This study analyzes the current status and performance of regional industrial policy in the face of the weakening industrial competitiveness under the global trend of the 4th industrial revolution and suggests the policy direction that regional industrial policy as a new national growth strategy. This study focuses on the suggestion of new regional industrial policy framework under new policy environment based on literature review. We propose a new industrial policy framework that simultaneously pursues equality between regions and efficiency within the region at the same time. As a core policy recommendation, we suggest first, establishing the region-centered industrial policy governance, second, strengthening planning function of local government through human resource development and institutionalized national government consulting, and the third, constructing lifestyle industry-ecosystem based on cultural asset and identity of region, fourth, utilizing Smart City, as a platform for participatory innovation, entrepreneurial and capital attraction, and cultivating new industry based on public procurement and data. Main suggestions of this study would be a new guideline coping with the declining industrial competitiveness and the Fouth Industrial Revolution. Details would be necessary.

Throughout the era of the fourth industrial revolution, automation is becoming more important. Recently, business automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) are also attracting attention. Compared to the rapidly growing RPA market, related IT technologies have not been widely available and problems such as manpower shortage are growing. Therefore, this study identifies the definition and characteristics of RPA, classification by type of operation, and the impact of RPA solutions and introduction, which have significant impact on the enterprise in a short period of time. In addition, we present the development direction of RPA through implications.

4차 산업혁명시대가 도래함에 따라 해운항만기업에서 4차 산업혁명을 주도하는 ICT를 활용하기 위한 노력이 다양하게 전개되고 있다. 특히 해운항만물류분야에서는 IoT센서가 만들어내는 다양한 데이터를 분석하여 도출된 인사이트를 기반으로 업무효율성을 높이고자 빅데이터분석 기법을 적용하기 시작하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 해운항만기업들 중 빅데이터분석을 도입해서 활용하고 있거나, 빅데이터를 업무에 활용하기 위해 도입의도를 가지고 있는 기업의 종사자들을 대상으로 어떤 요인들이 빅데이터 사용의도를 높여주는 지에 대하여 실증분석.

본 연구는 무용공연에서 사용되는 실시간 인터렉티브 미디어 시스템(interative media system)을 사이버물리시스템(CPS, Cyber-Physical System)의 관점으로 분석한 것이다. 4차 산업혁명시대에서 극대화된 가상공간과 현실공간의 연결성과 자동화가 무용예술에서 어떤 양상으로 일어나고 있는지 알아보기 위해 실시간 인터렉티브 미디어시스템을 활용한 무용공연들을 대상으로 연구한 결과, 사이버물리시스템의 연산, 통신, 조작의 과정들은 모션트레킹시스템(motion tracking system)을 통해 물리개체인 무용수들의 움직임, 근육 내부의 반응 등의 정보에 따라 조작되어 소프트웨어의 연산을 거쳐 프로젝션 맵핑(projection mapping)으로 영상으로 출력되는 과정을 거치는 것으로 나타났다. 추후, 다양한 사례연구를 통해 무용공연에서의 4차 산업혁명 요소들을 구체화하여야한다.

The paper acknowledges that many human resources are needed on the research and development (R&D) process of artificial intelligence (AI), and discusses on factors to consider on the current method of development. Enfin, in order to enhance efficiency of AI development, it seems possible through labour division of a few managers and numerous ordinary workers as a type of light industry. Thus, the research team names the development process of AI, which maximizes production efficiency by handling digital resources named 'data' with mechanical equipment called 'computer', as digital light industry of fourth industrial era. As experienced during the previous Industrial Revolution, if human resources are efficiently distributed and utilized, digital light industry would be able to expect progress no less than the second Industrial Revolution, and human resources development for this is considered urgent.

최근 4차 산업혁명 시대라 하여 새로운 기술들이 등장하고 기술들이 융합되면서 새롭고 혁신적인 산업과 서비스가 창출되고 있다. 이러한 시대에 청소년들의 새로운 아이디어와 기술은 4차 산업혁명에 맞는 새로운 성장 동력을 확보할 수 있을 것이라고 여겨진다. 4차 산업의 혁명이 요청되는 이 시기에 산업을 견인할 수 있는 길은 창업의 길이다. 따라서 창업을 통해 4차 산업혁명을 이끌어갈 수 있는 인재가 무엇보다도 필요하다. 청소년들은 학교 프로그램을 통해 다양한 창업교육을 접하고 있으며, 공공기관의 대표적인 창업교육은 중소벤처기업부(구 중소기업청)가 주관하고 있는 BizCool이 있다. 교육부에서 중학생들에게 자유학기제를 2016년 1월 1일부터 실시하고 있으며 BizCool 교육을 통한 창업, 진학, 취업의 우수 사례들이 등장하면서 2017년 현재 대한민국 약 500여개의 학교에서 중소벤처기업부의 지원을 받아 BizCool 교육이 진행 되고 있다. BizCool은 청소년들의 기업가정신 함양 및 모의 창업 교육을 통해 확고한 경제관념을 형성하고 꿈 끼 도전정신 진취성을 갖춘 '융합형 창의인재' 양성을 목적으로 한다. 본 논문은 중학교 자유학기제를 통한 창업교육이 학생들에게 긍정적 사고와 학습성취도에 미치는 관계에 대해 연구하는데 목적을 두었다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위하여 대전광역시교육청에서 자유학기제 BizCool 교육을 받는 3개 학교를 선정하였고 갑천중, 도안중, 문정중 3개 학교의 창업교육 담당교사의 도움을 받아 창업교육 참가 학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 연구결과를 분석하였다. 실증분석결과, 첫째, 창업교육은 학생들의 긍정적 사고에 양의 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였다. 둘째, 창업교육은 학생들의 학습성취도에 양의 영향을 미친다는 것을 제시하였다. 셋째, 창업교육은 학생들의 학습성취도에 긍정적 사고가 매개효과를 미친다는 것을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 시사하는 바는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구결과 자유학기제 창업교육은 학생들에게 학습성취도를 높여 주었다. 따라서 학생들에게 도움이 되는 BizCool 교육을 전국 초, 중, 고등학교 11,733개교에 확산시켜 체계적으로 습득 할 수 있는 환경이 조성되어야 할 것이다. 둘째, 연구결과 창업교육은 긍정적 사고에 영향을 미쳤다. 전기숙(2016)에 따르면 청소년의 행복에 있어서 긍정적인 대인관계가 가장 중요한 요인이 된다고 하였다. BizCool 교육을 통해 사람과 팀의 소중함을 깨달으며 소통하는 법을 노력한다면 바른 인성을 갖춘 창의성 높은 학생들로 성장할 것이다. 셋째, 연구결과 창업교육의 학습성취도는 긍정적 사고를 가지고 있는 학생들에게 더욱 높게 나타났다. 긍정적 사고를 가지고 자신감 있게 매사 행동해 나간다면 학생들은 성취로 인한 만족감을 느끼며 행복한 학교생활을 해나갈 수 있고 BizCool 교육과 함께 멋진 미래를 만들어 갈 것이다. 본 연구에서 한계점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특정 지역, 특정 학교를 대상으로 실시하였기 때문에 표본의 수가 제한적이므로 전체를 대표하기에는 제약이 있다. 둘째, 긍정적 사고는 학생들의 환경과 상황에 따라 달라질 수 있으므로 연구 대상자의 조건 면에서 한계가 있다. 셋째, 중학교 자유학기제 창업교육의 체계화가 미비하다. 학교에서 창업교육을 하는 담당 교사는 창업 경험이 풍부하지 않기 때문에 창업교육 전문가가 필요하며 국가기관과 기업 등이 연계한 학습 형태를 구축하여 더 활발하고 현장감 있는 창업교육이 실시되기를 바란다.

Daejeon Metropolitan City has the best innovation capability infrastructure (ICT) required for the 4th industry. Nevertheless, there are scattered factors that hinder the industrial ecosystem. In this study, the factor of job creation was approached from the viewpoint of organizational ecology in consideration of regional characteristics during the 4th Industrial Revolution.That is, the case of job creation through overseas ICT-based clusters (or cities) was examined. Then, the factors of organizational ecology, 'niche', 'variation', 'selection', and 'retention' were derived. Through this process, we explored the environment surrounding Daejeon Metropolitan City and benchmarked lessons from existing overseas cluster cases. As a result, we discover the 'niche' of ICT-based job creation and suggest strategies for the 'variation' process to survive in the ecosystem and how to be 'retention' in the ecosystem. n conclusion, the strategy of the organizational ecological approach to establish itself as a metropolitan city as the strength of Daejeon city and the 'innovation hub' that is evident, such as '4th Industrial Revolution City', 'Innovation City Designation', and 'Secure Excellent Capability of SW' Insist on need. Through this study, we hope that there will be a theoretical contribution to the prior research lacking from original research such as the scarcity of ICT-based job creation research in response to the era of the fourth industrial revolution, recognition of the importance of the region in job creation, and presentation of an organizational ecological approach of sustainable clusters.

The 4th industrial revolution has made our life convenient, and the development of new technologies has brought affluent life. Considering that the 4th industrial revolution is a next-generation industrial revolution led by robot technology, life science, and artificial intelligence, the need for convergence research in sports field stimulated the continuous efforts for the academic foundation of sports. Recently, as interest in home training has increased due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Pilates has also attracted much attentions demand for related supplies has increased. This is an demonstration that COVID-19 has had an impact on the sports industry ecosystem. The purpose of this study was, accordingly, to identify current trends through accurate patent information related to Pilates and to provide basic data for future studies on sports convergence industry and sports intellectual property. For the purpose, based on the data from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2021 provided by KIPRIS (www.kipris.or.kr), the patent information search service provided by the Korean Intellectual Property Office, patent status analysis, international patent classification (IPC) patent analysis, and detailed patent analysis by classification were performed.

Recently, studies on the fourth industrial revolution have been actively conducted in the areas of government, business, and academia. Corporate business models that utilize the major agendas of the fourth industrial revolution such as robots, artificial intelligence, Internet of things (IoT), and block chains have been created, and various changes have occurred in not only business, education, and living environments but also in international relations. In this study, we looked at changes in social contribution activities from the perspective of a company facing impacts of the fourth industrial revolution. This study examines the definition and activities of corporate social contribution and how we can contribute to society through corporate activities. 'AT Educom', LG Uplus 'Social Contribution through IoT', KT's anti-infectious disease prevention platform and cases of Intel using IoT. In addition, we have presented what we need to do in the future to promote corporate social contribution activities that will make more meaningful impacts on how corporate social contribution activities will change according to technology development. The first, measuring the performance of corporate social contribution activities needs a standardized methodology and social contribution activities through platform business and ICT should be actively pursued. Lastly, social contribution activities between companies and sectors will increase.

4차 산업혁명시대가 도래함에 따라 대학에서의 창의력과 융합력 기반의 교육과정이 첨차 중요시 되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 개발에 소요되는 시간이 짧고 비 공학 전공자도 쉽게 개발 가능한 동시에 창의성과 독창성을 갖춘 자율 로봇의 제작 과정을 제안한다. 제작되는 로봇에는 초음파 센서(ultrasonic sensor), 컬러센서(color sensor), 미디엄 모터(medium motor), 그리고 이를 동작하기 위한 그래픽 기반의 프로그램이 하나로 융합되어 최종 결과를 도출하고 제시되는 다양한 임무를 적절히 수행하는 것을 보인다.
