Li_{0.5}Fe_{2.5-x}Al_xO_4 페라이트계의 Mossbauer 스펙트럼 연구 (A Study OH Mossbauer Spectra Of the $Li_{0.5}Fe_{2.5-x}Al_xO_4$ Ferrite System)

  • L $i_{0.5}$ F $e_{2.5-x}$A $l_{x}$ $O_4$ 페라이트계에 대한 XRD와 Mossbauer 스펙트럼을 측정 분석하였다. $Al^{3+}$ 씨온의 치환량 x가 증가할수록 격자상수는 작아지고, 값이 0, 0.3, 0.6인 시료에서는 두 site의 F $e^{3+}$ 이온에 의한 두 개의 6선 흡수선이 나타났고, x가 0.9, 1.2인 시료에서는 6선 흡수선외에 열에 의한 전자적 완화현상에 기인한 2선 흡수선이 공존하였으며, x가 1.5인 시료는 2선 흡수선만 나타났다. 공명흡수면적으로 계산된 L $i_{0.5}$ F $e_{2.5-x}$A $l_{x}$ $O_4$ 페라이트계의 금속 양이온 분포식은(L $i_{1-a}$$^{+}$F $e_{a}$ $^{3+}$ ) z으로 나타낼 수 있었고, 시료내의 $Al^{3+}$ 의 증가는 B-site의 F $e^{3+}$ - $O^{2-}$ 결합거리를 증가시켜 공유 결합성을 약화시키는 것으로 확인되었으며, $Al^{3+}$ 씨 증가에 따라 B-site의 F $e^{3+}$ 이온의 수가 감소하여 A-B 초 교환 상호 작용이 약화되는 것을 알 수 있었다.다.

Hexokinase 방법을 이용한 Heparin 혈장과 NaF 혈장 시료의 혈당 분석치 비교 (Comparison of Li-heparinized Versus Na-fluorinated Plasma for Routine Blood Glucose Determination Using Hexokinase Procedure)

  • In this study, the two sampling methods for blood glucose measurement were evaluated in order to reduce pre-analytical error. For this purpose, glucose levels of Li-heparinized plasma (LHP) and Na-fluorinated plasma (NFP) in blood collected from healthy volunteers were determined by using routine hexokinase procedures. The percentage range of pre-analytical error was quantitated by comparing LHP glucose values with NFP glucose values according to delaying analytical time (0, 60, and 120 min). LHP glucose values were decreased by 6.6% in 60 min., 17.7% in 120 min, whereas NFP glucose values decreased by 1.1% in 60 min, 2.0% in 120 min. Therefore it may be recommended that the NFP sampling method should be used for routine blood glucose determination in diabetes mellitus diagnosis.

TPM-BiP 청색 형광 재료의 전계발광특성 (Characterization of Blue Organic Light Emitting Diodes using TPM-BiP)

  • For the fabrication of blue color organic light emitting diodes(OLED) with a high performance, 2-TNATA [4,4',4"-tris (2-naphthylphenyl-phenylamino)-triphenylamine] as hole injection material and NPB [N,N'-bis (1-naphthyl) -N,N'-diphenyl-1,1'-biphenyl-4,4'-diamine] as hole transport material were deposited on the ITO (indium tin oxide)/glass substrate by the vacuum thermal evaporation. After then, blue color emission layer was deposited using TPM-BiP[(4'-Benzoylferphenyl-4-yl)phenyl-methanone-Diethyl(biphenyl-4-ymethyl)phosphonate] and GDI602 as a light emitting organic material. Finally, the two kinds of OLEDs with the structure of $ITO/2-TNATA/NPB/TPM-BiP/Alq_3/LiF/Al and ITO/2-TNATA/NPB/GDI602/Alq_3/LiF/Al$ were prepared by in-situ deposition. The maximum current density and luminance were found to be about $588\;mA/cm^2\;and\;5239\;cd/m^2$ at 12V for the OLED sample with the structure of $ITO/2-TNATA/NPB/TPM-BiP/Alq_3/LiF/Al$. Color coordinate of blue OLED was x=0.18, y=0.18 (at llV) and the maximum current efficiency was 2.82 cd/A (at 6V) with the peak emission wavelength of 440 nm.

DNA Fingerprint Bands Correlated with the Egg Weight Performance of Hens

  • Beijing White Chickens laying larger eggs and smaller eggs were respectively used as parental individuals for mating to produce the F1 progeny and then the F1 progeny individuals mated to produce 125 individuals of the F2 progeny. Three bands associated with the egg weight performance were identified from DNA fingerprints of the 125 individuals generated with a bovine minisatellite probe BM6.5B. The simple linear correlation analysis showed that the coefficients of correlation between frequencies of the three bands (DB1, DB2 and DB3) and egg weights were -0.6, -0.6 and 0.9, respectively.

Electrical and Optical Properties of Phosphorescent Organic Light-Emitting Devices with a TAPC Host

  • We fabricated phosphorescent organic light-emitting devices with a 1,1-bis[(di-4-tolylamino)phenyl]cyclohexane (TAPC) host layer. Two kinds of devices, one of ITO/TAPC/TAPC:FIrpic/TAZ/LiF/Al (device A) and one of ITO/TAPC:FIrpic/TAPC/TAZ/LiF/Al (device B), were prepared to investigate electrical and optical properties. Iridium(III) bis[(4,6-difluorophenyl)-pyridinato-N,$C^{2'}$]picolinate (FIrpic) and 3-(4-biphenylyl)-4-phenyl-5-(4-tert-butylphenyl)-1,2,4-triazole (TAZ) were used as a blue phosphorescent guest material and an electron transport layer, respectively. The TAPC layer in device B strongly contributes to whitish emission, higher driving voltage, and lower current efficiency characteristics compared with device A. The mechanisms of these electrical and optical characteristics of the devices were investigated.

  • We report the photo-(PL) and electroluminescence (EL) properties of new conjugated compounds based on carbazolyl vinylene moiety, 3,3'-(1,4-phenylene di-2,1-ethenediyl) bis[9-ethyl-(E,E)-9H-carbazole](PEEC) and 3,3'-([1,1'-biphenyl]-4,4'-diyldi-2,1-ethenediyl)bis[9-ethyl-9H-carbazole](BPEEC), as emitting materials. The ITO/m-MTDATA/NPB/BPEEC/Alq3/LiF/Al device shows bluish-green EL spectrum at 490nm and turn-on voltage at 8V. PEEC shows bluish-green EL around ${\lambda}$ max=496nm and turn-on voltage at 6V and 2.4 Cd/A efficiency in ITO/m-MTDATA/NPB/PEEC/Alq3/LiF/Al device.

  • DCM derivatives were newly synthesized. The OLEDs with a DCM-A as an emitting layer was fabricated and analyzed their opto-electrical properties. The structures of OLEDs were I) ITO/DCM-A/Al, II) ITO/-NPD/DCM-A/LiF/Al, and III) ITO/-NPD/DCM-A/Alq3/LiF/Al. The EL peak of the DCM-A shows the red emission in the range of 700 nm. The structure I) shows that 1050 nW/cm2 at 510 mA/cm2. The structure II) shows that takes the most excellent luminance about 39,000 nW/cm2 at 290 mA/cm2. The EL structure ill shows luminance about 13,000 nW/cm2 at 6 mA/cm2.

ANSI 13.32 말단부 팬템에 의한 열형광말단선량계의 방향의존성 연구

  • 본 연구에서는 ANSI N13.32(1995)에서 제시한 손가락, 손목/발목 기준 팬텀(1)을 설계 제작하여 Teledye사의 말단선량계(finger와 wrist dosimeter)에 대한 방향의존성 실험을 수행하였다. 방사선원으로는 PTB 2차 베타표준선원 $^{204}$Tl(0.24 MeV), $^{90}$ sr/Y(0.8 MeV) 그리고 $^{l37}$ Cs(0.66 MeV) 표준 감마선원을 사용하였으며, 말단선량계로는 LiF Teflon(D-LiF-7-0.13)을 사용하였다. 90$^{\circ}$ 에서 $10^{\circ}$ 까지 20$^{\circ}$ 씩 수직과 수평으로 팬텀을 회전하여 정상각과 비정상각에 대한 상대응답을 제시하였다. 실험결과 90$^{\circ}$에서 모든 선량계는 잘 일치하였다. $^{90}$ Sr/Y은 50$^{\circ}$ 정도에서 다소 방향의존성이 적은 결과를 보였으며, $^{204}$ TI는 20$^{\circ}$에서 최소 13% 정도의 심한 방향의존성이 나타났다. 또한 $^{137}$Cs은 $10^{\circ}$에서도 최대 10.6% 정도의 적은 방향의존성을 나타냈다. 본 실험의 결과로부터 말단선량계는 저에너지와 낮은 투과 방사선[2]에서 심하게 방향의존성이 나타남을 알 수 있었다.

형광 X-선 분석에 의한 미량 구리의 정량 (Determination of Microamounts of Copper by Fluorescence X-Ray Analysis)

  • 미량 구리의 sodium diethyl dithiocarbamate의 chelate를 ethyl acetate로 추출하고 이 추출액을 구리(원자번호 29번)의 이웃원소인 아연(원자번호 30번) 분말에 흡착시켰다. 추출액을 날려보낸 뒤에 $250kg/cm^2$ 으로 압축성형하여 구리의 $K_{\alpha}2(2{\theta}_{LiF} = 45.08^{\circ})$에서 형광 X-선을 측정한 결과 구리 $10{\mu}g$까지 측정할 수 있었으며 표준물질첨가법에 의하여 상대오차를 ${\pm}10$%이내로 낮출수가 있었다.

The Fabrication of Low Temperature Firing Substrate of $Li_2O-MgO-MgF_2-SiO_2-B_2O_3$ system

  • The $Li_2O-MgO-MgF_2-SiO_2$glasses with addition of $B_2O_3$ were investigated in order to make glass-ceramics for low temperature firing substrate. Glasses were made by melting at $1450^{\circ}C$ in the electronic furnace and crystallized at $750^{\circ}C$. The crystal phases were polycrystalline of lithium boron fluorphlogopite and lithium fluorhectorite. The crystal shape was chanced to granule type from needle type with increasing $B_2O_3$ content. Average particle size of the glass-ceramics after water swelling was 3.77$\mu\textrm{m}$. The optimum sintering temperature and sintering shrinkage of the substrate were $900^{\circ}C$ and 13.4%, respectively.
