The purpose of this study is to investigate the distinctiveness and problem areas in cataloging rules of printed music. In this study, therefore, the characteristics, kinds, and cataloging rules related to a printed music are examined first as the backgrounds. Then the sources of information, title and general material designation, musical representation statement, publication.distribution.etc., physical description, notes, etc. in ISBD(PM), Chapter 5 Music of AACR2R 2002 Revision 2004 Update, and Chapter 5 Music of KCR4 are analyzed. And also printed music parts in Bibliographic Data of KORMARC and MARC21 are analyzed. Finally, the special issues and some problems to be considered in cataloging of printed music in KCR4 are presented.

This study make comparative analysis of the cataloging rules on the edition area included in the KCR4, NCR(2001), AACR2R, ISBD(M), and ISBD(ER). There is a delicate difference between the cataloging rules. The main features on the edition are as the follows. (1) In the bibliography description the concept of the edition is a general application. That is to say, the edition construct the new edition and the impression. The former comes the purview of a change content, the size, and a printing type. The latter publish newly- (2) The requisite for description of the edition area consists of a edition statement, statements of responsibility relating to the edition, additional edition statement, and statements of responsibility following an additional edition statement. Voluntary rules transcribe the parallel edition statement. (3) In the case of the electronic materials special versions on content and Auction indicates as the edition, but the environment of software does not indicate as it. (4) Parallel statement of responsibility relating to the edition, parallel additional edition statements, and parallel statements of responsibility following an additional edition statement are voluntary rules or not transcribed in the edition area.

In this paper we outline the evolving process of the cataloguing rules in Korea focused on the standardization. We analyzed the new and updated rules under the KCR4( Korean Cataloguing Rules, 4th edition) in terms of usability of the catalogue. Our findings can be summarized as follows: 1) Since there are the rules of the unlimited number of the statement of responsibility, the access point is expanded and may bring the high searchability as a result, 2) Since the rules of the general material designations are added, the catalogue users may easily identify the material, 3) Since the rules of the material specific details area are added, the catalogue users may easily understand the characteristics and other features of a publication, 4) The KCR4 seems a kind of the integrated cataloguing rules for diverse types of materials including the monographs, 5) Since the rules of choice and forms of the access point treated in the authority control, there seem some Problems in usability of the catalogue, 6) The concept of the uniform heading is eliminated which seems considered only for the convenience of the cataloguers not for usability of the catalogue.

건설산업기본법 시행령 시행규칙이 개정, 2008년 12월 31일 공포되었다. 이번에 개정된 건산법 시행령은 ${\bullet}$원도급자의 공사금액 조종사유 통보 내용과 절차 구체화 ${\bullet}$소규모 공사의 건설기술자 중복배치 허용 현장 수 확대, 건산법 시행규칙은 ${\bullet}$건설공사 하도급계약통보서 및 건설공사대장에 4대 보험료 등의 내용 명시 ${\bullet}$건설업 양도 공고절차 간소화 등의 내용이 개정되었다. 개정된 건산법 시행령은 오는 7월 1일부터, 시행규칙은 오는 4월 1일로부터 시행된다.

FRBR and FRAD model, ICP, RDA, NCR Revision are analyzed for the composition of KCR4 Revision. Based on the results, follows are suggested. 1) Entities are divided into work, expression, manifestation, item, person, family, corporate body, concept, object, event, place. 2) Entire cataloging rules are grouped into 'attributes' and 'relationships', and then 'attributes' is divided into attributes describing and access points constructing. 3) Attributes describing is divided into attributes describing of works, expressions, manifestations, items, persons, families, corporate bodies, and arranged as the sequence. 4) Access points constructing is divided into access points constructing of works, expressions, persons, families, corporate bodies, and arranged as the sequence. 5) 'Relationships' is divided into other relationships between group 1 entities, and relationships between persons, families and corporate bodies.

The school library work support system was newly developed as 2024 Doksero DLS, but the DLS-compliant cataloging rules have not changed significantly since it was initially developed, and the current developed cataloging guidelines in 2020 also need to be updated. This study is to propose the considerations for developing guidelines for applying the DLS cataloging rules based on KCR4 by comparing the existing DLS (Ver. 2.0) cataloging rules, the 2024 DLS cataloging rules, and the 2020 bibliographic registration guidelines (Ver. 2.2). On this basis, considerations were suggested in terms of changing and expanding data elements, revising content rules for cataloging, method for recording access point, and developing controlled vocabularies. This study will allow to implement revision of DLS cataloging rules, development of guidelines, and system improvements.

The nonstoichiometric ordering of Mg and Nb cations in undoped and La-doped lead magnesium niobate solid solutions has been investigated by means of high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and computer image simulation. High-resolution lattice images were obtained under various microscope imaging conditions and objective apertures. Computer image simulations were performed for a wide range of sample thickness, defocusing value, and long-range order parameter. The simulated images revealed that the lattice images of the ordered regions were predominantly dependent on the long-range order parameter. From the comparisons of the experimental and simulated images for the ordered regions, the long-range order parameter approximately ranged 0.2 to 0 7. It was also found that the ordered structure has a $(NH_4)_3-FeF_6$ structure, which consists of alternating Mg- and Nb-preferred sublattices along the (111) directions.

전산망 기술기준에 관한 규칙이 4월 25일자로 확정, 공포됐다. 이 규칙은 전산망에 관련된 기술 및 기기의 호환성과 연동성을 확보하고자 전산망 보급확장과 이용촉진에 관한 법률 제14조 규정에 근거하여 제정된 것이다. 지난해 3월에 입법예고된 본 규칙은 당협회 주최로 개최된 토론회에서 많은 문제점이 제기되자 정부와 공중통신사업자, 학계, 업계의 전문가들이 공동참여한 가운데 서로 다른 이해관계의 고려와 의견 개진을 통해 조정작업이 진행되었고 공청회를 통해 각계의 다양한 의견이 폭넓게 수렴되었다. 본 규칙에 대한 내용과 공중전기통신사업자간 공중통신망 상호접속에 관한 고시를 전제한다.

변형 규칙 기반 품사 태거는 태깅 규칙을 코퍼스로부터 자동 학습할 수 있고, 견고하며 태깅 결과를 이해하고 분석하기가 쉽다는 장점을 갖는다. 이에 최근 한국어 특성을 고려한 변형 규칙 기반 한국어 품사 태거가 개발되었다. 하지만 이 시스템은 오류 어절의 어휘 정보를 사용하지 않으므로 수정 가능 오류에 대한 변형 규칙이 제대로 학습되지 못하며, 변형 규칙 적용 과정에 새로운 오류를 발생시킨다는 문제점이 있다. 이에 본 논문은 오류 어절의 어휘 정보를 참조할 수 있는 세부변형 규칙 추출을 이용한 변형 규칙 기반 한국어 품사 태거의 개선 방안을 제안한다. 어휘 정보를 참조할 수 있는 세부 변형 규칙의 형태는 특정 문맥 C에서 어절 W의 어절 태그 ${\alpha}$를 어절 태그 ${\beta}$로 변형한다와 같다. 제안된 방법은 약 10만 어절 크기의 학습 코퍼스에서 57개의 세부 규칙을 학습하였고, 2만 어절 크기의 실험코퍼스에 적용한 결과 95.6%의 정확도를 보임으로써 기존의 변형 규칙 기반 품사 태거의 정확도를 약 15.4% 향상시켰다.

This study was for suggesting the test methods in the revision process of the cataloging rules to understand the problem of draft cataloging rules and to apply the new cataloging rules correctly in libraries instead of collecting the opinions by the traditional seminar and conference in the process of revising KCR, KCR2, KCR3, KCR4. For this study, the literature review and the case study were used as the research methods. The case study was based on the US RDA Test by US RDA Test Coordinating Committee. The evaluation areas of the test were cataloging rules, record creation and system development by reflecting the new cataloging rules, user, and cost. The data for the analysis was the creation of bibliographic records and authority records by librarians, and the question investigations that were the use of institutions, librarians, and users. This study would contribute to revise the cataloging rules in future by analyzing the errors of applying new rules to bibliographic record and by investigating the difficulties of applying rules in completing the bibliographic record. Also, the libraries could be easy to decide to implement the new rules from the creation time of bibliographic record by new rules and the learning curve of new rules.
