Field robots operate in various areas, including construction, agriculture, forestry and manufacturing. Typical tasks of field robots used in various areas include excavation, flattening, and demolition. Such tasks are often accomplished in narrow alleys or indoors. In the case of field robots, there is a limit to working in a small space. Thus, to compensate for these shortcomings, many field robots equipped with Tiltrotators have recently been observed. The advantages of Tiltrotator are improved task efficiency and reduced operating time by reducing unnecessary behavior. We need simulation models that can improve the ability of new people to work and simulate tasks in advance. Thus, in this paper, we developed a simscape-based simulation model and modeling of 6DOF systems for field robots equipped with Tiltrotator. Dynamic modeling of field robot 3D models using Simcape multibody and hydraulic systems of field robots using Simcape Hydraulics were modeled. We applied a PID controller to create a control system that operates along the input angle. Simulation results show that errors occur when comparing input and output angles, but overall, they move along input angles.
With recent development of computer hardware and 3D graphic technique, a lot of people have concern for something to express as the 3D graphic that look the real environment. Because the request of users have increased, the 3D simulation is developed and popularized in the many field. In this paper, we design and implement the simulation system that humans evacuate a building fires using the 3D graphic techniques. In this paper, we use the A* algorithm to humans have the artificial intelligence at evacuating a building fires, calculate the evacuation speed of each human considering temperature damage and smoke damage. In this paper, we applied the real building to demonstrate the effect of proposed evacuation simulation. Experimental results showed that the evacuation speed is affected by the temperature condition and the smoke density.

A high-Power continuous-wave (CW) ten-vane double-strapped magnetron oscillator has been investigated using three-dimensional (3D) particle-in-cell (PIC) numerical simulation code, MAGIC3D. The resonant modes and their resonant frequencies of the ten-vane strapped magnetron resonator were obtained to show a large mode separation near the ${\pi}$-mode. An electron cloud formed in an anode-cathode gap, called an interaction space was confined well enough to result in no leakage current. Five spokes were clearly observed in the electron cloud, which definitely ensured the ${\pi}$-mode oscillation in the ten-vane magnetron. Numerical simulations predicted that the saturated microwave output power measured at the coaxial output port was 5.41 kW at the microwave frequency of 893 MHz, corresponding to a power conversion efficiency of 72.6% when the external axial magnetic field was 1150 gauss and the electron beam voltage and current were 6 kV and 1.25 A, respectively.

Functional and esthetic reconstruction after segmental mandibulectomy is one of the most challenging surgeries in microsurgical reconstruction field. Simulation surgery before free flap reconstruction has been performed for efficient surgery and successful results. Fibula free flap is the flap of the choice for reconstruction of the segmental mandibular defect. Straight nature of the fibula bone requires multiple segmentations to fit into mandible. 3D rapid prototype (RP) model gives a lot of information for mandibular reconstruction. The purpose of this study was to report mandibular reconstruction with free fibular flap using simulation surgery. A total of 30 consecutive patients were included for functional and esthetic evaluation. Among 30 patients, two flaps showed necrosis after radiotherapy. The other flaps were all survived and showed successful reconstruction in both function and esthetics.

In this paper, we will introduce how we utilize 3D design model information at factory automation field with welding robot OLP system which is in using at out shipyard. At this area, so far, most of design information is used in NC data generation for steel cutting, but we can utilize 3D model information at more wide and complex area likes robot welding. Moreover, OpenGL which is a graphic library can be possible to verify robot NC data is correct or not through 3D simulation even if some one is not a expert at robot handling.
We perform an MHD simulation combined with observed vector field data to clarify an eruptive dynamics in the solar flare. We first extrapolate a 3D coronal magnetic field under a Nonlinear Force-Free Field (NLFFF) approximation based on the vector field, and then we perform an MHD simulation where the NLFFF prior to the flare is set as an initial condition. Vector field was obtained by the Soar Dynamics Observatory (SDO) at 00:00 UT on February 15, which is about 90 minutes before the X2.2-class flare. As a result, the MHD simulation successfully shows an eruption of strongly twisted lines whose values are over one-turn twist, which are produced through the tether-cut magnetic reconnection in strongly twisted lines of the NLFFF. Eventually, we found that they exceed a critical height at which the flux tube becomes unstable to the torus instability determining the condition that whether a flux tube might escape from the overlying field lines or not. In addition to these, we found that the distribution of the observed two-ribbon flares is similar to the spatial variance of the footpoints caused by the reconnection of the twisted lines being resided above the polarity inversion line. Furthermore, because the post flare loops obtained from MHD simulation well capture that in EUV image taken by SDO, these results support the reliability of our simulation.
The objective of this study was to investigate a simulation technology for the AM field based on ANSYS Inc.. The introduction of metal 3D printing AM process, and the examining of the present status of AM process simulation software, and the AM process simulation processor were done in the previous study (part 1). This present study (part 2) examined the use of the AM process simulation processor, presented in Part 1, through direct execution of Topology Optimization, Ansys Workbench, Additive Print and Additive Science. Topology Optimization can optimize additive geometry to reduce mass while maintaining strength for AM products. This can reduce the amount of material required for additive and significantly reduce additive build time. Ansys Workbench and Additive Print simulate the build process in the AM process and optimize various process variables (printing parameters and supporter composition), which will enable the AM to predict the problems that may occur during the build process, and can also be used to predict and correct deformations in geometry. Additive Science can simulate the material to find the material characteristic before the AM process simulation or build-up. This can be done by combining specimen preparation, measurement, and simulation for material measurements to find the exact material characteristics. This study will enable the understanding of the general process of AM simulation more easily. Furthermore, it will be of great help to a reader who wants to experience and appreciate AM simulation for the first time.

In this study, we have fabricated 9.385[GHz] circulator that is composed of WR112 waveguide and Ferrite for X-band radar. For designing Ferrite, B/R mode(Below Resonance mode) was used and calculated the condition of 120 degree rotation of the electric field in Ferrite and calculated internal DC magnetic field and external DC magnetic field. Also, dielectric materials of the same shape with Ferrite was filled between two Ferrite for improving the performance of the circulator, including impedance matching, bandwidth, quality factor, insertion loss. To obtain optimum shape of the Ferrite and dielectric material, we used CST MWS. Simulation result of the circulator is that 1.02 : 1 VSWR, -40dB isolation, 0.2dB insertion loss and measurement result is that 1.03 : 1, -38dB, 1.2dB at 9.385[GHz]. We can get good agreement at isolation and VSWR, but insertion loss was 1 dB great than simulation result.
