthood Federation of Korea. Twenty three video tapes related to the sex education were analysed. The data were sampled on the basis of the sex education instructions for primary and secondary schools published by the Seoul Office of Education in 1996 and the list of sex education information composed by the Planned Parenthood Federation of Korea with the following requirements. 1) The education materials are oriented to the middle and high school students as well a juveniles and are being used in public health centers and schools. 2) The education materials are not confined to the single subject such as AIDS or contraception. Because this study is focused on the analysis of image media, an analysis method widely and effectively used in public media study was chosen. The frequency analysis and percentage treatment were done by an SAS program. The results of the study are as follows : 1. An analysis of the material structure type showed that the frequency of the following subjects in 15 video tapes, composed as drama and cartoon, had this decreasing orde : sex behavior, sex relation ships, sex health, human development, personal technique, and society and culture. 2. The eight tapes of explanation and counseling showed a different sequence from that of the drama and cartoon material, primarily treating human development with 5419 seconds (47.9%) of type. The following were also considered in decreasing order: at 2000seconds (17.6%) sex behavior, at 1366 seconds (12.1%) sex health, at 1240 seconds (11.0%) society and culture, at 667 seconds (6.0%) relation ships, and at 611 seconds (5.4%) personal technique. 3. In a thematic analysis those education materials dealing with human development show this frequency sequence: anatomic physiology, reproduction, and adolescence. In relation, ships the sequence is dates, love, marriage and vows, and family. For personal technique, it is expressed as asking for help, and an empnasis on moral values. For sex behavior, they focus on abstinence, the co-responsibility of sex behavior, the sexual response of the human, and sexual nightmares. For the sex health area, the focus is contraception with abortion and reproductive health following that. In society and culture diversity is considered. 4. An analysis of the differences in production and content between 1980s and 1990s was also done. For materials produced in the 1980s the frequency of the subjects follows this order: sex behavior, human development, relation ships, sex health, personal technique, and society and culture with sub subjects such as abstinence, dating, adolescence, anatomic physiology, reproduction, calls for help, and the sexual response of a human being. For materials produced in the 1990s, highest frequency was sex behavior, the same as the 1980s. The rest of the material follows this decreasing order: relationships, human development, sex health, society and culture, and personal technique with sub subjects such as dating, co-resposibility in sex behavior, abstinence, and love frequently considered.

현대인은 자기(Self) 혹은 신성과의 단절로 인해 고통 받고 있다. 그러나 이 단절로 인해 고통 받는 것은 비단 인간만이 아닐 것이다. 신 역시 자신을 탄생시킬 수 있는 유일한 자궁인 인간의식과의 단절로 인해 고통 받고 있다. 인간과 신은 서로를 필요로 하며 욕망한다. 따라서 신과 인간은 서로를 구원하기 위해 서로를 유혹해야하는 운명에 처해 있다고 상상해 볼 수 있겠다. 에로스는 특유의 초월적 본질로 인해 현대인으로 하여금 종교를 통하지 않고도 자기와 접촉할 수 있게 해주는 얼마 남지 않은 방법 중 하나이다. 본 연구는 개성화 과정의 한 방법으로써의 에로스 및 에로티시즘과 더불어 이런 형태의 개성화 과정에 적합한 정신의 자질들을 고찰하고자 한다. 욕망과 신성의 속성을 동시에 가진 에로스는 그 자신의 정수인 생명력과 불멸의 감정을 엑스터시 안에서 추구할 수 있는 인간을 필요로 한다. 이에 이 신은 그 자신을 육화시킬 수 있는 자질을 가진 인간을 유혹하는 것 같다. 유혹의 대상이 되는 인간은 사랑의 체험에 있어 자기를 향해 자아를 기꺼이 포기할 수 있는 자질을 가지고 있어야 할 것이다. 개성화는 자기를 향한 자아의 철저한 포기를 통해 이루어지기 때문이다. 따라서 에로스가 가진 유혹의 목적은 이러한 잠재력을 가진 인간을 무의식 상태에서 깨움으로써 사랑 속에서 신성을 추구하도록 만들려는 것으로 볼 수 있을 것이다. 나는 이러한 에로스의 유혹을 "신의 에로티시즘"으로 명명하였다. 에로스 신의 유혹의 결과로서 자기를 체험한 개인이 개성화 과정을 끝까지 추구할 수 있기 위해서는 버림받음 역시 반드시 필요한 과정으로 보인다. 상실된 신을 유혹하고 육화해야하는 엄중한 과제 앞에서 자신 속에 무엇이 결핍되었는지에 대한 통렬한 자각보다 더 필요한 것은 없을 것이기 때문이다. 연구 결과 전통적인 개념으로써의 멜랑콜리아적 성향을 가진 개인이 이러한 개성화과정에 적합한 것으로 파악됐다. 이들은 사랑에 탐닉하는 경향이 있으며 생명의 덧없음과 무한성의 결핍에 대한 예리한 자각으로 인해 쉽게 고통 받는다. 결핍을 자각한 자만이 결핍된 대상을 추구할 수 있다는 사실을 고려하면 왜 멜랑콜리아를 가진 개인이 신성에 속하는 존재의 영속성을 동경하고 추구하는 운명에 처해지는지가 설명될 수 있을 것이다. 에로티시즘에 내재한 신의 계획을 놓칠 때 우리는 결코 성을 이해할 수 없으며 우리의 정신에서 본능과 영성이 왜 그토록 가까운지 체험할 수 없을 것이다. 사랑의 신은 강렬한 섹슈얼리티를 가지고 영적 위기를 도발함으로써 우리의 미지근한 영혼을 구원하러 온다. 에로스는 우리를 파괴하러 온 궁극의 구원자인 것이다.

Supplementary damping systems, such as tuned mass dampers (TMDs) and tuned sloshing dampers (TSDs) - also known as tuned liquid dampers (TLDs) - have been successfully employed to reduce building motion during wind events. A design of a damping system consisting of a TMD and two TSDs performing in unison has been developed for a tall building in Taiwan to reduce wind-induced motion. The architecturally exposed TMD will also be featured as a tourist attraction. The dual-purpose TSD tanks will perform as fire suppression water storage tanks. Linearized equivalent mechanical TSD and TMD models are coupled to the structure to simulate the multi-degree of freedom system response. Frequency response curves for the structure with and without the damping system are created to evaluate the performance of the damping system. The performance of the combined TMD-TSD system is evaluated against a conventional TMD system by computing the effective damping produced by each system. The proposed system is found to have superior performance in acceleration reduction. The combined TMD-TSD system is an effective and affordable means to reduce the wind-induced resonant response of tall buildings.

This essay explores Congreve's last play The way of the World in terms of English new identity of the gentry represented by Mirabell in political, social and historical context of the Bloodless Revolution. Particularly, this essay focuses on behavioral differences between Mirabell and Fainall as characters who manage a certain type of acceptable Englishness through their heir. The acceptable Englishness separates what the differences are between two rakes from the outside of normative principle. The Way of the World reflects Lockean republican ideology in personal and familial relationships. Mirabell as a heroic rake represents new expectations for Englishmen who rejects absolute sovereign contrasted by Fainall's foreign tyrannical ways of domesticity. The Foreignness of Fainall's in the play is displaced by corollary change in the new model of English identity exemplified by Mirabell. Through the play, Congreve tends to satirize repressive morality of Hobbesian extremism and emphasizes the Revolution settlement based on consent sand trust instead. Mirabell's normative will harmonizes individual desire for happiness with social demand. In a sense Congreve's The Way of the World is a play reaching typical Restoration ending of intrigue and conspiracy through two rakes's interaction. Accordingly, this essay tries to show what separates the heroic rake from tyrannical libertine through their way of love, money, compromise and negotiation, which is their way of life.
