개폐식 3방향 전자밸브의 펄스폭 변조 구동에 의한 압력제어 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Pressure Control Characteristics of ON/OFF 3-way Solenoid Valve Driven by PWM Signal)

  • Pressure control is possible driving a simple ON/OFF 3-way valve of hydraulic servo system by pulse width modulation signal. But the pressure varies according to the duty ratio and carrier frequency and repeated on-off action induces pressure fluctuation. So equations for mean pressure and ripple amplitude are theoretically derived as a function of on/off time, the system parameters which decide the pressure characteristics are arranged and they are verified by experimental study. As the result selection criteria for the major design parameters are established and the basic strategy to suppress the unnecessary fluctuation can be provided for a hydraulic pressure control system using these type of valves.

주거건물의 급탕방식별 급수.급탕헤더시스템 적용방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Application Method of Cold & Hot Water Manifold System for Hot Water Supply System in Residential Buildings)

  • Hot water is used by having a wash, dishes, taking tub and drinking water in residential buildings, and the use objective is to raise comfort of human body sense, washing and sterilization effect and so on. Cold & hot water supply system is understanded simpler than HVAC systems relatively, so it is true that pace of performance improvement is slower than other systems for plan and technical development. In this study, the performance evaluations are conducted under the condition of composition ratio by 1:1 for cold & hot water supply manifold system using functionally complex valves such as constant flow regulating valve and 3-way mixing valve in the area of $105.6m^2$ apartment which consist of the largest part of the whole apartment. Also, flow rate related to simultaneous use of faucets and change of hot water temperature are compared with the existing method.

국산 가솔린 엔진용 저배기공해 system에 관한 연구 (Development of the low emission gasoline engine)

  • In this study, low emission gasoline engine system is developed utilizing an EGR valve, 3 way catalytic converter and electronic fuel injection system. EGR was controlled by a needle valve and optimized at the engine conditions. Throttle body fuel injection system is used for fueling. When the engine was operated at constant speed by the electronic engine control system with the 3 way catalytic converter, th emissions were reduced by 50 to 90% in volume depending on he engine operating conditions.

  • Many research studies have been carried out related to saving energy and environmental pollution in the field of construction machinery. The best solution for reducing the related environmental pollution is to reduce fuel consumption by upgrading the energy efficiency of machinery used in this field. An efficiency upgrade in the field of construction machinery would mean minimizing the pressure loss in hydraulic pipe lines or achieving optimal operating conditions while responding to a load. One way to achieve this is to make an equivalent circuit, like an electrohydrostatic actuator, or to improve the spool type valve using the 4/3 way method. This study deals with an electrohydraulic proportional flow control valve. SimulationX software is used as a simulation tool for analyzing the dynamic characteristics. The analysis results, including the performance and characteristics of design parameters, are discussed and the validity of the theoretical analysis is also evaluated.

3 방향 절환밸브의 공동현상 저감을 위한 형상최적화 (Shape Optimization of Three-Way Reversing Valve for Cavitation Reduction)

  • 자동차부품 세척장비는 엔진과 변속기 블록 등의 가공과정에서 잔류하는 기름때를 제거하며, 잦은 수류방향 전환과 고압수의 분사를 위해 한 쌍의 2 방향 밸브를 사용한다. 그러나 정교한 밸브제어장치 없이 2 방향 밸브를 사용하는 경우 급격한 수류방향 전환에 따른 맥동현상이 발생하여 사용에 어려움이 따른다. 대안으로 하나의 3 방향 절환밸브를 사용하는 방법은 정교한 제어장치 없이도 정확한 수류방향 절환이 원활히 이루어져 이러한 문제점을 해결할 수 있다. 그러나 복잡한 유로 및 바텀플러그 형상으로 인해 유속변화가 심하게 발생하여 공동현상이 나타날 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 3 방향 절환밸브 내의 유동특성을 해석적으로 평가하였으며, 바텀플러그 하부에서 나타나는 공동현상을 공동화지표와 POC(Percent of cavitation)를 도입하여 정량화하였다. 공동현상의 저감을 위해 바텀플러그 형상을 매개변수화하고, 해석의 수렴성 개선과 해석시간을 단축시킬 수 있는 단순 유한요소모델을 이용하여 유동해석을 통한 형상최적설계를 실시하였다. 완전요인배치법을 통한 실험계획법과 인공신경망 기반 반응표면모델을 적용하여 공동현상이 발생하지 않는 POC 가 30% 미만인 바텀플러그의 형상을 제시하였다. 얻어진 최적해는 POC 27%에 대하여 바텀플러그의 허리길이와 꼬리길이가 각각 6.42mm 및 6.96mm 이다.

피동형 원자로의 Hydraulic Valve 특성 실험 (The Characteristics of Hydraulic Valve for a Passive Reactor)

  • A kind of three-way check valve, so called hydraulic calve was proposed for the substitute of the density lock of passive reactor such as SPWR (System-Integrated Pressurized Water Reactor). The function of the valve are the separation of the borated water from main coolant loop for normal operation and the insurge of the water into the loop for shutdown and the removal of the decay power when the main coolant flow rate is not enough. To verify the operability and the characteristics of the valve, experimental works were executed with 1/3 scale model calve. Also a diffuser model was proposed for the theoretical analysis of the valve.

  • A cylinder control system of the conventional construction machine has been controlled by hydraulic spool valves. This system is low-cost but system efficiency is not high. Recently, to improve this, all valves are controlled electronically and independently. Bu and Yao suggested four way electronic hydraulic control valve system. It is called IMVT(Independent Metering Valve Technology). The purpose of the study is to find proper IMV pressure control method for excavator and to validate excavator's bucket regeneration energy effect by controlling the IMV system. In this paper, we mathematically describe the bucket system of excavator first. And then, based on these results, we design the control system which is divided into two operations(none regeneration or regeneration).The results of the experiment show the desirable performance and usefulness of the designed control system.

양방향 압력에 작동 가능한 3중 편심 버터플라이 밸브의 유동해석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Flow Analysis of Triple Eccentric Butterfly Valve with Two-way Pressure)

  • The triple eccentric butterfly valve has metal sheet and this study about butterfly valve ceiling is an innovative approach. But it is affected by the static pressure as well as cross-current. The damage at the valve on the pipe resulted from the reflux is due to valve leakage. This study is investigated on the triple eccentric disk and it is applied with angle and the static pressure in all cases to develop cross-current triple eccentric butterfly valves. The disc with the diameter of 300A is valve against flow velocity. The entrance pressure by flow characteristics is performed with numerical analysis. As the result, valve torque production is reduced more than the conventional triple eccentric valve and entrance pressure is decreased on the increase of valve open angle. And flow coefficient can be known to be increased.

압력제어 방식 금속 벨트 CVT 변속특성 해석 (Analysis of Ratio Changing Characteristics of a Metal V-Belt CVT Adopting Primary Pressure Regulation)

  • In this paper, a primary pressure regulating type ratio control system is developed for a metal belt CVT, and the CVT ratio changing characteristics are investigated by simulation and experiment. The hydraulic part of the ratio control system has a simple structure with one 3-way spool valve as a main ratio control valve and one bleed type variable force solenoid as a pilot valve. The mathematical modelling of the CVT hydraulic system is derived by considering the CVT shift dynamics. Simulation results of CVT speed ratio and the primary pressure agree with the experimental results demonstrating the validity of the dynamic models. It is found from the simulation and experimental results that the response time of speed ratio and primary pressure can be shortened by increasing the ratio control valve port area, and the size of feedback orifice of ratio control valve gives a damping effect on the primary pressure oscillation.

A Equivalent Finite Element Model of Lamination for Design of Electromagnetic Engine Valve Actuator

  • The electromagnetic engine valve actuator is a key technology to achieve variable valve timing in internal combustion engine and the steel core and clapper of the electromagnetic engine valve actuator are laminated to reduce the eddy current loss. To design and characterize the performance of the electromagnetic engine valve actuator, FE (finite element) analysis is the most effective way, but FE (finite element) 3-D modeling of real lamination needs very fine meshes resulting in countless meshes for modeling and numerous computations. In this paper, the equivalent FE 2-D model of electromagnetic engine valve actuator is introduced and FE analysis is performed using the equivalent FE 2-D model.
