고등식물에서 IAA합성과 Polyamine 대사에 관한 연구: 대두의 유식물에서 IAA가 Diamine Oxidase의 활성에 미치는 영향 (IAA Synthesis and Polyamine Metabolism in Higher Plants: Effects of IAA on the Activity of Diamine Oxidase in Seedlings of Soybean)

  • 대두의 발아 후 초기 생장 단계의 조직에서 IAA가 DAO에 미치는 영향에 관하여 조사하였다. DAO의 활성은 발아전 자엽에서는 나타나지 않으나 발아 후 3일된 조직에 나타나기 시작하여 4일된 조직에서 가장 높았고 이후 다시 감소되는 경향을 보였다. 내생 IAA 함량도 4일된 조직에서 가장 높았다. 그러나, cadaverine의 함량은 4일된 조직에서 감소하였다. IAA가 DAO에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 3일된 조직에 다양한 농도로 처리하였다. 저농도($10^{-7}-10^{-6}M$) IAA 처리구에서는 대조구에 비하여 활성이 증가하였으나 고농도($10^{-5}-10^{-4}M$) IAA 처리구에서는 대조구와 유사한 활성이 조사되었다. DAO의 활성 변화와는 달리 cadaverine의 함량은 고농도 IAA 처리구에서 증가하였다. 한편, 고농도 IAA 처리구에서는 에틸렌이 발생하였다. 따라서, 에틸렌이 DAO의 활성에 미치는 영향을 보기 위하여 NDE를 처리한 결과 DAO의 활성에는 아무런 영향도 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 연구에서는 수분산 폴리우레탄의 내가수분해성을 개선하기 위하여 polyester polyol, $H_{12}MDI$, DMPA 및 sulfopropylated polypropyleneglycol-${\alpha}$,${\omega}$-diamine (SP)을 사용하여 수분산 폴리우레탄을 합성하였다. 유리전이온도는 SP 함량의 증가에 따라 증가하다가 NCO/OH 비가 1.8에서는 감소하였다. 또한 SP의 함량이 증가함에 따라 인장강도와 내가수분해성은 증가하는 경향을 나타내었으며, SP로 사슬연장한 WPU-SP에서 인장강도 감소율은 약 WPU-SP-1을 제외한 나머지에서 약 2~5%정도로 내가수분해성이 향상되었다.

New Fluorescent Blue OLED Host and Dopant Materials Based on the Spirobenzofluorene

  • New spiro[benzo[c]fluorene-7,9'-fluorene] (SBFF)-based blue host materials, 9-phenyl-SBFF (BH-4P) and 5,9-diphenyl-SBFF (BH-6DP), were successfully prepared by spiro-formation of 9-phenyl-7H-benzo[c]fluoren-7-one with 2-bromobiphenyl via lithiation and reaction of 5,9-dibromo-SBFF with phenylboronic acid through the Suzuki reaction, respectively. Diphenyl-[4-(2-[1,1;4,1]terphenyl-4-yl-vinyl)-phenyl]-amine (BD-1) and N,N-diphenyl-N',N'-diphenyl-SBFF-5,9-diamine (BD-6DPA) were used as dopant materials. Blue OLEDs with the configuration ITO/N,N'-bis-[4-(di-m-tolylamino)phenyl]-N,N'-diphenylbiphenyl-4,4'-diamine (DNTPD)/bis[N-(1-naphthyl)-N-phenyl]benzidine (NPB)/host:5% dopant/SFC-137/Al-LiF were prepared from the two host materials doped with BD-1 and BD-6DPA dopants and the devices composed of BH-4P and BH-6DP doped with BD-6DPA showed blue EL spectra at 458 and 463 nm at 7 V and luminance efficiencies of 4.58 and 4.88 cd/A, respectively.

수열합성법에 의해 합성된 수산화아파타이트 결정의 입자 형상에 관한 EDTA의 영향 (Effects of EDTA on morphology of hydroxyapatite prepared by hydrothermal method)

  • 육방정계 구조를 가지는 수산화아파타이트 결정은 킬레이트 착화합물을 형성 할 수 있는 EDTA(ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid)를 이용하여 수열조건에서 합성 하였다. 제조된 분말은 X-선 회절 패턴 및 주사전자현미경에 의해 특성 평가 하였다. 제조된 수산화아파타이트 분말은 육방정계 구조의 c축에 따라 결정이 성장하였고, 결정의 형상은 수열온도, pH, EDTA/Ca 및 출발물질의 Ca/P 몰 비와 같은 반응 파라메타에 의해 제어 되었다.

Color-stabilized organic light-emitting devices by using N, N'-bis-(1- naphthyl)-N, N'-diphenyl-1,1-biphenyl-4,4'-diamine/5,6,11,12 - tetraphenylnaphthacene multiple quantum well structures

  • The efficiency and the optical properties of the yellow organic light-emitting devices (OLEDs) were significantly affected by the existence of the multiple quantum well (MQW) structures consisting of N, N'- bis-(1-naphthyl)-N, N'-diphenyl-1,1-biphenyl-4,4'- diamine(NPB)/5,6,11,12 - tetraphenylnaphthacene (rubrene). The maximum efficiency and the luminance of OLEDs with 3-periods of the NPB/rubrene MQWs at 41.6 $mA/cm^2$ were 3.66 cd/A and 1524 $cd/m^2$, respectively, and their Commission Internationale de l'Eclairage chromaticity coordinates were (0.34, 0.55), which indicates a yellow color. These results indicate that the efficiencies of the OLEDs by using MQW emitting layers can be improved.

  • 수용액 중에서 ethylenediamine-tetraacetatocobaltate(III) 錯物에 트리메틸렌디아민(tn)을 반응시켜 얻어지는 [Co(tn)(HEDTRA)]Cl${\cdot}$2$H_2O$ 錯物을 수소이온형 陽이온교환수지, Dowex 50WX8을 이용하여 분리하였다. $EDTRA^{3-}$(ethylenediamine-triacetate) 리간드는 유리 식초산 가지를 갖고 4자리 형태로 코발트(III) 이온에 배위되어 있으며, 원소분석, UV, IR, NMR 등 분광학적 방법을 이용하여 얻어진 錯物은 가능한한 기학적 이성질체 중에서 trans(O-O)(1) 형태의 구조를 가지고 있음을 확인하였다.

산화형 영구염모제 종류에 따른 염색성과 모발의 손상 (Dyeability of Oxidative Permanent Hair Coloring Agents and the Damage of Hair)

  • In this study, we investigated the effects of oxidative permanent hair coloring agents on the dyeability and the damage of human hair. p-phenylenediamine and toluene-2.5-diamine sulfate were used as a hair coloring agent precursers. The degree of dyeability was checked by the change of CIELAB $L^*$ value according to dyeing time. And the damage of hair was evaluated by the tensile strength and morphological change of hair in SEM. When the hair was dyed, the CIELAB $L^*$ value was decreased with dyeing time regardless of the type of precursers. But when the hair was dyed after nutritional treatment, the CIELAB $L^*$ value showed lower level. This means that the nutritional treatment covers the scale of hair and protects the hair from the chemicals.

  • The diamide-diamine having carboxylic acid was prepared by direct condensation of 1,2,4-benzenetricarboxylic acid with bits[4- (3-aminophenoxy ) phenyl] sulfone and bits(4-aminouhenyl)-1,4- diisopropylbenzene in medium consisting of triphenylphosphite, LiCl, and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone. Copoly (amide-imide) derivatives with high molecular weight could be synthesized by one-step polycondensation of prepared diamide-diamine having carboxylic acid and various dianhydride compounds. Depending on the chemical structure and composition of polymer backbones, the viscosities of polymers were found to range between 0.87∼ 1.57 dL/B. All the polymers showed good thermal stability up to 320$\^{C}$ and the 10% weight loss temperature was observed in the range of 450∼540$\^{C}$ in a thermogravimetric traces. The glass transition was recorded in the temperature range of 200 ∼ 270$\^{C}$. All the polymers showed an amorphous nature on a differential scanning calorimetric thermograms. These polymers generally had good mechanical properties and readily soluble in various polar solvents. Further, it was proved that their properties could be determined from the composition.

메소-1,2-디아민을 이용한 Salen-코발트 착화합물의 합성과 항암효과 (Synthesis of Salens and Their Cobalt Complexes from Meso-1,2-Diamine and Their Anti-Cancer Property)

  • New salens (3) and their Cobalt complexes (4) were prepared from meso-1,2-bis(ortho-hydroxyphenyl)-1,2-diaminoethane (1) and substituted salicylic aldehydes (2). In contrast to symmetric structure of salen ligand (3), salen-Co(III) complexes (4) showed dissymmetric molecular structure due to participation of three hydroxyl groups in complex formation. One of the salens (3b) revealed decrease in Cyclin D1 expression, which represents anti-cancer property.
