Influence of Adjacent Structures using Numerical Method during funnel Blasting (터널발파굴착시 수치해석에 의한 구조물의 영향평가)

  • The numerical analysis indicated that the vibration response reduced sharply at the three times of tunnel diameter. Visual display of vibration response was possible through 3-D FEM computer program, and displacement of structure, particle velocity were obtained as output. It was found that the vibration velocity was maximum at distance one to two times of tunnel diameter for the given simplified blast loadings. The results of numerical analysis were compared with empirical based predictive equation of blasting. The empirical equation showed a good agreement with 3-D FEM results at a certain range of tunnel depth in this particular type of ground conditions.

  • 본 연구에서는 경사진 hot-wire probe 의 특성값을 구하고 열선풍속계의 응답식으로부터 수평원통관내에서 3차원 흐름의 속도성분과 난류 강도 그리고 전단 응력을 pitot tube의 결과와 비교 연구하였다. 또한, 속도 및 난류 강도에 관한 유도된 식을 swirling flow에도 적용하여 만족한 결과를 얻었다.

  • In order to acquire 3 components data which has the good signal to noise ratio with only one shot, 3-C geophones were used, As a result, the vertical component showed the distinct first arrival of P-wave, and the horizontal component was improved the signal to noise ratio of S-wave, while was attenuated P-wave. The 2-D Poisson's ratio section was computed from P- and S-wave cell velocities included velocity tomograms of the P- and S-waves. The Poisson's ratio values were computed in the range of $0.2{\~}0.3$. With one shot, we can obtain 2-D distribution of dynamic Poisson's ratio as well as velocity tomograms of P- and S-waves.

인공위성 반작용휠의 미소진동 측정 및 분석

  • In this paper, we briefly introduce the micro-vibration test bench of KARI and the test and analysis method of RWA(Reaction Wheel Assembly) micro-vibration. The micro-vibration of RWA is measured on a KISTLER dynamic plate which can measure the time signal of 6 DOF simultaneously up to 400Hz. Measured data are extensively evaluated with respect to the wheel spin rate to identify the complicate wheel dynamic characteristics, and the static/dynamic unbalances are estimated from the extracted first harmonic component as a part of evaluation process. The estimated static and dynamic unbalances. 0.79gcm and 17.4gcm² respectively. The structural resonance mode and two rocking modes observed as a results of its frequency analysis. Several higher order harmonic components observed, which come from its rotor shape as well as the wheel bearing characteristics.

A Study on Three-dimensional Dynamic Analysis of a Towing Cable for Marine Survey Instruments (해양탐사장비 예인케이블의 3차원 동적해석에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, the configuration and tension of a towing cable for side-scan sonar are predicted in an ambient flow and at an unsteady towing condition. The governing equation of three-dimensional dynamic analysis for a flexible cable is solved using a finite difference method. We successfully predict the configuration and tension of a side-scan sonar and designed the towing system. It is found in static analyses that the side-scan sonar must be towed to keep a its stable depth at a reasonable speed. The study also reveals in the transient analyses that the dominant component affecting the top tension is the tangential drag force for the larger towing speed than the critical speed, and the soft weight of a towed instrument for the smaller towing speed than. It should be maneuvered for a towing vessel with good consideration for the impact effect in a cable due to tension peak when a towing speed is suddenly increase. The developed program can be applicable for three-dimensional dynamic analysis of a towing system for various marine survey instruments.

  • 본 연구를 통하여 3차원 LDV 시스템의 측정기법을 개발하였으며, 측정결과의 신뢰성을 확인하 였다. 또한 이것을 타원제트 연구에 적용함으로써 그 응용 가능성을 확인하였다. 앞으로 3-D LDV 시스템을 사용하여 신뢰성 있는 측정결과를 얻기 위해서는 아래에 기술한 몇 가지 사항을 고려하여야 한다. 1) 3차원 레이저 유속계는 정교하고 복잡한 광학시스템으로 정확한 배열을 요구한다. 광학계와 실험장치의 좌표축이 일치하지 않으면 축방향보다 측방향(lateral) 속도변동 성분에 큰 영향을 준 다. 2) LDV 측정에서 속도편심을 줄이기 위해서는 적당한 출력의 레이저, 적절한 신호처리(signal conditioning), 실험조건에 알맞는 입자를 선정하여야 한다 3) 입자를 연속적으로 균일하게 공급하여야하며 신호분석기 조작에 익숙하여 도플러신호의 질을 최적화하여야 한다.

  • A flow measurement system which is able to measure the instantaneous three-dimensional velocity components and the pressure distribution of fluid flows is developed using a digital image processing system and the stereoscopic photogrammetry. This system consists of two TV cameras a digital image processor and a 32-bit microcomputer. The capability of the developed system is verified by a preliminary test in which three-dimensional displancements of moving particles arranged on a rotating plate are tracked automatically. The constructed system is through the measurement and spatial pressure distribution is also obtained. The measurement uncertainty of this system is evaluated quantitatively. The present technique is applicable to the measurement of an unsteady fluid phenomenon especially to the measurement of three-dimensional velocity field of a complex flow.

  • 본 논문에서는 기울기하강과 동적터널링이 조합된 학습알고리즘의 다층신경망을 이용한 고신회성의 회귀분석 모델을 제안하였다. 기울기하강은 빠른 수렴속도의 최적화가 가능하도록 하기 위함이고, 동적터널링은 국소최적해를 만났을 때 이를 벗어난 새로운 연결가중치를 설정하여 전역최적해로 수렴되도록 하기 위함이다. 또한 대용량의 입력 데이터를 통계적으로 독립인 특징들의 집합으로 변환시키는 주요성분분석 기법의 속성을 살려 학습데이터의 차원을 감소시킴으로서 고차원의 학습데이터에 따른 회귀분석 모델의 제약도 동시에 해결하였다. 제안된 기법의 신경망을 3개의 독립변수 패턴을 가진 암모니아 제조공정문제와 10개의 독립변수 패턴을 가진 자동차 연비문제에 각각 적용하여 시뮬레이션한 결과, 기존의 역전과 알고리즘의 신경망이나 주요성분분석에 의한 차원을 감소시키지 않은 학습패턴을 이용한 신경망보다 각각 더욱 우수한 학습성능과 회귀성능이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 학습패턴의 영평균 정규화로 회귀용 신경망의 성능을 더욱 더 개선하였다.

Developemet of noncontact velocity tracking algorithm for 3-dimensional high speed flows using digital image processing technique (디지털 화상처리를 이용한 유동장의 비접촉 3차원 고속류 계측법의 개발)

  • A new algorithm for measuring 3-D velocity components of high speed flows were developed using a digital image processing technique. The measuring system consists of three CCD cameras an optical instrument called AOM a digital image grabber and a host computer. The images of mov-ing particles arranged spatially on a rotation plate are taken by two or three CCD cameras and are recorderd onto the image grabber or a video tape recoder. The three-dimensionl velocity com-ponents of the particles are automatically obtained by the developed algorithm In order to verify the validity of this technique three-dimensional velocity data sets obtained from a computer simu-lation of a backward facing step flow were used as test data for the algorithm. an uncertainty analysis associated with the present algorithm is systematically evaluated, The present technique is proved to be used as a tookl for the measurement of unsteady three-dimensional fluid flows.

Shape Recognition of Hybrid Reflectition Object (혼합반사 물체의 형상인식)

  • 본 논문에서는 기준 영상으로부터 면의 반사특성을 검출하고, 구해진 반사특성을 임의의 물체에 적용하여 3매의 명암영상을 얻는다. 이 영상을 측광입체시법(photometric stereo method)에 적용하여 3차원 형상인식하는 방법을 제시한다. 본 연구에서 목적으로 하는 물체의 반사특성은 난반사(diffuse reflection)성분과 전반사(specular reflection)성분이 혼합된 혼합 반사면(hybrid reflectance surface)을 그 대상으로 하며, 이러한 면의 반사특성은 Torrance-sparrow모델로 가정하여 문제를 해결해 나간다. 본 연구에서 목적으로 하는 대상 물체는 동일한 재질로 이루어졌다는 가정 하에서 몇개의 표본점들을 취해 반복수치 계산하기 때문에 계산속도가 빠르며, 각 표본점들로부터 계산된 면특성 파라메터들의 평균값을 취해서 다시 Torrance-sparrow모델에 적용함으로써 측광입체시법의 해석을 가능토록 한다. 즉, 3차원 형상인식 과정시 계산된 면특성 파라메터를 사용해 생성한 참조표와 명암영상과의 비교에 의해 빠른 면방향 복구를 행할 수 있다.
