본 논문은 초 중 고등학교 교과서에 수록되어 있는 전기 분야의 내용을 분석하고 잘못된 내용을 수정하기 위한 것이다. 전기 분야 교과서의 분석을 통하여 현재 우리 나라의 초 중 고등학교 학생들이 어떤 내용으로 전기를 배우고 있는가를 고찰하고 전기 분야에 대한 청소년들의 인식을 높일 수 있는 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 현(現) 전기 관련 종사자들이 초.중.고등학교 교육 과정의 전기 관련 분야에 대하여 관심을 가지는 계기가 되고, 다가오는 21세기 우리 나라 전기 분야 발전의 기초를 다지는 계기가 되고자 한다.

The abilities to effectively use and create technology to solve complex problems are the new and essential literacy skills of the twenty-first century. Digital literacy is an essential tool to support other subjects and all jobs. The digital literacy requires several thinking skills, an awareness of the necessary standards of behaviour expected in online environments, and an understanding of the shared social issues created by digital technologies. The government tried to cultivate communication ability to solve various problems creatively and efficiently through software education in the 2015 revised national curriculum and to raise communication ability and community consciousness through collaborative problem solving process. In this paper, we analyze whether the 2015 revised curriculum can develop digital literacy ability through educational contents of software curriculum.

본 논문에서는 유치원이나 초등학교 저학년 학생들이 논리적인 사고력과 분석력을 키울 수 있는 프로그래밍 퍼즐 교육에 대해 소개한다. 프로그래밍 교육이 중학교, 고등학교에서 이루어지기 보다는 유치원이나 초등학교 저학년에서 자연스럽게 프로그래밍 퍼즐 교육을 통해 문제해결과정을 습득하고 프로그래밍에 흥미를 느낄 수 있는 기회를 제공해야 한다.

최근 컴퓨터와 인터넷의 급속한 발전과 더불어 교육 문화는 사용자들로 하여금 새로운 세상을 열어주게 되었다. 21세기 교육이 평생교육사회라는 분야로 집중화되면서 끊임없는 자기 개발로 빠르게 변화하는 지식기반 사회에서 자신의 경쟁력을 키워가고 있다. 원격교육은 바로 이러한 평생교육을 달성 할 수 있는 매우 효과적인 방식으로 언제나 어디서나 누구나 양질의 교육을 받을 수 있는 열린 교육문화로서 본 연구에서는 학습자의 철저한 관리를 통한 학습능력의 향상을 중점으로 별도의 인터넷 접속과정 없이 편리하고 개인성이 보장된 원격 교육 시스템을 구현하는데 목적을 두었다. 본 논문은 MS의 미디어 스트리밍 서비스를 이용한 동영상 강의 시청 및 조절 과정, My_SQL을 이용한 동영상 강의에 대한 서브노트 문서 제공 및 질의 응답이 이루어지는 토론형 시스템 설계, 사용자의 강의 진도 체크와 출결사항 및 수강과목을 편리하게 관리할 수 있도록 설계되어 있다. 또한 시스템의 처리 과정에서 사용자 수강 관리에 연구의 초점을 두었으며 시스템 내에서 실시간으로 이루어지는 학습자 관리를 중점으로 구성되어 있다.

인류가 추구하는 궁극의 가치는 건강한 삶이며 이는 인간의 기본적인 가치이다. 건강관호전달체계에 주어진 사명은 인간의 기본권을 수호하는데 있다. 건강관호전달체계의 주요 구성요원인 간호전문직은 여러차원의 조직(단체)화된 교류를 통해 주어진 사명을 완수하기 위하여 끊임없이 자신들을 강화한다. 간호전문직의 국제적인 교류(단체, 채널)는 다양하나 그 대표적인 조직은 1889년에 회원국 간호협회들에 의하여 설립되어 100주년을 맞는 국제간호협의회 즉 비정부 조직(NGO)과 1848년 세계대전의 종식과 더불어 회원국 정부에 의하여 조직된 세계보건기구 즉 정부조직(GO)이다. 본고는 첫째, 이 두 공인된 국제적인 조직의 정관에 명시된 목적을 재조명하고 이를 통한 간호전문직 강화에 이바지하는 역할을 간략하게 요약한다. 둘째로 1999년도에 창립 100주년을 맞는 국제간호협의회가 20세기를 마무리하고 21세기를 맞기 위한 준비로서 이사와 직원 workshop, 여러차례의 이사회 및 회원국대표자회의 (CNR : Council of National Representatives)를 거쳐 'Towards the 21st Century ; ICN's Strategic Plan 1994-1999'를 확정한 과정을 간략하게 논의한다. 셋째로 'Towards the 21st Century ; ICN's Strategic Plan 1994-1999'의 3개의 Global Objectives와 4개의 National Objectives를 통하여 국제간호협의회가 제시하는 간호전문직의 강화의 방향과 각 목적의 성취를 위한 구체적인 전략을 논의하였다.

각 나라의 경쟁력은 기존의 자원이나 자본이 아닌 뛰어난 인재들의 두뇌에서 나올것이라는 앨빈 토플러의 말이 이미 현실이 되어 우수한 두뇌를 갖기 위한 치열한 전쟁의 시대가 전개되고 있다. 이에 우리나라가 21세기 첨단지식기반의 정보화 세계화 사회에서 국가 경쟁력을 확보하려면, 고급 인적자원을 조기에 발굴하여 체계적으로 교육하는 프로그램이 필요하다. 따라서 고도의 지식정보 사회에 적응하고 국가간 경쟁력에서 앞서나가려면 정보과학영역에서의 영재교육의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 이에 국가적인 차원에서 고도의 정보사회에 부응할 수 있게 17개 대학부설 과학영재교육원 및 여러 영재교육기관에서 정보과학 영재를 선발하여 교육하고 있다. 그런 의미에서 본 논문에서는 제주지역 대학부설 과학영재교육원과 다른 영재교육기관에서의 정보 영재 선발에 관련된 제반 사항 및 교육과정과 교육내용에 대하여 연구하여 보았다.

Kuwaitis faced with as serious problems with respect to quality and equity in education. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the Kuwaiti education in the 21 century knowledge society. It has its own problems and limits in addition to future possibilities. Adopting comparative approaches and idiographic methodology together, investigators firstly examines the Kuwaiti education in terms of political, economic, educational, and international aspects. In addition, we investigators outlined Kuwaiti education in its cultural identity. Necessary measures and policy recommendations were drawn finally according to the analysis.

21세기 사회는 국가의 경쟁력이 사회 전반의 정보화 수준에 따라 결정되는 지식 정보화 사회이다. 따라서 교육의 실천 방안도 교수-학습 교육정보화 종합 계획을 통하여 기존의 교육방식과는 차별화본 연계·통합교육으로 발전되고 있다. 교육정보화 종합 계획의 실천을 통하여 기존의 개별 교과로만 다루어지던 기술 교과교육을 ICT 활용교육과 연계하여 기술교과 교수-학습의 효율성을 높이는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹 환경에서 교육자료를 학습자에게 교수함에 있어 웹 문서 표준인 XML을 활용하여 교육자료의 효율적인 관리와 저장 기능을 높이고, 동일 업무에 대한 교육자료의 재편집 과정을 감소시킴으로써 교육 자료의 가치를 높이는 XML 문서를 생성하고 저장하는 시스템의 설계 겐 구현의 한 방안을 제시한다.

The changes in media environments have impacted on the ways in which knowledges are formed and transmitted and therefore the relevance of the traditional school subjects have been increasingly questioned. In this context, the discourses of the reformation of the 21st century schooling have focused on convergence education and media literacy education. Therefore, it is worth paying attention to the fact that the practices of transdisciplinary integrated curriculum focusing on digital media content are grown voluntarily in schools. This research is a case study of a convergence educational project that was initiated by a middle school teacher who designed and implemented a unique program of the transdisciplinary class of Korean focusing on reading webtoons with the linked program of a 'Book Club Activity' that was a part of 'Creative Experiential Activitites'. Based on the analysis of the documents, participatory observation of a main event and the interview with the teacher, this article discusses how the webtoon-focused convergence education project might have achieved meaningful connections between a subject-focused learning and a creative experiences-focused learning; between in and out of school learning spaces; between the real and imaginative worlds; and between the boundaries of the popular culture and the arts. The main finding of the research can be summarized as follows: Firstly, webtoon as the subject of the study can be an effective medium of transdisciplinary integrated curriculum. Secondly, the convergence project based on webtoons can create meaningful learning spaces in and out of school environments in terms of creating more learner-participatory learning culture as well as connecting students' everyday lives, popular arts and their learning about culture. Another important finding of this research is the rediscovery of the teacher's role in terms of mediating the voices of students as readers in the process of constructing and implementing the integrated curriculum.

In line with the 4th industrial revolution and the innovative changes of the 21st century knowledge and information society, the education field where the 2015 revised curriculum is applied is facing a situation where it is necessary to consider various teaching and learning methods. Among them, interest in instructional design applying flipped learning suitable for future education is growing, but studies on classes using flipped learning in actual music and education are rare. In general music classes currently conducted in the elementary education field, it is insufficient to learn the musical function targeted in the class. Therefore, this study developed and validated an instructional design model for elementary school music and classes that applied flipped learning based on the ADDIE model, which is a systematic instructional design model, using the design and development research methodology. Based on the developed instructional design model, major issues for each stage were presented, and major educational implications in the development process were discussed.
