  • 2009년 출시된 영화 "AVATAR"가 stereoscopic방식 3D영화로 대단한 성공을 거둔 이후로 가전시장과 필름 시장에는 많은 3D 영상들이 stereoscopic방식으로 제작되어 유통되게 되었다. 하지만 기존에 제시되어온 two lens stereoscopic camera system은 두 대의 카메라를 사용하기 때문에 광학적 정렬과 기하학적 조절이 매우 어렵기 때문에 stereoscopic 영상을 촬영하고 보급 하는데 많은 문제점을 가지고 있었다. 따라서 하나의 광축을 가진 single lens stereoscopic camera system들이 기존에 제시되어 왔으나 여전히 single lens stereoscopic system에도 문제점이 존재한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기존에 제시된 stereoscopic camera system을 two lens / single lens로 나누어 조사 분석하고, 분석한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 새로운 single lens stereoscopic camera system을 제안할 것이다.

Reusable Multi-story 3D Animation (재구성이 가능한 멀티스토리 3D 애니메이션)

  • The existent UCC sites display only finalized contents by publisher. It dose not provide any platform for resources of UCC that public users could reorganize. This paper has developed a platform to be able to produce reusable content using the scenes of the contents and produced a 3D animation with multiple story. It is necessary for user to search the provided contents for easy reorganization of the contents. The scene is classified by the description and information of the scene for handy search. It is obscure for a movie clip to be represent with only one word. Therefore, the proposed platform provides the search technique with a overlapping choice for the specific categories that include most of elements for the scene. Then the user can choose a specific range of the selected movie clip, make a new story with reorganizing the order, and put a caption or BGM on the movie clip. The complete movie clip has the search preferences as a category, new clips, and top favorites. With the Multi-Story line concept, we made a 3D animation about episodes of thermal dolls in the Doll World. This attempt will come to the new marketing way for a field of the visual media like as Music Video, Drama, Feature Film, Commercial Film.

A Study on 1024-QAM RF Transmission System using Channel Bonding Technologies for 8K-UHD Services (방송망 채널결합형 8K-UHDTV 1024-QAM RF 전송시스템 개발에 관한 연구)

  • 본 논문은 디지털 케이블전송망인 HFC(Hybrid Fiber and Coaxial)망 기반하에서 6MHz 다수의 방송채널결합 기술을 이용하여, 대용량 3D 및 8K-UHD 콘텐츠 전송을 위한 방송망 채널결합형 200Mbps 급 1024-QAM 송수신시스템 개발에 대하여 기술한다. H.264 비디오 부호화기를 사용하여 8K-UHDTV 및 3D/UHD 융합형 서비스를 시청자에게 제공하기 위해서는 약 120~160Mbps 의 대용량 데이터 전송률이 확보되어야 한다. 이와같이 대용량 3D/8K-UHDTV 콘텐츠를 전송하기 위해서는 상대적으로 채널환경이 우수한 HFC 디지털 케이블망을 이용한 대용량 실감미디어 콘텐츠 전송기법에 대한 연구가 주목 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 FPGA 를 이용하여 HFC 망 기반에서 기존 OpenCalbe/DOCSIS 3.0 256-QAM 대비 약 30% 전송효율이 개선된 3D/8K-UHDTV 대용량 실감미디어 콘텐츠 전송을 위한 방송망 채널결합형 1024-QAM 송수신기 구현 및 개발에 관한 내용을 기술한다.

Effect of Electrolytes on the Saturable Binding of Morphine in Rat Brain Tissue (백서(白鼠) 뇌조직(腦組織)에서 Morphine의 Saturable Binding에 미치는 전해질(電解質)의 영향(影響))

  • The binding in vitro of an opiate agonist, $(^3H)-morphine$, was studied using rat brain slices which were incubated in the modified Krebs-Henseleit bicarbonate buffer solution containing various concentrations of electrolytes with or without morphine, naloxone or morphine+naloxone at $4^{\circ}C$ for 24 hours. The binding of $(^3H)-morphine$ may be seperated into two component; one a saturable binding and the other nonsaturable. The saturable binding may be calculated from the differences in binding observed in the absence and presence of high concentration of morphine. The maximal saturable binding and $K_D$ value in the naive preparations were $0.32{\pm}0.02\;pmole/mg$ protein and $0.75{\pm}0.07\;nM$ respectively. The saturable binding of $(^3H)-morphine$ was significantly increased by low temperature-treatment, while $K_D$ value was not changed. Morphine in the incubation media significantly increased the saturable binding of $(^3H)-morphine$ and $K_D$ value. Naloxone also increased the maximal saturable binding of $(^3H)-morphine$ and $K_D$ value of the drug. Decrease of $K^+\;and\;Mg^{++}$, and addition of $Mn^{++}$ in the incubation media significantly increased the saturable binding of $(^3H)-morphine$, but decrease of $Na^+$and increase of $Ca^{++}$ in the incubation media did not influence the binding. The increment of the saturable binding of $(^3H)-morphine$ by nonlabeled morphine in the incubation media was notaffected by decrease of $Na^+,\;K^+\;or\;Mg^{++}$, or addition of $Mn^{++}$ into the incubation media, but was inhibited by increase of $Ca^{++}$ in the incubation media, while the increment of the saturable binding of $(^3H)-morphine$ was net observed by decrease of $Na^+,\;K^+\;or\;Mg^{++}$, or increase of $Ca^{++}$ in the incubation media. The above results indicate that change of opiate binding sites in quality, i.e. affinity, and quantity, i.e. number of binding sites, may occur by low temperature-treatment in the absence and presence of morphine or naloxone and that electrolytes play role of the changes of opiate binding sites.

Aesthetics of Interactive Real-Time 3D (인터렉티브 리얼 타임 3D 아트의 미학적 특성)

  • Interactive real-time 3D enables users to explore virtual three dimensional environments and also experience contents in an absorbing fashion. Unlike other media, Interactive real-time 3D users take an active role in the process of "real-time fashion" where action and reaction occur instantly in a digital 3D structure. Once the components and origins of interactive real-time 3D is made, it is possible making principles of the beauty that help decide success or failure of real-time 3D in two way system. Substantial real-time 3D has not yet passed 10 years so it was unable to make sufficient precedents of fundamental artistic value based upon the credibility of the media. The goal is to explain the new form of design in relation to general principles of arts at the same time to understand the technical definition better. Concepts of historical documentation are explained with an example of categorization of recent video game and recent technology. This thesis concludes with rough forecast on the future interactive real time 3D. Since the medium began relatively recently and is developing in the rapid pace, recent analyses, though clear forecast is difficult, tend to investigate potential directions to some level the field allows.
