09.5.11 한나라당 주성영의원이 도시가스공급을 요청할 경우 거절할 수 없도록 법률로 강제하는 도시가스사업개정안을 입법발의 했다. 이에 우리협회를 비롯한 LPG업계는 해당 의원실 항의방문 및 련기관에 건의문을 제출했다.

The aims of this research were to analyze and compare verbs in the contents of the 7th, 2007, and 2009 revised national curriculum for elementary and middle school science. After the investigation of 1383 verbs in description of achievement standards and inquiry, we found that 'to know'(15.0 %) in elementary school and 'to understand'(24.2 %) in middle school were the most frequently used ones, totally in these three curriculums. In the 7th national curriculum, frequently used verbs in elementary school were ones related with inquiry such as observation, investigation and so on though 'to understand' had the most common verbs. Secondly, 'to explain' ranked top among verbs in the 2007 revised national curriculum. It showed some possibility of influences of the discussion-oriented situation at that time. Finally, however, in 2009 revised national curriculum, 'to know' and 'to understand' occupied the first and second portion of the verb distribution. In addition, 'to understand' and 'to observe' were used evenly through three curriculums but the portions of 'to know' increased through curriculum revisions. Some implications and discussions were also added with suggestions for further researches.

The aims of this study were to analyze the cultural contents of 5th and 6th grade English textboooks written according to 2015 Revised National Curriculum, and to examine how much suggestions from preceding studies were reflected in the English textbooks. This study also aims to seek directions for desirable culture education in Elementary English textbooks. For this purpose, the culture content in 5th and 6th grade English textbooks were analyzed according to the types, materials, and background. The results show that the current English textbooks still has an imbalance by culture type, material, and background. Futhermore, the suggestions from previous studies were not fully reflected to new English textbooks. Therefore, cultural contents in textbooks should include more varied and balanced culture types, materials, and background in order for effective cultural education. Based on the findings, several suggestions are made for future research.

뉴질랜드는 11월 1일자로 목재포장재에 대한 검역요건을 국제기준 ISPM No. 15 개정 채택에 맞게 개정했다. 특별요건으로 규제 병해충, 토양 등 부착물, 수피 등이 없어야 하며 요건에 따라 소독처리되고 증명되어야한다. 본 고에서는 개정된 뉴질랜드 목재포장재 검역 요건에 대해 살펴본다.

식품의약품안전청은 기구 및 용기 포장의 기준 및 규격 중 염화비닐수지 등 합성수지제 40종에 대한 안전관리를 위해 재질규격 중 중금속 규격을 개정한다고 밝혔다. 본 고에서는 "기구 및 용기 포장의 기준 및 규격"을 개정하는데 있어 그 취지, 개정 이유 및 주요 내용을 "행정절차법" 제46조의 규정에 따라 살펴보도록 한다.

농림수산식품부는 식품의 안전성 확보와 국내산 쇠고기에 대한 소비자 신뢰제고를 위하여 명백한 부상 등을 제외한 질환으로 인한 기립불능 손의 도축을 금지하고 그에 따른 손실을 보상하기 위해 '축산물가공처리법'을 개정(법률 제9665호)했다. 개정안에는 적용 대상 가축의 인정절차 및 방법 등 같은 법 시행령에서 위임되는 사항 새로이 정해졌고 그 밖에 현행제도의 운영상 나타난 일부 미비점을 개선 보완했다. 본 규칙은 2009년 11월 9일부터 시행된다.

식품의약품안전청은 식품등의 표시기준을 일부 개정함에 있어 국민에게 미리 알려 의견을 수렴하고자 그 취지, 개정 이유 및 주요 내용을 "행정절차법"제46조에 따라 식품등의 표시기준 일부 개정 행정예고를 공고했다. 이번 개정은 껌베이스에 사용된 산화방지제 등 식품첨가물을 표시하고 해동하여 유통되는 냉동 빵류 및 젓갈류에 해동일로부터 유통기한 등을 표시하는 등 현행 표시기준을 개선하여 소비자 알권리를 강화하고 동시에 식품 산업 활성화에 이바지 하는데 목적이 있다. 본 고에서는 주요 내용 및 개정안을 살펴보도록 한다.

We analysed the textbooks of Home Economics in middle school from 1^st to 2009 curriculums to investigate the contents and the portion of Food and Nutrition section. The key words were generated by word cloud technique using text-mining, and the portion of Food and Nutrition section was presented as a ratio of the pages. The core key words of Food and Nutrition section through the curriculums were 'raw food'·'food'·'diet'. In 1^st and 2^nd curriculums, the main key words were related to food materials, condiments and nutrients such as 'vitamin'·'protein'. The words such as 'nutrition'·'eating'·'requirement' were newly appeared in 3^rd, 'portion' in 6^th, and 'diet'·'adolescence' in 7^th curriculum. The mean ratio of Food and Nutrition section in Home Economics was 24.3%. While the portion was as high as 31.8% in 7th it was strikingly reduced to 15.2% in 2009^th. curriculum. Besides, Food and Nutrition section was composed of 10 units of middle level category during the 2^nd and 3^rd curriculums, and was reduced to 2 small units with none of middle level category in 2009^th curriculum. Although the contents of Food and Nutrition section has been developed and adapted to the needs of the society through the curriculums, the portion of Food and Nutrition section in Home Economics has been reduced especially in 2009^th curriculum, which could raise concerns on the health of individuals and communities.

The proliferation of bioinformatics in modern biology marks a modern revolution in science that promises to influence science education at all levels. This study analyzed the contents of standards in the 7th and 2007 and 2009 revised high school biology curricula and compared the contents, amount and the presentation styles of bioinformatics with those of biotechnology in biology textbooks. In result, first of all, there are some vague expressions about biotechnology and bioinformatics in the 7th and 2007 revised curriculum. There is a clear expression about biotechnology in 'life science I' and 'advanced biology' of 2009 revised curriculum. Second, more biotechnology is introduced than bioinformatics in 'science', 'biology I', 'biology II', 'life science I' textbooks. Third, in 'biology for high class' textbook, amount of biotechnology contents in the 2007 revised curriculum didn't increase. An more effort to introduce bioinformatics to science high school student is needed according to revising curricula.

정부는 미생물농약 지원사업을 확대 추진할 예정이다. 또한 친환경인증 농산물 인증단계 간소화를 위해 2010년부터 저농약 신규인증을 중단하며 농약의 유통관리 강화를 위해 밀수농약의 보관 진열 사용한자까지 처벌토록 농약관리법을 전면적으로 개정할 계획이다.
