Due to natural and human factors, dunhuang frescoes in China have gradually degenerated. China has conducted digital transformation of frescoes since 1990. However, it requires expensive research costs. Most of the visitors passively accept transformation contents and lack subjective participation. The paper focuses on produces a prototype of Dunhuang frescoes on the CoSpaces EDU. It was implemented as a metaverse through procedures such as transforming the cave into 3D, mapping images to the cave model and developing CoBlocks. The research puts forward a more specific methodology without expensive costs of development. The paper makes it easier to realize the immersive and interactive virtual Dunhuang frescoes world, to improve the tourism contents and educational effect. This research carries on the statistics to the product result which develops according to the user experience of 100 different ages, has obtained the good feedback. The research results need to be improved is to strengthen the processing of graphic details. Therefore, Optimization and improvement of the result will be carried out in the future research.

As architectural forms tend to be large-scaled, high-storied and complicated, use of computer for processing design information has been generalized. However, CAD use in the process of developing architectural design has been neglected greatly in the educational field of architectural field due to the surging of recognition that it may limit the essential property of architectural design. It may be resulted from the limitation of CAD system, that is, it is because of tardy speed of application development for the related areas with the lack of simplicity and clarity of flexibility to be secured on the drawing and user interface. Recent CAD systems, however, overcome such a limitation, convert into object-based design from entity-based drawing, drafting and modeling for implementing design concept of architects and it connects with internet linked to superspeed information communication network and changes process and stream of architectural design. Therefore, this study deals with utility of object based CAD system with products of Autodesk Co. and consequently obtain the following conclusions. First, it expands architect's design areas by supporting cooperative design system based on model-based architectural design and internet. Second, it reduces consumption of personal and material resources and time in the process of drawing production for improving architectural design works. Third, it can reduce the frequent design changes by improving understanding of architectural space with visualization of immediate 3D information, escaping from traditional methods to deliver design information to building owner through 2D drawing or model and perspective drawing requiring much cost and time. Fourth, it keeps exactness without omission or duplication of design information and generate and renew information of all related drawings on a drawing. Fifth, it is possible to change difficult and boring architectural design work into a pleasure owing to immediate modeling and drawing of design idea. In addition, digital drawing generated by using object-based CAD system can playa role of establishing Urban Information System to be used for protecting from building in disaster and urban disasters in connection with GIS numerical map and be used for reference of all kinds of information required fro post-management of buildings. However, what is more important is that surplus time from introduction of object-based CAD system should be used for consideration to be recognized as a good space and building built as a product of this project for comfort to urban people.
Objectives:eurotoxicity is mediated by nitric oxide(NO) in the rat primary neuronal cultures and assess the effect of $Mn^{2+}$ on the N-methyl-D aspartate(NMDA) receptors. Methods: We have used 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT)assay to examine the effect of cytotoxicity of $MnCl_2$ in neuronal cells , NO production was determined by measuring nirites, a stable oxidation product of NO. The neurons in the rat that contains neuronal nitric oxide synthase(nNOS) were examined by immunofluorescence and confocal microscopy. The effects of $Mn^{2+}$ on the NMDA receptors was assesed by the whole cell voltage clamp technique. Results: We showed that the NO release and NOS expression was increased with 500uM $MnCl_2$ treatment and an NOS inhibitors, $N^G-nitro-L-arginine$, prevented neurotoxicity elicited by manganese. In the electrophysiological study, $Mn^{2+}$ does not block or activate the NMDA receptors and not pass through the NMDA receptors in a neurons of basal ganglia. Conclusions: It is concluded that manganese neurotoxicity in basal ganglia was partially mediated by nitric oxide in the cell culture model.

Most of traditional design processes of mechanical parts are regarded as sequential and discrete, since different kinds of softwas should be introduced. In this paper, we develop an integrated fram ework for virtual design and performance testing of an automobile seat. The system is composed of four modules, i.e. CAD, static analysis, dynamic analysis, and draft drawing module. In the CAD module, PRO/ENGINEER 3D seat model is created using parameters to be modified with the result of static and dynamic analysis. In the static analysis, headrest tere used in each design stage make it difficult to feedback their results to upstream process. These discrete processes may result in time loss and cost rise. In recent years, life cycle of product is reduced. To have competence with others, new concept design processt is simulated using ANSYS. In the dynamic analysis module, FMVSS201 test is simulated using DADS. Overall data flow is controlled by Motif. The advantage of the system is that even a novice can perform and review the whole design process, without a good hand at professional design/analysis S/W in each stage. The system also provides a virtual design space, where engineers in different development stage can access common data of design models. The concept could be applied to other fields and it could reduce time and money required in design process.

Stricter environmental demands have increased the need to replace conventional C/D bleaching sequence by chlorine-free sequence. Permanganate is well known as a powerful oxidant and have been used industrially in variable fields. However, it has considered to be difficult to use permanganate as a bleaching reagent because of its strong oxidative effect decreasing the viscosity of pulps extremely. We have tried to use permanganate as a bleaching reagent for KP under the mild condition and it was clear that pernanganate oxidized lignin remained in pulps selectively and increased pulp brightness decreasing K number of pulps with small degradation of cellulose. We have employed the neutral condition in the permanganate bleaching process in this study. In this case, permanganate was converted to manganese dioxide after bleaching reaction. The manganese dioxide is remained in the treated pulp fibers because of its insolublity in water. So it was required to reduction the manganese oxide to manganese ion by using reductants with acid. In this paper, we proposed to use oxalic acid as a reducing reagent converting manganese oxide to manganese ion after bleaching reaction. Oxalic acid plays the role as a reductant and a acid, so post-treatment after bleaching became to be easy by using oxalic acid. On the study using lignin model compounds, it was clear that permaganate react with phenols firstly, after that oxalic acid reduce the manganese oxide to manganese ion in the mixture of permanganate, phenols and oxalic acid. Several lignin model compounds ($\textit{p}$-hydroxybenzaldehyde, vanillin, syringaldehyde, veratraldehyde) are selected to elucidate the effect of substituents on reaction rate and its mechanism with permanganate including oxalic acid in this study. Except for veratraldehyde, the rate of oxidative degradation of phenolic compounds by permanganate with oxalic acid are higher than neutral condition. Especially, the degradation rate of $\textit{p}$-hydroxybenzaldehyde are strongly dependent on pH of reaction mixture. On the other hand, the degradation rate of veratraldehyde are decreased with decreasing pH and main degradation product is veratric acid. This result indicate that pH of bleaching liquor should be kept over 2 to degrade of non-phenolic lignin in the pulps effectively in permanganate bleaching.

Structural analysis is used not only for large enterprises, but also for small and medium sized ones, as a necessary procedure for strengthening the certification process for product delivery and shortening the time in the process from concept design to detailed design. Open-source solvers that can be used atlow cost differ from commercial solvers. If there is a problem with the input data, such as with the grid, errors or failures can occur in the calculation step. In this paper, we propose a pre- and post-processor that can be easily applied to the analysis of mechanical structural problems by using the existing structural analysis open source solver (Caculix, Code_Aster). In particular, we propose algorithms for analyzing different types of data using open source solvers in order to extract and generate accurate information,such as 3D models, grids and simulation conditions, and develop and apply information analysis. In addition, to improve the accuracy of open source solvers and to prevent errors, we created a grid that matches the solver characteristics and developed an automatic healing function for the grid model. Finally, to verify the accuracy of the system, the verification and utilization results are compared with the software used.
In the modeling processes of 3D computer animation, methods to build optimal work conditions to realize real forms for more efficient works have been advanced. Digital sculpting software, published in 1999, ZBrush has been positioned as an essential factor in character model work requiring of realistic descriptions through different manufacturing methods from previous modeling work processes and easy shape realization. Their functional areas are expanding. So, in this production case paper, as a method to product more optimized animation character models, the efficiency of production method linking digital sculpting software (Z-Brush) and animation production software (Maya) was deliberated and its consequences and implications are suggested. To this end, first the technical features of polygon modeling and Retopology were reviewed. Second, based on it, the efficiency of animation character modeling work processes through step linking ZBrush and Maya suggested in this paper was analyzed. Third, based on the features drawn before, in order to prove the hypothesis on modeling optimization method suggested in this paper, the production process of character Dumvee from a short animation film, 'Cula & Mina' was analyzed as an example. Through this study, it was found that technical approach easiness and high level of completion could be realized through two software linked work processes. This study is considered to be a reference for optimizing production process of related industries or modeling-related classes by deliberating different modeling process linked systems.
The purpose of this study is to suggest the improvement plan for an effective benefit sharing support policy through empirical analysis on the benefit sharing operation of government as well as the benefit sharing support policy of government affecting firm performance. Therefore, this study analyzed current problems on benefit sharing operation of government as well as performed a survey for 225 participating and cooperation firms regarding firm performance. This study found some improvements such as insufficient diverse incentive measures leading to the difficulty of participating firm's increase and spread, insufficient substantial benefit sharing such a cash allocation between consignment firms, the increase of biz management system model failing to induce innovation of new technology or product, and difficult spread into 2nd, 3rd cooperative firms besides 1st ones, meanwhile, verifying the positive influence of government benefit sharing support policy on both participating and cooperation firms, especially on the performance of cooperation firms. As a further study, it is necessary to increase the objectiveness and accuracy of a research through verification of the interrelationships between firm statue and performance on the basis of more objective and quantitative data such a sales increase or R&D capability of cooperation firms.

In this paper, we propose technologies for enhancing the immersive realization of virtual objects in AR-based product design. Generally, multimodal senses such as visual/auditory/tactile feedback are well known as a method for enhancing the immersion in case of interaction with virtual objects. By adapting tangible objects we can provide touch sensation to users. A 3D model of the same scale overlays the whole area of the tangible object so the marker area is invisible. This contributes to enhancing immersion. Also, the hand occlusion problem when the virtual objects overlay the user's hands is partially solved, providing more immersive and natural images to users. Finally, multimodal feedback also creates better immersion. In our work, both vibrotactile feedback through page motors, pneumatic tactile feedback, and sound feedback are considered. In our scenario, a game-phone model is selected, by way of proposed augmented vibrotactile feedback, hands occlusion-reduced visual effects and sound feedback are provided to users. These proposed methodologies will contribute to a better immersive realization of the conventional AR system.
Radiation exposure to humans can be caused by the gamma rays emitted from natural radioactive elements(such as uranium, thorium and potassium and any of their decay products) of Naturally Occurring Radioactive Materials(NORM) or Technologically Enhanced Naturally Occurring Radioactive Materials(TENORM) added consumer products. In this study, assume that activity of radioactive elements is $^{238}U$, $^{235}U$, $^{232}Th$$1Bq{\cdot}g^{-1}$, $^{40}K$$10Bq{\cdot}g^{-1}$ and the gamma rays emitted from these natural radioactive elements radioactive equilibrium state. In this study, reflected End-User circumstances and evaluated annual exposure dose for products based on ICRP reference voxel phantoms and ICRP Recommendation 103 using the Monte Carlo Method.
