2000년 대규모 DDoS 공격이래, 2009년 7월 7일 국가주요정부기관 및 인터넷 포털, 금융권 등의 웹사이트 대상으로 1차, 2차, 3차로 나누어 대규모 사이버 공격이 발생하였다. 지속적으로 발전되는 행태를 보이고 DDoS 공격에 대해 본 논문에서는 계층적인 침입탐지시스템을 설계하였다. 네트워크 패킷을 분석하기 위해 e-Watch, NetworkMiner등의 패킷, 프로토콜 분석도구를 이용하여 TCP/IP의 Layer별 공격을 분석한 후 패킷의 유입량, 로그정보, 접속정보, Port, Address 정보를 분석하고 계층침입에 대한 방어를 수행하도록 설계하였다. 본 논문은 DDoS(Distributed Denial of Service)에 대한 패킷 전송에 대해 계층적인 방어를 통해 보다 안정적인 패킷수신이 이루어진다.

Ergosta-4,6,8(14),22-tetraen-3-one (1), ergosta-7,24(28)-dien-3-ol (2), and 5,8-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3-ol(3) were isolated from the fruit body of Phellinus pini. Their structures were based on spectroscopic methods including IR, MS, and NMR (1D and 2D). These compounds were screened for their ability to inhibit nitric oxide (NO) production in LPS-activated RAW 264.7 cells. Compounds 1, 2, and 3 reduced NO production in the assay with $IC_50$ values of 29.7 ${\mu}M$ (1), 15.1 ${\mu}M$ (2), and 18.4 ${\mu}M$ (3) respectively. They also suppressed the expression of protein and m-RNA of iNOS and COX-2 in a dose dependent manner by western blot analysis and RT-PCR experiment in LPS-activated microglial cells.

7S globulin has been isolate from the defatted soybean meal(glycine max,. merill) by Sepharose-6B column chromatography and CM-Sephadex column chromatography. Coagulum of 7S globulin formed at a temperature of $65^{\circ}C$ in microbial enzyme treatment. In order to characterize the structure of the coagulum, three kinds of coagulum (enzyme-, calcium-and acid-induced coagulum)were compared througth the Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM). The network structure was found to be of two levels. First, there was an appearance on the molecular level in the form of strands. Second, there was a denser network with a fine structure.

By using HLS when developing a communication system FPGA, HDL code can be automatically generated from a little modified C/C++ source code used for performance verification, which has the advantage of shortening the development period. In this paper, a method of designing a telemetry standard 106-17 LDPC decoder in C language is proposed using Xilinx's Vivado HLS, and by synthesizing Spartan-7 and Kintex-7 as target devices, throughput and FPGA utilization rate was compared.

By utilizillg whole cell enzyme of the Xantho-monas citri IFO 3835, cephalexin is synthesized directly from 7-amino-deacetoxy cephalosporanic acid (7-ADCA) and phenyl glycine methyl ester (PGM). To date, cephalexin has been manufactu-red by chemical process involving fairly large number of steps to protect the amino group of phenly glycine and carboxyl group of 7-ADCA. However, the enzymatic process involves only a single step with 85％ conversion in 90 minutes. The fermentation variables studied indicate that oxygen transfer is limiting step in the enzyme production. Optimum conditions for enzymatic reaction were 37 C, pH 6.0, and the optimum substrate molar ratio of PGM to 7-ADCA was 2. Other variables that are related to the biochemical properties of whole cell enzyme temperature stability, pH stability, kinetic constants, reusing effect, enzyme loading effect were also evaluated.

Ethanol-tolerant strain, S. eerevisiae BUI a26 ($alc^r thr^-$) and gJucoamylase-producing strain, S diastatieus AI5a6 (STA+ hom-) were prepared by means of genetic manipulation, Protoplast fusion was carried out to introduce STA gene from AI5a6 strain to BUla26 strain, Protoplast formation was shown at 0,8 M sorbitol and 200 Jig/ml to 400 Jig/ml zymolyase treatment for 2 hours incubation, Fusion frequency was $ 3.25 {\times} 10^{-3}$ to the regenerated protoplast number using PEG 6000 for 90 min incubation. The excellent fusants with genotype of STA- $alc^r thr^-$ hom+/STA+ ($alc^s thr^+$ hom- (2n), F7 and FIO, were selected by ethanol-tolerant, ethanol fermentation, and glucoamylase production tests, Glucoamylase production of AI5a6 showed 2,7 units, but 4.2 or 8.4 units for F7 or FIO fusant at $30^{\circ}C$, Ethanol fermentation from 32% glucose by BUla26 was 14,0%(v/v) in fermentaion medium for 5 days incubation, but 14.5% or 15,0% for F7 or FIO strain, respectively. Ethanol fermentation from 5% starch was 2,0% by F7, or 1.8% by FIO strain in fermentation medium for 5 days fermentation.

We propose video management system based on MPEG-7 for mobile device(MVMS). Most of existing MPEG-7 applications manage MPEG-7 document based on file system in the desktop environment. To contrast them, because the MVMS manages only necessary information using embedded database system for MPEG-7 documents in mobile devices, it can use efficiently lack of the resource in mobile device environment. MVMS supports key image extraction and MPEG-7 document edition function. Moreover, this is possible search and management of multi document because of MVMS manage MPEG-7 data through embedded DB.

The conventional Gaussian type orbitals (GTO's) were generalized to have a regular form which is similar to the conventional Slater type orbitals (STO's). They were also orthogonalized and orthonormalized to have the same number of radial nodes that the hydrogenic orbitals have.
