The aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship between climates, growth characteristic and yield of silage corn at Hanwoo Experiment Station, National Institute of Animal Science, Daegwallyeong in Gangwon Province located at altitude of 760 m, from 2009 to 2010. The mean minimum temperature was $12.29^{\circ}C$ from seeding to harvest in 2009, $14.30^{\circ}C$ in 2010, the mean maximum temperature was $21.66^{\circ}C$, $23.48^{\circ}C$, respectively. The mean temperature was $16.85^{\circ}C$ in 2009 and $18.55^{\circ}C$ in 2010, respectively. Duration of sunshine was 711.3 hours in 2009 and 663.8 hours in 2010, and precipitation was 893.8 mm in 2009 and 752.1 mm in 2010, respectively. In 2009, for all Kwangpyeongok, Gangdaok, Cheonganok, Cheongsaok, Pyeonganok, the early growth was good with 1.2, while in 2010 the growth for Pyeonganok was good with 1.3 comparing to others, which showed worse growth than in the previous year with 2.4~3.0. There was significant difference in the ear height between 2009 and 2010, showing mean value of 85.8 cm and 105 cm for all the species in 2009 and in 2010, respectively (p<0.001). In 2010, stem diameter for all the species were larger, and there was significant difference in mean value of the diameter between 2009 and 2010 (p<0.001). There was significant difference in the plant height and ear height between 2009 and 2010, showing 200 cm and 258 cm in 2009 and 2010, respectively (p<0.001). There was significant difference in the average days to silk, showing 103.8 days in 2009, 90 days in 2010, respectively (p<0.001). There was no lodging or disease-insect damage in all hybrid silage corn in both 2009 and 2010. The mean ear rates were 23.4% in 2009, but almost doubled, 52.1%, in 2010. There was significant difference in fresh yield between the two years, showing 54,611 kg/ha in 2009 and 78,733 kg/ha in 2010, respectively (p<0.001). Dry matter yields were higher in 2010 than in 2009. TDN yields of Gangdaok and Cheonganok were higher in 2009, whereas that of Cheongsaok and Pyeonganok were higher in 2010. Crude protein contents were higher in 2010 than in 2009 for all the species.

This paper focuses measuring the efficiency of container yards on container terminals in Busan (Gasungdae, Shinsundae, Gamman, New Gamman, Uam, Gamchon, PNC) and Gwangyang(GICT, KEC, Dongbu, KIT) using Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) approach. Container terminals in Busan and Gwangyang play an important role in the region's economic development. The results show that Shinsundae was an efficient DMU during the period of 2007 to 2009, while Gamman, New Gamman and PNC were efficient terminals in 2009. The very inefficient terminals were shown to be GICT, KEC, Dongbu and KIT. GICT(2009), KEC(2009), Dongbu(2008-2009), KIT(2009) on Gwangyang Port were found to be relatively the inefficient terminals in terms of the returns to scale. This study also finds that the efficiency of Shinsundae terminal was so high as to be abel to keep its efficiency in spite of the additional increase of the inputs from 2007 to 2009. Gamman terminal was in the decreasing returns to scale in 2009, while the other terminals were in the increasing returns to scale. It means that we are able to improve the efficiency of the Gamman terminal with increasing returns to scale through enlarging the scale.

This study seeks to replace PaRIS Principles and find directions of revising KCR4 by analyzing the international Cataloging Principles 2009(ICP 2009) established in the environment of Machine Readable Cataloging. ICP 2009 was reflected in cataloging rules such as RDA and ISBD 2010 as the minimal principles for uniformity in establishing each nation's cataloging rules. In contrary, KCR4 needs to be revised because it has never been changed after 2003, and has only description rules without any rules for the choice and forms of access points. Therefore, this study aims to grasp requirements that should be reflected in KCR4 through analyzing ICP 2009. In first step, it is to grasp the features of ICP 2009 by comparing PaRIS Principle and ICP 2009 and to compare KCR4 in aspects of ICP 2009. The detailed elements for comparison between ICP 2009 and KCR4 are scope, general principles, entitles, attributes, and relationships, objectives and functions of the catalogue, bibliographic description, access points, foundations for search capabilities as the contents of ICP 2009. As a result, this study could give some directions of KCR4 in the future. First, ISBD 2010 and conceptual models should be reflected in KCR4 in description. Second, it should regulate the authority access points in KCR4 based on ICP 2009. Third, it will describe essential access points of work and expression attributes in bibliographic records and authority records to find works and expression. This study will contribute to guide the national cataloging rules.

지난 9월부터 10월 동안 공정거래사건과 관련해 대법원에서 10여건의 판결이 선고되었다. 그 중에서 특히, 기업결합 및 그에 따른 구조적 시정조치의 적법성에 관한 판결(2009. 9. 10. 선고 2008두9744 판결) 지원행위 현저성 판단기준에 관한 판결(2009. 9. 24. 선고 2008두9485 판결), 시중은행 대출금리 고정행위의 불공정거래행위 해당 여부에 관한 판결(2009. 10. 29. 선고 2007두20812 판결)등이 주목할 만한 것으로 생각된다. 시장지배적 사업자의 지위남용행위와 불법행위 성립에 관한 판결(2009. 9. 24. 2009두28998 판결), 방문판매법상 과징금납부명령 요건에 관한 판결(2009. 10. 15. 선고 2007두25299 판결), 그리고 과징금의 일부 취소에 관한 판결(2009. 10. 29. 선고 2009두11218 판결)등도 참고할만한 것으로 보인다.

The purpose of this study is to interpret the articles revision of the 2009 ISC(Cargo) compared to the 1982. The result of this study is summarized as followings: 1) the 'clause' attached to article in 1982 ISC(Cargo) was deleted in the revision of 2009 ISC(Cargo). 2) 2009 ISC(Cargo) is characterized as the marine insurance firms' acceptance of new environment change, limitation in causation and subject-matter insured, expansion of insurance period, and limited revision. 3) The assured has a large range of choice in 2009 ISC(Cargo) even though both 1982 ISqCargo) and 2009 ISC(Cargo) would be existed further. 4) There are few studies which have a focus on the impact of the relationship between responsibility of the insurer and opportunity of the assured on rate of premium. In the future, the studies on clauses, relationship among clauses, relationship between clause and rate of premium are needed in the 2009 ICC(Air), 2009 IWC(Air Cargo), 2009 ISC(Air Cargo), 2009 IWC(sending by post) et al.

Harmful dinoflagellate, Cochlodinium polykrikoides, has always occurred in southern coastal waters every year during summer, but it did not occur in 2009. A comparative study on outbreak in 2007/2008 and non-outbreak of C. polykrikoides in 2009 was performed based on environmental parameters and phytoplankton appearances. Samples were obtained at 13 stations from Yeosu to Wando waters in 2007-2009. The heavy rainfall was associated with the decrease of surface water temperature below $20^{\circ}C$ in July, the decrease of salinity below 31psu in August and increase of pH to 8.4 in Augus, 2009. concentration of DIN in 2009 was approximately too times as high as those of 2007 and 2008, and the ratioes of N:P and Si:N in 2009 showed Redfield ratio to be above the value of 16. This indicates that Redfield ratioes were significantly different between 2007/2008 and 2009. Dominant species during the field survey were shown to be Chaetoceros spp., Skeletonema costatum and Thalassiosir spp. in diatoms and to be Ceratium spp. in dinoflagellate. In partiuclar, Gonyaulax polygramma occurred in August, 2009 instead of C. polykrikoides. Consequently, the massive rainfall and shortage of sunshine contributed to considerable variation in environmental parameters which were associated with delay in the timing of rapid growth phase of C. polykrikoides.

In December of 2009, General Guidelines of Curriculum Revised in 2009 was announced and research on corresponding mathematics curriculum revision has been initiated from that period. Finally, in August 2011, Mathematics Curriculum Revised in 2009 was announced. Based on the examination the backgrounds and the basic directions of revision newly reformed mathematics curriculum should be applied in math class effectively and efficiently. According to this purpose, this paper first of all finds out what are the major points or difficulties to be caused by managing 'Mathematics Curriculum Revised in 2009' according to the change of 'General Guidelines of Curriculum Revised in 2009'. They are i) the implementation of grade band system, ii) management of differentiated class, and iii) increasing or decreasing of 20% in math class hour. According to those three points to be changed and reinforced newly in new curriculum, this paper investigates the alternatives and policy of dealing with smoothly and efficiently those issues while solving the difficulties.
