영상 언어로써 이북(e-book)의 몽타주 패턴 (Analysis of Montage Pattern of e-book as a Film Language)

  • This study analyzed the montage pattern of e-book in a bid to include e-book in the film language system. To this end, this study targeted three pieces of e-books which reproduced the animation for theater use of Disney Company. This study did research on characteristics of montage in films, and kinds of film vectors, and defined it as 'Montage of Experience' according to media characteristics of e-book. This study deducted the montage pattern of 3 sorts of classification, and 10 sorts of detailed classification by doing research on the analysis object. This study has a significance in that it pioneers a new perspective in e-book research which has been biased towards a functional perspective. Analysis of the point of contact where the existing visual media, and new media meet with each other could be a driving force promoting the growth of the relevant industry, and this study thinks that the analysis of the point of contact is the research which is helpful to working out qualitative improvement of e-book contents.

  • Owing to the digital revolution, Internet Commerce and Electronic Commerce is having a profound influence on the global trade and internal commerce, revolutionizing the way of doing business. e-Trade have adopted in order to the reshape of the International Trade enterprise's competitiveness, and it is now being utilized as a major export marketing instrument to develop new customers, save export transaction costs ad facilitate new work processes. The purpose of this study is to provide a program for activation in e-Trade of the International Trade enterprise in Kangwon Do. However, at present, the environment of e-trade Infrastructure in Kangwon Do is very poor. Therefore, this study points out the problems of e-trade of the International Trade enterprise in Kangwon Do and provides many considerations for a program for activation of e-Trade.

e-Learning에 대한 태도가 e-Learning 유효성에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Impact of the Attitude of e-Learning on the Effectiveness of e-Learning)

  • 본 연구는 e-learning에 대한 태도가 e-learning유효성에 미치는 영향과 e-learning에 대한 태도의 선행요인에 대하여 검증하였다. 이 연구를 위한 자료수집은 대학에서 가상강좌를 수강한 학생들을 대상으로 하였으며, 자료의 분석은 구조방정식모형을 사용하였다. 분석결과 첫째, e-learning에 대한 긍정적 태도가 e-learning 유효성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, e-learning 학습관리시스템에 대해 지각하는 사용용이성, 학습동기, 학습콘텐츠의 정보품질은 e-learning에 대한 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나, e-learning 학습관리시스템에 대해 지각하는 유용성은 e-learning에 대한 태도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 e-learning을 통하여 학습관리시스템, 학습 콘텐츠와 정보품질이 제공되어야 하며 그리고 학습자의 학습동기가 중요한 수단으로 활용되어야 한다.

신속추출법 및 PDA-HPLC에 의한 조제분유 중 비타민 A, E의 동시분석 (Simultaneous Determination of Vitamin A and E in Infant Formula by Rapid Extraction and HPLC with Photodiode Array Detection)

  • 본 연구에서는 조제분유 중에 영양강화를 위해 첨가하는 비타민 A와 E의 함량측정을 위해 각기 다른 실험방법을 사용하지 않고 2가지 비타민을 동시에 분석하는 신속분석법을 위와 같이 수행하였다. 비타민 A와 E를 유기용매로 동시에 신속하게 추출하고 역상컬럼과 PDA-HPLC를 이용하여 각각의 성분으로 모두 분리한 후 동시에 검출하는 방법을 사용하였다. 국제표준인증물질 및 조제분유를 시료로 사용하여 본 연구의 실험방법에 의해 측정된 값을 식품공전방법 및 AOAC방법에 의한 측정값과 비교한 결과 유사한 측정결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 본 연구의 실험방법에 의하여 수행한 국제인증표준물질중의 비타민 A와 E의 함량측정 결과는 인증된 표준값내의 결과를 보여주었다. 따라서, 비타민 A또는 E를 강화한 분유, 이유식 등의 분말 유제품 중에서 비타민 A와 E의 함량을 측정 하고자 할 때 한정된 장비와 인력으로 각각의 2가지 실험방법을 수행하기가 어렵거나 시간단축이 필요한 경우, 본 연구에서 수행한 실험방법과 같이 시료 전처리를 간단하고 신속하게 수행할 뿐만 아니라 역상컬럼과 PDA-HPLC에 의해 비타민 A와 E를 동시에 분석함으로써 보다 효율적인 분석을 진행 할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Analysis of Telomerase Activity by HPV E6/E7 Expression in SW13

  • Cervical cancer is one of the most prevalent cancers developed in women worldwide, and human papillomavirus (HPV) type 16 is the most common agent linked to human cerivical carcinoma. Viral oncogenes E6 and E7 are selectively ratined and expressed in carcinoma cells infected with human papillomavirus type 16 and cooperated with each other in immortalization and transformation of primary keratinocytes. Because of HPV oncogenesis mechanism was not completely solved, the more studies be required thoroughly. In the present study, to investigate the telomere independent role of telomerase in HPV oncogenesis, we constructed the E6 mutant, E7, E6/E7 and hTERT over-expressed stable cells with a telomerase negative cell line, SW13. Expressions of Inserted genes were measured by RT-PCR. E6, E7 and hTERT genes were well expressed in each cell lines comparing with the control groups. By analyzing the cell morphology under the microscope, hTERT clone size was a more smaller than the mock control but oncogene expressed clones were slightly lengthened the marginal region. In addition, hTERT cells has also, a tendency of brief dividing time compared to the mock control. To determine whether telomerase activity associated with a HPV oncogenesis by oncoprotein expression, we performed the PCR based TRAP assay and Northern blot analysis. In TRAP assay data, telomerase activities in hTERT and oncogene clones were more increased than the mock control. In addition, SW13/ E6/E7 cells appeared a extremely increased activity than any other clones. Induced TERT mRNA by E6/E7 wasn't, however, detected in Northern blotting. In conclusion, these findings suggest that telomerase activity closely associated the HPV oncogenesis and E6/E7 co-expression is a most important factor of telomerase activity.

  • E-business has received much attention from entrepreneurs, executives, investors, and industry observers recently. The Internet is flourishing and the World Wide Web is growing at an exponential rate In recent years, information has become the critical commodity needed for success in the changing global economic order. Accordingly, business organizations have come to the conclusion that they require an extensive data repository in order to acquire a competitive advantage in a dynamically change market. This rich assortment of data must further be delivered and deliverable enterprise-wide in a secure and cost-efficient manner. Information technology(IT) has created the E-business as a vitally important mechanism for the storage, dissemination, and even the analysis data. The E-business has become increasingly important to a growing number of organizations in Korea in relatively short order. The present study is an attempt to develop a more through understanding of the potential and actual impact of the E-business on organizational functions and activities. Expecially, it also consists of an effort to assess the impact of the E-business on productivity. The research also addresses the issue of how the E-business affects productivity and shapes or modifies business activities. The results of literature review and study revealed that middle managers believe that the extent of the E-business use is significantly related to improvements in overall organizational functions and activities. While communication, decision-making, productivity, work collaboration, and business activities are all enhanced by E-business use, productivity appears to be most dramatically improved by Intranet use.

A Methodology for Measuring End-User e-Business Competency

  • In e-Business environment, end-user e-Business capability is necessitated for performing his or her given tasks and improving his or her business performance in an enterprise of e-Business environment. An instrument of an end-user e-Business competency is extracted from the major components of a general competency. Through a pilot test, this study performed factor analysis, and proposed a 16-item instrument that can measure an end-user e-Business competency in e-Business environment. The application of the instrument is confirmed by applying it to measuring e-Business competency of end-users in an enterprise of e-Business environment and by presenting the measurement results for them.

Code Construction Methods for Error Discriminating and Unidirectional Error Control Codes

  • A new concept, namely the error discrimination of a code defined as the capability to not only detect errors from two distinct error sets but also to distinguish between them has been introduced in [SAKA 89a]. Consider $E_+\;and\;E_-$ as the two distinct error sets, namely the positive error set and the negative error set respectively. If a code C is not only capable of detecting any error e in {$E_+,\;E_-$}, but also able to identify the error set to which e belongs then the code is said to be an $E_+\;&\;E_-$ error discriminating code. The error discriminating property enables construction of unidirectional error detecting/correcting codes using asymmetric error control code. We derive here theory for asymmetric t error correcting and d error detecting codes. Furthermore, unidirectional error control code construction methods are introduced using asymmetric error control codes and $E_+\;&\;E_-$ error discriminating codes.

커뮤니티 유형에 따라 온라인 리뷰속성이 패션제품 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of E-review attributes on Purchase Intention for Fashion Products across E-community Types)

  • Recently, as growing number of consumers publish product and service reviews on the Internet, e-review has received attention from retailers and researchers. E-review, a form of electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) which is typically shared between strangers whose identity and credibility are unknown, has become an important product information source as social media has facilitated information exchanges between more consumers. The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of e-review attributes on purchase intention for fashion products, which is mediated by trust of e-review, as well as to explore the differences between consumer communities and cooperative communities. A questionnaire was developed based on previous researches. Data were gathered from adults living in Busan. The results were analyzed by factor analysis, t-test, and regression using SPSS 18.0. The results showed that consumers tended to recognize e-reviews from consumer communities as exaggerated information, while they considered reviews from cooperative communities as reliable information, which gave the latter higher purchase intention. There were significant differences in e-review attributes for fashion products (e.g., Exaggeration, Entertainment, Innocence, and Agreement), purchase intention between consumer communities (e.g: Blog, Internet cafe) and cooperative communities (e.g: general malls and specialty malls). For both communities, purchase intention of fashion products was influenced by its entertainment attributes and perceived trust of e-reviews. These results suggest that e-retailers need to focus on understanding the causes of purchase intention with e-reviews for fashion products. Specifically, e-retailers should recognize that e-reviews of fashion products were associated primarily with entertaining and with consumers' trust. Based on these findings, managerial implications are presented.
