The clpks18 gene was first cloned and identified in Curvularia lunata. It contains 6571 base pairs (bp) and an 6276 bp open reading frame encoding 2091 amino acids. The ClPKS18 deletion mutant displayed an albino phenotype, and almost lost the ability to product 5-(hydroxymethyl) furan-2-carboxylate (M5HF2C) toxin, implying that clpks18 gene in C. lunata is not only involved in 1,8-dihydroxynaphthalene melanin synthesis, but also relatively associated with M5HF2C toxin biosynthesis of the pathogen. The pathogenicity assays revealed that ${\Delta}ClPKS18$ was impaired in colonizing the maize leaves, which corresponds to the finding that ClPKS18 controls the production of melanin and M5HF2C in C. lunata. Results indicate that ClPKS18 plays a vital role in regulating pathogenicity of in C. lunata.

This study evaluated the effects of Dioscorea batatas and Gastrodia rhizoma on fatty acid composition of serum, liver and brain in rats which were fed control diet adding 5%, 10%, 15% Dioscorea batatas powder and 5%, 10%, 15% Gastrodia rhizoma powder for 3 weeks, respectively. In the other total fatty acid composition of serum lipids, the percentage of SFA was higher in the control group than in the other groups. The percentages 18:2 and 20:4 in serum lipids were significantly higher in the group 5, 6 and 7 than control group. In phospholipid fatty acid composition of serum lipids, the percentage of 18:2 was significantly higher in the group 5, 6 and 7 than in the other groups. 16:0, 18:0, 18:1, 18:2 and 20:4 were the main fatty acid in the total fatty acid and phospholipid fatty acid composition of liver lipids. 16:0, 18:0, 18:1, 18:2, 20:4 and 22:6 were the main fatty acid in the total fatty acid and phospholipid fatty acid composition of brain lipids.

The seeds cf Pinus Koraiensis mere studied for their moisture, total lipids and ash contents and fatty acid composition. The seeds contained ca. 3.6% moisture, 70.4% purified total lipids and 2.5% ash. The proximate composition of the seeds was not influenced by the sampling rears (1984 and 1985). Twenty-one fatty acids ranged from myristic to arachidic acids were identified in the seed lipids. The seed lipids contained linoleic acid (47.9%), oleic acid (28.4%) and 5, 9, 12-18:3(11.1%) as major fatty acids and 5,9,12-18:3, 5,11-20:2 and 5,11,14-20:3 as 5-olefinic nonmethylene-interrupted polyenoic acids. The sampling Tears also had no effect on the fatty acid composition of the seed lipids.

In order to define triglyceride compositions in fat and oil triglycerides were separated by thin layer chromatography (TLC) from corn oil, and the separated triglycerides were graduated according to each partition number(PN) by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) using column of ${\mu}-Bondapack\;C_{18}$ and each graduation was graduated again according to acylcarbon number by gas liquid chromatography(GLC). Fatty acid compositions were analyzed by GLC after their graduation were methylated in according to PN. The triglyceride compositions were estimated by synthesizing the above three results. The estimated triglycerides consisted of 36 kinds in corn oil. The major triglyceride compositions of sample oil were as follows: 21.5%$(C_{18:2},\;C_{18:2},\;C_{18:1})$, 17.4%$(C_{18:1},\;C_{18:2},\;C_{18:1})$, 15.4%$(C_{18:1},\;C_{18:2},\;C_{16:0})$, 11.1%$(C_{16:0},\;C_{18:2},\;C_{18:2})$, 9.0%$(C_{18:1},\;C_{18:1},\;C_{18:1})$, 8.0%$(C_{18:2},\;C_18:2},\;C_{18:2})$, 5.7%$(C_{18:1},\;C_{18:1},\;C_{16:0})$, 2.2%$(C_{16:0},\;C_{16:0},\;C_{18:2})$, 1.6%$(C_{18:2},\;C_{18:2},\;C_{18:2})$, 1.1%$C_{18:2},\;C_{18:0},\;C_{16:0})$, 1.1%$(C_{16:0},\;C_{16:0},\;C_{18:1})$.

The triglyceride composition of perilla oil was investigated by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) in combination with gas liquid chromatography (GLC). The triglycerides were separated from perilla oil by thin layer chromatography (TLC), and fractionated into five groups on the basis of their partition numbers by reverse phase HPLC on a column packed with ${\mu}-Bondapak\;C_{18}$ using methanol-chloroform mixture as a solvent. Each of these collected fractions gave one to three peaks in the GLC chromatograms according to the acyl carbon number of the triglyceride, and fatty acid composition of the triglyceride was also analyzed by GLC. The results indicate that the perilla oil consists of fifteen kinds of triglycerides, and the major triglycerides in perilla oil were as follows: 68.0% of $(C_{18:3},\;C_{18:3},\;C_{18:3})$, 6.7% of $(C_{18:2},\;C_{18:3},\;C_{18:3})$, 5.9% of $(C_{18:1},\;C_{18:3},\;C_{18:3})$, 4.3% of $(C_{16:0},\;C_{18:3},\;C_{18:3})$, 3.8% of $(C_{18:1},\;C_{18:2},\;C_{18:3})$, 3.2% of $(C_{18:1},\;C_{18:1},\;C_{18:3})$, 2.0% of $(C_{16:0},\;C_{18:2},\;C_{18:3})$, 1.5% of ($C_{18:2},\;C_{18:2},\;C_{18:3})$, 1.0% of $(C_{16:0},\;C_{18:1},\;C_{18:3})$.

Fake news is flooded with fake news that mixes untrue falsehoods in whole or in part. In order to create a frame for political and social purposes, news is mainly created by combining facts with fakes, or news is created for the purpose of incitement to encourage distortion and hatred. In particular, some media, including over-the-air broadcasting, are expressing their political bias in a specific direction without hesitation. Even if the press has political bias, if it is based on the delivery of facts, a trusted media environment can be achieved under the mutual checks of conservatives and progressives. The May 18 Democratic Uprising is a painful history and fact of modern history, leaving remuneration and progress. Nevertheless, there is still a view that the May 18 Democratic Uprising is regarded as 'democracy movement' and 'violence'. This study analyzed how the conservative JoongAng Ilbo and the progressive Kyunghyang Shinmun Manpyeong deal with the May 18 Democratic Uprising. The Manpyeong of the two newspapers differs greatly from the viewpoint of the May 18 Democratic Uprising. The liberal tendency of the Kyunghyang Shinmun Manpyeong has great significance in that it reveals the essence of the event and satirizes the subject. On the other hand, the conservative JoongAng Ilbo Manpyeong cannot approach the nature of the case or the object of satire due to ambiguity.

In this paper, newspaper articles were collected through '5.18' keyword search results and the news corpus was constructed from the collected data. In the articles of local newspapers 'Honam' and 'Yeongnam', the ideological differences regarding '5.18' were investigated. The ideological differences of local newspaper discourse through objective figures was analyzed.. The subjects of the newspaper articles, the frequency of nouns and predicates were analyzed. The use and meaning of the intended vocabulary were examined. As a result of analyzing the title of the newspaper article, the discourse written in 'Honam' emphasized the necessity of re - recognition of 5.18. In both regions, the word "Gwangju" is often used. However, 'Gwangju' in 'Honam' newspaper means spiritual space, not physical space. In Honam regional newspapers, there are many vocabularies describing the events such as 'shoot' and 'fire', this calls for recollection and memory of '5.18'. In the analysis of newspaper discourse, the analysis of the contrast between the local newspapers was very insignificant, but, this study was conducted to analyze the discourse among local newspapers.

Several samples of tile dried purple laver grown and processed at the major laver producing districts, i. e Mokpo, Wando, Hadong and Jangrim, along the southern coast of Korea were Quantitatively investigated to determine composing patterns of the fatty acids by gas-liquid chromatography. The total lipid contents in dried purple laver of Hadong were $1.8\%$ being the highest value. Upon analyzing fatty acid composition, some differences were observed in their quantitative distribution at different growing places. Dried purple laver of Wando contained mainly $C_{16:0},\;C_{18:1},\;C_{16:1}\;and\;C_{17:0}$ fatty acids, that of Mokpo contained $C_{16:0},\;C_{20:5},\;C_{18:1}\;and\;C_{16:1}$ fatty acids, and that of Hadong $C_{16:0},\;C_{20:5},\;C_{18:0}\;and\;C_{20:1}$ fatty acids, and that of Jangrim $C_{20:5},\;C_{16:0},\;C_{18:1}\;and\;C_{18:0}$ fatty acids, each in order of acid quantity. In regard to the composing pattern of carbon number of fatty acids, the dried purple laver o Mokpo, Hadong, and Jangrim contained $C_{16},\;C_{18}\;and\;C_{20}$ fatty acids with the identical distributional pattern, while that of Jangrim contained $C_{16},\;C_{18}\;and\;C_{17}$ fatty acids as major components. Dried Purple laver of Jangrim contained especially high amount of $C_{20:5}$ fatty acids.

Struggles to gain acknowledgement of identity have a characteristic of movement to recover human dignity. Participants in this movement come to confirm themselves as the subject of rights and communicate one another, free from oppression. Being guaranteed the opportunity to participate in the public opinion formation process is an indispensable element of human rights. In 1980, though it was short and incomplete, Gwangju experienced communal autonomy under the condition that state power was temporarily stopped. The contents and memories of the Gwangju Democratization Movement that intended to protect autonomy of civil society, resisting pillage of state power, remain intact in the 1980 Archives for the May 18th. The 5.18 archives were registered in UNESCO's Memory of the World in 2011, with its value of human rights and protection of democracy being acknowledged. The 5.18 archives have memories of resistance and struggles for justice, and sacrifices and pains of citizens under oppressive political authority in Gwangju, 1980. Thus, these archives are related to the historical struggles for democracy, and suggest a lesson on the transition process towards democracy to us. Preservation and utilization of the documentary heritage constantly lead the memories of historical events to the present, and enable exchanges of experiences and ideas between the present and the future. This study, through the process of UNESCO's Memory of the World registration and post-registration process, beyond the value of archives, tries to examine how historical events are led to the present, through the archives and to discuss the other values of archives.
