도서관 모바일 서비스 품질 평가 모형 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Developing a Service Quality Evaluation Model for Library Mobile Service)

  • 이 논문은 서비스 품질 관점에서 도서관 모바일 서비스를 위한 평가 모형을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 기존에 연구된 도서관의 서비스 품질 평가 모형과 모바일 서비스 평가 연구에 대한 문헌 분석을 실시하였으며, 이를 토대로 도서관 모바일 서비스 품질 평가에 필요한 4개 품질 차원, 10개 품질 요인, 39개 품질 측정 항목으로 구성된 평가 모형을 개발하였다. 그리고 개발된 모형의 타당성을 검증하기 위해 델파이 기법을 적용하였으며, 최종적으로 4개 품질 차원, 9개 품질 요인, 37개 품질 측정 항목으로 구성된 모형을 도출하였다. 이 연구에서 제안하고 있는 평가 모형은 도서관의 모바일 서비스 품질 진단 도구로 사용될 수 있으며, 또한 도서관 모바일 서비스의 개선을 위한 가이드라인으로도 활용될 수 있다.

국방품질경영체제(DQMS) 정량평가모델 개발 및 제도화 방안 연구 (A Study on the Development and Institutionalization Plan of a Quantitative Evaluation Model of Defense Quality Management System)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop a quantitative evaluation model for the defense quality management system and suggest institutionalization plans. To this end, another existing evaluation model was reviewed and analyzed to develop a quantitative evaluation model applicable to military institutions. Methods: In this study, in order to establish a DQMS quantitative evaluation model, a military product quality level survey model and a defense quality model operated in the defense field were analyzed. In addition, evaluation models and indicators were analyzed by investigating evaluation models operated by other institutions and private sectors. Results: As a result of the study, the total score of the DQMS model was 1,000 points, 600 points for maturity level indicators and 400 points for operation performance indicators, and the evaluation items consisted of 7 major categories and 25 middle categories. The maturity level index 600 points are 70 points for organizational situation, 60 points for leadership, 40 points for planning, 100 points for support, 180 points for operation, 90 points for performance evaluation, and 60 points for improvement. Conclusion: It will be easy to quantify and evaluate the operating level of DQMS certified companies through the application of the DQMS quantitative evaluation model and evaluation criteria presented in this study. As a result, it will be possible to grasp the level of quality management system and the areas of improvement, and the overall level of improvement can be expected by inducing voluntary improvement activities through sharing of best practices and identifying improvement cases.

수단-목적 사슬 이론을 이용한 의복품질 평가과정에 잔한 이론적 연구 (Apparel Quality Evaluation Process bused on Means- Bnd Chain Theory: A Theoretical Study)

  • The purpose of this study was to discover a conceptual framework and evaluation process of apparel quality by means-end chain theory. The theoretical study was conducted to find out a conceptual framework and build a hypothetical evaluation process model of apparel quality. Apparel quality was perceived associative network called a means-end chain and was evaluated in several stages. A conceptual framework of apparel quality evaluation was organized into hierarchical relationships among four different dimensions: physical attribute, physical function, instrumental performance, and expressive performance. The means-end structure linked tangible physical attributes and function to more abstract instrumental and expressive performance. A hypothetical evaluation process model linked dimensions of apparel quality to the selected means-end relationship. Different consumers had different means-end chains for the same apparel. Therefore different subjects are likely to have different evaluation paths. From this study we can suggest an evaluation process model of apparel quality.

  • Purpose - This study aimed to develop a new practical and universally applicable service quality model by improving the service quality measurement model proposed by many previous studies. Research design, data, and methodology - An in-depth analysis on what influences such service quality model had on the improvement effect of service quality, and Service Evaluation Model("SEM"), which was revised from the existing service quality measurement model, was developed. The model is divided into the two integrative categories: First, activity, that is the group of service-related activities. Next is item, the group of service-related objects. The level of service is evaluated for each category via survey questionnaire on service level evaluation. Based on the model, SEM has visibility by structuring the whole service industry. Results - For the application of the new service quality model, this study attempted to examine the appropriateness of the newly proposed service quality model by applying it to retail service field. Conclusions - As a result, the proposed service model would be a useful and applicable service quality measurement model required by many organizations. Service company can set up self check service levels. Through these results, they can look for the ways to provide better services to customers. Service users can ensure the objectivity of business plan based upon SEM.

  • A performance evaluation model of an R&D module in the quality management system for M Company Is constructed using QFD. The company produces telecommunication devices and employs the performance evaluation model based on ISO 9000 family. However, the model has some problems, one of them is that all check items are regarded as equally important Customer requirements are gathered from internal customers and QFD is utilized to obtain weights for each check item.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the efficiency of the service quality activity itself by using the DEA Model, in contrast to previous quality evaluation methods, as an attempt to evaluate the service quality activities of the distribution industry. Furthermore, by complementing the shortfalls of the weighted value of the DEA Model, it recommends a DEA/PS Model that is appropriate in the evaluation of service quality activities. Based on this model, the study proposes the SQAE Model, an evaluation tool to complement the traditional measuring method. According to the results of the analysis of 18 sample distribution businesses, there was a discrepancy by business in the results of the Traditional Scoring System and the Evaluation Measuring System. Therefore, it is most desirable to not only be active in service quality activities but also increase efficiency at the same time.

  • Recently, information technology and information system(IS) are rapidly diffused throughout the world. In the global competitive environment, the success of IS becomes the important one among the critical success factors(CSF) of the firm. For achieving it, the firm must continually involve itself in the quality evaluation and improvement of IS. The quality concept was changed into the customer-oriented quality one. There is no exception to the quality of IS. In the past, IS quality was determined by the IS developer or IS department offering service. Now it is evaluated by the user of IS service, and then the customer-oriented user satisfaction becomes an important issue. The purpose of this study is to develope the total quality evaluation model of IS through TQM approach. First, all success factors of the domestic IS are extracted from the foreign and domestic literatures of IS success factors contained the technical and behavioral aspects. And the extracted factors are classified with evaluation levels for quality evaluation and developed into a total quality evaluation model. Finally the model usefulness is analyzed.

  • 컴퓨터와 인터넷 환경의 급속한 변화는 방대한 데이터와 다양한 품질의 데이터를 생산해내고 있다. 이러한 환경의 변화는 데이터의 품질에 따른 수준 평가를 요구한다. 이는 데이터 품질이 기업과 조직에 미치는 영향이 크기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구는 데이터 품질 기준에 따른 품질 평가 모델을 수학적 모델로 제시하고, 이를 기반으로 데이터의 품질을 분석하고 데이터의 품질을 유지 보완하기 위한 분석 모형을 제안하고자한다.

Developing an IFC-based database for construction quality evaluation

  • Quality evaluation and control represent increasingly important concerns for construction quality management. There is an evident need for a standard data model to be used as the basis for computer-aided quality management. This study focuses on how to realize evaluation of construction quality based on BIM and database technology. In this paper, the reinforced concrete main structure is taken as an example, and the BP neural network evaluation model is established by inquiring current construction quality acceptance specification and evaluation standard. Furthermore, IFC standard is extended to integrate quality evaluation information and realize the mapping of evaluation information in BIM model, contributing to the visualization and transfer sharing of evaluation information. Furthermore, the conceptual entity model is designed to build quality evaluation database, and this paper select MySQL workbench system to achieve the establishment of the database. This study is organized to realize the requirement of visualization and data integration on construction quality evaluation which makes it more effective, convenient, intuitive, easy to find quality problems and provide more comprehensive and reliable data for the quality management of construction enterprises and official construction administratiors.

응용 오픈소스 소프트웨어 특징에 적합한 논리적 품질평가 모델에 관한 연구 (A Study on a Logical Quality Evaluation Model based on Application Open Source Software Characteristics)

  • 오픈소스 소프트웨어는 응용 소프트웨어 개발의 60% 이상을 차지하고 있으나 이를 활용하기 위한 객관적인 품질 모델이나 지표에 대한 연구가 초보적인 수준에 머물고 있으며, 이를 평가하기 위한 정량적인 평가 기법에 대한 연구도 거의 이루어지고 있지 않다. 본 연구는 응용 소프트웨어 개발 및 유지보수에 활용할 수 있는 품질평가 모델을 제시하고, 제시된 품질평가 모델에서 활용할 수 있는 정량적 품질 평가 기법을 제시한다. 제안한 오픈소스 소프트웨어 품질 모델은 문헌 자료를 기반으로 품질 특성을 도출하고, 이를 ISO 9126의 품질 특성과 비교 검토하여 6개의 주특성과 12개의 부특성과 이를 정략적으로 측정할 수 있는 12개의 평가 메트릭으로 구성된 '논리적 오픈소스 소프트웨어 품질 모델'을 제안하였다. 제안한 품질 평가 모델의 효율성을 검증하기 위하여 오픈소스 소프트웨어 커뮤니티에 있는 상위 Rank 5개의 프로젝트 관리 시스템(PMS) 관련 소프트웨어를 대상으로 제안한 품질평가을 적용하여 그 가능성을 입증하였다.
