BIM(Building Information Modeling) based design process can initiatively conduct a task through all phases from early design step to construction and maintenance step. Also BIM efficiently manage the building's energy by reflecting 3D design and construction life cycle. This paper proposes an efficient process to build AHU's BIM-based library. This study involves analyzing an AHU model for development of design module, and making the template model using the same 12 parts including the shapes of ducts, doors and frames. In consideration of each shape's direction and the status of existence, which are detailed shapes of parts upon making the template model, all the shapes of the AHU model can be expressed. By applying parametric modeling to the template model, a quick and precise modification and transformation can be conducted, thus the efficiency is enhanced. A user selects an AHU model from a 2D model selection program, and extracts shape information. The final AHU shape is completed through the automation work of unnecessary shape deletion by bringing the extracted shape information to the template model. This enables the user to build efficient AHU's BIM-based library, since the quick and precise modification and transformation of the template model are possibile, and all AHU model shapes can be expressed.

It's not easy for medium or large sized libraries to effectively manage their vast array of books and media data. Recently, in place of magnetic stripes and barcodes, RFID technology has been applied on a small scale to simple book management and theft-prevention initiatives. The development of RFID and USN applied systems and technology has led to RFID and USN being used in a diverse range of industrial fields, including book management systems in libraries. Using the aforementioned technology, the intelligent book management system suggested in this thesis can provide a more practical, effective, content-rich and convenient book management system.

Total genomic DNA library of Serratia marcescens was prepared by inserting Sau3AI partial digesting fragments(above 5 kb) into the dephosphorylated BamHl site of pUC19. In primary screening, two colonies were selected by observing the halo around E. coli transformants grown on the swollen colloidal chitin media. Secondary screening was performed by soaking two colonies with a few drops of 4-methylumbelleliferryl N-acetyl-$\beta$-D-glucocosaminide(4-MuNGlcNAc). As 4-MuNGlcNAc is a specific, fluorogenic substrate for chitinase, the positive clones produce light fluorescence by the exposure under the long wave U.V. light(360 nm). From genomic DNA library derived from pUC19, we have isolated two different chitinase clones, pCH1(11.0Kb) and pCH2(7.5Kb), which show completely different restriction map to each other. The cross-hybridization of pCH1EA and pCH2 have not revealed any hybridization signals to each other.

In this paper, numerical results of sectional analysis and stress recovery were compared with the results of VABS through the blade analysis library. The results of recovery analysis for one-dimensional model including the stiffness matrix is compared with the calculated three-dimensional stress results of three-dimensionial FEM based on the principle of virtual work. We discuss the configuration of the blade analysis library and compare verifications of numerical analysis results of VABS. Blade analysis library through dimensional reduction and stress recovery is intended to be utilized in conjunction with pre- and post-processing of the analysis program of the composite blade, high-altitude uav's wing, wind blades and tilt rotor blade.

본 연구에서 3차원 지형공간정보의 구축 및 처리, 가시화를 위하여 개인용 PC와 임베디드 단말기의 포켓 PC환경에서 자료 호환 및 동시 운영이 가능한 실시간 3차원 GIS의 Prototype의 설계 및 구현과 적용 실험을 하고자 한다 OpenGL(Open Graphic Library)과 OpenGL|ES (Embedded System)를 활용하여 도시경관을 구성하는 주요객체인 지형, 건물, 교통, 식생 등을 통합적으로 저작 및 3D 객체 모델링 및 렌더링이 통합 및 개별 운영 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 구현 단계에서 개인용 PC 운영환경에서는 기능성 향상에 중점을 두어 공간 데이터베이스 설계, 텍스처 영상 매핑처리, 대용량의 3차원 공간정보 처리 및 관리, 가시화, 렌더링, 모델링 기능들을 제공하며, PDA 휴대용 단말운영환경을 지원하는 모바일 시스템에서는 실시간 모바일 저작기능과 렌더링 기능에 주안점을 두어 개발하였다. 한편 연구 결과로 구현된 시스템은 원도우 XP 기반의 개인용 PC와 PDA 단말기 상에서 3D 객체 자료구조가 호환되어 향후 다양한 응용이 가능할 것으로 생각된다.

The signaling pathway of D2 dopamine receptor was studied using yeaslt two-hybrid system.. The 3rd cytoplasmic loop of rat D2 dopamine receptor was used to screen the cDNA library of mouse brain. and ALY was found to interact with it. The interaction in the yeast was observed only with the 3rd cytoplasmic loop of D2 dopamine receptor but not with that of D3 or D4 dopamine receptor. The interaction between two proteins was also confirmed by GST pull-down assay. (omitted)

The purpose of this study is to clarify the educational literature search methodology objectives and the content structure of a course in bibliography. The content of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. The concept and domain of literature search methodology, which has traditionally gone by the name of a guide to use of literature and library, are described. 2. The need of incorporating the methodology into regular college curriculum was investigated in view of the ideology of college education. 3. The background, process, and current status of offering a course in the methodology as a part of regular college curriculum were examined. 4. The educational objective of a course in the methodology was set at the successful activities in self study, life-long-education, and special topic research. 5. Considering the fact that technical knowledge and propositional knowledge should be realized simultaneously, that educational experience should go hand in hand with materials and library, and that knowledge should be constructed systematically and logically, the content structure of the methodology were divided into the following six categories: a) the significance of the methodology of literature search b) the college library and the activities of literature search c) types and characteristics of materials d) literature search by catalog e) explanation of basic bibliography f) research and literature search

This study attempts to investigate the current stage of collection development process in school libraries based on interviews with 20 teacher-librarians in school libraries. Library Collection is the primary element of a library and collection development is the starting point of librarians' duty. The researchers shed light on such issues as observed in collection development process in school libraries. Through the visits and observations such problems as aging book collections, lack of support of administrators, imbalance in subject distribution are identified.

Palm OS 위주로 발전해오던 PDA 시장에 Microsoft 사의 OS인 PocketPC 2000/2002와 고성능의 하드웨어가 출현하면서 PDA 기반 응용 소프트웨어의 기능도 일정 관리 등의 개인 정보 관리 기능을 벗어나 게임, 동영상 등 멀티미디어 응용 부분으로 확대되고 있다. 그 중에서도 최근 들어 3D를 표방하는 게임 및 응용 프로그램들이 속속 등장하고 있다. 본 고에서는 현재 PDA 환경에서 사용되는 삼차원 그래픽스 라이브러리의 현황과 전망을 짚어 보고자 한다.
