본 논문은 미연방통신위원회(FCC)가 1996년 6월, 1997년 3월, 1997년 8월에 각각 발표한 자료를 중심으로 미국이 번호이동성을 구현하는 데 있어 적용한 구현기준, 구현방식, 추진과정 등을 분석하였다. 그리고 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 국내 번호이동성 구현시 고려할 사항들을 제시하였다.

1953년 창립된 한국체육학회는 83년 사단법인으로 인가되어 그동안 국내외 학술대회 및 세미나를 여는 등 활발한 학회활동을 해오고 있다. 전국 체육대회 교수와 대학원생, 그리고 일반 초중고 체육교사와 체육지도자 등 2천여명이 회원으로 가입되어 있고 올해엔 2002년 월드컵 축구대회 한ㆍ일 공동개최 특별 심포지엄을 열게된다.

지난 88년 정부가 집없는 서민들에게 내집마련의 기회를 부여코자 하는 취지아래 주택 2백만호 건설 계획의 발표가 있은 지 2년이 흘렀다. 92년까지의 목표에 딱 절반에 와 있는 것이다. 지금, 2백만호 주택 건설은 어디까지와 있으며 이의 좀더 빠른 추진을 위해 우리 설비업계에서는 무엇을 해야 하는지 점검해 본다.

지난 2월 22일 축산회관 대회의실에서 본회 2007년도 정기총회가 성황리에 개최되었다. 대의원을 비롯해 이날 참석한 전국의 각 지회.지부에서 활동 중인 회원을 대상으로 양계인들의 설문 답변을 받아 분석한 내용을 정리하였다. 본 설문에 참여한 농가는 총 71명으로 채란인 36.6%(26명), 육계인 35.2%(25명), 종계인 16.9%(12명), 기타 11.2%(8명)가 설문에 응하였다.

Nakdong estuary provides the largest wintering grounds for migrating waterfowls in Korea, and was designated Natural Monument No. 179 in 1966. Nakdong barrage and related construction-projects finished in 1987 to increase freshwater-supply to nearby Pusan metropolitan area and to reclaim the vast intertidal areas for land development. Changes on distribution, primary productivity, and standing crop of Schoenopluctus triqueter, the dominant species in this intertidal flats, were investigated after the construciton, during the 1988-1990, and were compared to those before the construction. Total standing crop. tuber biomass and net primary productivity of S. triqueter increased in 1988 and 1989, but decreased slightly in 1990. Increase of tuber biomass means an increase in available food, thus the carrying capacity, for swans wintering in this area. Habitat environment of this estuary should be protected and managed as a wintering ground for migrating waterfowls, inspite of the construction of the barrage.

Between December 1983 and December 1989, twenty-five breast carcinoma patients were treated with surgical resection and postoperative radiotherapy at Inje University Seoul Paik Hospital. Twenty-three of 25 were evaluable and there were 7 patients with stage II ,14 patients with stage III, and 2 patients with stage IV. Twenty-one patients were treated with modified radical mastectomy and the remained 2 patients with simple mastectomy. The follow-up period ranged from 2 to 8 years. The local control rate was $83\%$ for the entire group. The local control rates for each stage were $100\%$(6/6) for stage II, $73\%$(11/15) for stage III, and $100\%$(2/2) for stage IV. The number of metastatic axillary nodes was a good predictor of locoregional cotrol. It was $100\%$ for the patients with 0-3 metastatic nodes and $72\%$ for more than 4 nodes, respectively. The 5-year overall survival rate for the entire group was $59\%$, and the disease-free survival rate was $32\%$, The 5-year survival rates for each stage II, III and IV was $83\%$, $59\%$ and $50\%$, respectively. The distant metastasis occured in 10 out of 23 patients and the most common site was bone. The results indicate that postoperative radiotherapy continues to play an important role in the primary.

잣나무는 지난 1990-1999년(10년간)까지 83,422ha(년간 8,342ha)의 면적에 조림을 실시하여 같은 기간(10년간)의 전국 총조림면적 283,071ha(년간 28,307ha)의 약 29%를 차지하였다. 임업연구원에서는 1968년부터 1983년까지 91ha(동부육종장 69ha, 중부육종장22ha)의 채종원을 조성하여 1976년부터 2000년까지 62,810kg(조림가능면적 : 6,281ha)의 우량종자를 생산보급하였으며 수령의 증가에 따라 매년 종자 생산량은 계속 증가하고 있다.(중략)

이 연구는 정보관리학회지에 실린 국문과 영문 초록을 중심으로 초록의 구조와 그 속성을 파악하고자 한다. 이를 위해 학회지의 저자초록을 중심으로 편집규정, 초록의 종류, 구조, 문장분석, 내용분석, 문체분석을 하였다. 대상초록은 1997년과 2014년에 간행된 학회지 논문이다. 그 결과 1997년까지는 지시적 초록이었으며 이후 대부분 정보적 초록으로 나타났다. 초록의 내용은 1997년에는 수록 논문의 68%가 목적 범위와 연구방법으로, 2014년에는 84%가 목적 범위/연구방법/결과 결론으로 나타났다.

산업재해의 발생추이는 통계가 집계되기 시작한 64년 이후 65년 5.91$\%$를 정점으로 등락을 거듭하다 83년부터는 계속해 감속, 98년에는 0.68$\%$를 기록했다. 그러나 사망자수와 영구히 장해가 남는 신체장애자의 발생은 증가하는 추세에 있고, 최근 들어서도 건설현장의 대형재해와 석유산업단지의 폭발사고 등이 연이어 발생하고 있다. 정부는 이에 따라 향후 매년 사망$\cdot$재해자 10$\%$, 근로손실 5$\%$ 감소를 목표로 하는 산업안전선진화 3개년 계획을 추진하기 위한 `신 산업안전선진화기획단`을 출범시키고 본격적인 활동에 들어갔다. 산업재해 발생현황에 대해서 살펴보고 신 산업안전선진화계획의 세부내용을 알아보도록 한다.
