인더스트리 4.0시대에서 전자무역을 활용한 중소기업 수출 확대 방안 (A Plan on Expanding Export of Small Businesses Using e-Trading Application in Industrie 4.0)

  • Recently, it has been known that it need to be solved export marketing on expanding export of Small Business Commodity. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to analyse on expanding export of Small Business Commodity through e-Trading Application in Industrie 4.0. This study deals with the terms of three connection success factors on expanding export of Small Business Commodity through e-Trading Application in Industrie 4.0 which are a firm's subjective factors, a industrial environment factors, and a governmental policy factors. According to analysis results of the three success factors, a firm's subjective factors(4.13 score) are scored at the most ones of the three success factors, to be compared with a industrial environment factors(3.89 score), with a government policy factors(3.72 score). Therefore, first of all, it is important to expanding export of Small Business Commodity through e-Trading Application in Industrie 4.0 through as follows, a firm's subjective factors : (1) to procure concentrated market strategy and real market capacity, (2) to procure speedy satisfaction of customer needs and confidence, (3) to procure ability of export marketing through e-Trading Application, (4) to enhance export expanding strategy coincided in Industrie 4.0. And, the next, we have to expanding export of Small Business Commodity through e-Trading Application in Industrie 4.0 through considering a industrial environment factors and a government policy factors.

우리나라 택배산업의 경쟁력 제고요인 (Promotion of Competitiveness in Korean Parcel Express Service Industry)

  • The purpose of this paper is to suggest competitiveness promotion factors of korean Parcel Express Service Industry. This study considered in terms of three competitiveness promotion factors which are a firm's subjective factors, a industrial environment factors, and a governmental policy factors. According to analysis results of the factors, a firm's subjective factors(4.07 score) are scored the most ones of competitiveness promotion factors of korean Parcel Express Service Industry, to be compared with a industrial environment factors(3.89 score), with a governmental policy factors(3.76 score). Therefore, first of all, korean Parcel Express Service firms have to promote competitiveness through as follows : (1) speedy meeting to customer's needs, (2) to promote customer service, to reduce delivery lead time, (3) to procure reliability of Parcel Express Service with customers mutually, (4) strategy of global Parcel Express Service.

해양경제특구의 성공 요인 (A Study on Success Factors of Marine Special Economic Zone)

  • 최근 우리나라에서도 '해양경제특구'의 지정 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 해양은 새로운 자원 확보 및 국가적 역량제고에 무한한 가능성의 공간을 제공하며, 특히 중국, 일본 등 동북아 주변국의 국가 차원의 해양산업 발전전략을 강화하고 있으나 국내 항만정책은 그간 양적성장 위주로 추진되어와 발전한계에 봉착하고 있다. 따라서 국가적 차원의 해양산업 고도화 및 고부가가치 창출 전략 필요한 시점에 와 있으며, 이에 '해양경제특구'의 지정 필요성이 크게 대두되고 있다. 그러나 '해양경제특구'의 지정이 중요한 것이 아니라 그 성공적인 개발을 통한 시너지 효과의 극대화가 중요한 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 '해양경제특구'를 지정하여 성공적으로 개발하기 위한 성공 요인분석을 하였다. '해양경제특구'의 성공적인 발전 요인 중 대분류 세 가지 요인에 대한 분석결과는 "주관적인 요인"이 4.11점, "산업환경적인 요인"이 3.89점, 그리고 "정부정책적인 요인"이 3.72점이었다. 세 가지 요인 중 주관적인 요인의 평균평점이 월등히 높아 결국 '해양경제특구'의 성공적인 발전을 위해서는 입주기업 스스로가 집중화된 시장전략 및 친시장 능력을 확보하여 경쟁력을 갖추는 것이 가장 중요하다는 것을 나타내고 있다. 하지만 산업환경적인 요인과 정부정책적인 요인의 평균평점은 각각 3.89점 및 3.72점을 기록하여 주관적인 요인보다는 적은 영향을 미치고 있다는 결론이다. 즉, 주관적인 요인의 평균평점이 월등히 높다는 것은, '해양경제특구'의 성공적인 발전을 위해서는 입주업체 스스로가 가장 우선적으로 (1) 집중화된 시장전략 및 친시장적인 능력을 확보하고, (2) 신속한 고객 욕구 충족 및 신뢰성을 확보하며, (3) 특구 내 해양산업 분야 간 연계발전 모델 정립을 통한 경쟁력 확보하는 것이 가장 중요하다는 것을 의미한다.

동남권 항공화물 활성화 요인 분석 (The Analysis on Promotion factors of Air Cargo Transportation in East-South Area)

  • 성공요인 중 주관적인 성공요인의 평균평점(4.48)이 상대적으로 높다는 것은, 동남권 신공항의 항공화물 유치 및 화물처리 효율화를 기하고 활성화하기 위한 방안을 성공적으로 추진하기 위해서는 ① 항공사 및 포워더가 가장 우선적으로 집중화된 시장전략 및 친시장적인 능력을 확보하고, ② 항공사의 시장 및 노선 개발을 위해 노력하여야 하며, ③ 항공사, 포워더의 RM(수익관리) 등 기업경영능력을 제고하고, ④ 항공사, 포워더가 항공화물 전문 인력을 양성하고 확보하는데 주력해야 한다는 것을 의미한다. 한편 산업 환경적인 성공요인(4.20점)이 정부정책적인 성공요인(3.88점) 보다 다소 높은 점수를 기록하고 있는데, 이것은 산업 환경적인 성공요인, 즉 무역 발달 등 지속적인 세계경제성장 여부, 항공화물 운송업의 지속적인 성장 여부, 항공여객운송업의 지속적인 성장 여부, 공항 인프라 확충 정도, 공항 물류단지 인프라 확충 정도 등도 동남권 신공항의 항공화물 유치 및 화물처리 효율화를 기하고 활성화하기 위한 방안을 추진하는데 상당히 중요하다는 것을 의미한다. 이와 더불어 정부정책적인 성공요인은 평균평점이 3.88점으로 세 가지 성공요인 중 가장 낮은 점수를 기록하고 있지만, 즉 항공화물운송 관련 법제의 선진화 정도, 공항 및 공항물류단지의 선진적인 지정·개발 정책 정도, 항공사 및 포워더에 대한 마케팅지원 체제 정도, 항공사 및 포워더에 대한 세제 등 지원 체제 정도, 항공화물 전문 인력양성 및 지원체제 정도 등의 정부정책적인 성공요인도 동남권 신공항의 항공화물 유치 및 화물처리 효율화를 기하고 활성화하기 위한 방안을 추진하는데 상당한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 보인다.

부산항 신항과 부산진해경제자유구역의 연계 발전 방안 (A Study on Succeeding Together-Busan New Port & BJFEZ)

  • 최근의 항만개발은 종합 국제물류서비스의 집합체로서, 국제물류기능, 산업경쟁력 확보를 위한 종합산업기지화, 자체 물동량 창출을 위한 경제유발 종합기지화, 지역경제 활성화를 기할 수 있는 부가가치항만, 친수 공간 확보 및 문화 활동의 복합기능화 등을 기할 수 있는 형태로 이루어지고 있다. 즉 국제분업화 및 SCM체제의 확산은 국제물류의 급격한 발전을 가져왔지만, 이에 대응하기 위해서는 항만을 중심으로 무역활동의 플랫폼을 구축하고, 대규모 항만배후부지를 개발하여 국제물류기지화를 기하여야 하는 새로운 부가가치 창출 노력이 있어야한다. 이러한 측면에서 부산항 신항과 BJFEZ 연계발전 방안을 "주관적인 요인", "산업환경적인 요인", "정부정책적인 요인" 세 가지로 대분류하여 분석한 결과는 "주관적인 요인"이 4.11점, "산업환경적인 요인"이 3.92점, 그리고 "정부정책적인 요인"이 4.01점이었다. 따라서 부산항 신항 및 BJFEZ의 연계발전을 위한 가장 근본적인 요인은 부산항 신항 및 BJFEZ의 연계발전 모델 정립을 통한 경쟁력 확보, 집중화된 시장전략 및 친시장적인 능력, 신속한 고객욕구 충족 및 신뢰성 확보 등 주관적인 연계발전 요인으로, 산업환경적인 요인이나 정부정책적인 요인 보다 월등히 앞서는 평균평점을 기록하였다. 그 다음 순위는 산업환경적인 요인(3.92점) 보다 정부정책적인 요인(4.01)이 더 높은 점수를 기록하고 있는데, 이것은 항만 및 경제자유구역의 개발과 발전은 공공성과 인프라 성격이 큰 분야로서 국가정부의 정책적인 배려없이는 올바른 발전을 기약하기 힘들다는 것을 나타낸 것이다.

통상 마찰에 대응하기 위한 한국 반도체산업의 제휴형태와 기업특성의 관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Relations Between Alliance Forms and Firm's Characteristics in Korean Semiconductor Industry to Prevent Trade Disputes)

  • The purpose of this paper is to study on relations between alliance types and firm's characteristics in Korean semiconductor industry to prevent trade disputes. The recognition of firms' business strategies tend to be subjective and there is a limitation to use the guiding principles due to subjectivity. If there are additional guiding principles which view strategic alliances in relation to more objective characteristics associated with firms, such as their size, function, scope, and location, they will be useful tools for executives and managers in their business practices. We analyze strategic alliances how firms; external characteristics become decision factors for selecting appropriate forms of strategic alliances. Previous research works with focus on alliance forms are reviewed, then an analytical framework is described with certain categorization of firms' characteristics and alliance forms.

메커니즘 관점에서 본 조직변신과 포스코의 혁신패턴 연구 (Mechanism-based View of Innovative Capability Building in POSCO)

  • Purpose - Studies of mechanism as a competitive strategy, a relatively new field in the study of strategic management research, has recently drawn the attention of the business management scholars. The literature has so far proposed the subjective-based view, environment-based view, and the resource-based view in its analyses of firm management. Hence, it is highly likely for the firm management to be reasonably thought of as a combination of and interaction among the three key elements of subject, environment, and resources this is the mechanism-based view (MBV). It is reasonable to consider firm management to be the combination of and interaction among the three key elements of subject, environment, and resources. The overall dynamic process that integrates these three elements and creates functional harmony is identified as the mechanism, the principle of firm management. Much of the extant literatures on MBV has mainly focused on case studies, a qualitative approach prone to subjectivity of the researcher, although the intuition from the study may lead to meaningful insights into a firm-specific mechanism. This study's focus is also on case analysis, but it still attempts a quantitative approach in order to reach a scientific and systematic understanding of the MBV. Research design, data, and methodology - I used both a qualitative and quantitative approach to a single model, given the complexity of the innovation processes. I conducted in-depth interviews with POSCO employees-20 from general management, two from human resources, eight from information technology, five from finance and accounting, and five from production and logistics management. Once the innovative events were selected, the interview results were double-checked by the interviewees themselves to ensure the accuracy of the answers recorded. Based on the interview, I then conducted statistical validation using the survey results as well. Results - This study analyzes the building process of innovation and the effect of the mechanism pattern on innovation by examining the case of POSCO, which has survived over the past 21 years. I apply a new analytical tool to study mechanism innovation types, perform a new classification, and describe the interrelationships among the mechanism factors. This process allows me to see how the "Subject"factor interacts with the other factors. I found that, in the innovation process of the adoption stage, Subject had a mediating effect but that the mediating effect of resource and performance was smaller than the effect of Subject on performance alone. During the implementation stage, the mediating effect of Subject increased. Conclusion - Therefore, I have confirmed that the subject utilizes resources reasonably and efficiently. I have also advanced mechanism studies: whereas the field's research methods have been largely confined to single case studies, I have used both qualitative and quantitative methods to examine the relationships among mechanisms.

기업간 전자상거래에 있어서 협상의사결정지원을 위한 정수행렬 연산 추론 메커니즘에 관한 연구 (An Integer Matrix-Driven Inference Mechanism for Negotiation Decision Support in B2B Electronic Commerce)

  • This paper is aimed at proposing a new inference mechanism for B-to-B electronic commerce decision-makings, named IMITAO(Integer Matrix-driven Inference based on Transformed And-Or graph) which is based on integer matrix operation to speed up the inference. During the B-to-B electronic commerce, many kinds of negotiations are needed for mutually satisfactory decision-makings. During such negotiations, several factors including subjective and objective constraints should be considered so as to reach satisfactory decisions. In this respect, we suggest first a Transformed AND-OR Graph(TAOG) which each firm's conditions or judgement are incorporated into, and then we propose a high-speedy inference mechanism named IMITAO which basically depends on TAOG. Firms engaged in B-to-B negotiations on the Internet can get an appropriate decision support from using IMITAO for their negotiation simulations. The proposed IMITAO inference mechanism is characterized by its fast inference because its main inference procedures are based on integer matrix operation. A real-world example for B-to-B negotiations was used to prove the validity of our proposed TAOG and IMITAO approach. Experimental results showed that our approach was very useful in performing the B-to-B electronic commerce decision-makings considering a wide variety of either subjective or objective constraints.

The effect of image search, social influence characteristics and anthropomorphism on purchase intention in mobile shopping

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to review the previous studies on the characteristics of the image search service provided by using artificial intelligence, the social impact characteristics, and the moderating effect of perceived anthropomorphism, and conduct empirical analysis to identify the constituent factors affecting purchase intention. To clarify. Through this, I tried to present theoretical and practical implications. Research design, data, and methodology: Research design was that characteristics of image search service (ubiquity and information quality) and social impact characteristics (subjective norms, electronic word of mouth marketing) are affected by mediation of satisfaction and flow, therefore, control of perceived anthropomorphism have an effect on purchase intention to increase. For analysis, research conducted literature review, and developed questionnaires, so that EM firm which is a specialized research institute has collected data. This was conducted on 410 people between the 20s and 50s who have mobile shopping experiences. SPSS Statistics 23 and AMOS 23 had been used to perform necessary analysis such as exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, feasibility analysis, and structural equation modeling based on this data. Results: first, ubiquity, information quality and subjective norms were found to have a positive effect on purchase intention through satisfaction and flow parameters. Second, satisfaction and flow were found to have a mediating effect between ubiquity, information quality, and subjective norms and purchase intentions. However, there was no mediating effect between eWOM information and purchase intention. Third, perceived anthropomorphism was found to have a moderating effect between information quality and satisfaction, and it was found that there was no moderating effect on the relationship between information quality and flow. Conclusions: The information quality of image search services using artificial intelligence has a positive effect on satisfaction, and it has been found that there is a positive moderate effect of perceived anthropomorphism in this relationship, which may be an academic contribution to the distribution science utilizing artificial intelligence. Therefore, it is possible to propose a distribution strategy that improves purchase intention by utilizing image search service and anthropomorphism in practical business and providing a more enjoyable immersive experience to customers.

The Effectiveness of Decision Support System for the Supplier Selection in e-Marketplace: A Case Study

  • Despite the fact that the sourcing process in B2B e-Marketplaces is one of the most important tasks, the evaluation and selection process of suppliers have been ad-hoc based and mainly dependent on the experience of sourcing managers' subjective knowledge. To remedy the problem, we developed a decision support System (called Wise - I) that helps sourcing managers evaluate suppliers in a more systematic way. The system reflects company's strategy and know-how by adopting company enforced weighted scores for different factors and employing a more scientific method of considering factors other than price and on-time delivery rate, utilizing the AHP method. This paper reports the effectiveness of the system as well as the detailed description of the system. To investigate the effectiveness of the system, we collected information through interview and questionnaire survey. The information was also augmented through the firm key index system, which monitors average delivery lead time and on-time delivery rate. The result indicates that the system leads to the efficiency of purchasing section and the transparency of buying process, therefore reduces delivery time and cost.
