코로나19 확산으로 개인의 비대면 활동이 증가함에 따라 의료정보를 얻기 위해 의료기관 웹사이트와 모바일 콘텐츠 활용이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서 제시한 가설들을 검정하기 위해 구조방정식 분석을 실시한 결과, 소형병원 웹사이트와 모바일 콘텐츠의 e-서비스품질의 모든 하위 요인들인 이용편리성, 보안성, 반응성, 디자인성, 의료정보제공성 요인은 관계의 질에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 관계의 질은 e-충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 또한, 구조모형의 적합도는 χ²/df=2.021, NFI=.954, TLI=.969, CFI=.976, RMSEA=.046으로 모두 기준치를 상회하였다. 이와 같은 가설검정 결과를 통해 소형병원들은 웹사이트와 모바일 콘텐츠 운영에 있어 사용자들에게 빠르고 정확한 응답을 할 수 있는 시스템 개발을 통해 이용자들과의 관계의 질을 향상시키며, 또한 e-서비스품질과 관계의 질 향상을 통해 e-충성도를 향상시킬 필요가 있다. 향후 연구에서는 소형병원 이외에 대형병원에 대한 실증연구를 통해 비대면 의료정보 탐색에 대한 e-서비스품질을 더 명확히 측정할 수 있는 요인 및 측정변수 개발이 필요할 것이다.

International trade has been changed from traditional trade to e-trade due to the fast expanding of information technology like e-marketplace, EDI (Electronic data interchange) using Internet since mid of 1990's. e-Trade, as a new trade method, could handle every trade procedure such as market research, contract, customs clearance, logistics and payment using IT like internet without restriction of time and space. The evolution of transaction-based business model is upon us. The business models of many e-Marketplace in their early stages have typically been based on transaction fees. Many e-Marketplaces have even called out transaction revenues as a core element of their business plans. The transaction business represents the most simple of business models, but it does not provide a long-term sustain able advantage. For buyer's convenience, wide selection and test price hold appeal. For suppliers, the extended global market reach and direct access to customers and consortiums of customers is powerful. To maximize leverage of these new e-marketplace, you must from both a buyer perspective as well as a supplier perspective. Also required is a strategy that takes in account all of the various e-Marketplace transaction standards and one that allows the easy accomodation to new e-marketplace as the market change. These new e-marketplace will need to be factored into the sales channel strategies. To be successful, integration with these e-marketplaces should occur at a complete business process level. This study would suggest on the role of buyers and sellers for e-trade which could maximize effect of e-trade in order to cope with rapid changing IT environment and global trade environment. Therefore, this study suggests top priority tasks for implementing on the specialization strategy of e-trade process.

It was shown by L. Polterovich ([3]) that if L is a totally real submanifold of a symplectic manifold $(M,\omega)$ and L is parallelizable then L is normal. So we try to find an answer to the question of whether there is a compatible almost complex structure J on the symplectic vector bundle $TM$\mid$_{L}$ such that $TL{\cap}JTL=0$ assuming L is normal and parallelizable. Although we could not reach an answer, we observed that the claim holds at the vector space level. And related to the question, we showed that for a symplectic vector bundle $(M,\omega)$ of rank 2n and $E=E_1{\bigoplus}E_2$, where $E=E_1,E_2$are Lagrangian subbundles of E, there is an almost complex structure J on E compatible with ${\omega}$ and $JE_1=E_2$. And finally we provide a necessary and sufficient condition for a given embedding into a symplectic manifold to be normal.

This study aims to explore the status of e-learning in the public sector institutes of the Sukkur region in Pakistan. A survey was conducted to collect data from students and teachers regarding their awareness, access, and use of e-learning resources. The results showed that although there is a widespread use of the internet and mobile devices for accessing information, there is a lack of awareness and access to e-learning resources. Barriers to accessing e-learning content and a lack of familiarity with e-learning content development technologies were also identified. The study concludes that there is a need for improved e-learning facilities and curriculum in the public sector institutes of the Sukkur region in Pakistan. Recommendations are provided for developing a correctness-centered e-learning based curriculum that is tailored to the specific needs of the students in the region. It is hoped that the findings of this study will inform efforts to improve the teaching and learning process in the region and provide students with greater flexibility and access to study materials.

This study is characteristic analysis to optimize triggering of a high-power trigatron by FEM which is used to analyse electric field distribution in the trigatron. Triggering characteristics of a trigatron depends on arrangement of voltage polarity applied on electrodes and configuration of electrodes. This study is the preliminary stage for an experiment and make it possible to experiment effectively by finding optimal triggering characteristics though 3-dimensional node-based FEM which can practically model the complex structured electrode system.

In this paper, (E, L)-preproximity and uniformity spaces in matriod theory as a generalized to a classical proximity and Uniformity spaces introduced by Csaszar [1] is introduced. Recently, Shi [17]-[18] introduced a new approach to the fuzzification of matroids.Here introduce (E, L)-preproximity and uniformity spaces, Uniformity and strong uniformity on (E, L)-fuzzifying matroid space, Not only study the properties of this new notions, but it has been generated (E, L)-fuzzifying matroid Space from (E, L)-preproximity and uniformity spaces. Next to introduced (E, L)-preproximity continuous in (E, L)-fuzzifying matroid space and used it in more properties. Finally we solve combinatorial optimizations problem via (E, L)-fuzzifying matroid space.

In this paper, we propose an e-Learning process control model that aims to graphically describe and automatically generate the manifest of sequencing prerequisites in packaging SCORM's content aggregation models. In specifying the e-Learning activity sequencing, SCORM provides the concept of sequencing prerequisites to be manifested on each e-Learning activity of the corresponding tree-structured content organization model. However, the course developer is required to completely understand the SCORM's complicated sequencing prerequisites and other extensions. So, it is necessary to achieve an efficient way of packaging for the e-Learning content organization models. The e-Learning process control model proposed in this paper ought to be an impeccable solution for this problem. Consequently, this paper aims to realize a new concept of process-driven e-Learning content aggregating approach supporting the e-Learning process control model and to implement its e-Learning process modeling system graphically describing and automatically generating the SCORM's sequencing prerequisites. Eventually, the proposed model becomes a theoretical basis for implementing a SCORM-based e-Learning process management system satisfying the SCORM's sequencing prerequisite specifications. We strongly believe that the e-Learning process control model and its modeling system achieve convenient packaging in SCORM's content organization models and in implementing an e-Learning management system as well.

E-commerce represents the acquisition and sale, or the transmission of funds or data through an electronic platform. E-commerce is a paradigm shift that influences marketers and customers to improve current market processes. The significant challenges in e-commerce are the accuracy and performance factors during a business transaction, which has been substantially enhanced using Cloud Computing Techniques (CCT). The growth of e-commerce management has been increased due to massive internet penetration, and particularly small and emerging companies are increasingly using this alternative as a differentiated business model. E-commerce has significant environmental impacts and highly utilized in today's market scenario. Further, the replacement has not been thoroughly explored. Current research has been carried out to describe the e-commerce scenario to analyze market trends. This study further discusses the essential variables to the performance of market models for e-commerce. For example, e-procurement of products/services, electronic supply chain management, e-distribution and selling support (supplier connections, e-fulfilment) and online e-auctions (transactional) can represent important e-commerce capabilities, which can contribute to marketing strategy implementation effectiveness, resulting in higher export performance.

This study was to analyze important dimensions and its factors of micro level of e-learning determining the quality of e-learning. E-learning dimensions and their factors were identified and developed from the analytical review of related researches. From literature review and survey as well as expert interview, six categories of e-learning identified from this study were: 1) curriculum content, 2) usability, 3) instructional design, 4) evaluation -both process and results, 5) management, and 6) refinement and improvement. A total of thirty-seven factors determining the quality of the e-learning six categories were identified. The rank order and contribution rates for each categories and factors were calculated to explain how importantly they contribute to the quality of e-learning. Also three dimensions such as controlling the e-learning quality, e-learning fundamental dimension e-learning process dimension, and e-learning product dimension, were explained. This study suggests a useful guidance for e-learning quality and evaluation framework for better results.

Topology processing is indispensable basic function as it generate a real-time BUS-BRANCH model in Energy Management Systems because most application softwares such as state estimation, power flow, etc., require BUS-BRANCH circuit data. This paper propose an expert system to generate BUS-BRANCH circuit model using Artificial Intelligence technology and it is applied to 154kV distribution substations.
