IFRS 공시 실태 개선방안에 대한 소고 - 보고기업, 정보이용자 요인을 고려한 통합적 접근 - (A Study on Practices and Improvement Factors of Financial Disclosures in early stages of IFRS Adoption - An Integrative Approach of Korean Cases: Embracing Views of Reporting Entities and Users of Financial Statements)

  • IFRS에 따른 재무제표 작성은 연결재무제표의 주재무제표화, 원칙중심의 회계처리기준 등으로 인해 재무제표 본문의 간략화 및 다양화, 상세내역 및 비재무사항 주석기재 요구량 증대 등 공시 전반에 걸친 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 한편 K-IFRS체제하의 적정공시 방향에 대한 기존의 연구와 검토들은 IFRS 전면도입의 당위론적 배경과 제도변화 초기상황이라는 시기적 요인에 따라 기준제정기구나 감독기관 중심으로 공시요구사항 증대나 정보의 완전성(completeness) 측면에 초점을 두고 전개되어 온 것이 사실이다. 이에, 본 연구는 기존의 접근에 더하여 보고기업 및 정보이용자의 관점에서 보다 균형적인 IFRS 적용에 따른 적정공시 방향성을 도출하고자 하였다. 먼저 주요기업 재무공시 실태 검토 결과, 2010년, 2011년 재무공시에서 다수의 미준수사항 또는 권고할 사항이 지적되었다. 이러한 원인으로는 IFRS 기준의 성격에 따른 문제, 업종별 기업별 특성에 따른 문제, IFRS 도입비용 및 촉박한 공시기한 등 공시기업의 부담 측면이 지적될 수 있으며, 이는 정보이용자 입장에서의 이해가능성 및 활용도, 비교가능성 저하를 일으키는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 실태의 개선을 위해, 제도의 완화/지원 측면에서 적용대상 기업의 추가 세분화 필요성 검토, 주석공시 내용과 범위 조정, 공시시기 조정 및 다원화, 공시환경 및 인센티브 지원 방안이 제안되었으며, 공시요구 강화 측면에서 기업, 정보이용자 참여비중 확대를 반영한 K-IFRS 제정체계 개선과 표준화된 세부양식 정의 및 적용의무화 필요성이 제시되었다.

2007 교육과정 개정 전과 후의 실과 및 가정과 의생활 교육내용 분석 (Analysis of the Contents of Clothing and Textiles Education of Practical Arts and Home Economics Education between before and after the Revision of the 7th Curriculum)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라의 의생활교육을 통시적으로 고찰한 문헌연구로 의생활 교육내용을 문헌을 통하여 역사적으로 고찰하였고, 2007년 제7차 개정 교육과정을 분석하였다. 학교교육법 이전의 의생활에 관한 교육은 비형식적으로 가사기술, 생활기술, 가정기술의 일부로 행해져왔다. 그러므로 형식적인 학교교육이 시작되는 구한말부터 시작하여 이후 해방 전과 후로 분류하여 의생활교육의 변천내용을 상세히 고찰하였다. 또한 제7차 교육과정의 개정 전과 후의 의생활 교육내용을 비교, 분석하여 논의하였다. 구한말과 해방 전에는 재봉, 수예, 가사 위주의 의생활교육이었으나, 해방 후에는 가정교과 속의 의생활 영역으로 자리 매겨졌다. 제1차 교육과정기부터 제5차 교육과정기까지는 시수도 많고 내용도 심화되었으며, 특히 제4, 5차 교육과정기에는 가정생활 영역이 강화되는 계기를 맞았다. 제6차 교육과정기에는 시수는 줄었으나, 학년의 확대와 함께 이론과 실기의 균형은 고려되었으며, 중등 가정과는 독립교과를 유지하였다 그러나 제7차 교육과정기에 초등에서는 기능편중의 균형이 맞지 않은 의생활교육이 이루어졌고, 중등은 기술과 가정 교과의 통합으로 인하여 명칭에 있어서는 독립성이 없어지고 내용면에서도 축소되었다. 제7차 교육과정의 개정 후의 의생활 내용은 학년간의 균형있는 분배, 내용에서 이론과 실기의 균형있는 배분, 교육수요자들의 요구도를 반영하여 의생활교육상 많은 개선과 진보가 이루어졌다. 그러나 학습자의 흥미와 관심에 어느 정도 부합되는 내용인지는 앞으로 더 연구하고 해결해야 할 과제로 남겨졌다. 의생활 교육내용이 가정교과의 기본요구와 같은 내재적 원리 이외에도 학습자의 요구나 사회적 필요성과 같은 외재적인 요구를 반영해야 한다는 것이 교육과정의 기본원칙이므로 학습자 중심의 본 교육과정 하에서는 패션소품 제작, 유행을 고려한 옷차림 등 학생들이 관심있는 내용을 고려, 반영해야 할 필요가 있다. 학생들의 가치관이 다양화되고 있는 만큼 의생활에 흥미와 관심과 의욕을 가질 수 있도록 충실한 의생활교육이 요구되는 시대에 맞게, 내용은 물론 수업체제를 발전시키는 것이 큰 과제라고 할 수 있다. 이렇게 변화하는 사회, 생활에 학교교육이 발맞춰 나가기 위해서는 교육과정의 틀을 바꾸는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니므로, 교과서의 내용을 교육과정 개정주기보다 자주 정기적으로 개편하여 내용을 수정, 보완할 수 있도록 그 방법을 모색해야 할 것이다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. The maximum adsorbed amount was obtained in the neighborhood of pH 4.5. Isoelectric point of bovine albumin is pH 5.0, so experimental result shows that it shifted to acid area. Our department has developed an information system for routine hematology using down-sized computer system. We have used an IBM 486 compatible PC with 16MB main memory, 210 MB hard disk drive, 9 RS-232C port and 24 pin dot printer. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer. The frame and leaflet of the polymer valve were made from polyurethane, To evaluate the hemodynamic performance of the polymer valve a comparative study of flow dynamics past a polymer valve and a St. Jude Medical prosthetic valve under physiological pulsatile flow conditions in vitro was made. Comparisons between the valves were made on the transvalvular pressure drop, regurgitation volume and maximum valve opening area. The polymer valve showed smaller regurgitation volume and transvalvular pressure drop compared to the mechanical valve at higher heart rate. Because the point of maximun temperature of laser-irradiated gelatin exists below the surface due to surface cooling, evaporation at the boiling temperature is made explosively from below the surface. The important parameters of this process are the conduction loss to laser power absorption (defined as the conduction-to-laser power parameter, Nk), the convection heat transfer at the surface to conduction loss (defined as Bi), dimensionless extinction coefficient (defined as Br.), and dimensionless irradiation time (defined as Fo). Dependence of Fo on Nk and Bi has been observed by experiment, and the results have been compared with the numerical results obtained by solving a 2-dimensional conduction equation. Fo and explosion depth (from the surface to the point of maximun temperature) are increased when Nk and Bi are increased.To find out the minimum laser power for explosive evaporative removal process, steady state analysis has been also made. We propose a new image reconstruction method using internal current density data measured by NMR. We obtained a two-dimensional current density distribution within a phantom by processing the real and imaginary MR images from a 4.77 NMR machine. We implemented a resistivity mage reconstruction algorithm using the finite element method and sensitivity matrix. Optimal stimulus parameters, which can minimize muscle fatigue and can achieve effective muscle contraction were determined in slow and fast muscles in Sprague-Dawley rats. Stimulus patterns of our stimulator were designed to simulate electromyographic activity monitored during locomotion of normal subjects. Muscle types of the lower extremity were classified according to their mechanical property of contraction, which are slow muscle (msoleus m.) and fast muscle (medial gastrocneminus m., rectus femoris m., vastus lateralis m.). Optimal parameters of electrical stimulation for slow muscles were 20 Hz, 0.2 ms square pulse. For fast muscle, 40 Hz, 0.3 ms square pulse was optimal to produce repeated contraction. Higher stimulus intensity was required when synergistic muscles were stimulated simultaneously than when they were stimulated individually. Electrical stimulation for each muscle was designed to generate bipedal locomotion, so that individual muscles alternate contraction and relaxation to simulate stance and swing phases. Portable electrical stimulator with 16 channels built in microprocessor was constructed and applied to paraplegic patients due to lumbar cord injury. 중부 평야지에서 사료용 벼와 주요 동계사료작물 이모작 시 생산성 (Double Cropping Productivity of Main Whole-Crop Silage Rice and Winter Feed Crops in the Central Plains of Korea)

  • 중부 평야지에서 사료용 벼-동계사료작물, 동계사료작물-사료용 벼 이모작 시 양질 조사료의 최대 수량성 작목 조합을 알아보기 위해 사료용 벼 최적재배 중심으로 재배하였을 때와 동계사료작물 최적 재배 중심으로 재배하였을 때로 나누어 4년 간 시험한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 사료용 벼 보통기 재배양식 중심으로 재배하였을 때 사료용 벼의 건물수량은 조생종 '조우'가 평균 15.8톤/ha로 가장 적었고 중만생종 '영우'가 21.0톤/ha로 가장 많았으나 19.2톤/ha인 '목우'와 통계적으로 차이가 없었다(p<0.01). 동계사료작물은 9월 23일 파종 시 '그린팜'(3.2톤/ha)과 '곡우'(4.5톤/ha)는 유의적으로 차이가 나지 않았고 '조성'은 12.6톤/ha로 가장 높았으며(p<0.001) 10월 11일 파종 시에는 '조성'(16.6톤/ha)>'그린팜'(10.5)>'곡우'(4.7)순으로 유의적으로 차이가 있었고(p<0.001) 10월 31일 파종한 경우 '조성'이 11.8톤/ha로 다른 두 초종보다 유의적으로 높았다(p<0.05). 호밀 '곡우'를 제외하고는 10월 11일 파종 시 건물수량이 가장 높았다. 2. 동계사료작물 최적 파종시기 중심으로 재배하였을 때 동계사료작물의 평균 건물수량은 트리티케일 '조성'이 '그린팜'(10.9톤/ha)과 '곡우'(9.6)와 비교하여 유의적으로 차이를 보이는 18.3톤/ha로 가장 높았으며 사료용 벼는 5월 10일 이앙 시 건물수량은 '목우'가 23.0톤/ha로 가장 높았으나 '영우'(21.4)와는 유의적인 차이가 없었고(p<0.05) '조우'(15.9)와는 차이가 있었다(p<0.05). 5월 25일 이앙시 '목우'가 24.2톤/ha로 가장 높았으나 '영우'(20.7)와는 차이가 없었고(p<0.05) '조우(18.6)'와 유의적인 차이를 보였다(p<0.05). 6월 11일 이앙 시 건물수량은 '영우'가 21.3톤/ha로 다른 두 품종에 비해 유의적으로 높았다(p<0.05). 3. 중부평야지에서 사료용 벼-동계사료작물 이모작 시 최대 조사료 생산 작목 조합은 사료용 벼 최적 이앙 및 수확 시기에 맞추어 동계사료작물을 연속하여 재배하였을 때는 사료용 벼 '영우'와 트리티케일 '조성' 조합으로 생산성은 33.6톤/ha이었으며 동계사료작물 최적 파종 및 수확 시기에 맞추어 연속하여 사료용 벼를 재배하였을 때는 동계사료작물인 트리티케일 '조성'과 사료용 벼 '영우' 조합으로 생산성은 39.6 (톤/ha)이었다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500,550,570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100,300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer. Because the point of maximun temperature of laser-irradiated gelatin exists below the surface due to surface cooling, evaporation at the boiling temperature is made explosively from below the surface. The important parameters of this process are the conduction loss to laser power absorption (defined as the conduction-to-laser power parameter, Nk), the convection heat transfer at the surface to conduction loss (defined as Bi), dimensionless extinction coefficient (defined as Br.), and dimensionless irradiation time (defined as Fo). Dependence of Fo on Nk and Bi has been observed by experiment, and the results have been compared with the numerical results obtained by solving a 2-dimensional conduction equation. Fo and explosion depth (from the surface to the point of maximun temperature) are increased when Nk and Bi are increased.To find out the minimum laser power for explosive evaporative removal process, steady state analysis has been also made. Optimal stimulus parameters, which can minimize muscle fatigue and can achieve effective muscle contraction were determined in slow and fast muscles in Sprague-Dawley rats. Stimulus patterns of our stimulator were designed to simulate electromyographic activity monitored during locomotion of normal subjects. Muscle types of the lower extremity were classified according to their mechanical property of contraction, which are slow muscle (msoleus m.) and fast muscle (medial gastrocneminus m., rectus femoris m., vastus lateralis m.). Optimal parameters of electrical stimulation for slow muscles were 20 Hz, 0.2 ms square pulse. For fast muscle, 40 Hz, 0.3 ms square pulse was optimal to produce repeated contraction. Higher stimulus intensity was required when synergistic muscles were stimulated simultaneously than when they were stimulated individually. Electrical stimulation for each muscle was designed to generate bipedal locomotion, so that individual muscles alternate contraction and relaxation to simulate stance and swing phases. Portable electrical stimulator with 16 channels built in microprocessor was constructed and applied to paraplegic patients due to lumbar cord injury.   • 본 연구의 목적은 실내벽면녹화가 이용자에게 어떠한 측면에서 긍정적으로 인식되었으며, 이용행태에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대해 알아보는 것이다. 공용공간 이용객이 벽면녹화 조성 공간을 선호한다는 실험 가설 하에 벽면녹화가 이용객의 행태에 미치는 영향에 대해 관찰실험을 진행하였다. 실내벽면녹화를 설치한 후 행태관찰결과와 설문조사를 토대로 실내벽면녹화 선호도를 분석하였다. 관찰실험은 실내벽면녹화 선호가 이용행태에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 관해 2014년 3월 24일부터 31일까지 총 8일간 진행하였다. 일반칸막이 공간과 벽면녹화 칸막이 공간 이용행태를 관찰카메라로 녹화하여 영상을 보면서 분석하였으며, 붐비는 시간대는 관찰시간에서 제외하였다. 좌석별 평균이용시간은 SPSS 통계프로그램을 사용하여 독립표본 T-검정을 실행하였다. 설문조사는 행태관찰 후 일반칸막이 공간과 벽면녹화 칸막이 이용객 224명에게 설문조사를 진행하였다. 설문조사로 실내벽면녹화 선호도와 그 이유에 대해 알아보고, 관찰실험, 좌석분석 결과를 종합하여 분석하였다. 벽면녹화 칸막이 공간과 일반칸막이 공간의 칸막이 인접좌석의 총 이용시간 비교결과, 실내벽면녹화 선호도가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 벽면녹화 칸막이 공간의 여성이용자 비율이 일반칸막이 공간에 비해 더 높으며, 칸막이와 식물은 좌석선택에 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 행태관찰에서 나타나지 않는 이용자의 심리적 측면을 파악하기 위해 설문조사를 진행하였다. 설문조사에서는 실내벽면녹화에 대한 선호도가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 일반칸막이 공간 이용객 94명 중 11.7%(11명)가 벽면녹화 칸막이 공간에 앉기를 원하였으나, '벽면녹화 칸막이 공간에 자리가 없어서' 일반칸막이 공간에 앉았다고 응답하였다. 또한 벽면녹화 칸막이 공간 이용객 130명 중 24.6%(33명)가 '실내벽면녹화를 선호해서'라고 응답하였다. 일반칸막이 공간과 벽면녹화 칸막이 이용객의 64.3%(144명)가 동일조건이라면 벽면녹화 칸막이 공간을 선택하겠다고 응답하여 선호의사가 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 행태관찰에서 선호에 차이가 없었다.

세력균형(power balance)에서의 군사력 수준과 동북아시아에 주는 함의 (Balance of Power and the Relative Military Capacity - Empirical Analysis and Implication to North East Asia -)

  • This study began to confirm or review the balance of power theory by applying scientific methods through experiential cases. Though there are several kinds of national power, this study supposes military power as a crucial power when it comes to war and peace. This research covered balance and imbalance through comparing relative military power between nations or nations' group. Comparison of relative military power can be achieved by statistically processing the values of which has been converted into the standard variables in same domain, then calculating the values of nation's power which has been synthesized different experiential factors. In addition, the criteria of experiential experiment is highly dedicated to European countries, USA, Japan prior to 1st and 2nd World War, as well as USA, Soviet Union and North East Asia during Cold War era. In addition, the balance of power theory has been redefined to review the action of the state upon the changes of power as mentioned in the theory. To begin with, the redefined theory states that relative level of military power between nations defines the consistency of peace and balance of power. If military power is enough to be on the range of level required to keep the power in equilibrium, peace and balance can be achieved. The opposite would unbalance the military power, causing conflicts. While the relative military level between nations change, nations seek to establish 'nations group' via military cooperation such as alliance, which also shift relative military power between nations group as well. Thus, in order to achieve balance of power, a nation seeks to strengthen its military power(self-help), while pursuing military cooperation(or alliance). This changes relative military power between nations group also. In other words, if there exists balance of power between nations, there is balance of power between nations group as well. In this theory, WWI and II broke out due to the imbalance of military force between nations and nations group, and reviewed that due to the balance of military force during the Cold War, peace was maintained. WWI was resulted from imbalance of military cooperation between two powerful states group and WWII was occurred because of the imbalance among the states. Peace was maintained from cooperation of military power and balance among the states during the Cold War. Imbalance among continental states is more threatening than maritime states and balance of power made by army force and naval force also is feasible. Also the outcomes of two variables are found military power balanced ratio of military power for balance is 67% when variable ratio of balance is 100% and standard value for balance is 0.86. Military power exists in a form of range. The range is what unstabilized the international system causing nations to supplement their military powers. These results made possible the calculation and comparison between state's military power. How balance of power inflicted war and peace has been studied through scientific reviews. Military conflict is highly possible upon already unbalanced military powers of North East Asian countries, if the US draws its power back to America. China and Japan are constantly building up their military force. On the other hand, Korean military force is inferior so in accordance to change of international situation state's survival could be threatened and it is difficult to achieve drastic increase in military force like Germany did. Especially constructing naval force demands lots of time; however but has benefit that naval force can overcome imbalance between continental states and maritime states.

북한 테러범죄의 변화양상에 따른 대응방안 -김정일 정권 이후 고위층 권력 갈등을 중심으로 (The Changing Aspects of North Korea's Terror Crimes and Countermeasures : Focused on Power Conflict of High Ranking Officials after Kim Jong-IL Era)

  • 한국은 지금까지 북한의 테러범죄로 인해 많은 피해를 입었다. 현재 북한정권에 의한 테러 범죄행위 발생 가능성은 그 어느 때보다 높은 시점이고, 김일성 정권의 북한 테러범죄 행위는 통치자금 확보라는 목적 하에 독재로 자행되어 왔다. 이후 김정일 김정은 정권 동안 테러범죄 행위를 살펴보면, 비(非)권력 집단의 목표인 권력쟁취 경제이권 확보 등을 성취하고자 하는 갈등이 원인으로 작용하여 범죄행위로 표출되고 있음이 드러난다. 본 연구는 테러 대책의 궁극적인 목적이 장차 발생할 가능성 높은 위협에 대하여 사전예측 대비해야 한다는 측면에 초점을 맞추었으며, 이를 위해 집단 간 권력 갈등이 범죄의 한 요인이 된다고 설명하는 George B. Vold(1958)의 이론을 적용했다. 이에 다양한 북한 테러범죄 원인 중 각 시대별 고위층 권력 갈등으로 인한 테러범죄 행위를 분석하고, 이러한 시대적 흐름에 맞는 향후 대응방안을 제시하였다. 북한의 테러범죄 행위는 김정일 정권 이후, 고위층 간 권력 판도가 시대별로 급격히 변화하면서 세력 쟁취와 이권 강탈을 위한 권력 갈등으로 인해 더욱 심화되었다. 북한 고위층의 권력 갈등이 북한 테러범죄에 많은 영향을 미치고 있음에도 불구하고, 이에 관련된 정보 첩보 수집이 단편적인데다가 미국에 의존하는 등 실제적인 대응이 미약한 실정이다. 게다가 북한 테러범죄에 대한 심각성 및 시급함의 공감도 역시 높지 않아서 체계적인 국제공조가 이루어지지 않고 있으며, 공조 방안에 대한 논의조차 원활하게 진행되지 않고 있다. 더욱이 최근 DDoS공격 청와대 홈페이지 변조 GPS 교란전파 발사 무인정찰기 침투 등 수 많은 테러범죄 행위가 있었음에도 불구하고, 한국은 이 같은 비(非)대칭 테러범죄 행위가 미칠 파문에 비해 그 심각성을 깊이 인식하지 못하고 있다. 이제 북한 테러범죄의 원인을 밝히고 대응하기 위해 휴민트(HUMINT) 테킨트(TECHINT) 등을 통한 고위층 정보 수집을 확대하고, 이를 종합 분석하는 전담부서를 설치하는 한편, 탈북자 등 정보원의 보호 및 감독을 통한 포괄적인 수집체제를 확립해야 한다. 그리고 북한 테러와 관련된 국제협력에 적극 동참하여, 국제협약을 이끌어낼 수 있도록 국제적인 공조를 구축해야 한다. 또한 핵 미사일 테러와 함께 한층 정교해지고 첨단화 되어가는 사이버 전자 테러 전문기술에 대비하기 위해 법령 제 개정 및 관련 기구 예산 등 제도적 정비와 기술을 보완할 수 있는 전문 인력 양성 및 기술개발 등 실질적인 대응방안을 마련해야 할 것이다.

한국어 음소 단위 LSTM 언어모델을 이용한 문장 생성 (Korean Sentence Generation Using Phoneme-Level LSTM Language Model)

  • 언어모델은 순차적으로 입력된 자료를 바탕으로 다음에 나올 단어나 문자를 예측하는 모델로 언어처리나 음성인식 분야에 활용된다. 최근 딥러닝 알고리즘이 발전되면서 입력 개체 간의 의존성을 효과적으로 반영할 수 있는 순환신경망 모델과 이를 발전시킨 Long short-term memory(LSTM) 모델이 언어모델에 사용되고 있다. 이러한 모형에 자료를 입력하기 위해서는 문장을 단어 혹은 형태소로 분해하는 과정을 거친 후 단어 레벨 혹은 형태소 레벨의 모형을 사용하는 것이 일반적이다. 하지만 이러한 모형은 텍스트가 포함하는 단어나 형태소의 수가 일반적으로 매우 많기 때문에 사전 크기가 커지게 되고 이에 따라 모형의 복잡도가 증가하는 문제가 있고 사전에 포함된 어휘 외에는 생성이 불가능하다는 등의 단점이 있다. 특히 한국어와 같이 형태소 활용이 다양한 언어의 경우 형태소 분석기를 통한 분해과정에서 오류가 더해질 수 있다. 이를 보완하기 위해 본 논문에서는 문장을 자음과 모음으로 이루어진 음소 단위로 분해한 뒤 입력 데이터로 사용하는 음소 레벨의 LSTM 언어모델을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 LSTM layer를 3개 또는 4개 포함하는 모형을 사용한다. 모형의 최적화를 위해 Stochastic Gradient 알고리즘과 이를 개선시킨 다양한 알고리즘을 사용하고 그 성능을 비교한다. 구약성경 텍스트를 사용하여 실험을 진행하였고 모든 실험은 Theano를 기반으로 하는 Keras 패키지를 사용하여 수행되었다. 모형의 정량적 비교를 위해 validation loss와 test set에 대한 perplexity를 계산하였다. 그 결과 Stochastic Gradient 알고리즘이 상대적으로 큰 validation loss와 perplexity를 나타냈고 나머지 최적화 알고리즘들은 유사한 값들을 보이며 비슷한 수준의 모형 복잡도를 나타냈다. Layer 4개인 모형이 3개인 모형에 비해 학습시간이 평균적으로 69% 정도 길게 소요되었으나 정량지표는 크게 개선되지 않거나 특정 조건에서는 오히려 악화되는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 layer 4개를 사용한 모형이 3개를 사용한 모형에 비해 완성도가 높은 문장을 생성했다. 본 논문에서 고려한 어떤 시뮬레이션 조건에서도 한글에서 사용되지 않는 문자조합이 생성되지 않았고 명사와 조사의 조합이나 동사의 활용, 주어 동사의 결합 면에서 상당히 완성도 높은 문장이 발생되었다. 본 연구결과는 현재 대두되고 있는 인공지능 시스템의 기초가 되는 언어처리나 음성인식 분야에서 한국어 처리를 위해 다양하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

『하재일기』에 나타난 관·혼·상·제례 연구 (A Study on Coming of Age, Wedding, Funeral, and Ancestral Rites Found in 『Hajaeilgi』)

  • 사옹원(司饔院) 분원(分院)의 공인(貢人)이었던 지규식이 1891년 1월 1일부터 1911년 윤6월 29일까지 20년 7개월에 걸쳐 거의 매일 쓴 "하재일기(荷齋日記)"에는 국내외 정세와 풍속, 의례, 분원 관련 각종 제반사항, 일상생활사 등을 다방면에 걸쳐 다양하게 기록으로 남기고 있다. 특히 지규식의 신분은 양반계층이 아닌바, 이 같은 신분으로 쓴 일기는 흔치 않다. 그런데 필자가 여기서 주목하는 것은 "하재일기"에 기록된 의례, 그 중에서도 관 혼 상 제례 관련 내용이다. 지규식은 양반이 아닌 신분으로 당시 실제로 행했던 관 혼 상 제례 관련 내용을 "하재일기"에 기록으로 남겼는바, 이러한 일기는 매우 드물 뿐만 아니라 자료적으로도 그 가치가 매우 높이 평가된다. 특히 19세기 말~20세기 초의 관 혼 상 제례의 일면을 엿볼 수 있어 여기에 초점을 맞추었다. 관례의 경우, 일반적으로 정월에 행했는데, 이 시기에는 시행시기의 다변화된 모습을 엿볼 수 있다. 이는 일부 양반가도 예외는 아니었다. 혼례의 경우, 혼사를 논의할 때 개화되어 가는 과정 때문에 그런 것인지는 몰라도 파기하는 경우가 종전보다 흔했던 것으로 보인다. 그리고 택일도 신부 집에서 정했던 것은 아니었던 것 같다. 그리고 중인들이나 평민들의 경우, 신부 집에서 혼례를 치렀지만, 부득이 한 경우에는 신랑 집에서 혼례를 치루기도 했던 것으로 보인다. 지규식 자녀들의 혼례는 전통적 절차를 비교적 충실하게 밟고 있었지만, 양가의 형편과 사정에 따라 유동적으로 적용한 것으로 보인다. 전통적 예법을 무시한 채, 상중에 혼례를 치르거나 신부를 데려와 신랑 집에서 혼례를 거행한 것은, 근대화 과정에서 외래 종교 및 외래문화의 유입과 이식, 일제의 식민통치, 특히 유교적 사회질서 쇠퇴 등도 연관성이 있는 것으로 보인다. 그리고 이 시기에는 이혼도 종전보다 흔했던 것 같다. 상례의 경우, 임종에서 발인하여 하관까지의 기간이 다양한바, 종전보다 다소 변화된 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 사대부도 보통 임종서 발인까지 3개월인데, 여기서는 7일인바 이를 안 지키는 양반가도 있었던 것으로 보인다. 그리고 오늘날 일반적으로 행하는 3일장과 초우 재우 삼우제의 흔적을 "하재일기"에서 찾을 수 있는바, 위의 자료들은 그 가치가 매우 높이 평가된다. 제례의 경우, 제사 시간이 일정하지 않았을 뿐만 아니라, 지규식은 기제사를 지내기 전에 재계(齋戒)를 안 했으며, 심지어 제사 전날 술집에 가서 애인을 만나거나 또는 술을 마시기도 하였다. 당시 양반사대부가 하고는 다소 차이를 보이고 있다. 그런데 지규식은 기독교에 입교하고 나서도 기제사를 지냈으며, 천도교에 입교한 후에도 제사를 지냈다. 한편, 지규식은 특별한 경우를 제외하고는 한식과 추석 때 직접 또는 동생이나 아들들을 보내 묘소에 가서 차례(묘제)를 지내게 했다. 그렇다고 지규식이 10월에 묘제를 지냈다는 기록은 찾아볼 수 없다. 그리고 지규식은 돌아가신 아버지를 대상으로 지내는 생일제사를 생신차례라고 하여 거의 매년 지냈다. 그런데 생신차례와 제사를 별개로 지낸 적도 있어 특이하다. 신분제도가 철폐되고 일제가 강점할 무렵의 경기도 광주지역 중인출신 집안의 기제사, 차례와 묘제, 생신차례를 지내는 모습은 양반가의 제례 관행보다는 약간 다르고 덜 엄격하지만, 양반이 아닌 집안의 제례라는 점에서 그 의의가 크다고 하겠다. 이상에서 보듯, "하재일기"에 나타난 관 혼 상 제례의 내용은 자료적으로 그 가치가 매우 높을 뿐만 아니라 민속학적으로도 의미가 크다고 하겠다.
