회전자 형상을 고려한 단상 SRM의 특성 해석 (The Characteristic Analysis of Single Phase SRM Considering of Rotor types)

  • 단상 스위치드 릴럭턴스 모터는 구조가 간단하고 견고하며 구동 및 제어장치를 간소화할 수 있어 경제적으로 산업분야 및 가전기기 분야에 사용할 수 있다. 특히 현재 많이 사용되고 있는 단상 유도전동기는 효율이 낮고 제어성이 떨어지기 때문에 이를 대체할 수 있는 전동기로 단상 SRM이 제시되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 일반적인 전동기 설계와 다상 SRM 설계를 기반으로 회전자 형상에 따른 단상 SRM의 설계 및 특성을 제시하고자 한다.

IEEE 802.11a OFDM System을 위한 파이프라인 구조 IFFT/FFT 모듈의 설계와 비교 (Design and Comparison of the Pipelined IFFT/FFT modules for IEEE 802.11a OFDM System)

  • 본 논문에서는 고속 무선 LAN에서 사용하는 IEEE 802.11a OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing)에서 주요 구성인 IFFT/FFT(Inverse Fast Fourier Transform/Fast Fourier Transform)에 대한 설계에 대해 비교하였다. 설계된 IFFT/FFT는 무선 LAN의 표준에 맞게 64 point의 FFT로 연산을 수행하며, S/P(Serial-to-Parallel)이나 P/S(Parallel-to-Serial)변환기가 필요 없는 Pipelined FFT의 구조로 설계하였다. 그 중 Radix-2 알고리즘을 이용한 R22SDF(Radix-2 Single-path Delay Feedback) 방식, R2SDF(Radix-2 Single-path Delay Feedback) 방식과 Radix-4 알고리즘을 이용한 R4SDF(Radix-4 Single-path Delay Feedback) 방식, R4SDC(Radix-4 Single-path Delay Commutator) 방식을 사용하여 비교하였다. 하드웨어 구현 시 발생하는 오차를 줄이기 위해 Butterfly 연산 후 일부 소수점을 가지고 계산하는 구조로 설계하였다. R22SDF 방식을 이용할 경우 메모리를 제외한 전체 게이트 수가 44,747 개로 다른 구조에 비해 적은 하드웨어와 낮은 오차율을 가진다.

  • This paper describes development of a microprocessor-based optoelectronic guard system established a higher level of control reliability in machine guard design. The system uses the design concept of diverse redundancy and a fast software algorithm. We have accomplished an safety light curtain system that allows to be intentionally disabled moving machine by the interrupt of dangerous situations. As a result, it is showed that the proposed system is effective enough to practical applications.

디지탈 서보계 설계법에 의한 유도 전동기 시스템의 속도 제어 (Speed Control of Induction Motor Systems by Design Method of Digital Servo System)

  • The paper presents a digital speed control approach of induction motor systems by using a digital servo control method and a well-known second order differential equation as model. The basic concept of using the modeling equation stated in the above is induced from the control theory stand point such that we can describe usually the motor system connected by inverter, generator and load etc, just as a mechanical system to be controlled. The concept does not demand us the complicated vector-based modeling equation adopted in the traditional methods for the speed control of induction motor. Futhermore, the proposed speed control system can be treated as a single input and single output system. The effectiveness of the servo control system obtained by the above-mentioned design concept is illustrated by the experimental results in the presence of both step reference changes and load variations. It is observed from the experimental results that the steady state-error of the experimental set up becomes zero after some regulation time and the induction motor system is robust in spite of reference signal changes and load variations.

Attitude control in spacecraft orbit-raising using a reduced quaternion model

  • Orbit-raising is an important step to place spacecraft from parking orbits into working orbits. Attitude control system design is crucial in the success of orbit-raising. Several text books have discussed this design and focused mainly on the traditional methods based on single-input single-output (SISO) transfer function models. These models are not good representations for many orbit-raising control systems which have multiple thrusters and each thruster has impact on the attitude defined by all outputs. Only one published article is known to use a more suitable multi-input multi-output (MIMO) Euler angle model in spacecraft orbit-raising attitude control system design. In this paper, a quaternion based MIMO model for the orbit-raising attitude control system design is proposed. The advantages of using quaternion based model for orbit-raising control system designs are (a) there is no need for mathematical transformations because the attitude measurements are normally given by quaternion, (b) quaternion based model does not depend on rotational sequences, which reduces the chance of human errors, and (c) the singular point of reduced quaternion model is the farthest from the operational point where linearization is performed. We will show that performance of quaternion model based design will be as good as the performance of Euler angle model based design for orbit-raising problem.

Design procedure for seismic retrofit of RC beam-column joint using single diagonal haunch

  • Exterior beam-column joint is typically the weakest link in a limited-ductile reinforced concrete (RC) frame structure. The use of diagonal haunch element has been considered as a desirable seismic retrofit option for reducing the seismic demand at the joint. Previous research globally has focused on implementing double haunches, while the use of single haunch element as a less-invasive and more architecturally favorable retrofit option has not been investigated. In this paper, the key formulations and a design procedure for the single haunch system for retrofitting RC exterior beam-column joint are developed. An application of the proposed design procedure is then illustrated through a case study.

  • This study attempts to address the development processing of yarn-dyeing jacquard design by using jacquard textile design professional CAD system to create high valued worth products. To carry out this purpose, two kinds of necktie samples were designed and each of them was different in three types of weaving method. The results are as follows; All over type is appropriate when the motive's size is small. And the work can be finished within short time and design can be illustrated by basic jacquard system. However, one point type can represent rather big and audacious motive but it needs lots of working hours and jacquard system. Though the motives are identical, showed many changes in cubicle representation according to weaving methods and the structure. To express simple and modest design, single fabric woven is suitable and in the need of colorful and technical design, expressing by double weft cloths and triple weft cloths rather than single fabric woven are better to give creativity and colorfulness. For the production of jacquard design, cad system using ability is important but the understanding and study of the whole process of weaving development should be made.

비행 전구간 유도제어 HILS 기법을 적용한 구동제어 알고리즘 성능 평가 연구 (Performance Evaluation for Several Control Algorithms of the Actuating System Using G/C HILS Technique)

  • This paper describes the whole development phase for the underwater vehicle actuating system with high hydroload torque disturbance. This includes requirement analysis, system modeling, control algorithm design, real time implementation, test and performance evaluations. As for driving control algorithms, fuzzy logic, variable structure and PD(Proportional-Differential) algorithm were designed and implemented on board controller using a single chip microprocessor. Intel 8797. And test and performance evaluation is carried out both single test and wystem integration test. We could confirm the basic performance of actuating system through the single test and gereral developing work of any actuating systems was finished with a single performance test of actuating system without system integration test. But, we suggested that system integration test be needed. System integration test is carried out using G/C HILS(Guidance and Control Hardware-In-the -Loop Simulation) which is constituted flight motion simulator, load simulator, real time host computer and the related subsystems such as inertial navigation system, power supply system and Guidance and Control Computer etc.. The most important practical contribution of this paper is that full system characteristics such as minimal control effort, enhancement of guidance and autopilot performance by the actuating system using G/C HILS technique are investigated. Through full running G/C HILS, in spite of the passing to single tests, some control algorithm resulted in failure as to stability of full system and system time frame.

  • 본 연구는 현재 존재하는 중극장 이상의 프로시니엄 혹은 다용도 무대의 실측과 그 data의 디지털화, 그리고 디지털화 된 무대에서 가상으로 디자인을 산출함으로 공연에 필요한 디자인 예산과 조명 시스템을 예측하고, 더 발전시켜 조명과 음향을 모두 통제하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위하여 배경 기술 조사와 국내외 관련 기술에 관한 조사를 선행하였다. 이를 바탕으로 하드웨어적 소프 하드웨어적 기술을 연구하였다.

  • 임무컴퓨터는 항공전자시스템에서 전체 시스템을 관리하고, 특정 임무를 처리하는 중요한 역할을 수행한다. 일반적으로 단일 시스템에서 SPOF(Single Point Of Failure) 요소의 고장은 전체 시스템의 고장으로 이어질 수 있으며, 이는 서비스의 중단으로 인한 임무의 실패뿐만 아니라 조종사의 생명까지도 위협할 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 SPOF 요소를 제거하기 위해 단일 시스템을 이중화하여 고장발생에 유연하게 대처하도록 설계하였다. 또한 이를 효율적으로 운영하기 위한 방안으로 리눅스 기반의 Heartbeat, Fake, DRBD(Distributed Replicated Block Device), Bonding 등의 기법을 이용하여 시스템을 관리한다.
