This paper aim to propose and suggest for government to reinvent and re-steering the policy on the 4th industrial revolution in Korea. To do it, this paper annalize the advanced country's policies and hard-data sets from many international research institutes. So this paper emphasized the concept and frame of socio-technical system approach by Geels. According to this approach, this paper can get a conclusion that Korea government has to focus on the roles to solve the big social dilemma with high-tech tools from the 4th industrial revolution. And this paper point out the necessary of increasing the diversity and multidisciplinary in 4th industrial revolution policy of Korean government. These findings of this paper recommend for Korea to redesigns the governance mechanism and legislation platform and to design the future readiness.

The purposes of this study is to identify the critical success factors for the 4th industrial revolution through literature review and to empirically evaluate the validity of these factors through questionnaires from executives engaging in the industries of the 4th industrial revolution. Literature review identifies leadership, change management, top management support, strategic fit, training, empowerment, teamwork, organizational culture, communication, and project management as ten critical success factors, Questionnaires were administered to CIOs and CEOs in the industries belong to the 4th industrial revolution. Response rate was 64.4% which shows quite high participation. Respondents rated strategic fit as the most important factor, followed by top management support, leadership, change management, project management, teamwork, communication, training, organizational culture, and empowerment. To successfully pursue the 4th industrial revolution, the followings are recommended. (1) detailed and refined execution strategy, (2) establishment of effective network among government, public companies, research institutes, universities, and industries, (3) strategic and long-term plan, (4) differentiated execution strategy from other countries and global cooperation system.

Since Schwab mentioned the Fourth Industrial Revolution at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2016, discussions have been ongoing about it and the future society. The Fourth Industrial Revolution exceeds the development of technology and influences society, culture, and lifestyle. Moreover, in the face of the COVID-19 crisis, society continues to experience and realize the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Although we hope that this era will surely improve human life, we are also concerned about human alienation and social and economic polarization that may emerge as a consequence. How, then, does Christianity contribute to the public space and set the direction for education in this day and age? This study focused on the role of Christianity and the direction of education during the Fourth Industrial Revolution. First, I examine problems in terms of the inner and outer aspects of individuals and communities that may occur during the Fourth Industrial Revolution through the perspectives of Mitchell, a psychologist, Bellah, a sociologist, McGrath, a theologian, and Bostrom, a philosopher. Through their theories, we can view the lives of individuals in the real, virtual, and transcendental worlds of this era. I find that Christianity can provide a transcendent norm in this world, give meaning to life, and change people and the world. Therefore, I suggest the creation and expression of symbols as a direction for education. For this form of education, I recommend five steps, namely, observing, entering, discovering, participating, and making symbols. In this manner, people can represent the kingdom of God in the real world.

In this paper, we discuss efforts that has been made by mathematics departments in Korea to meet the need of the 4th industrial revolution era. First of all, we introduce various industrial mathematics programs that some universities in Korea started to provide in order to nurture math/math education graduate to be prepared for the demand of the society. We also introduced a mathematics for Big Data course that we did offer recently which can be shared.

4차 산업혁명은 메가시티를 포함한 지역 경제권, 교육 및 삶의 방식, 환경인프라 전반에 엄청난 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상된다. 이러한 변화에 효과적으로 대응하기 위해서는 국가 단위 대응뿐만 아니라 지자체 단위의 방향설정 및 지역 특성을 고려한 맞춤형 전략 수립이 필요하다. 주요국의 경우 광역자치권 단위의 전문조직(총괄기획 및 종합조정 컨트롤타워)을 두고 지속가능한 도시 성장을 모색하며 4차 산업혁명에 대응하고 있는 반면, 국내 지자체의 대응은 미비한 편이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 전문조직 설립을 통한 지자체의 4차 산업혁명 대응 방안을 연구하였다. 이를 위하여 주요국 대응 현황을 조사하였고, 서울특별시 케이스를 중심으로 전문조직 설립을 통한 글로벌 경쟁력 확보 및 지속가능한 성장 방안을 제안하였다. 구체적으로는 서울특별시 과학기술분야 관련 전문가 150명을 대상으로 설문을 수행하여 '(가칭)서울과학기술전략연구원'의 필요성, 미션, 핵심역할 및 기능을 정립하였고, 설립 및 운영방안을 설계하였다. 아울러 비용편익분석을 수행하여 해당 기관 설립의 타당성과 기대효과를 추정하였다. 마지막으로 연구결과를 종합하여 이론적 실무적 시사점, 연구의 한계점 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

빅데이터 분석은 데이터베이스에 잘 정리된 정형 데이터뿐 아니라 인터넷, 소셜 네트워크 서비스, 모바일 환경에서 생성되는 웹 문서, 이메일, 소셜 데이터 등 비정형 데이터를 효과적으로 분석하는 기술을 말한다. 대부분의 빅데이터 분석 기술 방법들은 기존 통계학과 전산학에서 사용되던 데이터 마이닝, 기계 학습, 자연 언어 처리, 패턴 인식 등이 이에 해당된다. 글로벌 리서치 기관들은 빅데이터를 2011년 이래로 최근 가장 주목받는 신기술로 지목해오고 있다. 따라서 대부분의 산업에서 기업들은 빅데이터의 적용을 통해 가치 창출을 위한 노력을 기하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 다음 커뮤니케이션의 빅데이터 분석도구인 소셜 매트릭스를 활용하여 2017년 5월, 1개월 시점을 설정하고 "4차 산업혁명" 키워드에 대한 소비자들의 인식들을 살펴보았다. 빅데이터 분석의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 4차 산업혁명 키워드에 대한 연관 검색어 1위는 "후보"가 빈도수(7,613)인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연관 검색어 2위는 "안철수"가 빈도수(7,297), 3위는 "문재인"이 빈도수(5,183)로 각각 나타났다. 다음으로 "4차 산업혁명" 키워드에 대한 검색어 긍정적 여론 빈도수 1위는 새로운(895)으로 나타났고, 부정적 여론 빈도수 1위는 위기(516)가 차지하였다. 이러한 결과 분석결과를 바탕으로 연구의 한계와 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

산업이 고도화되고 기술발전이 가속화되고 있지만, 생산현장에서의 사고와 재해는 아직까지도 지속적으로 발생하고 있다. 이는 시스템의 대규모화, 복잡화, 다양화 등에 따라 나타나는 불안전한 상태(unsafe condition)와 근로자의 안전불감증, 낮은 학습효과, 안전문화 비활성화 등을 포함하는 불안전한 행동(unsafe behavior)에 기인한다. 최근 4차 산업혁명이 대두되면서, 인간과 기계 시스템 사이의 상호작용이 활발해지고, 데이터 가용성과 알고리즘 우수성이 확보되면서, 산업현장에서도 시스템과 공정안전을 위해 최신 기술을 활용하려는 시도가 시작되고 있다. 궁극적으로는, 품질 관리, 고장분석, 작업환경관리, 보건관리 등 생산관리의 다양한 범위에 새로운 산업안전혁신을 가져올 것으로 기대된다. 본 논문에서는 사물인터넷, 드론, 인공지능 등 4차 산업혁명 시대의 하드웨어와 소프트웨어의 결합의 사례를 통해 안전한 생산현장은 물론 신뢰성할 수 있는 공공 및 사회를 위한 지능형 시스템 구축의 필요성을 제시하고자 한다.

4차 산업혁명은 모든 산업 분야에서 제품 및 서비스와 ICT가 융합되어 공급사슬의 효율성을 극대화하는 혁신을 일으키고 있다. 이러한 혁신을 통해 공급사슬 내 기업들의 관계가 변화하고, 기존 제품 및 서비스와는 차별화된 혁신적인 제품 및 서비스가 출시되고 있다. 또한 혁신 주체의 공급 사슬 내 역할에 따라 혁신이 기업 및 소비자에게 미치는 영향은 달라질 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 하나의 제조업체와 하나의 유통업체가 존재하는 공급사슬 모형을 가정한다. 이러한 공급사슬에서 1) 제품 및 서비스의 차별화 정도와 2) 혁신의 주체의 공급사슬 내 역할(제조업체 또는 유통업체)에 따라 혁신의 영향이 달라질 수 있음을 보인다. 또한 이를 바탕으로 4차 산업혁명 시대에 선도적 혁신과 관련된 실무적 시사점과 정책적 시사점을 제시한다.

4차산업혁명시대는 AI로 대표된다. 인간의 노동과 기술이 로봇과 AI로 대체될 것이다. 교육분야에도 AI기술이 도입되고 있고 이로 인해 오프라인교육이 대부분 온라인교육으로 대체될 것이라는 생각이 지배적이다. 온 오프라인 교육의 수용자 선택의 변화를 분석하여 4차산업혁명시대의 교육 흐름과 변화를 예측하여 보았다. 공급의 측면에서 온라인교육의 매출은 계속 증가하고 있고 수요의 측면에서도 온라인교육의 지출은 증가하고 있다. 하지만 주목할 부분은 온라인교육이 아니라 오프라인교육의 변화이다. 온라인교육이 도입되며 오프라인교육의 총지출은 매년 감소하였다. 하지만 오프라인교육 총지출액은 전년 대비 매년 감소하였지만 그 감소율이 점차 줄어들다가 최근에는 증가세로 돌아섰다. 온라인교육서비스가 점차 발전하는 상황에서 오프라인교육의 지출 증가는 매우 주목할 만한 변화이다. 이는 수용자의 선택이 교육에 있어서만큼은 다름을 알 수 있고 4차산업혁명시대가 도래하여도 교육은 달라야 함을 인식할 수 있는 중요한 변화이다.
