Laotzu's view of language is well expressed at the beginning stanza of "道可道 非常道" of Tao De Ching, the interpretation of which is pivotal for the proper interpretation of the entire text. Two lines of interpretation of this stanza have been proposed; The first view regards the letter "道" in "非常道" as representing that which is signified by a sign. The other takes the posture that the letter "道" is itself the signifier of the sign. I argue in this article that the second posture should be taken to interpret Tao De Ching properly, contrary to the traditional interpretation of this stanza, by pointing out the verses which inevitably contradict each other when interpreted according to the first view. The second view leads to the conclusion that everyday language is not sufficient enough to describe the supernatural beings, including Tao, accurately, and seeks a way to augment ordinary language for appropriate description of such supernatural beings. The strategy Laotzu adopts in Tao De Ching is to expand the expressive power of ordinary language by extensive use of metaphors. This paper discerns 4 conceptual metaphors in the sense of Johnson and Lakoff(1980) which underlie the metaphors used in Tao De Ching: (1) Tao is Void; (2) Tao is Mother; (3) Tao is Valley; and (4) Tao is Untrimmed Log.

The purpose of this study was to accept its contents as lessons for today and to search for the correct way to lead home economy of the future by way of retranslating home economic view in literatures and documents of Cho-sun Dynasty(1392-1910) Through studying Cho-sun's literatures and documents: 「Ne-hun」 by the queen So He 「Kyou-dyoung-yo-ram」by Lee Whang 「Kyung-mong-yo-kul」by Lee Yul 「Song-ho-sa-sul」by Lee IK 「Sa-so-jol」by Lee Duk Moo「Buk-hak-ee」 by Park Je Ka 「Mok-min-sim-su」 by Jung Yak Yong. The results of this study can be summarized as follows : 1. The view of income: 1) Cut down on the too much greed of property (property income) 2) Work hard with diligence(earned income). 2. The view of expense : 1) Get food clothing and housing with frugality 2) Spend money for home rites and reception of guests with manner and truth without extravagnace. 3. The view of buying and selling: Buy and sell with credit. 4. The view of borrowing and lending: Borrow and lend money honestly,. 5. The view of home book-keeping : Keep home book-keeping every day. 6. The view of economic preparation : Save for a rainy day wisely.

In Domestic, the beginning of CM system was at December 1996 by 'Construction Industry fundamental law'. Today the needs of CM is more and more during 10 years. Although the time of CM's induction and high-quality human resources are insufficiency, various studies and developments's level through theoritical base and academic level is good which are compared by developed countries's. But still now the effort of CM product measure part, especially public sector is not enough. Besides, the existing check-list is for project owner so it needs to make up for balanced view as organized 4way-view of owner, CMr, designer, constructor. On this study, produce the list of check-list and then weight of each list by view of owner, CMr, designer, constructor. The completec check-list will be useful for CM product measure objectively .

The Purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the urban home-maker's view of homemanagement and the domestic courtesy and ritual (wedding ceremany, ancestral service, funeral rites). The data for this study was obtained from the 661 homemakers who live in Seoul, Busan, Inchon etc. The data were analyzed by the method described below with SPSS Computer programs. Such methods as frequence, percentile, analysis of variance (t-test, one-way ANOVA), Pearson's correlation and Factor analysis, Multiple regression were used. The major results the study can be summaried as follows; 1) As the result of factor analysis about view of homemanagement, 10 factors (which Eigen Value was above 1.0) out of 28 guestions were extracted. 2) In general, it can be said that the urban Homemaker's View of homemanagement varies by age, level of education, religion. 3) The domestic courtesy and ritual (wedding ceremony, ancestral servic, funeral rites) varies by age, level of education, religion. 4) There is a positive relation in analyzing the correlation between the urban homemaker's view of homemanagement and domestic courtesy and ritual (wedding ceremony, ancestral service, funeral rites)(p<.001).

There are concerns on possible health effects from exposure to electromagnetic fields. One reflection of this concerns is the considerable controversy, delay, and cost increases involved in the construction of power lines and facilities. To cope with such challenges, in this paper we investigated magnetic fields reduction techniques such as general compaction, in' span compaction, cruciform, vertical, 3 way splits phase, and 4way splits phase. As results, we found general compaction and 4 way splits phase could reduce magnetic fields up to 90%, while cruciform, vertical, and 3 way splits phase gave lower reduction rates of 30% because these configurations were similar to a current type of low reactance arrangement. We also knew 1 spacer in span compaction was appropriate in Korea in view of effectiveness and economy.

3D stereo display systems gain more interests recently. Multiple-view autostereoscopic display system enables observers to watch stereo image from multiple viewpoints not wearing specific devices such as shutter glasses or HMD. Therefore, the Multiple-view autostereoscopic display is being spotlighted in the field of virtual reality, mobile, 3D TV and so on. However, one of the critical disadvantages of the system is that observer can enjoy the system only in a small designated area where the system is designed to work properly. This research provides an effective way of GPU based rendering technique to present seamless 3D stereo experiences from an arbitrary observer's view position.

This study intended to search for the way of NIE use as follows: 1) Setting up theoretical base about the way of NIE use to math loaming in primary school. 2) Analyzing the course mathematising through NIE use in math learning in practice. 3) Searching for the way of NIE use to aim at mathematising. As the result, this presented NIE model for mathematising according to the character of each step of the mathematising course. This paper says two things : The first, the way for using learning materials as reonstructing articles of newspapers to teach math learning 1) is searched for each information, scrapped to materialize. 2)is to extract the contents of NIE teaming available to the field and the unit of math curriculum. 3) searches for and applies the model for math NIE teaming. 4) makes up learning materials for each level using articles and presents the matters of deepening and supplement suitable for students. The second, the way for teaching math NIE with a view to helping students' mathematising during the course of teachers' math teaming. 1) reconstructs materials chosen by students' reality. 2) should offer students' communication and abundant context materials which mathematical model is possible. 3)needs to guide students to have motivation teaming so that they can mathematise their real matters by rediscovery 4) progresses mathematical activity using newspapers so that they can apply to new reality by applying informed Idea.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation between medial joint space on Rosenberg view and the degree of ultrasonographic medial meniscal extrusion. Materials and Methods: Three hundred ninety knees with medial joint tenderness examined by ultrasonography were reviewed between January 2009 and May 2010. Medial joint space was divided into Grade I (${\geq}$ 4 mm), Grade II (3~4 mm), Grade III (2~3 mm), Grade IV (1~2 mm) and Grade V (0~1 mm). Then sonographaphic mid-medial extrusion of the medial meniscus was measured in each patient. After dividing into Group A that didn't have large osteophytes (${\geq}$ 3 mm, medial joint at tibia) and Group B that had them, the correlation between the medial joint space and medial meniscal extrusion were analyzed in each group. One-way ANOVA & Scheffe test on the SAS program were used for the statistical analysis (p<0.05). Results: There was a positive correlation between grade of the joint space and medial meniscal extrusion in Group A, but there was no positive correlation in Group B (p<0.05). Conclusion: To the patients who didn't have advanced osteoarthritis, the narrowing of the medial joint space was one of the predictive factors for mid-medial extrusion of the medial meniscus.

The response mechanism of simply supported two-way reinforced concrete (RC) slabs under fire was numerically studied from the view of stress redistribution using the finite element software ABAQUS. Results show that: (1) Simply supported two-way RC slabs undergo intense stress redistribution, and their responses show four stages, namely elastic, elastic-plastic, plastic and tensile membrane stages. There is no cracking in the fire area of the slabs until the tensile membrane stage. (2) The inverted arch effect and tensile membrane effect improve the fire resistance of the two-way slabs. When the deflection is L/20, the slab is in an inverted arch effect state, and the slab still has a good deflection reserve. The deformation rate of the slab in the tensile membrane stage is smaller than that in the elastic-plastic and plastic stages. (3) Fire resistance of square slabs is better than that of rectangular slabs. Besides, increasing the reinforcement ratio or slab thickness improves the fire resistance of the slabs. However, an increase of cover thickness has little effect on the fire resistance of two-way slabs. (4) Compared with one-way slabs, the time for two-way slabs to enter the plastic and tensile cracking stage is postponed, and the deformation rate in the plastic and tensile cracking stage is also slowed down. (5) The simply supported two-way RC slabs can satisfy with the requirements of a class I fire resistance rating of 90 min without additional fire protection.
