The aim of this study is to forcast the economic impact of Yosu-Kwangyang harbour on the regional employment. Industries in relation to this harbor can be divided into three parts; related industries to harbor(RI), direct dependent industries on harbor(DDI), indirect dependent industries(IDI). Research regions are 4 cities (Yosu, Yochun, Soonchun, Dongkwangyang) and 3 counties (Yochun, Seungju, Kwangyang).In the aspect of employment, the Yosu-Kwangyang harbor produced a good effect in these regions. In 1995, the rates of the dependence on harbor were showed up RI 1.63%, DBI 3.33%, IDI 15.99%, TOTAL 19.95%. In the Suture, the rates may be showed up various results as; in TOTAL rates, 33.59% in 2000, 44.95% in 2005, 48.03% in 2010, 49.82% in 2015.

Aiming to reveal the employment evolution around interstate highway corridors, an extended shift-share analysis is conducted for metropolitan areas in two interstate highway corridors on the U.S. east coast: I-95 and I-85. Our focus is on knowledge service sectors, specifically finance, insurance, business services and health services for two time periods, 1977-1990 and 1990-2005. In the first period, the two corridors' metropolitan areas have outperformed their regions in terms of both output and labor productivity. But this picture turned negative in later period with some variation by industries. Also variation in performance over time was found even in metropolitan areas in the same corridor or in geographically adjacent areas.

This study proposes a more comprehensive approach for FLD by analyzing the relationship of colorectal polyps, which are precursors of colorectal cancer. In Chi-Square tests of FLD and colorectal polyps, the prevalence of colorectal polyps was significantly high in cases of FLD. The polyps and correlation of each factor showed a positive relationship with all factors, and the correlation coefficient with FLD was highest (r = 0.39, p <.001). In multiple regression analysis, FLD(OR 3.80 95% CI 1.93.-7.50), FBS (OR 2.51; 95% CI 1.12-5.62), and older age (OR 2.12; 95% CI 1.27-3.54) were independent risk factors for colorectal polyps. FLD was associated with the prevalence of colorectal polyps. These results show a meaningful influenceof FLD by ultrasonography in the occurrence of colorectal polyps, and that positive consideration of colonoscopy is needed for diagnosed FLD.

1945년 9월 5일 "조선기계기술협회"로 출범한 대한기계학회는 반세기가 넘는 역사와 함께 7천3백여 회원이 하나가 되어 기계공업 발전을 위한 연구활동을 계속하고 있다. 지난해 창립 50돌을 맞은 대한기계학회는 춘추계학술대회를 국제학술대회로 운영하는 등 95년 1월부터 96년 12월까지 2년에 걸쳐 대규모 기념행사를 펼치고 있다.

2003년 인쇄업의 산업재해 발생건수가 줄어들었는데도 불구하고 2004년에 적용될 산업재해보상보험요율은 오히려 인상 발표됨에 따라 적정 요율 적용 시비가 일 것으로 보인다. 노동부가 발표한 '2004년도 산업재해보상보험요율'에 따르면 2004년 인쇄업에 적용될 산업재해보상보험요율은 지난해 보다 0.002P 오른 15/1000 이다.

우리나라에는 89년 청정기술이 도입되어 서울대 이화영교수를 중심으로 클린텍연구회가 결성되어 그 활동이 93년 환경오염 사전예방연구회로 승계되었으며 95년 청정기술학회로 발전되었다. 국내 청정기술은 이제 걸음마 단계를 벗어나 유아단계라고 볼 수 있으나 지금처럼 정부의 지원이 계속되면 앞으로 10년 후에는 미국이나 유럽에 버금가는 청정기술 선진국으로의 도약이 기대된다.
