토석류 피해지역 분석을 위한 FLO-2D 모형의 적용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Application of FLO-2D Model for Analysis of Debris Flow Damage Area)

  • 기후변화로 인해 집중호우와 태풍의 빈도가 늘어면서 토석류의 발생 빈도가 늘어나고 있다. 특히 강원도의 경우 산지와 해안이 접하는 지형적 특성을 가지고있어 산지재해에 의한 피해발생이 늘어나고 있다. 본 연구에서는 태풍 미탁으로 인해 발생한 강원도 삼척시를 대상으로 토석류 피해지역 분석을 위해 모델링을 수행하였다. 토석류 퇴적부분에서의 유동특성을 분석하기 위해 수치지도와 현장자료를 통해 입력자료를 구축하고 2차원 모델인 FLO-2D를 모의하였다. 피해지역을 토석류 유입부, 마을 중심부, 항구 인접부로 나누어서 토석류의 유동심과 유속을 모의하여 현장 조사한 자료와 비교분석하였다. 그 결과 최대유동심의 경우 토석류 유입부에서는 2.4m 마을 중심부에서는 2.7m, 항구 인접부에서는 1.4m로 나왔으며 현장조사와 비교분석 하였을 때 유사하게 나타났다. 그리고 최대 유속의 경우 토석류 유입부에서는 3.6m/s 마을 중심부에서는 4.9m/s, 항구 인접부에서는 1.2m/s로 산정되었으며 최대유속이 나타난 구간에서 최대유동심이 발생하는 것을 확인하였다.

LSTM 모형과 로지스틱 회귀를 통한 도시 침수 범위의 예측 (Prediction of Urban Flood Extent by LSTM Model and Logistic Regression)

  • 기후변화의 영향으로 국지성 및 집중호우에 대한 발생 가능성이 높아지는 시점에서 과거에 침수피해를 입은 도시 유역에 대하여 실제 호우에 대한 침수 양상을 예측하는 것은 중요하다. 이에 수치해석 기반 프로그램과 함께 기계학습을 이용한 홍수 분석에 대한 연구가 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서 적용한 LSTM 신경망은 일련의 자료를 분석하는데 유용하지만, 딥 러닝을 수행하기 위하여 충분한 양의 자료를 필요로 한다. 그러나 단일 도시유역에 홍수를 일으킬 강우가 매년 일어나지 않기에 많은 홍수 자료를 수집하기에는 어려움이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대상 유역에서 관측되는 강우 외에 전국 단위의 실제 호우를 예측 모형에 반영하였다. LSTM (Long Short-Term Memory) 신경망은 강우에 대한 총 월류량을 예측하기 위하여 사용되었으며, 목표값으로 SWMM (Storm Water Management Model)의 유출 모의 결과를 사용하였다. 침수 범위 예측을 위해서는 로지스틱 회귀를 사용하였으며, 로지스틱 회귀 모형의 독립 변수는 총 월류량이며 종속 변수는 격자 별 침수 발생 유무이다. 침수 범위 자료는 SWMM의 유출 결과를 바탕으로 수행된 2차원 침수해석 모의 결과를 통해 수집하였다. LSTM의 매개변수 조건에 따라 총 월류량 예측 결과를 비교하였다. 매개변수 설정에 따른 4가지의 LSTM 모형을 사용하였는데, 검증과 테스트 단계에 대한 평균 RMSE (Root Mean Square Error)는 1.4279 ㎥/s, 1.0079 ㎥/s으로 산정되었다. 최소 RMSE는 검증과 테스트에 대하여 각각 1.1656 ㎥/s, 0.8797㎥/s 으로 산정되었으며, SWMM모의 결과를 적절히 재현할 수 있음을 확인하였다. LSTM 신경망의 결과와 로지스틱 회귀를 연계하여 침수 범위 예측을 수행하였으며, 침수심 0.5m 이상을 고려하였을 때에 최대 침수면적 적합도가 97.33 %으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 제시된 방법론은 딥 러닝에 기반하여 도시 홍수 대응능력을 향상 시키는데 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.

High Resolution HC$_3$N Observations toward the Central Region of Sagittarius B2

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500,550,570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500,550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100,300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. Our department has developed an information system for routine hematology using down-sized computer system. We have used an IBM 486 compatible PC with 16MB main memory, 210 MB hard disk drive, 9 RS-232C port and 24 pin dot printer. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer. The frame and leaflet of the polymer valve were made from polyurethane, To evaluate the hemodynamic performance of the polymer valve a comparative study of flow dynamics past a polymer valve and a St. Jude Medical prosthetic valve under physiological pulsatile flow conditions in vitro was made. Comparisons between the valves were made on the transvalvular pressure drop, regurgitation volume and maximum valve opening area. The polymer valve showed smaller regurgitation volume and transvalvular pressure drop compared to the mechanical valve at higher heart rate. The results showed that the functional characteristics of the polymer valve compared favorably with those of the mechanical valve at higher heart rate. 30621 T00401030621 ^x Explosive evaporative removal process of biological tissue by absorption of a CW laser has been simulated by using gelatin and a multimode Nd:YAG laser. Because the point of maximun temperature of laser-irradiated gelatin exists below the surface due to surface cooling, evaporation at the boiling temperature is made explosively from below the surface. The important parameters of this process are the conduction loss to laser power absorption (defined as the conduction-to-laser power parameter, Nk), the convection heat transfer at the surface to conduction loss (defined as Bi), dimensionless extinction coefficient (defined as Br.), and dimensionless irradiation time (defined as Fo). Dependence of Fo on Nk and Bi has been observed by experiment, and the results have been compared with the numerical results obtained by solving a 2-dimensional conduction equation. Fo and explosion depth (from the surface to the point of maximun temperature) are increased when Nk and Bi are increased.To find out the minimum laser power for explosive evaporative removal process, steady state analysis has been also made. One of the major problems in EIT has been the inaccessibility of internal voltage or current data in finding the internal impedance values. We propose a new image reconstruction method using internal current density data measured by NMR. We obtained a two-dimensional current density distribution within a phantom by processing the real and imaginary MR images from a 4.77 NMR machine. We implemented a resistivity mage reconstruction algorithm using the finite element method and sensitivity matrix. Optimal stimulus parameters, which can minimize muscle fatigue and can achieve effective muscle contraction were determined in slow and fast muscles in Sprague-Dawley rats. Stimulus patterns of our stimulator were designed to simulate electromyographic activity monitored during locomotion of normal subjects. Muscle types of the lower extremity were classified according to their mechanical property of contraction, which are slow muscle (msoleus m.) and fast muscle (medial gastrocneminus m., rectus femoris m., vastus lateralis m.). Optimal parameters of electrical stimulation for slow muscles were 20 Hz, 0.2 ms square pulse. For fast muscle, 40 Hz, 0.3 ms square pulse was optimal to produce repeated contraction. Higher stimulus intensity was required when synergistic muscles were stimulated simultaneously than when they were stimulated individually. Electrical stimulation for each muscle was designed to generate bipedal locomotion, so that individual muscles alternate contraction and relaxation to simulate stance and swing phases. Portable electrical stimulator with 16 channels built in microprocessor was constructed and applied to paraplegic patients due to lumbar cord injury. The procedure has the following three distinct stages. First, the initial center is estimated by the initial center estimation algorithm which is applied to decimated image. Second, the center estimation algorithm is applied to original image and then best-fit elliptic model estimation is processed. Third, best-fit boundary is detected by the cost function which is based on the best-fit elliptic model. We use combination of MLP and fuzzy filter for pattern recognition to estimate the direction of a muscle and Hogan's method for the force estimation. The bedside monitor consists of a main unit and module cases with various parameter modules. The main unit includes a 12.1" TFT color LCD, a main CPU board, and peripherals such as a module controller, Ethernet LAN card, video card, rotate/push button controller, etc. The main unit can connect at maximum three module cases each of which can accommodate up to 7 parameter modules. They include the modules for electrocardiograph, respiration, invasive blood pressure, noninvasive blood pressure, temperature, and SpO2 with Plethysmograph.

The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Optimal stimulus parameters, which can minimize muscle fatigue and can achieve effective muscle contraction were determined in slow and fast muscles in Sprague-Dawley rats. Stimulus patterns of our stimulator were designed to simulate electromyographic activity monitored during locomotion of normal subjects. Muscle types of the lower extremity were classified according to their mechanical property of contraction, which are slow muscle (msoleus m.) and fast muscle (medial gastrocneminus m., rectus femoris m., vastus lateralis m.).   • 서울시민의 대표적인 친수환경 공간인 한강시민공원은 조성 이후 이용자에게 위락 및 자연공간으로서 그 역할을 다하여 왔으나 최근에 급증하고 있는 이상기상현상과 국지적 집중호우의 증가에 따른 도시지역 및 상류지역의 홍수 발생시에는 한강시민공원의 폐쇄와 함께 이용자의 접근을 사전통제하거나 신속하게 대피시켜 안전을 도모하여야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 팔당댐 방류량에 따른 한강시민공원의 수리학적 영향을 모의분석하기 위해 필요한 각종 기본 자료와 매개변수에 대한 고찰을 실시하였고, 1차원 및 2차원 수리수치모형을 통한 한강시민공원의 홍수위 영향을 분석함과 아울러 조석의 영향에 대해 고찰하였으며, 상류부 Key Station과 하류부 한강시민공원 각 지구간의 수위관계식 및 홍수도달시간관계식을 제시하여 한강시민공원 각 지구에서 장래의 홍수위 상황을 예측할 수 있게 하였다. 본 연구에서 분석한 결과는 홍수 발생시 한강시민공원의 합리적인 이용 및 관리와 이용자의 안전 및 비상대처계획 등의 수립에 있어서 중요한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

GIS 자료를 활용한 도시 재개발 주변 지역의 일조 환경 분석 (A Study on the Sunshine Environment Around Urban Redevelopment Area Using a GIS Data)

  • 본 연구에서는 고층 건물 신축에 의한 주변 지역의 일조 환경 변화를 계절별로 분석하였다. 지리정보시스템(geographic information system, GIS) 자료를 이용하여 부산광역시 부경대학교 일대를 중심으로 지형과 건물을 구축하고, 고층 건물 건설 전과 후에 대해 계절별로 일조 모델을 수행하였다. 고층 건물 단지 건설 전에도 대상 지역의 남동쪽에 위치한 아파트 단지와 남쪽에 위치한 봉오리산의 영향을 받아 일조 차단 영역이 넓게 나타났다. 고층 건물 단지 건설에 의해 주변 지역의 일조 시간이 감소하였고, 일출과 일몰 시간대에는 일조 차단 면적이 증가하였다. 일출 1시간 후의 경우에는 춘분(1.60%), 추분(1.58%), 하지(1.50%), 동지(1.36%) 순으로 일조 차단 면적이 증가하였다. 부경대학교 동쪽(남쪽)에 건설된 고층 건물 단지는 일출(일몰)시 서쪽(동쪽)으로 1,000 m(750 m) 이상의 지점까지 일조가 차단되었다. 특히, 부경대학교 내부에서는 춘분, 하지, 추분, 동지에 각각 46.61%, 22.75%, 58.56%, 11.31%의 일조 시간이 감소하였다. 부경대학교 기숙사 건물에 대해 겨울철 1주일 동안 일조 시간을 조사한 결과, 남쪽 고층 건물 단지 건설은 기숙사 건물 서쪽(남쪽) 벽면의 일조 면적을 30.91%(49.45%) 정도 감소시켰다.

  • 고분자 전해질 연료전지의 구성요소인 기체 확산층(Gas Diffusion Layer)은 반응물을 채널에서 MEA로 전달하며 동시에 생성물을 MEA에서 채널로 전달하는 역할을 한다. 기체 확산층의 기체 투과도가 클수록 기체 확산층을 통과하는 반응기체의 양이 증가하여 고분자전해질 연료전지 성능이 향상되며 물질전달과 함께 열전달이 이루어지기 때문에 생성열에 의한 MEA의 온도상승을 억제해준다. 본 연구에서는 기체 확산층의 기체투과도를 달리하여 전기화학 반응과 열 생성을 고려한 3차원 수치해석 모델을 통해 동일 반응면적을 가지는 직선형 채널과 곡사형 채널에 대해 열전달 및 물질전달 특성을 분석하였다. 수치해석 결과 직선형 채널의 경우 곡사형 채널에 비해 기체 확산층의 기체투과도에 따른 성능 변화가 크지 않았다. 이러한 이유는 직선형 채널에서 주된 물질전달은 확산에 의해 이뤄지기 때문이다. 곡사형 채널의 경우 기체투과도가 높을수록 대류에 의한 물질전달로 원활한 물질전달이 이뤄졌기 때문에 연료전지 성능이 증가 되었으며 원활한 물질전달이 열전달을 촉진하여 MEA의 온도를 낮추었다. 또한 곡사형 채널에서는 기체투과도가 작아질수록 확산에 의한 물질 및 열전달 특성을 보여주었다.

  • In this work, the effects of shade combination, shade height and wind regime on greenhouse climate were quantified. A two-dimensional (2-D) computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model was developed based on an 11-span plastic greenhouse in eastern China for wind almost normal to the greenhouse orientation. The model was first validated with air temperature profiles measured in a compartmentalized greenhouse cultivated with mature lettuce (Lactuca sativa L., 'Yang Shan'). Next, the model was employed to investigate the effect of shade combinations on greenhouse microclimate patterns. Simulations showed similar airflow patterns in the greenhouse under different shade combinations. The temperature pattern was a consequence of convection and radiation transfer and was not significantly influenced by shade combination. The use of shade screens reduced air velocity by $0.02-0.20m{\cdot}s^{-1}$, lowered air temperature by $0.2-0.8^{\circ}C$ and raised the humidity level by 0.9-2.0% in the greenhouse. Moreover, it improved the interior climate homogeneity. The assessment of shade performance revealed that the external shade had good cooling and homogeneity performance and thus can be recommended. Furthermore, the effects of external shade height and wind regime on greenhouse climate parameters showed that external shade screens are suitable for installation within 1 m above roof level. They also demonstrated that, under external shade conditions, greenhouse temperature was reduced relative to unshaded conditions by $1.3^{\circ}C$ under a wind speed of $0.5m{\cdot}s^{-1}$, whereas it was reduced by merely $0.5^{\circ}C$ under a wind speed of $2.0m{\cdot}s^{-1}$. Therefore, external shading is more useful during periods of low wind speed.

단경간 2련 강박스 거더 곡선교의 사각에 따른 부반력 특성 (Negative Support Reactions of the Single Span Twin-Steel Box Girder Curved Bridges with Skew Angles)

  • 도로의 진출입로나 인터체인지에 널이 적용되고 있는 곡선교는 곡선반경, 사각 및 받침 간격 등에 따라 직선교보다 복잡한 거동을 나타낸다. 특히 상부구조물의 휨과 비틀림에 의해 솟음현상이 발생할 수 있고, 예각부 받침에는 부반력이 발생할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 곡선교에서 교량의 곡선반경, 받침간격 및 사각이 부반력에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하였다. 이를 위해 RAMP에 적용 가능한 지간(L)이 50m인 단경간의 강박스거더 곡선교를 대상으로 3차원 격자구조 모델을 이용하여 해석적인 방법으로 지점반력을 산출하였다. 부반력은 교량의 평면형상, 구조계의 형성, 받침의 조건 등에 의해 그 크기가 결정 되므로 매개변수는 곡선반경, 사각 및 받침간격으로 하였으며, 도로교설계기준에 제시된 하중조합에 의해 발생되는 반력의 크기를 계산하였다. 수치해석한 결과에 의하면 부반력은 곡선반경, 받침간격 및 사각이 작을수록 크게 발생하는 것으로 나타났으며, 사각 $60^{\circ}$ 일때 곡선반경 250m 이하에서는 받침간격에 관계없이 항상 부반력이 발생하였고, 사각 $75^{\circ}$일 때 곡선반경 180m에서는 ${\theta}/B$가 0.27 이하, 곡선반경 250m에서는 ${\theta}/B$가 0.32 이하에서 부반력이 발생하지 않았으며, 사각 $90^{\circ}$ 일 때 곡선반경 130m에서는 ${\theta}/B$가 0.38 이하 일 때와 곡선반경이 180m 이상일 때 부반력이 발생하지 않았다. 이상의 결과로부터 설계변수인 곡선반경, 받침간격 및 사각이 곡선교에서 부반력 발생과 밀접한 관계가 있음을 확인하였고, 곡선교의 설계시 설계변수들의 상호관계를 적절히 설정하면 부반력이 발생하지 않는 구조계로 설계가 가능함을 알 수 있었다.

몬테칼로 전산모사를 이용한 셋업오차가 임상표적체적에 전달되는 선량과 셋업마진에 대하여 미치는 영향 평가 (Evaluation of Setup Uncertainty on the CTV Dose and Setup Margin Using Monte Carlo Simulation)

  • 방사선 치료에서 부정확한 환자 셋업이 표적에 전달되는 선량에 미치는 영향과 치료 마진과의 연관성을 몬테칼로 기법을 사용한 전산모사를 통하여 분석하였다. 실제 방사선 치료를 받은 직장암 환자에 대한 임상표적체적(CTV: Clinical Target Volume) 및 주요장기의 구조와 치료계획 시스템(Eclipse 8.9, USA)을 이용하여 수립된 세기조절 방사선치료계획에서의 선량분포에 대한 데이터를 전산모사에서 사용하였다. 전산모사 프로그램은 리눅스환경에서 오픈소스인 ROOT 라이브러리와 GCC를 기반으로 본 연구를 위하여 개발되었다. 환자셋업오차의 확률분포를 정규분포로 가정한 것에 따라 무작위로 생성된 크기만큼 셋업이 부정확한 경우를 모사하여 임상표적체적에서의 선량분포의 변화와 오차크기에 따른 마진크기를 3차원입체조형 방사선치료에 사용되는 마진공식과 비교분석 하였다. 셋업오차 생성에 사용된 정규분포의 표준편차 크기는 1 mm부터 10 mm까지 1 mm간격으로 두었으며 계통오차와 통계오차별로 2,000번 전산모사했다. 계통오차의 경우 전산모사에 사용된 표준편차가 커질수록 임상표적체적에 조사되는 최소선량 $D_{min}^{stat{\cdot}}$은 100.4%에서 72.50%로 감소하였고 평균선량 $\bar{D}_{syst{\cdot}}$도 100.45%에서 97.88%로 감소한 반면에 표준편차${\Delta}D_{sys}$는 0.02%에서 3.33%로 증가하였다. 통계오차의 경우 최소선량 $D_{min}^{rand{\cdot}}$은 100.45%에서 94.80%감소하였고 평균선량 $\bar{D}_{syst{\cdot}}$도 100.46%에서 97.87%로 감소하였으며 표준편차 ${\Delta}D_{rand}$는 0.01%에서 0.63%로 증가하였다. 그리고 마진공식으로부터 전산모사에 사용된 셋업오차에 해당되는 마진크기를 구하고 모집단비율(population ratio)을 정의하여 기존 마진공식의 목적이 세기조절방사선치료에 만족함을 확인했다. 개발된 전산모사 프로그램은 해당 환자의 치료계획 정보를 직접 사용하므로 직장암만 아니라 두경부암, 전립선암 등 여러 환부에 적용 가능하며 셋업오차 및 선량변화에 연관된 연구에도 사용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
