산업용 로봇트 구동을 위한 서어브장치 설계

  • 몸체부분에 3-자유도와 작업용핸드에 2-자유도를 갖는 원통좌표형 산업용로봇트의 구동용 서어보장치 설계에 관한 연구보고임. 몸체구동을 위한 서어보모터의 제어장치는 속도, 위치 및 전자자전류를 궤환시켜 구성한 피이드백시스템으로 싸이리스터 듀얼 콘버터(Thyristor dual converter)를 이용하여 평균직류전압에 DC 서어보모터의 속도를 제어하도록 구성하였으며 로봇트의 전체적인 동작은 릴레이를 사용하여 구동축을 선택하도록 하였는 바 속도응답특성을 보완하기 위하여 보상회로를 첨가하였음.

  • Brushless DC(BLDC) motors are widely used as AC servo motors in factory automation fields because of their quick instantaneous mobility, good energy saving efficiency and easiness of design for control system comparing with induction motors. Recently, a Two-Degree-of-Freedom(2DOF) PI control law has been adopted to some application parts to accomplish an advanced speed control of BLDC motors. The method can treat the two conflicting performances, minimum tracking errors versus reference inputs without large overshoot and rejection of some disturbances including modeling errors, independently. However, the method can not design the optimal system which is able to minimize tracking errors and energy consumption simultaneously. In this paper, a 2DOF integral type optimal servo control method is investigated to promote the speed control performances of BLDC motors considering energy consumption. In order to applicate the method to the speed servo system of the BLDC motor, the motor is modeled in the state space using the vector control and decoupling technique. To verify the validity of the suggested method, some simulations and experiments are performed.

  • In this paper, 3 D.O.F. actuator, which has three degrees of freedom in one joint, is proposed. The proposed 3 D.O.F. spherical actuator is composed of the rotor and atator. The upper plate of the stator supports the rotor and five electromagnets are located at the base of the stator. The rotor has two permanent magnets, and each rotational axis of the rotor gimbal system is supported by the bearing. To find out the governing equations for the torque generation, Coulombs law and Lorentz force with respect to magnetism is applied. As the experimental results, if the distance between electromagnet and permanent maget is far enough, the force between these magnets can be expressed from current of coils and z-axial distance. For the purpose of control 3 D.O.F. actuator, PID control law is applied. The experimental results are presented to show the validity of the proposed 3 D.O.F. actuator.

A Study of the Iron-Core Solenoid Analysis for 3 D.O.F. Motor Control with Experimental Method (3자유도 모터 제어를 위한 철심 솔레노이드 특성의 실험적 해석에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, the experimental modeling of the force between permanent magnet and iron-core solenoid is suggested for more accurate control of 3 D.O.F. motor using the electromagnetic force. In the case of iron-core solenoid, the general equation of solenoid cant be used simply because of its nonlinearity. Therefore, the magnetic flux density is estimated through the concept of equivalent permanent magnet. The force distribution between permanent magnet and iron-core solenoid is more dependent on the magnetization of iron core caused by the permanent magnet than any other parameters. Therefore, the equation of the force estimation between these magnetic systems can be modeled by the experimental function of the magnetization of iron core. Especially, if the distance between iron-core solenoid and permanent magnet is far enough, the force equation through experiment can be expressed from only the current of coil and the distance between iron-core solenoid and permanent magnet. It means that Coulombs law can be used for magnetic systems and it is validated through the experiment. Therefore, force calibration is performed by the concept of Coulombs law.

  • The superior performance of the spherical actuator is establishing a new trend in the industry. Spherical actuators can perform multiple degrees-of-freedom (DOF) motions by using only one actuator. Therefore, a multi-DOF device using the spherical actuator can reduce weight and simplify the structure. This paper proposes a new spherical actuator that uses the operational principle of a rotational voice coil motor. The effectiveness of the actuator is verified through 3-D finite element method.

  • In this paper, two degree of freedom parallelogram link mechanism is used as DD(Direct-drive) robot mechanism. In parallelogram link mechanism, two motors being established in each base frame, the mass of motor itself is not loaded to anther motor; the number of links are increased, the mass of arm being lighter; with the estabilishment of link parameter, nonlinearity such as the centrifugal force disappears; at the same time anti-interference between motors can be realized. And to realize highy-accurate drive of parallelogram link DD robot manipulator, to improve the learning speed through the design of leaning control system using neural network, to raise adapting power to the varied work objects; the learning control algorithm is composed of neural network and feedback controller in this paper.

  • This paper proposes a novel structured 3-DOF(Degree-of-Freedom) spherical motor. 3-DOF spherical motor presents some attractive features by combining pitch, roll, yaw motion in a single joint. The proposed motor has pole which is electromagnetic in stator and rotor. poles produce magnetic flux through by exciting current then produce torque. We show a novel structured rotor to avoid mechanical overlapping of each coil in rotor. The validity of the analysis is confirmed by 3D finite element method.

  • This paper describes a precise position synchronous control of two axes rotating system using BLDC motors and a cooperative control based on decoupling technique and PI control law. The system is required performances both good speed following and minimum position synchronous errors simultaneously. To accomplish these goals, the three kinds of controllers are designed. At first, the current and speed controller are designed very simply to compensate the influences of disturbances and to follow up speed references quickly. Especially, the two degree of freedom PI controller is used considering both good tracking for speed reference input and quick rejection of disturbances in speed controller. Finally, a position synchronous controller is designed as a simple proportional controller to minimize position synchronous errors. The validity of the proposed method is confirmed through some numerical simulations. Moreover, the results are compared to the conventional master-slave control ones to show the effectiveness of the proposed system.

  • 세 개의 체인으로 구성된 병렬형 3 자유도 기구는 특이점을 지님으로 인하여 햅틱기구로 활용시 불특정한 힘반영으로 인해 제한요소가 발생한다. 본 논문은 여유구동을 활용함으로써 특이점을 해소하고, 힘반영의 크기를 증가시킴으로써 햅틱기구의 성능을 향상시키는 것을 목적으로 한다. 또한 여유구동 모터를 베이스에 부착함으로써 관성력을 최소화 시키고, 와이어와 기어비를 활용하여 부드럽고 큰 힘반영 능력을 가능케 했으며, 시뮬레이션을 통해 힘반영 성능을 확인하였다.

Study on Vehicle Haptic-Seat for the Information Transfer to Driver (운전자 정보전달을 위한 차량용 햅틱시트 연구)

  • In this study, the effect of the automotive haptic-seat technology which can transmit the driving information by the vibro-stimulus from the seat was investigated to overcome previous system's limitation relied on the visual and audial method and to help handicap driving. A prototype haptic seat covers with 30 coin-type motors and driver module were developed for this sake. A driving simulator on the 6-DOF motion-base was used for driving situation and we executed the seat vibro-stimulus test with 10 young participants who have normal tactile sense. The haptic recognition ratio by 30 locations was measured and analyzed in the result. The intensity of vibro-stimulus was adjusted by input voltage of motors (1.5V,2.5V,3.5V). All vibro-stimulus locations at 2.5V and 3.5V could be recognized by all participants and even in the lowest recognition ratio of 1.5V. The results showed that the seat vibration stimulus could be useful to transfer the drivers' information while driving.
