Incidents of poisoning caused by edible marine bivalve, Tapes philippinarum in Kojedo, Korea were reported in March 1968 and 1969. The results of the present investigation revealed that the incidents were caused by hemorrhagic diathesis and liver injuries, as those caused by acute yellow atrophic liver. The minimal lethal dose of the liver extract of the bivalve varied with seasons. The dose was 0.02ml in March and increased to 0.25ml in April-May 1969. After lune the extract showed no toxicity. Phthalein reaction of smashed liver solution of the bivalve showed a great variation with seasons. In March the values of $P_1$(crude solution) and $P_2$ (boiled one) were 0.1 and 10, at its strongest toxicity. In May those of $P_1\;and\;P_2$ were 1 and 1,000. However the mouse died after intraperitoneal administration of 0.25ml of the liver extract at the $P_2$ value of 1,000. For this reason, determination of the toxicity is difficult by judging from the phthalein reaction alone. The bivalves collected from Pusan, Kaduk, Koje, Hansan, Yeosu, Mokpo and Kunsan were found nontoxic during April-August 1969.

The period from 1969 to 1999 is characterized as the rimes of radical reform in contemporary records management system of Korea. First, National archives was organized and it's function has been upgraded. Second, regulations of records management were established, revised, and integrated into a regulation of office management. Records disposition schedule was set up. The last, public records law was established. According to this law National archives was reorganized such as the national center of archival institutions. Principles of registration, classification and compilation, based on the principle of provenance, were established and the system of archivist was introduced.

Two-dimensional hydraulic model experiments on vertical structures were conducted to investigate wave transmission characteristics under irregular wave condition. The formula about transmission coefficient for the vertical structure was suggested and the results were compared with Goda(1969). Since Goda(1969)'s tests were conducted based on regular waves, the results showed the discrepancy with this study. The Goda's results were relatively higher than the results from the present study. An influence parameter was quantitatively suggested in this study to consider the effect of structural design factors such as the width of structures, the water depth, and the wave length on the wave transmission, while Goda(1969) suggested the mean, upper and lower limits of parameters for the vertical wall(d=h). The transmission coefficients and energy conservation for zero-freeboard conditions were analyzed.

The subject of the paper is for the study about the implication and the changes of design and functions in the underwear by the change of the times from late 19c until present time. Researching on documents and magazine's articles, and interviewing with women older than 60s is used for the period of previous 1960s. researching on documents, advertising, newspaper, and interviewing with the persons concerned is used for the period of after 1960s. Analysis showed periodical change in underwear is divided into that the changes of the time is divided into 1890-1950 start to Westernization in underwear, 1957-1969 Ready made in underwear. 1950-1969 Variety in underwear, 1980-1989 Fashioning, functioning in underwear, 1990-present Withdrawing from fundamental notion in underwear. The time of 1890-l950 showed the biggest change in an external form in underwear. In 1950-1969, notions of beauty in underwear ultimately swatch from Oriental sense to Western sense, In 70s, underwear achieved the early stage of fashioning. In 80s, Underwear became one of fashion item. In 90s, underwear achieved higher quality and variety. The basic notion of underwear was destroyed by exposing underwear.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the changes and intended meanings of decorations in women pants. Cross correlation was used to analyze 1829 pictures which appeared in national fashion magazines from 1969 to 2005. Three analysis categories were used: 1. type of decoration, 2. style, 3. fabric. The results of this investigation were as follows: (a) the decoration gave salience to the expressive function on the pants by merging different things, (b) the decoration acted on expressive media of new feminine beauty, and (c) the decoration reflected cultural identity through the addition of elements that represents different cultures or subcultures.
