배추흰나비(Pieris rapae L.)의 esterase에 관한 연구 II. 생화학적 특성 및 면역학적 연구 (Studies on Esterase of Pieris rapae L. II. Biochemical Properties and Immunological Studies)

  • 배추흰나비로부터 정제된 3개의 esterase의 특성을 조사하였으며 면역학적 연구를 통해 E6의 생리적 역할을 추정하였다. 억제제의 연구결과, E2, E6, E11 모두 carboxylesterase임이 밝혀졌다. Km 값은 E2, E6 및 E11이 각각 6.89 X 10-$^4$M. 3.19 $\times$ l0-$^4$M, 3.69 X 10-$^4$M이었다. 분자량은 E2, E6 및 E11이 각각 42 KD, 81 KD, 174 KD이었고 등전점은 각각 pH 5.54, pH 5.89, pH 6.50이었다. 변태에 따른 E6의 농도는 5령 말기에서 가장 높았으며 특히 중장조직에서 높게 나타났다. 따라서 E6은 소화효소로 사료된다.

티타늄 배양에 대한 배양골수와 치은 섬유아세포의 생체적합성 (The Biocompatibility Of Cultured Bone Marrow Cells And Gingival Fibroblasts On The Titanium Surfaces)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the response in aspect of attachment and growth rate of osteoblasts and growth rate of osteoblasts and human gingival fibroblasts to the commercially pure titanium(CP titanium)and titanium alloy(Ti-6AI-4V) that are used widely as implant materials, and to obtain the basic information to ideal implant materials. In the studly, commercially pure titanium in first test group, titanium alloy(Ti-6AI-4V) in second test group, cobalt-chrome-molybdenum alloy(Co-Cr-Mo alloy) in positive control group, and tissue culture polystyrene plate in negative control group were used. The results of this study were as follows. 1. Bone marrow cells cultured on CP titanium and Ti-6Al-4V showed significantly greater attachment and growth rate(p(0.05) compared to Co-Cr-Mo alloy in each time. 2. There were no significant differences(p>0.05) in attachment and growth rate of bone marrow cells cultured on CP titanium and Ti-6AI-4V or tissue culture plate. 3. Most bone marrow cells cultured on CP titanium, Ti-6Al-4V and tissue culture plate were attached well to each substratum in first 2days, and then, grew at higher growth rate. On the other hand, some cells cultured on Co-Cr-Mo alloy failed to attach in first 2 days, and then, attached cells grew at lower growth rate than other groups. 4. Attachment and growth rates of gingival fibroblasts cultured on CP titanium and Ti-6Al-4V showed no significant differences(p>0.05) compared to Co-Cr-Mo alloy in 2 days, but significantly greater increase(p<0.05) in 5 and 9 days. 5. There were no significantly differences(p>0.05) between growth rates on gingival fibroblasts cultured on CP titanium, Ti-6Al-4V and tissue culture plate in 2 and 5days, but a significant lower growth rate(p<0.05) on CP titanium and Ti-6Al-4V versus tissue culture plate. 6. Some gingival fibroblasts cultured on all specimen groups failed to attach, but attached cells grew well, especially on CP titanium, Ti-GAl-4V and tissue culture plate. 7. There were no significant differences(P>0.05) between growth rates of both bone marrow cells and gingival fibroblasts cultured on CP titanium and Ti-6AI-4V. As a result of this study, both commercially pure titanium and Ti-6AI-4V showed excellent biocompatibility and there was no significant difference in the cellular response to the both metals. Bone marrow cells cultured on each substratum showed significantly greater growth rate and responded sensitively to cytotoxic effects of metal surfaces compared to gingival fibroblasts. Considering cell response to the substrate, it was likely that the composition itself of titanium metals have no significant effect on the biocompatibility. Further study need to be done to evaluate the influence of surface characteristics on cellular responses.

  • 2,6-Dimethyl-4-(3'-nitrophenyl)-1,4-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid 3-methyl 5-(2'-phenylsulfinyl) ethyl ester (10) or 2,6-Dimethyl-4-(2' or 3'-nitrophenyl)-1,4-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid 3-alkyl 5-(2-methylsulfonyl) ethyl ester (14a, b, c) were hydrolyzed by treatment with NaOH in aqueous EtOH solution to give 2,6-Dimethyl-4-(3'-nitrophenyl)-1,4-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid monomethyl ester (4b), 2,6-Dimethyl-4-(2'-nitrophenyl)-1,4-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid monomethyl ester (4c) and 2,6-Dimethyl-4-(2'-nitrophenyl)-1,4-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid monoisopropyl ester (4d) in 80 -90% yield. By the same procedure, 2,6-Dimethyl-4-(3'-nitrophenyl)-1,4-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid 3,5-bis (2'-methylsulfonyl) ethyl ester (15) gave 2,6-Dimethyl-4-(3'-nitrophenyl)-1,4-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid (4e) in 96% yield.

  • $TiCl(OC_6H_5)_3{\cdot}C_6H_5OH\;및\;Ti(OC_6H_5)_4{\cdot}C_6H_5OH$의 분자량 측정과 전자 흡수스펙트럼을 고찰함으로써 이들 두 유기-리탄 화합물들의 용액 상태에서의 분자 및 전자구조에 대하여 연구하였다. $Ti(OC_6H_5)_4{\cdot}C_6H_5OH$는 고체상태에서는 이합체로 존재하지만 분자량 측정 결과 묽은 용액에서는 단위체로 완전해리되며 $TiCl(OC_6H_5)_3{\cdot}C_6H_5OH$도 8mM농도에서 해리를 시작함을 알수 있었다. 따라서 이들 두 착화합물은 묽은 용액에서 5배위 착화합물로 존재하며 분자구조는 trigonalbipyramid으로 생각된다. 두 화합물의 전자 흡수스펙트럼은 자외부쪽에 똑같은 진동구조를 갖는 벤젠고리 특유의 흡수밴드를 나타내며 가시부에서는 $TiCl(OC_6H_5)_3{\cdot}C_6H_5OH$의 경우 26.8kK에 $Ti(OC_6H_5)_4{\cdot}C_6H_5OH$는 29.6kK에 각각 흡수 밴드를 나타낸다. 이가시부 흡수밴드는 리간드에서 금속쪽으로 전하이전에 의한 $^1A_1''{\to}^1E'\;or\;^1E''$ 전이로 생각된다.

불평등전계에서 $SF_6/CF_4$ 혼합 가스의 SLI, AC 절연내력 특성 (SLI, AC Breakdown Voltage Characteristics of $SF_6/CF_4$ Mixtures Gas in Nonuniform Field)

  • Although many studies have been carried out about binary gas mixtures with $SF_6$, few studies were presented about breakdown characteristics of $SF_6/CF_4$ mixtures. At present study the breakdown characteristics of $SF_6/CF_4$ mixtures in non-uniform field was performed. The experiments were carried out under AC voltage and standard lightning impulse(SLI) voltage. Breakdown characteristics were investigated for $SF_6/CF_4$ mixtures when AC voltages and standard lighting impulse voltage was applied in a needle-plane. The needle-plane electrode whose gap distance was 3 mm were used in a test chamber. $SF_6/CF_4$ mixtures contained from 0 to 100% $SF_6$ and the experimental gas pressure ranged from 0.1 to 0.5 MPa. The breakdown characteristics of $SF_6/CF_4$ mixtures in non-uniform field may be influenced by defects like needle-shaped protrusions. In case of slowly rising SLI voltage and AC voltage it is enhanced by corona-stabilization. This phenomena caused by the ion drift during streamer development and the resulting space-charge is investigated. In non-uniform field under negative SLI voltage the breakdown voltage was increase linearly but under positive SLI voltage the breakdown voltage increase non-linearly. The breakdown voltage in needle-plane electrode displayed N shape characteristics for increasing the content of $SF_6$ at AC voltage. $SF_6/CF_4$ mixture has good dielectric strength and arc-extinguishing properties than pure SF6. This paper presents experimental results on breakdown characteristics for various mixtures of $SF_6/CF_4$ at practical pressures. We could make an environment friendly gas insulation material with maintaining dielectric strength by combing $SF_6\;and\;CF_4$ which generates a lower lever of the global warming effect.

분무열분해 공정에 의해 합성된 Al이 치환된 LiMn2O4 분말의 특성 (Properties of Al Doped LiMn2O4 Powders Prepared by Spray Pyrolysis Process)

  • Al이 치환된 $LiMn_2O_4$ 미세 분말을 구연산과 에틸렌 글리콜이 첨가된 분무용액으로부터 분무열분해 공정에 의해 합성하였다. 구형의 형상, 다공성의 구조 및 마이크론 크기를 가지는 전구체 분말들은 $800^{\circ}C$ 이상의 후열처리 온도에서 마이크론 크기 및 균일한 형태를 가지는 $LiMn_{11/6}Al_{1/6}O_4$ 분말들로 전환되었다. 후열처리 온도가 $700^{\circ}C$ 일 때 $LiMn_{11/6}Al_{1/6}O_4$ 분말은 94 mAh/g의 낮은 초기 방전 용량을 가졌다. 후열처리 온도가 $750^{\circ}C$에서 $1,000^{\circ}C$로 증가함에 따라 $LiMn_{11/6}Al_{1/6}O_2$ 분말의 초기 방전 용량은 103 mAh/g에서 117 mAh/g로 변화하였으며, 후열처리 온도 $750^{\circ}C$에서 최대 초기 방전용량을 가졌다. 반면에 후열처리 온도 $900^{\circ}C$에서 얻어진 $LiMn_{11/6}Al_{1/6}O_2$ 분말들이 좋은 사이클 특성을 가졌다. 전류밀도 0.1 C에서 70 사이클 충방전 후에 $LiMn_{11/6}Al_{1/6}O_4$ 분말들의 방전 용량은 107 mAh/g에서 100 mAh/g으로 감소하였고 93%의 사이클 효율을 유지하였다.

  • 연하곤란은 질병이나 기능장애의 출현을 나타내는 증세로서 원인 및 발생부위가 다양하다. 1977연도 1년간 서울대학병원 이비인후과 외래에 연하곤란을 주소로 내원한 133명의 환자를 임상통계적으로 고찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 연하곤란을 주소로 내원한 환자는 전체 이비인후과 외내 내원환자 9313명의 2. 1%에 해당한다. 2. 성별남여의 비는 1.3 : 1로 남자가 약간 많았고, 평균연령은 35.7세이다. 3. 자각증상의 지속기간은 평균 251일이나, 1년이상의 식도부식증 8례를 제외하면 평균 40일이다. 좀 더 자세히 분류하면 1주 이하 67례(50.4%), 1주∼1개월 24례(18.0%), 1개월∼l년 34례(25.6%), 1년 이상 8례(6.0%)로 나타났다. 4. 발생부위별로 보면 식도 27례(20.3%)보다 구강 일인두 일후두 등이 106례(79.3%)로 약 4배가 된다. 5. 원인적 요소를 보면 염증성 67례(50.4%), 종양성 28례(21.0%), 부식제의 오연사고 14례(10.5%), 이물 11례(8.3%)등의 순이다. 6. 질병별로 보면 인두염 및 편도염 42례(31.6%), 식도부식증 14례(10.5%), 구내염 14례(10.5%), 후두종양 12례(9.0%), 편도주위농양 9례(9.8%), 식도이물 7례(5.2%), 설종양 7례(5.2%), 편도종양 6례(4.5%), 인두이물 4례(3.0%)등의 순이다.

  • Manufacturing process of Ti-6Al-4V alloy billet was investigated with FEM simulation and experimental analysis. Before the breakdown process of Ti-6Al-4V alloy ingot, FEM simulation for the breakdown processes of Ti-6Al-4V alloy ingot was used to calculate the forging load and state variables such as strain, strain rate and temperature. In order to breakdown the ingot structure and make an equiaxed structure billet, two different processes were employed for a VAR/VAR processed Ti-6Al-4V alloy ingot. Firstly, the ingot was cogged in single-phase $\beta$ field at the temperature of $1,100^{\circ}C$. In the process, the coarse and inhomogeneous structure developed by the double melting process was broken down. The second breakdown was performed by upsetting and cogging processes in $\alpha+\beta$ phase field to obtain the microstructure of fine equixed $\alpha$ structure in the matrix of transformed $\beta$. Finally, the mechanical properties of Ti-6Al-4V alloy billet made in this work were compared with those of other billet and ring product.

Needle Entry Angle to Prevent Carotid Sheath Injury for Fluoroscopy-Guided Cervical Transforaminal Epidural Steroid Injection

  • Objective To suggest rotation angles of fluoroscopy that can bypass the carotid sheath according to vertebral levels for cervical transforaminal epidural steroid injection (TFESI). Methods Patients who underwent cervical spine magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) from January 2009 to October 2017 were analyzed. In axial sections of cervical spine MRI, three angles to the vertical line (${\alpha}$, angle not to insult carotid sheath; ${\beta}$, angle for the conventional TFESI; ${\gamma}$, angle not to penetrate carotid artery) were measured. Results Alpha (${\alpha}$) angles tended to increase for upper cervical levels ($53.3^{\circ}$ in C6-7, $65.2^{\circ}$ in C5-6, $75.3^{\circ}$ in C4-5, $82.3^{\circ}$ in C3-4). Beta (${\beta}$) angles for conventional TFESI showed a constant value of $45^{\circ}$ to $47^{\circ}$ ($47.5^{\circ}$ in C6-7, $47.4^{\circ}$ in C5-6, $45.7^{\circ}$ in C4-5, $45.0^{\circ}$ in C3-4). Gamma (${\gamma}$) angles increased at higher cervical levels as did ${\alpha}$ angles ($25.2^{\circ}$ in C6-7, $33.6^{\circ}$ in C5-6, $43.0^{\circ}$ in C4-5, $56.2^{\circ}$ in C3-4). Conclusion The risk of causing injury by penetrating major vessels in the carotid sheath tends to increase at upper cervical levels. Therefore, prior to cervical TFESI, measuring the angle is necessary to avoid carotid vessels in the axial section of CT or MRI, thus contributing to a safer procedure.

  • 캐나다 퀘벡 주 오카지역에서 산출되는 네오비움 페롭스카이트(일명 라트라파이트, $Ca_2NbFe^{3+}O_6$)에 대하여 화학분석과 분말 X선 회절 데이터를 이용한 리트벨트 구조분석을 실시하였다. 라트라파이트는 $CaTiO_3-NaNbO_3-Ca_2NbFe^{3+}O_6$의 연속계열 고용체의 성분을 가지며, 화학분석 결과 평균$(Ca_{1.5}Na_{0.4})\;(Nb_{0.1}Ti_{0.6}Fe_{0.4})O_6$ 리트벨트 구조분석 결과 라트라파이트의 구조는 페롭스카이트($CaTiO_3$)의 결정구조와 유사하지만, Ti 이온이 Nb와 $Fe^{3+}$에 의해 치환되면서 상당히 뒤틀리고, $TiO_6$ 팔면체가 페롭스카이트에 비해 서로 기울어져 있는 모습을 보여준다 새롭게 결정된 라트라파이트의 공간군은 Pbnm, 단위포는 a=5.4474(4), b=5.5264(4), c=7.7519(5) ${\AA},\;V=233.4(3){\AA}^3$이다.
