프록시 모바일 IPv6 네트워크에서 3S를 고려한 도메인간 이동성관리 기법 (3S: Scalable, Secure and Seamless Inter-Domain Mobility Management Scheme in Proxy Mobile IPv6 Networks)

  • PMIPv6(Proxy Mobile IPv6)는 MN(Mobile Node)의 적극적인 참가를 요구하지 않는 네트워크 기반의 이동성 관리 방법으로 통신 및 인터넷 커뮤니티 사이에서 상당한 주목을 받고 있다. 그것은 낮은 핸드오버 지연을 유지하면서 다수의 MN를 지원할 수 있는 확장성 있는 PMIPv6 도메인의 구축방안은 여전히 연구가 진행 중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 확장성과 안전성 그리고 끊김없는 PMIPv6 도메인을 구축하기 위한 3S 접근 방식을 제안한다. 제안기법에서 모든 MAG(Mobility Access Gateway)는 LMA(Local Mobility Anchor)와 같은 역할을 하고 다른 MAG와 가상 링을 구성한다. 일관된 해싱은 각 MN과 모든 MAG의 MN의 LMA간 효율적인 분산 매핑에 사용된다. MAG와 MN은 대칭 키를 이용하여 인증한다. 수학적 분석을 통하여 3S의 안전성, 확장성 그리고 끊김없는 서비스를 검증한다. 또한 3S의 핸드오버 절차를 제안하고 이전의 기법에 비해 낮은 핸드오버 지연이 발생함을 보여 준다.

슈퍼 듀플렉스 스테인레스강의 미세조직 및 기계적 특성에 미치는 열처리 후 냉각속도의 영향 (Effects of the Cooling Rate After Annealing Treatment on the Microstructure and the Mechanical Properties of Super-Duplex Stainless Steel)

  • The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of the cooling rate after heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 2507 duplex stainless steels. Heat treatment was carried out at $1050^{\circ}C$ for 1 hr, followed by controlled cooling. The cooling rates were $175.6{\times}10^{-3}^{\circ}C/s$, $47.8{\times}10^{-3}^{\circ}C/s$, $33.3{\times}10^{-3}^{\circ}C/s$, $16.7{\times}10^{-3}^{\circ}C/s$, $11.7{\times}10^{-3}^{\circ}C/s$, $5.8{\times}10^{-3}^{\circ}C/s$ and $2.8{\times}10^{-3}^{\circ}C/s$, which resulted in variations of the microstructure, such as the fractional change of the ferrite phase and sigma phase formation. Fatigue, hardness, impact and tensile tests were performed on the specimens with different cooling rates. The precipitation of the ${\sigma}$ phase caused a hardness increase and a sharp decrease of toughness and tensile elongation. The fatigue limit of the sample with a cooling rate of $5.8{\times}10^{-3}^{\circ}C/s$ was 26 MPa higher than that of the sample with a cooling rate of $175.6{\times}10^{-3}^{\circ}C/s$. Our observations of the fracture surface confirmed that the higher fatigue resistance of the specimen with a cooling rate of $5.8{\times}10^{-3}^{\circ}C/s$ was caused by the delay of the fatigue crack growth, in addition to higher yield strength.

도시 대기중에서 $NH_4NO_{3(s, aq)}-HNO_{3(g)}-NH_{3(g)}$의 평형에 관한 연구(II) (A Study on Equilibrium of $NH_4NO_{3(s, aq)}-HNO_{3(g)}-NH_{3(g)}$ in Urban Atmosphere)

  • Theoretical prediction of the equilibrium of temperature and relative humidity dependance involving $HNO_{3(g)}-NH_{3(g)}$ and $NH_4NH_{3(s, aq)}$ was compared with atmospheric measurement of particulate nitrate$(NO_3^-)$, Ammonia-Nitric Acid partial pressure product $([$NH_{3(g)}][HNO_{3(g)}]ppb^2$) by a triple filter pack sampler from Oct 1991 to July 1992. The measured $HNO_3NH_3$ concentration product K was greater than equilibrium constant $K_p$ calculated from thermodynamic data of $NH_4NO_{3(s, aq)}-HNO_{3(g)}-NH_{3(g)}$ during fall, winter and spring. But K was lower than $K_p$ in summer. K was greater than $K_p$ as the result of supersaturation by air pollution, particularly anthropogenic $NH_3$.The reason of $K < K_p$ was due to removal of particulate nitrate$(NO_3^-)$ by rainout and washout. $NH_4NO_3$ which consists mainly of particulate nitrate is formed by reaction between $HNO_3$ and $NH_3$. As a result of the removal of particulate nitrate$(NO_3^-)$ by rainout and washout, concentrations of $HNO_3$ and $NH_3$ are decreased by equilibrium transfer(Le Chatelier's Law) in atmosphere.

An Extended $H\ddot{u}ckel$ Calculation on the Interaction of 1,3,5-Trithian with Ag(111) Surface

  • The interaction of 1,3,5-trithian molecule with Ag(111) surface is studied employing Extended Huckel method. The Ag(111) surface is modeled by the three layer metal clusters composed of 43 Ag atoms. We assume that the 1,3,5-trithian is lying flat on Ag(111) surface in the chair conformation. The geometry of 1,3,5-trithian itself is assumed to be the same as in the gas phase, which is obtained through the AM1 SCF-MO calculation with full geometry optimization. The calculation for 3-fold site adsorption leads to the weakening of C-S bond, which is compatible with the observed 5 cm$^{-1}$ decrease of the C-S stretching frequency upon surface adsorption, while the on-top site adsorption leads to strengthening of C-S bond. The major component of the C-S bond of trithian is S $3p_{pi}\;(S\;3p_x+S\;3p_y)$ and therefore only the 3-fold site adsorption causes the weakening of this bond. In addition, it is found that the trithian molecule binds to the 3-fold site more strongly.

쌀가루의 입도에 따른 쌀 식빵의 품질 특성 (Effects of Rice Powder Particle Size in Baked Rice Breads)

  • The purpose of this study was to help promote the consumption of rice by substituting rice powder for wheat flour in bread preparation and examining the effect of rice powder particle size in baked rice bread samples. Several experiments were carried to analyze and compare the quality characteristics of prepared samples of wheat flour and rice powder breads. The loaf volume index of the wheat flour bread was 6.34, and the indices of the rice powder bread samples, which were made from powder milled through 20, 35, and 45 mesh (S1, S2 and S3), were 5.37, 5.56, and 5.85, respectively. These data indicated that the loaf volume index of the rice powder bread was lower than that of the wheat flour bread, but the volume of the rice powder bread increased as the particle size of the rice powder became finer. According to texture analysis results using a rheometer, the hardness value of the wheat flour bread was $1.34{\times}10^3\;g/cm^2$, and values of S1, S2, and S3 were $1.74{\times}10^3\;g/cm^2$, $1.57{\times}10^3\;g/cm^2$, and $1.47{\times}10^3\;g/cm^2$, respectively. Therefore, S3, which was made from the finest powder among the rice powder samples, showed the lowest level of hardness. No significant differences were observed for springiness, cohesiveness, and gumminess among the bread samples. However, the wheat flour and rice powder breads had significant differences for bread crumb color. The L-value of S3(76.20) was similar to that of the wheat flour bread(77.22). but the L-values of S1(70.30) and S2(71.21) were lower than that of the wheat flour bread. In terms of redness and yellowness, the values of the rice powder breads were significantly different from those of the wheat flour bread. In terms of overall preference, the sensory evaluation results indicated that S3 was significantly the more preferred and the wheat flour bread was the least preferred among the bread samples. This study also investigated texture changes and mold occurrence in bread samples stored at $25^{\circ}C$ for 5 days. From the 3rd day of storage, bread texture became harder in all samples however, S3 showed the least level of change among the rice powder breads. The occurrence of mold began to increase abruptly from the 4th day of storage, and S2 and S3 showed mold numbers that were 2-fold greater than those of S1 and the wheat flour bread.

분자마커를 이용한 토마토 시들음병 race 3 저항성 토마토 유전자원 탐색 (Screening for Resistance to Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici Race 3 Using Molecular Marker in Tomato Germplasm)

  • 세 개의 race가 보고되어 있는 Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici는 전 세계적으로 그 피해가 막대한 토마토 시들음병의 원인균으로 알려져 있다. 토마토 유전자원 1,906 자원을 대상으로 토마토 시들음병 race 3 저항성 유전자 I-3의 유전형을 high resolution melting 법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 총 97점의 자원에서 homozygous resistant 피크가 확인되었으며, 8점은 이형접합성, 1,801점은 감수성으로 나타났다. 저항성 자원 97점의 종 분포는 S. lycopersicum var. lycopersicum가 65점, S. lycopersicum var. cerasiforme가 13점, 12종의 야생근연종 중에서 저항성 자원은 S. pimpinellifolium 8점, S. habrochaites 3점, S. corneliomulleri 3점, S. galapagense 1점, S. peruvianum 3점, S. chilense 1점으로 총 19점이었다. 하지만 좀 더 정확한 시들음병 저항성 평가를 위하여 추후에 race 1과 2에 대한 유전분석과 생물검정이 필요하다.

숙성 기간에 따른 대두콩과 검은콩간장의 특성 비교연구 (Comparison of Characteristics between Soy Sauce and Black Soy Sauce according to the Ripening Period)

  • This study was conducted to develop functional black soy sauce with (S2) and without (S3) an outer skin and then compare these products to a control soy sauce (S1). In addition, the effects of different fermentation periods on the pH, buffering power, titratable acidity, total acidity, salt content, and browning and Lab value were evaluated. Furthermore, the antioxidative activities of the black soy sauce were compared to those of the control soy sauce based on the total phenolic compounds and free radical scavenging activity, including the 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazil (DPPH) scavenging activity and the thiobarbituric acid value (TBA value). The pH and buffering power of S2 were lower than of S1 and S3, while the titratable acidity and total acidity were higher. The salt content of all samples decreased after 60 days of fermentation, after which it increased slightly for up to 180 days. Additionally, the browning intensity of all samples increased as the fermentation periods increased, with the browning intensity at 420 nm of S1 being the highest followed by S3 and S2. After 150 days of fermentation, the L value of S1 was higher than that of S2 and S3, but the while a value of S2 was higher than those of S1 and S3 and was increased as the fermentation periods. Moreover, the b value of S1 was the highest at the end of the fermentation period, followed by the b values of S3 and S2. The amount of total phenolics in S1 was greatest, followed by S2 and S1. Conversely, the DPPH radical scavenging activity of S2 was the highest, followed by S3 and S1. Finally, the TBA value increased rapidly from day 30 to day 180 of the fermentation period, and the TBA value of S2 was lower than those of S1 and S3.

Bioscrubber와 Biofilter 병합 시스템에 의한 H2S 제거특성 ([ H2S ] Removal Characteristics by Combined System of Bioscrubber and Biofilter)

  • This study compared the performance of a bioscrubber, a biofilter, and a combined system of bioscrubber and biofilter employed being operated at the laboratory-scale. for the removal of hydrogen sulfide. The bioscrubber maintained 100% removal of hydrogen sulfide up to inlet load of $56\;g-S/m^3{\cdot}hr$, while the removal efficiency was decreased with the increase of inlet load. The biofilter showed 100% removal efficiency up to inlet load of $126\;g-S/m^3{\cdot}h$ and the maximum elimination capacity of $126\;g\;S/m^3{\cdot}h$ for the inlet load of $224\;g-S/m^3{\cdot}h$. On the other hand, the combined system of bioscrubber and biofilter showed 100% removal for an inlet hydrogen sulfide load of up to $85\;g-S/m^3{\cdot}h$ and the maximum elimination capacity of $153\;g-S/m^3{\cdot}h$ for inlet loads of $224\;g-S/m^3{\cdot}h$.

양산시 산업단지에서 측정한 악취물질의 농도 분포 특성 및 대기확산 모델링 (Characteristics of Malodor Pollutants and Their Dispersion Measured in Several Industrial Source Regions in Yangsan)

  • In this study, the environmental behavior of malodor pollutants (MPs: $H_2S$, $CH_3SH$, DMS, and DMDS) was investigated around areas influenced by strong anthropogenic processes based on observations and modeling study (a CALPUFF dispersion model). The MP emission concentrations were measured from 8 industrial source regions (tire plants (S1-S3), waste water disposal plant (S4), and oil refinery (S5) in an urban center area and paper mill/incineration plant (S6) and livestock feedlots (S7-S8) in Ungsang area) in Yangsan city during a fall period in 2008 (21 October 2008). Overall, the most MPs emitted from the urban center area were found to affect the malodor pollution in their downwind areas during early morning (06:00 LST) and nighttime (18:00 and 21:00 LST), compared with those in the Ungsang area. For malodor intensity, the most MPs in the urban center area (especially S1 and S2) were found to be a significant contributor, whereas $CH_3SH$ and $H_2S$ in the Ungsnag area (especially S6) were the dominant contributor. The model study showed agreement in the spatial distributions of simulated MPs with those of the observations. The largest impact of MPs in the urban center area on the malodor pollution in its residential areas occurred at S1, S2, and S3 sites during nighttime, while that of MPs in the Ungsang area occurred at S6 and S8 sites. This may be caused mainly by the high MP emissions and in part by wind conditions (prevailing northeasterly winds with low wind speeds of 2-3 m/s).

K2CO3 첨가에 따른 H2S 제거용 무기계 흡착제의 흡착성능 영향에 관한 연구 (Effect of K2CO3 Loading on the Adsorption Performance of Inorganic Adsorbent for H2S Removal)

  • 본 연구는 악취가스 물질(바이오가스의 불순물)의 하나인 $H_2S$를 제거하기 위한 흡착제의 성능을 향상시키기 위해 수행하였다. 기본 담체로서 4가지 물질($Fe_2O_3$, $Ca(OH)_2$, 분말 활성탄, $Al(OH)_3)$을 혼합 사용하여 pellet 형태의 흡착제를 제조하였다. 또한, 4가지 물질의 $H_2S$ 흡착에 미치는 영향을 평가한 결과, $Fe_2O_3$와 분말활성탄은 $H_2S$ 흡착성능이 각각 1.5, 2배로 증가하는 것으로 나타났으며 $Ca(OH)_2$$Al(OH)_2$$H_2S$ 흡착성능에는 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 4가지 물질을 기본혼합 담체로 한 후, 활성물질로 KI, KOH, $K_2CO_3$를 선정하여 각각 5 wt% 첨가한 후에 $H_2S$ 흡착성능을 시험한 결과 $K_2CO_3$를 첨가한 흡착제가 가장 성능이 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 $K_2CO_3$를 5 ~ 30 wt%까지 변화시키면서 흡착성능을 확인한 결과, $K_2CO_3$ 함량이 20 wt%까지는 함량과 비례하여 $H_2S$ 흡착성능이 증가하는 것을 확인할 수 있었으나 30 wt%에서는 $H_2S$ 흡착성능 급격히 떨어지는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 $K_2CO_3$ 첨가 함량에 따른 $H_2S$ 흡착성능을 바탕으로 Thomas model을 이용하여 모델링을 실시한 결과에서도 $K_2CO_3$ 함량이 20 wt%까지는 실험값과 모사값이 잘 일치하고 있음을 보여주었다. 이러한 결과들을 바탕으로, 본 연구에서 확인된 활성물질의 종류와 활성물질의 함량을 흡착제 제조에 이용한다면 $H_2S$ 흡착제의 흡착성능 개선뿐만 아니라 흡착제의 사용수명 증대를 기대할 수 있었다.
