단백질 시퀀스처럼 가중치를 가지는 스트링에 대한 탐색 알고리즘을 개발한다. ${\sum}$를 알파벳이라 하고 모든 $a{\in}{\sum}$에 대해서 무게 ${\mu}(a)$가 주어진다고 하자. 스트링 $A=a_1a_2…a_n\; 에서 (단, 모든 ai{\in}{\sum})$, 서브스트링 $A(i.j)=a_ia_{i+1}…a_j$로 정의하면, 이것의 무게는 ${\in}(A(i.j))={\in}(a_i)+{\in}(a_i+1)+…+{\in}(a_j)$가 된다. 다루고자하는 문제는 스트링 A를 사전 처리하여 탐색 자료구조를 만드는데, 이 자료구조는 나중에 질문 무게 M이 주어진 경우, $M={\in}(A(i,j))$인 서브스트링 A(i,j)가 있는가 라는 질문에 응답하는데 사용된다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 결과를 향상시키는 알고리즘을 제시한다. 기존의 알고리즘의 경우 O(n) 만큼의 메모리를 사용하는 탐색 자료구조를 이용하여 $0(\frac{nlog\;logn}{log\; n})$ 시간에 질문응답을 하였으나, 본 논문의 알고리즘은 질문 응답시간은 그대로 유지하면서 메모리만 $0(\frac{n}{log\; n})$으로 줄인다.

Let I be an ideal in a Gorenstein local ring A with the maximal ideal m. Then we say that I is an equimultiple good ideal in A, if I contains a reduction Q = ( $a_1$, $a_2$,ㆍㆍㆍ, $a_{s}$ ) generated by s elements in A and G(I) =(equation omitted)$_{n 0}$ $I^{n}$ / $I^{n＋1}$ of I is a Gorenstein ring with a(G(I)) = 1 - s, where s = h $t_{A}$ I and a(G(I)) denotes the a-invariant of G(I). Let $X_{A}$$^{s}$ denote the set of equimultiple good ideals I in A with h $t_{A}$ I = s, R(I) = A [It] be the Rees algebra of I, and $K_{R(I)}$ denote the canonical module of R(I). Let a I such that $I^{n＋l}$ = a $I^{n}$ for some n$\geq$0 and $\mu$$_{A}$(I)$\geq$2, where $\mu$$_{A}$(I) denotes the number of elements in a minimal system of generators of I. Assume that A/I is a Cohen-Macaulay ring. We show that the following conditions are equivalent. (1) $K_{R(I)}$(equation omitted)R(I)＋as graded R(I)-modules. (2) $I^2$ = aI and aA : I$\in$ $X^1$$_{A}$._{A}$./.

The marine dinoflagellate genus Alexandrium has been recognized as the most representative toxic phytoplankton on account of production of paralytic shellfish poisoning (PSP) throughout the world. PSP producers, generally A, tamarense and A. catenella, within the genus Alexandrium have caused high level intoxicauon of fisheries products and even death of human. In addition, more recent increasing of geographical range of this deleterious species has given rise to alarming tension. The study presented here aimed construction of the molecular phylogenetic relationships through sequences-determination from 16 morphotypic species (containing newly sequenced 3 morphotypic species, A. tamiyavainchii, A. fraterculus and A. pseudogonyaulax) in LSU rDNA D1-D2 and 12 morphotypic species (containing newly sequenced 6 - morphotypic species, A. catenella, A. tamiyavanichii, A. fraterculus, A. affine, A. insuetum and A. pseudogonyaulax) in SSU rDNA region, and the sequences were subjected to comparative-analysis in respect to regional population using functionally expressed rDNA genus and pseudogenes. And we discussed on genetic differentiation between A. tamarense and A. catenella together with putative PSP divegence of the genus Alexandrium. The results of phylogenetic analysis showed the robust monophyletic 14 distinct classes of A. tamarense, A. excavatum, A. catenella, Tasmanian A. tamarense, A. affine (and/or A. concavum), Thai A. tamarense, A. tamiyavanichii, A. fraterculus, A. margalefii, A. andersonii, A. ostenfeldii, A. minutum (and/or A. lusitanicum), A. insuetum, and A, pseudogonyaulx clade. A. fraterculus and A. tamiyavanichii were sister relationship and they were positioned independently between A, affine cluster and those of A. margalefi, A. andersonii, A. ostenfeldii, A. minutum and A. insuetum. A. pseudogonyaulax appeared to be an ancestral taxon among Alexandrium.

A $JB^{*}-triple$ is a Banach space A on which the group Aut(B) of biholomorphic automorphisms acts transitively on the open unit ball B of A. In this case, a triple product {$\cdots$} from $A\;\times\;A\;\times\;A\;to\;A$ can be defined in a canonical way. If A is also the dual of some Banach space $A_{*}$, then A is said to be a JBW triple. A projection R on A is said to be structural if the identity {Ra, b, Rc} = R{a, Rb, c, }holds. On $JBW^{*}-triples$, structural projections being algebraic objects by definition have also some interesting metric properties, and it is possible to give a full characterization of structural projections in terms of the norm of the predual $A_{*}$ of A. It is shown, that the class of structural projections on A coincides with the class of the adjoints of neutral GL-projections on $A_{*}$. Furthermore, the class of GL-projections on $A_{*}$ is naturally ordered and is completely ortho-additive with respect to L-orthogonality.

In this paper, we focus on partial isometry elements and strongly EP elements on a ring. We construct characterizing equations such that an element which is both group invertible and MP-invertible, is a partial isometry element, or is strongly EP, exactly when these equations have a solution in a given set. In particular, an element a ∈ R^# ∩ R^† is a partial isometry element if and only if the equation x = x(a^†)^*a^† has at least one solution in {a, a#, a^†, a^*, (a^#)^*, (a^†)^*}. An element a ∈ R^#∩R^† is a strongly EP element if and only if the equation (a^†)^*xa^† = xa^†a has at least one solution in {a, a^#, a^†, a^*, (a^#)^*, (a^†)^*}. These characterizations extend many well-known results.

미곡저장중 균류에 의한 미곡의 손실을 방지하기 위하여 1978년 12월 부터 1979년 6월까지 7개월간 싸일로, 평창고 및 통가리에 저장한 미곡시료(밀양23호)에서 균류를 분리, 동정하였다. 한국산 벼 및 현미에서 분리된 30종의 균류중, Aspergillus속 11종(A. caespitosus, A. condidus, A. chevalieri, A fischeri, A. fumigatus, A. fiavus, A. nidulans, A. oryzae, A. ruber, A. sydowii, A. versicolor), Penicillium 속 5 종 (P. atramentosum P. chrysogenum, P. cyaneofulvum, P. nototum, P. steckii), Alternaria 속 2종 (Al. faesiculata, Al. grisea) Curvalaria 속 2종 (C, interseminata, C. tetromea), Trichothecium roseum, Nigrospora sphaerica, Rhizopus nigricans, Fusarium spp., Mucor spp., Helminthosporium spp., 및 Gliocladiopsis spp. 각 1종, 총 27종이 동정, 확인되었다. 한국산 벼에서 분리된 표면균류는 A. flavus와 A. candidus가 대부분이었으며, 현미에서는 A. sydowii가 많이 출현하였다. 또한 저장중 변질미에는 A. candidus, A. versicolor 및 A. glaucus group들이 주로 많았다.

This note contains the following results for a ring A : (1) A is simple Artinian if and only if A is a prime right YJ-injective, right and left V-ring with a maximal right annihilator ; (2) if A is a left quasi-duo ring with Jacobson radical J such that $_{A}$A/J is p-injective, then the ring A/J is strongly regular ; (3) A is von Neumann regular with non-zero socle if and only if A is a left p.p.ring containing a finitely generated p-injective maximal left ideal satisfying the following condition : if e is an idempotent in A, then eA is a minimal right ideal if and only if Ae is a minimal left ideal ; (4) If A is left non-singular, left YJ-injective such that each maximal left ideal of A is either injective or a two-sided ideal of A, then A is either left self-injective regular or strongly regular : (5) A is left continuous regular if and only if A is right p-injective such that for every cyclic left A-module M, $_{A}$M/Z(M) is projective. ((5) remains valid if 《continuous》 is replaced by 《self-injective》 and 《cyclic》 is replaced by 《finitely generated》. Finally, we have the following two equivalent properties for A to be von Neumann regula. : (a) A is left non-singular such that every finitely generated left ideal is the left annihilator of an element of A and every principal right ideal of A is the right annihilator of an element of A ; (b) Change 《left non-singular》 into 《right non-singular》in (a).(a).

In this paper, the contact behavior characteristics of a primary sealing components such as a seal ring and a seal seat has been presented for a small hydro-power turbine. Using the non-linear FEM analysis, the maximum temperature, the axial displacement, radial differences between a seal ring and a seal seat, and maximum contact normal stress have been analyzed for three optimized sealing profiles in which are designed based on the FEM analysis and Taguchi's experimental method. The three primary sealing profiles between a seal ring and a seal seat are strongly related to a leakage of a water for a hydro-power turbine and wear of a primary sealing component. The computed results show that the contact rubbing area between a seal ring and a seal seat is very important for reducing a friction heating and wear in a sealing gap, and increasing a contact normal stress in primary sealing components. Based on the FEM computation, models II and III in which have a small rubbing surface of seal rings show low dilatation of primary sealing components, and high normal contact stress between a seal ring and a seal seat. Thus, the FEM computed results recommend a short contacting width of a primary sealing component for reducing a leakage and thermal distortions, and expanding a seal life. This means that a conventional primary sealing component may be switched to a reduced sealing face of seal rings.

Aspergillus is one of the largest and diverse genera of fungi with huge economical, biotechnological, and social significance. Taxonomically, Aspergillus is divided into six subgenera comprising 27 sections. In this study, 235 strains of Aspergillus subgenus Circumdati (section: Candidi, Circumdati, Flavi, Flavipedes, Nigri, and Terrei) preserved at the Korean Agricultural Culture Collection (KACC) were analyzed and re-identified using a combined dataset of partial b-tubulin (BenA), Calmodulin (CaM) gene sequences and morphological data. We confirmed nineteen species to be priorly reported in Korea (A. neotritici, A. terreus, A. floccosus, A. allahabadii, A. steynii, A. westerdijkiae, A. ochraceus, A. ostianus, A. sclerotiorum, A. luchuensis, A. tubingensis, A. niger, A. welwitschiae, A. japonicus, A. nomius, A. tamarii, A. parasiticus, A. flavi, and A. oryzae). Among the studied strains, three species (A. subalbidus, A. iizukae, and A. uvarum), previously unreported or not officially documented, were discovered in Korea, to the best of our knowledge. We have given a detailed description of the characteristic features of the three species, which remain uncharted in Korea.

While a performance type guarantee is required as a security for non-performance risk by a seller, a payment guarantee is used as a security for non-payment risk by a buyer(or a borrower in a loan agreement). A payment guarantee is a type of independent bank guarantee, bank guarantee, bond, demand guarantee, or standby letter of credit. A guarantor accepts a credit risk of a principal which is normally a buyer in a contract for sale of goods. A payment guarantee is independent of the underlying relationship between the applicant and the beneficiary. The guarantor is only empowered to examine the beneficiary's demand and determine the payment on its face to the terms of the guarantee. A payment guarantee is thus different from a suretyship. The principle of independence carries a significant advantages for a guarantor as well as for a beneficiary. While a documentary credit requires B/L, commercial invoice, packing list, inspection certificate, etc., a typical payment guarantee does not require any evidence for a seller's performance of the underlying contract other than written demand. In this respect payment guarnatee can be a more secured facility than a documentary credit. A payment guarantee normally comes into force from the issuing date and shall remain in effect until all sums guaranteed shall be paid in full by a buyer(or a borrower) or by a guarantor. Although a guarantor shall pay a demand made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the payment guarantee, a payment demand may be denied when it is determined to be abusive or unfair.
