  • Doors that are opened and closed when entering or exiting a general building are connected to the door frame and open and close. They are equipped with door locking devices of various structures, and are either locked to the door frame for the closing operation or released from the door frame for the opening and closing operation. Here, a single-stage door binding device having a door latch that is independently disposed at the center of one axis of the door is commonly used. On the other hand, if the size of the door is over a certain size or if the door is medium to large, the opening and closing operation may not be performed smoothly with only a single stage binder, or the closing state may not be achieved stably during the closing operation. In particular, in the case of the single-stage binding device provided in medium to large fire doors, the door is fixed to the door frame unstable, causing fatal errors in the fire prevention function of the fire door. Accordingly, in order to fundamentally solve these problems, we researched and developed a three-stage door binding machine that combines a top and bottom fastening structure with a single-stage fastening structure. This 3-stage door binder not only has the fire resistance performance of a fire door, but also has a T-shaped terminal in its fastening method, so if you eliminate the upper and lower fastening, it is a 1-stage binder like a regular product, but if you remove the door latch of the 1st-stage binder, it functions as an upper and lower 2-stage binder and forms a single mold. We researched and developed a three-stage door binder that can manufacture and produce three products at the same time, satisfying both product performance and price.

날개망둑 (Favonigobius gymnauchen)의 산란습성, 난 및 자치어의 형태 발달 (Spawning Behavior and Morphological Development of Larvae and Juvenile of the Nake-Headed Goby, Favonigobius gymnauchen (Bleeker))

  • The eggs of Favonigobius gymnauchen attached on the under side of a small stone were collected off Seongsan-eup Cheju-do in August, 2000 to investigate their development of egg, larvae and juveniles. The fertilized eggs were elliptical in shape (mean long axis: 1.50 mm; mean short axis: 0.57 mm) and transparent. There were filaments on one side of the egg membrane. Larvae hatched at 48 hrs 50 mins after morula stage with 25-26 myotomes in $22.8-28.5^{\circ}C\;(mean\;24.7^{\circ}C).$ The newly hatched larvae were 2.31-2.49 mm (mean 2.37 mm n=10) in total length (TL) and their mouth and anus were already opened. Their melanophores were appeared on the over gas globule, around anus and the part of caudal peduncle with 24-25 myotomes. At 4-5 days after hatching. larvae attained 3.81-4.07 mm (mean 3.96 mm, n=10) in TL and their yolk sac was completely absorbed. They began to eat rotifer and transformed to postlarvae stage. At 14 days after hatching, postlarvae attained 6.17-6.31 mm (mean 6.21 mm, n=10) in TL and their caudal notocord was flexed $45^{\circ}$ upward. At 24 days after hatching, postlarvae attained 8.69-9.10 mm (mean 8.87 mm, n=10) in TL had reached the juvenile stage. All fins were formed with the complete set of fin rays with the following counts: dorsal fin rays IV-I, 9-10; anal fin rays I, 9; pectoral fin rays 17; ventral fin rays: I, 5; caudal fin rays: 9+8= 17.

박형 병렬구조 XYθ 정렬 스테이지 개발 (Development of Thin and Parallel XYθ Alignment Stage)

  • 정렬 시스템(Alignment System)은 다축의 스테이지를 이용하여 신속하게 물체를 정렬오차 범위 내로 위치결정시키는 역할을 한다. 본 연구에서는 병렬구조로 설계하여 두께가 얇고 높은 정밀도와 더불어 강성이 높은 XY${\theta}$ 정렬 스테이지를 개발하였다. 개발된 박형 병렬구조 XY${\theta}$정렬 스테이지는 직각도, 반복정밀도, 진직도 등의 3가지 측정항목에 대해 초정밀급을 달성하였으며 반복정밀도는 $1{\mu}m$미만이다. 비전시스템 및 정렬알고리즘을 활용한 정렬성능 평가에서는 정렬오차 ${\pm}6.25{\mu}m$를 달성하였다.

  • High-precision position system is widely used in lots of fields such as semiconductor industry, biotechnology, display and other up-to-date industry field. One of the main issues is to have a long traveling range with precision. There are a few solutions. For instance, there are inchworm methods, lever principle. In this study, we use lever principle to amplify output displacement with a new mechanical amplification structure. We designed new type 3DOF stage with PZT actuator and capacitive sensor. Non-monolithic structure is suggested to obtain the convenience of assembly and modification. Driving parts are designed as modules that generate displacement amplification of each axis. Designed motion module consists of 3 flexure hinges and a PZT actuator with double L lever structure.

건조 온도에 따른 YMnO$_3$ 박막의 구조 및 전기적 특성 (Effect of drying temperature on the electrical and structural properties of YMnO$_3$ thin film)

  • YMnO$_3$ thin films were spun-coated on the Pt/Ti/SiO$_2$/Si substrates by sol-gel process using alkoxides, and then dried on hot plates from 300 to 450 $^{\circ}C$. The prepared YMnO$_3$ thin films were annealed at 850 $^{\circ}C$ in O$_2$ atmosphere for 1 h. The crystallization of YMnO$_3$ thin films were improved to preferred c-axis orientation and the dielectric characteristics were progressed by increasing the drying temperature. The range of dielectric constant of thin film dried at 450 $^{\circ}C$ is 12.9-22.3 and close to that of YMnO$_3$ single crystal. The ferroelecrtic property of YMnO$_3$ thin film was observed on the YMnO$_3$ films. The maximum remnant polarization (2Pr) of YMnO$_3$ thin films dried at 450 $^{\circ}C$ was about 2.91 ${\mu}$ C/cm2. It was suggested that the drying temperature affect to the initial stage of thin film growth of preferred c-axis orientation.

  • The Purpose of this paper is a study on the characteristics of Campidoglio hill plan by Michelangelo. 1. The plan of the Campidoglio hill is composed of the harmonized and united space, in spite of the existing conditions of a steep flight of land, a irregular site shape, a building of each other different dimension and form. And it is newly changed by site left through the modification of existing building elevation, utilization of existing building for new planning, connection with existing building and newly planned building from plaza composition of trapezoid form. 2. The concept of planning of the Campidoglio hill is planned by compromising for requirements of Baroque after Renaissance which urban planning characteristics of Baroque is as the relation with urban street through a inclined stairs and process such as street-approach stairs-plaza-symbol of inside plaza-building. 3. The section plan of the Campidoglio hill is planned by which can be easily approached to the plaza through the inclined stairs of gentle angle from street at the center east-west direction of main axis such as main axis, utilizing the existing site shape, and it is composed of the convex shape ascending gently at the center central part of the plaza. 4. The plan of the Campidoglio hill is composed of the elation with the axis of existing Senatorio palace, building planning of perfect balance, plaza composition of reversed trapezoid form bybuilding planning, central concentrated planning of buildings surrounding plaza. 5. The three palace of the plan of the Campidoglio hill is composed of the concept as theater which the stage background forms the front elevation of Senatorio palace higher two palace and the wings of either side of stage form the front elevation of Conservatori palace and Nuovo palace, surrounding three palace elevation around plaza of trapezoid form.

테니스 양손 백핸드 스트로크 방법에 따른 어깨와 힙의 회전운동 변화 (Change in Rotational Motion of the Shoulder and Hip According to the Method Used for a 2-Handed Backhand Stroke in Tennis)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine differences between players who bend the left elbow and those who stretch it during the forward swing from BST to BC in a 2-handed backhand stroke among outstanding high school tennis players, and to assess the detailed 3D rotational kinematic characteristics of the shoulder and the hip. Statistically significant differences were observed between groups in the longitudinal axis rotation angle of the shoulder and the angle between the shoulder and the arm at BST, and in the side to side movement of the shoulder, the up and down movement of the hip, the side tilt angular velocity of the shoulder, the side tilt angular velocity of the hip, and the front tilt angular velocity of the hip at BC. The difference in the longitudinal axis rotation angle of the shoulder between the 2 groups suggests a difference in the flexibility of the joint in the shoulder arm racquet system. The longitudinal axis rotation angular velocity of the shoulder reached its peak at 75 % of the duration of the analyzed segment and then decreased little by little until BC. This time is considered the stage for increasing the angular velocity of the upper arm, the forearm, the hand and then the racquet, which are more distal segments than the shoulder.

  • To meet the process requirement of semiconductor device manufacturing, it is necessary to improve the alignment accuracy in exposure equipments. We developed the excimer laser stepper and will describe the methodology for alignment measurement and experimental results. Our wafer alignment system consists of off-axis optics, TTL(Through The Lens) optics and high precision stage. Off-axis alignment utilizes the image processing and /or diffraction from thealign marks of off-centered chip area. On the other hand, TTL alignment can be used for the die-by-die alignment using dual beam interferometry. When only off-axis alignment was used, the experimental alignment error(lml+3 .sigma. ) was 0.26-0.29 .mu. m, and will be reduced down to 0.15 .mu. m by adding TTL alignment.

주성분 자기조직화 지도 PC-SOM (Principal Components Self-Organizing Map PC-SOM)

  • 자기조직화 지도(SOM)은 T. 코호넨의 주도하에 개발된 비지도 학습 신경망 모형이다. 그 동안 패턴인식과 문서검색 분야에 주로 응용되어 왔기 때문에 통계학 분야에서는 덜 알려졌으나, 최근 K-평균 군집화에 대한 대안적 데이터 마이닝 기법으로 활용되기 시작하였다. 본 연구에서는 SOM의 한 버전인 PC-SOM(주성분 자기조직화 지도)을 제안하고 활용 예를 제시하고자 한다. PC-SOM은 1차원적 SOM 알고리즘을 반복 수행하여 2차원, 3차원 등의 SOM을 얻는 방법이기 때문에 기존 SOM과는 달리 사전 Map의 크기를 확정할 필요가 없다. 또한, 기존 SOM에 비하여 향상된 시각화를 가능하게 한다.

자외선이 산개구리 (Rana dybowskii) embryo의 시원생식세포 수에 미치는 영향 (UV Effect on the Number of Primordial Germ Cells in the Embryo of Rana dybowskii)

  • 산개구리의 germ plasm 및 축결정 세포질에 미치는 자외선의 영향을 수량적, 시간적으로 조사하였다. 산개구리 난의 식물극을 수정 후 60분경에 1,600 $ergs/mm^2$이상의 자외선을 조사하였을때 40%이상의 시원생식세포의 수가 감소하였으나, 그 이하의 양에서는 전혀 영향이 없었다. 그러나 1,600 $ergs/mm^2$부터는 시원생식세포 수의 감소 정도는 자외선의 양에 비례하였다. 또 신경관 형성에 전혀 영향을 미치지 않으면서 시원생식세포의 형성을 완전히 억제시키는 자외선의 양은 4,800 $ergs/mm^2$이었다. 이에 4,800 $ergs/mm^2$의 자외선을 수정 후 일정한 시간간격으로 조사하여 germ plasm에 미치는 자외선의 영향을 조사하였다. 그 결과 자외선이 조사된 시기가 이를수록 시원생식세포수의 감소가 크며, 수정후 60분부터 차츰 감소율이 줄어 들다가 3분열 이후에는 자외선의 효과가 거의 없음을 관찰하였다. 또한 시원생식세포와 축형성에 미치는 자외선의 영향을 시기적으로 비교한 결과 산개구리난의 축결정이 다른 무미양서류에서와 같이 수정에서 제1분열 사이의 $0.7\\sim0.8$시기 이전에 이루어지므로 그 이후에는 자외선의 감응도가 급격히 저하되었다. 그러나 germ plasm의 자외선에 대한 감응도는 훨씬 늦게까지 지속되어 8구기에 이르기까지 그 영향이 나타났다.
