염해 환경하의 철근콘크리트 구조물의 친환경 내구설계 시스템 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Sustainable Durability Design System for Reinforced Concrete Structure under Chloride Attack Environments)

  • This study was suggested to develop sustainable durability design system and proposed the plan to evaluate design conditions that meet the intended service life and $LCCO_{2}$ reduction level of reinforced concrete structure easily from the early design stage. For that the W/B and covering depth of the concrete structure were calculated through calculation of service life based on standard specification expression and the quantitative reduction rate of the vertical member of reinforced concrete structure by the calculated W/B was applied. Life cycle of building classified into construction stage, operation stage, maintenance stage, and demolition/disposal stage and the method of $CO_{2}$ evaluation of each stage was proposed. For construction stage, the major construction materials that take up over 80% $CO_{2}$ emitting during building construction were selected and the $CO_{2}$ evaluation method for 5 standard apartment houses was proposed. Also, for operation stage, $CO_{2}$ emission was calculated through calculation of heating load by energy efficiency rating certification system. For maintenance stage, $CO_{2}$ emission was calculated using concept of re-construction by life and for demolition/disposal stage was calculated with the use of construction standard estimate. As a result of the case study by such evaluation methods, 80 years of service life and 17 specifications of sustainable durability design that meet the 40% intended $LCCO_{2}$ reduction level were deduced. The Maximum $LCCO_{2}$ reduction rate was analyzed by 47.2%.

상라 연-아연 광상의 안정동위원소 연구 (Stable Isotope Studies of the Sangra Lead-Zinc Deposit)

  • The Sangra Pb-Zn deposit is located in the Gampo area. Most Cretaceous sedimentary rocks and Paleogene felsic intrusives in the study area have experienced intense propylitization. Such propylitization and Pb-Zn mineralization in ore veins are involved with the fluid having very low oxygen isotopic composition.Sulfurisotopic equilibrium temperature during the main Pb-Zn mineralization (late stage I) is calculated as $T=275^{\circ}{\sim}295^{\circ}C$. Oxygen and sulfur fugacity in late stage I fluid is estimated as $logfO_2=-34.4{\sim}-29.1$ and $logfS_2=-12.0{\sim}-8.2$ bars. It is inferred that the sulfur isotopic composition oflate stage I fluid was very high such as ${\delta}^{34}S_{{\Sigma}S}=+22.4{\sim}+22.5$‰ and the origin of sulfur was ocean water sulfate. Oxygen and hydrogen isotopic composition of water in ore-forming fluid was gradually increased and more abundantly affected by ocean water from early to late mineralization stage as follows; (late stage I) ${\delta}^{18}O_{H2O}=-7.2{\sim}-1.1$‰, ${\delta}D_{H2O}=-87{\sim}-84$‰, (stage II) ${\delta}^{18}O_{H2O}=-2.4{\sim}-0.8$‰, ${\delta}D_{H2O}=-39{\sim}-21$‰ (stage III) ${\delta}^{18}O_{H2O}=+0.7{\sim}+12.6$‰, ${\delta}D_{H_2O}=-49{\sim}-42$‰. The pH in ore-forming fluid was about 4.7 during late stage I and is thought to have been gradually decreased from late stage I to stage II mineralization.

팬 아웃이 고정된 carry increment 덧셈기 설계 방법 (The Design of carry increment Adder Fixed Fan-out)

  • 가변 stage carry increment adder는 stage가 증가함에 따라 stage에서 계산되는 워드길이를 1비트씩 늘려줄 수 있으므로 속도는 $O(\sqrt{2n})$에 근접한다. 하지만 stage의 비트가 늘어남에 따라 stage에 입력되는 캐리의 팬 아웃이 증가하게 되고 이로 인하여 속도가 느려진다. 본 논문에서는 stage의 입력 비트를 증가하여도 팬 아웃이 stage에 관계없이 고정될 수 있는 알고리즘을 제안하고 37비트 덧셈기를 레이아웃하여 시뮬레이션 결과를 비교하였을 때 면적은 40% 늘어나는 것에 비해 덧셈기의 속도가 75% 향상되었다.

생쥐 수정란의 분할조작후 생존성 향상에 관한 연구 (Study on improvement of viability of mouse embryos after bisection)

  • Demi-embryos were successfully produced by bisection of ICR mouse embryos at preimplantation stages. They were microsurgically bisected using a microsurgical blade attached to a micromanipulator after pretreatment with 0.5% pronase in PBS for two minutes or not. Embryos with softened zona pellucida were more easily bisected and less damaged than intact embryos. The highest success rate in bisection has been achieved by selecting blastocysts(94.1% in success rate with intact blastocysts and 100% in success rate with zona softened blastocysts). Demi-embryos without zona pellucida were cultured in D-PBS or M-16 medium at $37^{\circ}C$, 5% $CO_2$ in air for 72 hours for 2-cell stage embryos, 48 hours for 4-to 8-cell stage embryos, 24 hours for morula stage embryos and 6~12 hours for blastocyst stage embryos. For the in vitro culture of 2-cell stage embryos, $100{\mu}M$ 2Na-EDTA was added to the media. M-16 medium was better for the in vitro development of mouse embryos than PBS, and PBS is not considered to be suitable for long-term culture of embryos, especially at early stage of cleavage. In M-16 medium, developing rate of demi-embryos of which pair underwent development to form eublastocysts was 15.8% at 2-cell stage, 16.8% at 4-cell stage, 38% at 8-cell stage, 89.6% at morula stage and 94.4% at blastocyst stage, respectively. The more rapid and efficient production of demi-embryos and higher viability after bisection can be expected by softening zona pellucida with pronase and by selecting morulae or blastocysts rather than embryos at early stage of cleavage.

2차 전지 음극 재료용 $C_6Li$의 다양화에 관한 연구 (The study on the variaty of anode materials, $C_6Li$ for secondary battery)

  • Li-GFICs, Li-PCICs의 intercalation 과정에 있어서 구조, 화합물의 에너지 상태, 열적 분해 특성, 전기적 성질에 미치는 영향에 대하여 토론하였다. X-선 회절 분석에 의하면 Li-CFICs는 주로 2 stage가 형성되었고 Li-PCICs는 1 stage와 2 stage가 주된 회절선으로 타나났다. Li-AGIC의 경우 지배적으로 1 stage의 구조가 나타났지만 순수한 1 stage의 화합물은 얻을 수가 없었지만 인조 흑연의 구조적 특성 때문으로 예상할 수 있다. 화합물의 에너지 상태를 측정한 결과 여러 가지 탄소물질의 층간 삽입 성질이 이들의 구조와 관련이 있으므로 Li-AGCIs와 Li-GFICs가 에너지적으로 가장 안정한 상태를 보이고 있다. 따라서 Li-CICs중 이들 두가지 화합물은 에너지 저장재로써 적합성을 제시할 수 있다. Li-GFICs에 대하여 열분해에 의한 분석을 한 결과 $300^{\circ}C$에서와 $400^{\circ}C$ 부근에서 강한 발열반응을 보이고 있다. Li-AGIC에 대하여 열적 변이가 일어나는 동안에 열적 안정성과 리튬의 발산 과정을 살펴본 결과, 각각의 온도에서 화합물은 완전한 deintercalation이 일어나지 않고 고온에서도 고차 stage가 유지되었다. 충전 방전특성을 알아본 결과 흑연섬유를 적극물질로 사용하였을 경우 비교적 안정성을 보였고 특성이 우수하게 나타났음을 알 수 있다.

냉연공장 폐수재이용을 위한 3단 역삼투시스템에서 각 단별 투과특성 연구 (Permeation Property of Each Stage in Three Stage Reverse Osmosis System for Cold-mill Wastewater Reuse)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 냉연공장 폐수재이용을 위해 3단 역삼투시스템 사용시 각단에서의 투과특성을 조사하는 것이다 판틀형 모듈 7개를 사용하여 회수율이 75% 가 되도록 3단 (배열 : 4+2+1) 으로 구성하여 장기간에 걸친 pilot test를 통해 막오염 진행에 따른 각 단에서의 유량 및 수질변화를 조사하였다 실험결과 각 단 모듈 1개당 평균 투과수량은 운전초기에는 1단, 2단, 3단의 순서로 많았으나 운전시간이 경과하며 막오염이 진행됨에 따라 1단은 감소하는 반면 2단은 거의 변화가 없고 3단의 투과수량은 증가하였다 즉 막오염은 주로 1단에서 발생하며 점차 2단. 3단으로 진행되는 것을 확인할수 있었다. 한편 투과수 수질은 예상한 것과 같이 1단이 가장 우수하였고 다음으로는 2단, 3단의 순서였으며 막오염에 영향을 받지않았다.

2단계 욕창 치유에 영향을 주는 요인 분석 (Factors affecting Healing of Stage 2 Pressure Ulcer)

  • Purpose: This study was designed to identify the factors affecting healing of Stage 2 pressure ulcer in an acute care facility in Korea. Methods: 286 Stage 2 pressure ulcers of 145 patients were examined. Data were collected in the period between October $1^{st}$, 2006 and September $30^{th}$, 2007. Data were analyzed with Kaplan-Meier survival analysis for cumulative recovery rate of Stage 2 pressure ulcers. Cox proportional hazard model was used to examine effects of multiple variables simultaneously. Results: Out of 286 initial Stage 2 pressure ulcers, 204 (71.3%) pressure ulcers healed completely. The median time to heal was 15 days according to Kaplan-Meier survival analysis. Cox proportional hazard model showed that the Stage 2 pressure ulcers healed more quickly when pressure redistribution surfaces were used (p<.001, HR=2.184), patients were administered with vitamins (p= .038, HR=1.451), and the size of the pressure ulcers were small (${\leq}3.0cm^2$, p= .006, HR=1.765). Conclusion: The factors contributing to the healing of Stage 2 pressure ulcer in an acute care setting were the application of pressure redistribution surface, small ulcer size (${\leq}3.0cm^2$), and the administration of vitamins.

암모니아 대체 자연냉매를 이용하는 2단압축 1단팽창 냉동시스템의 성능예측 (Performance Analysis of 2-Stage Compression and 1-Stage Expansion Refrigeration System using Alternative Natural Refrigerants)

  • 본 논문에서는 규제 프레온냉매 R22의 대체 자연냉매의 후보인 R290(프로판), R600(부탄), R717(암모니아), R1270(프로필렌)을 작동유체로 사용하는 2단압축 1단팽창 냉동시스템의 성능 특성을 비교하였다. $-20^{\circ}C{\sim}-50^{\circ}C$ 정도의 저온을 얻기 위해 사용되는 2단압축 1단팽창 냉동장치에서의 증발온도, 응축온도, 과열도 및 과냉각도의 변화에 따른 성능계수(COP) 변화를 규명하고자 하였다. 성능특성 규명 결과, 과냉각도 및 중간냉각기에서의 냉매유량 증가에 따라 시스템의 COP는 증가하였으나, 증발온도, 응축온도 및 과열도가 증가할수록 COP는 저하되는 결과를 나타내었다. 또한, 자연냉매를 사용하는 2단압축 1단팽창 냉동시스템의 COP는 규제 프레온냉매 R22를 사용하는 경우보다 높기 때문에 자연냉매를 사용하고자 하는 냉동시스템의 안전성이 확보되면 충분히 대체 냉매로서의 경쟁력이 있을 것으로 판단되었다.

리튬-탄소층간화합물의 합성과 에너지 특성의 분석 (The Analysis of Energy Character and Synthesis of Lithium-Carbon Intercalation Compounds)

  • 여러 가지 탄소물질을 사용하여 변형된 스테인레스 금속재 Two-bulbs를 사용하여 Li-CIC를 합성하였다. 합성한 결과 출발물질의 구조적 특성에 따라 여러 가지 색깔의 층간화합물이 각각 형성되었다. 합성된 Li-CIC들은 X-선 회절법을 이용하여 출발물질의 결정화도에 따라 stage 형성과정을 확인하였다. 이들 결과에서 출발물질의 결정화도가 좋은 천연흑연과 흑연섬유는 낮은 stage(1 stage, 2 stage)가 형성되었고, 결정화도가 나쁜 탄소섬유와 석유계 코크스는 높은 stage(3 stage, 4 stage, 5 stage)가 얻어졌다. 또한 (hkl)회절선의 이값을 계산된 값과 비교하였을 때 이들 값들은 거의 일치하였다. 그러나 결정화도가 나쁜 경우 다소의 차이가 있음을 보이고 있다. 이들 Li-CIC에 대하여 UV/VIS 분광기를 사용하여 stage 안정성과 에너지 상태를 알수 있었다. X-선 회절법에 의한 결과와 UV/VIS 분광학적 데이터는 결정화도가 좋은 탄소물질은 에너지와 반사율의 관계곡선이 뚜렷하게 나타났음을 제시하였다. 이들 결과는 타소층과 층사이에 전하운반자와 관계가 있으며, 이들 성질이 삽입물질의 농도와 관계있음을 알수 있었다. 뿐만 아니라 본 연구는 Li-CIC의 삽입과정에서 고성능 에너지 저장제에 대한 정보를 역시 제공하여 준다.

한국 여아의 성 성숙 단계별 체구성과 영양소섭취 실태 (Comparison of Dietary Intakes and Body Composition by Tanner Stages in Korean Girls)

  • To compare the dietary intakes and body composition in the stage of puberty, this study was conducted with 360 girls aged 9 to 12 years in Seoul Korea. Girls's general information and 3-day diet records were collected, fat mass was measured by Inbody 3.0, bone mass at right calcaneus was measured by PIXI and pubertal development was self-assessed by picture of Tanner stages. The results are as follows: Girls who had breast development were 79.7% and 15.8% had pubic hair development. Mean of BMI, BMC and BMD were significantly higher at breast stage3+(19.6 kg/$m^2$, 1.62 kg, 0.47 g/$\textrm{cm}^2$) than at the breast stage2 (18.2 kg/$m^2$, 1.47 kg, 0.44 g/$\textrm{cm}^2$) or breast stage1(16.3 kg/$m^2$, 1.32 kg, 0.39 g/$\textrm{cm}^2$) (p < 0.001). Percent body fat of breast stage1, 2, and 3+ were 19.7%, 23.1%, 25.3% respectively and significantly increased during the puberty (p < 0.001). The mean of energy intake was 1629 kcal in stage1, 1664 kcal in stage2 and 1577 kcal in stage3+ showed significant difference in the breast stages (p < 0.05). Energy adjusted sodium intakes and crude fiber intakes were significantly higher in breast stage3 + than other breast stages. For zinc and iron, proportions of subjects with intake levels less than 75% of Korean RDA was over 40% and significantly higher in breast stage3+ than other stages (p < 0.05) ; for protein and vitamin E, the proportions of subjects with intake levels more than 125% RDA was significantly higher in the stage 1. The nutrient adequacy ratio (NAR) for protein and phosphorous was significantly lower in breast stage3+ than other stages. The food groups of seed and nut were 4.7 g/day, 2.3 g/day, 1.8 g/day, respectively, and was significantly higher in breast stage 1. In summary, mean of BMI, BMD, BMC and percent of body fat were increased with pubertal development, and those who had higher breast developmental stage showed a lower amount of consumption level in energy, seeds and nuts, and also showed a higher amount of consumption level in energy adjusted sodium and fiber among Korean girls.
