익명성을 제공하는 RSSI기반 V2V 메시지 인증기법 (A Message Authentication Scheme for V2V message based on RSSI with anonymity)

  • 지능형 차량 네트워크(VANET)는 차량 간 (V2V, Vehicle to Vehicle) 또는 차량과 노변장치간 (V2I, Vehicle to Infrastructure)의 통신을 통해 서비스를 제공하는 기술이다. 지능형 차량 네트워크는 통신을 통해 유통되는 정보의 중요성을 고려해 볼 때 메시지의 인증 및 보안은 필수적인 요건이다. 현재 VANET의 보안성을 향상시키기 위해 다양한 인증기법이 연구되고 있다. 그중에서도 RAISE scheme은 차량 밀집환경에서의 인증을 익명으로 수행한다. 하지만 스킴에 사용된 기법인 k-anonymity는 익명성을 제공하는 대신 차량의 ID를 얻기 위해 불필요한 전수조사 연산을 수행해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 차량 간의 통신에 사용되는 무선 신호세기의 특성을 이용하여 위치기반 인증 및 암호화 기법을 제시하며 알고리즘의 정확도를 향상시키기 위해 3차원 상에서의 위치 선정 기법을 적용한다.

Three-dimensional analysis of changes in airway space after bimaxillary orthognathic surgery with maxillomandibular setback and their association with obstructive sleep apnea

  • Background: Bimaxillary orthognathic surgery with maxillomandibular setback is often accompanied by changes in airway space. We analyzed the changes in airway space before and after surgery and assessed their association with obstructive sleep apnea. Methods: This study is based on the cohort of 13 adult patients (9 males, 4 females, average age 23.85 years) who underwent bimaxillary orthognathic surgery with maxillomandibular setback. We performed computed tomography and portable polysomnography before and after the surgery to assess changes in airway space and Apnea-Hypopnea Index (AHI) values (total, supine, non-supine). Results: The oropharyngeal airway volume decreased by 29% after the surgery, which was statistically significant (p < .05). The upper airway volume and hypopharyngeal airway volume were decreased, but not significantly (4 and 19%, respectively). The changes in airway surface area were statistically significant at all levels examined (p < .05). Changes in the maximum anteroposterior width of the airway were also significant at all levels (p < .05). However, the changes in maximum lateral width were only statistically significant at C2 level (p < .05). AHI values were increased after the surgery but not significantly at any position. Conclusions: Although bimaxillary surgery with maxillomandibular setback significantly reduces the airway space, it does not affect AHI values or induce obstructive sleep apnea.

Thermomechanical deformation in porous generalized thermoelastic body with variable material properties

  • The two-dimensional deformation of a homogeneous, isotropic thermoelastic half-space with voids with variable modulus of elasticity and thermal conductivity subjected to thermomechanical boundary conditions has been investigated. The formulation is applied to the coupled theory(CT) as well as generalized theories: Lord and Shulman theory with one relaxation time(LS), Green and Lindsay theory with two relaxation times(GL) Chandrasekharaiah and Tzou theory with dual phase lag(C-T) of thermoelasticity. The Laplace and Fourier transforms techniques are used to solve the problem. As an application, concentrated/uniformly distributed mechanical or thermal sources have been considered to illustrate the utility of the approach. The integral transforms have been inverted by using a numerical inversion technique to obtain the components of displacement, stress, changes in volume fraction field and temperature distribution in the physical domain. The effect of dependence of modulus of elasticity on the components of stress, changes in volume fraction field and temperature distribution are illustrated graphically for a specific model. Different special cases are also deduced.

고에너지 레이저용 고밀집 다채널 실리콘-카바이드 변형거울의 정밀 조립 방법 (Method for the Assembly of a High-density Multi-channel Deformable Mirror for High Energy Lasers)

  • 대기 중 레이저 빔 전파 시 대기 난류에 의한 악영향을 해소하고 빔품질을 향상시키기 위해서 적응광학을 사용한다. 본 논문에서는 장거리 레이저 전송을 위한 적응광학계의 핵심 부품인 변형거울의 정밀 조립 방법을 제안한다. 변형거울은 거울판과 구동기, 플렉셔(flexure)로 구성되며 이 부품들을 정밀하게 조립하는 것이 성능을 좌우한다. 본 논문에서는 지그의 설계/제작을 통해 고밀집 다채널 실리콘-카바이드 변형거울을 완성했으며, 변형거울 성능 확인을 통해 제안한 방법의 유효성을 검증했다.

강판 마감형 조립식 벽패널 복사냉난방시스템의 냉난방 방열 특성 평가 (Evaluation of Heating and Cooling Thermal Output Characteristics of Prefabricated Steel Wall Panel System for Radiant Heating and Cooling)

  • Recently the radiant panel heating and cooling system has been regarded as an alternative of low temperature heating and high temperature cooling by applying the renewable energy sources to the heating and cooling of buildings. Especially this system can be used as HVAC system alternatives in super high-rise buildings for energy saving and thermal comfort. Also it can be possible to reduce the plenum space because the minimum ventilation air will be supplied into the space. This study focused on the evaluation the basic characteristics of thermal output in prefabricated steel wall panel system for radiant heating and cooling. In order to evaluate the thermal output according to both various supply water temperatures and supply water flow rates, three-dimensional dynamic heat transfer analysis was performed. As results, for the heating mode, thermal output increased by 26% with the supply temperature increasing by $5^{\circ}C$. The surface temperature of panels range within $1{\sim}3^{\circ}C$. For the cooling mode, thermal output decreased by 18.2% with the supply temperature increasing by $2^{\circ}C$. The surface temperature of panels range within $0.5{\sim}1^{\circ}C$ and it was shown the even temperature distribution.

PROTO-TYPE INSTALLATION OF A DOUBLE-STATION SYSTEM FOR THE OPTICAL-VIDEO-DETECTION AND ORBITAL CHARACTERISATION OF A METEOR/FIREBALL IN SOUTH KOREA

  • We give a detailed description of the installation and operation of a double-station meteor detection system which formed part of a research & education project between Korea Astronomy Space Science Institute (KASI) and Daejeon Science Highschool. A similar system is currently not existing in South Korea. A total of six light-sensitive CCD cameras were installed with three cameras at SOAO and three cameras at BOAO observatory. A double-station observation of a meteor event enables the determination of the three-dimensional heliocentric orbit in space. This project was initiated in response to the Jinju fireball event in March 2014. The cameras were installed in October/November 2014. The two stations are identical in hardware as well as software. Each station employes sensitive "Watec-902H2" cameras in combination with relatively fast f/1.2 lenses. Various fields of views were used for measuring differences in detection rates of meteor events. We employed the SonotaCo UFO software suite for meteor detection and their subsequent analysis. The system setup as well as installation/operation experience is described and first results are presented. We also give a brief overview of historic as well as recent meteor (fall) detections in South Korea. For more information please consult http://meteor.kasi.re.kr.

조류와 파랑 중에서의 TLP의 동적구조응답해석 (A Dynamic structural response analysis of tension leg platforms in current and waves)

  • A numerical procedure is described for predicting the dynamic structural responses of tension leg platforms(TLPs) in current and waves. The developed numerical approach is based on a combination of the three dimensional source distribution method and the dynamic structural analysis method, in which the superstructure of the TLPs is assumed to be flexible instead of rigid. The hydrodynamic interactions among TLP members, such as columns and pontoons, and the structural damping are included in the dynamic structural analysis. The equations of motion of a whole structure are formulated using element-fixed coordinate systems which have the origin at the nodes of the each hull element and move parallel to a space-fixed coordinate system. The dynamic structural responses of a TLP were analyzed in the case of including the current or not including the one in waves and the effects of current on the TLP were investigated.

  • The complex [Cu(L)(H2O)2] (PDC)(1)(L=2,5,9,12-tetramethyl-1,4,8,11- tetraazacyclotetradecane;PDC=1,4-pyridinedicarboxylate) has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray crys-tallography. The compound 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1, with a=7.553(1)Å, b=9.619(2)Å, c=10.692(2)Å, α=74.22(1)°, β=73.32(1)°, γ=78.70(1)°, V=710.1(2)Å3, Z=1,R1(wR2) for 2634 observed reflections of [I>2σ(I)] was 0.0854(0.2242). The compound 1 is interconnected to give a three-dimensional network through weak hydrogen-bonding interactions.

  • Recently construction work in Korea, demands of favorable condition ground had been increased with industrialization acceleration and economic growth. However, because of limited land space, it was so hard to ensure favorable condition grounds that construction work proceeds until soft ground area on plans of road, railroad and industrial complex. In this case, soft ground improvement was required such as a stone column method. Stone column method, making a compaction pile using crushed stone, is a soft ground improvement method. However, stone column method is difficult to apply to the ground which is not mobilized enough lateral confine pressure because no bulging failure resistance. Hence, in present study, evaluates the stone columns reinforced by geogrid for settlement reduction and wide range of application of stone columns. Triaxial compression tests were conducted for evaluation which is about behavior characteristics of stone column on replacement rate. Then, 3-dimensional numerical analysis were conducted for application of stone column reinforced by geogrid as evaluate behavior characteristics and settlement reduction effect of stone column reinforced by geogrid on reinforcing depth change of geogrid.

$Ba_2NaNb_5O_{15}$에서의 Inocmmensurate상의 초공간 대칭성 (Superspace Symmetry of the Incommensurate Phase in Barium Sodium Niobate)

  • Incommensurate 구조에 기인한 회절점들의 체계적인 소멸칙 (extinction rule)의 분석을 통하여 Ba2NaNb5O15(BSN)에 나타나는 incommensurate상의 대칭성이 4차원 초공간군(superspace group) C에 속함을 알 수 있었다. Lock-in superstructure의 공간군은 Ima2(C초)임을 밝혀 내었으며, 그리고 BSH에서의 incommensurate상의 원인을 간략하게 논술하였다. 특히 HREM이 미지를 통하여 discommensuration이 존재함을 확인하였다. 덧붙여, BS각의 구조상 전이에 대하여 군론적 해석을 제시하였다.
