간호·간병통합서비스병동간호사의 환자안전문화인식, 비판적 사고성향과 환자안전간호활동의 관계 (The Relationships among Awareness of Patient Safety Culture, Critical Thinking Disposition and Patient Safety Nursing Activities of Nurses among Comprehensive Nursing Care Service Ward)

  • 본 논문은 간호 간병통합서비스병동간호사의 환자안전문화인식, 비판적 사고성향과 환자안전간호활동을 파악하고, 환자안전간호활동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고자 하였다. B시 3개 종합병원에서 간호 간병통합서비스병동간호사 150명을 대상으로 2017년 8월 20일부터 9월 10일까지 자료를 수집하였고, SPSS WIN 21.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 간호 간병통합서비스병동간호사의 환자안전문화인식은 $3.32{\pm}0.32$점, 비판적 사고성향은 $3.50{\pm}0.31$점, 환자안전간호활동은 $4.28{\pm}0.46$점으로 나타났다. 환자안전문화인식은 간호 간병통합서비스병동 근무경력(F=4.79, p=.001)에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 비판적 사고성향은 연령(F=3.89, p=.010), 직위(F=6.40, p=.002)에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 환자안전간호활동은 직위(F=3.19, p=.044)에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 간호 간병통합서비스병동간호사의의 환자안전간호활동 영향요인은 병원의 환자안전문화(${\beta}=.25$, p=.014), 상관/관리자의 태도(${\beta}=.20$, p=.046), 직위 ${\beta}=.14$, p=.040)였고, 설명력은 44.4%이었다. 간호 간병통합서비스간호사의 환자안전간호활동을 증진시키기 위해서는 병원의 환자안전문화에 대한 긍정적 인식 조성과 상관/관리자의 지지가 요구된다.

일개 대학 간호학생의 성별, 윤리적 가치관 및 생명의료윤리 특성이 생명의료윤리의식에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Gender, Ethical Values and Characteristics of Biomedical Ethics on the Consciousness of Biomedical Ethics on Nursing Students in one Nursing college)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 일개 대학 간호대학생의 생명의료윤리의식 정도를 검증하기 위한 연구이다. 연구대상은 간호학생 총 266명이며, 자료수집은 2012년 9월 10일부터 10월 5일까지였다. 생명의료윤리의식의 총점 평균은 4점 만점을 기준으로 2.98(${\pm}0.2$)점이었으며, '태아생명권' 점수가 3.27(${\pm}0.5$)로 가장 높은 점수를, '장기이식'에서 2.70(${\pm}0.4$)로 가장 낮은 점수를 보였다. 윤리적 가치관이 매우 확고한 경우 3.06점으로 가장 높았으며(F=3.936, p=.021), 인공임신이 3.21점으로 가장 높은 점수를 나타냈다(F=5.001, p=.007). 성별과 생명의료윤리의식 점수(r=0.180, p=.003), 윤리적 가치관은 정적 상관관계를 보였다(r=0.170, p=.005). 간호대학생의 생명의료윤리의식에 대한 예측 요인은 성별(${\beta}$=0.205, t=3.399, p=<.001)생명과학 발달에 따른 윤리적문제점 증가에 대한 우려(${\beta}$=0.142, t=2.261, p=0.025)와 윤리적 가치관 (${\beta}$=0.189, t=3.119, p=0.002)이었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 간호학생들의 생명의료윤리의식을 높이기 위한 교육 프로그램을 마련하는 데 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • A mixture of sixteen cerebrosides, which comprised four cerebroside molecular species (PL-1 ${\sim}$ PL-4) was separated from the roots of Paeonia lactiflora. The structures of cerebrosides were characterized as $1-O-{\beta}$-D-glucopyranosides of phytosphingosines, which comprised a common long-chain base, (2S,3S,4R,8E/Z)-2-amino-8-octadecene-1,3,4-triol with eight fatty acids or 2-hydroxy fatty acids of varying chain lengths ($C_{16}$, $C_{18}$, $C_{20-26}$) linked to the amino group. Aralia cerebroside and its 8Z isomer (PL-1), $1-O-{\beta}$-D-glucopyranosyl-(2S,3S, 4R,8E/Z)-2-[(2'R)-2'-hydroxytetracosanoylamino]-8-octadecene-1,3,4-triol (PL-2), $1-O-{\beta}$-D-glucopyranosyl-(2S,3S,4R, 8E/Z)-2-[(2'R)-2'-hydroxydocosanoylamino]-8-octadecene-1,3,4-triol (PL-3), and $1-O-{\beta}$-D-glucopyranosyl-(2S,3S,4R, 8E/Z)-2-[(2'R)-2'-hydroxytricosanoylamino]-8-octadecene-1,3,4-triol (PL-4) were identified as major components of these cerebroside molecular species. All the major cerebrosides were shown to be a mixture of geometrical isomers (8E and 8Z) of phytosphingosine-type glucocerebrosides possessing 2R-hydroxy fatty acids. In addition, three ${\beta}-sitosterol$ derivatives and adenosine were also separated. The structures of these isolates have been determined on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic evidence.

Study on Inclusion Complex of Fenbufen with ${\beta}-Cyclodextrin$

  • Inclusion complex formation of fenbufen with ${\beta}-cyclodextrin$ in water and in solid state was comfirmed by solubility method, ultra violet absorption, circular dichroism and infra-red spectroscopies, differential thermal analysis, and X-ray diffractometry. A solid complex of fenbufen with ${\beta}-cyclodextrin$ in 1 : 1 molar ratio was prepared by the freeze-drying method, its dissolution characteristics in water and its analgesic and antiinflammatory effect in mouse or rat were examined. The apparent release of fenbufen from the inclusion complex was significantly improved, hut no significant difference in its analgesic and antiinflammatory effect was found.

  • SiC powder was heated in air over the temperature range of 1100-135$0^{\circ}C$. $\beta$-cristobalite was formed to cover the surfaces of SiC particles by the reaction: $SiC(s)+20_2(g)=SiO_2(s)+CO_2(g)$. It is assumed that the diffusion of oxygen ion through the formed surface layer of $\beta$-cristobalite controls the oxidation of the SiC particles. The diffusion coefficient of oxygen ion through the $\beta$-cristobalite layer was obtained as the following equation: $D=3.84{\times}10^{-17}$exp(-14.7/RT)

Potential Targets for Prevention of Colorectal Cancer: a Focus on PI3K/Akt/mTOR and Wnt Pathways

  • Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most common cancers in many parts of the world. Its development is a multi-step process involving three distinct stages, initiation that alters the molecular message of a normal cell, followed by promotion and progression that ultimately generates a phenotypically altered transformed malignant cell. Reports have suggested an association of the phosphoinositide-3-kinase (PI3K)/Akt pathway with colon tumorigenesis. Activation of Akt signaling and impaired expression of phosphatase and tensin homolog (PTEN) (a negative regulator of Akt) has been reported in 60-70% of human colon cancers and inhibitors of PI3K/Akt signaling have been suggested as potential therapeutic agents. Around 80% of human colon tumors possess mutations in the APC gene and half of the remainder feature ${\beta}$-catenin gene mutations which affect downstream signaling of the PI3K/Akt pathway. In recent years, there has been a great focus in targeting these signaling pathways, with natural and synthetic drugs reducing the tumor burden in different experiment models. In this review we survey the role of PI3K/Akt/mTOR and Wnt signaling in CRC.

규석광으로부터 직접 질화법에 의한 질화규소의 합성 (Synthesis of Si3N4 from Domestic Silica-stone by Direct Nitriding Method)

  • $Si_3$$N_4$ ceramics have been identified as one of the promising structural ceramics. This study has been carried out to investigate of the synthetic behaviors of $Si_3$$N_4$ derived from domestic silica-stone by direct nitriding method. The silicon nitridation reaction has been studied in the temperature range of $1300~1550^{\circ}C$. Below the $1400^{\circ}C$, the nitriding rate was measured to be 16%. For the temperatures higher than the $1400^{\circ}C$, $\beta$-$Si_3$$N_4$ phase was formed mainly, and the nitriding rate showed above 98%. With the increasing of sample weight of silicon powder, the nitriding rate and $\beta$-$Si_3$$N_4$ phase increased at $1400^{\circ}C$ for 2 hours. The shape and particle size of$ Si_3$$N_4$ powder synthesized at $1400^{\circ}C$ for 2 hours showed the irregular angular-type and 10 $\mu\textrm{m}$, respectively.

  • Two new diterpene compounds have been isolate from the roots of Eragrostis ferruginea (Thunb.) Beauv. and their structures were elucidated as isopimara-9(11), 15-0ien-l9-ol-3-one and cassa-13(14), 15-diene-3, 12-dione by various spectroscopic me-thods. We have also isolated a known diterpene diol isopimara-9(11). 15-diene-3$\beta$, 19-dio1.

타이타늄 임프란트 골유착시 TGF-$\beta$와 IGF-I의 발현 (EXPRESSION OF TGF-$\beta$ AND IGF-I DURING OSSEOINTEGRATION OF TITANIUM IMPLANT)

  • Many of the molecular and genotypic events taking place at the osteoblast cell level during bone-implant integration are still largely unknown. The objective of this study was to examine expression patterns of TGF-$\beta$ and IGF-I related genes during bone-implant integration. Titanium implants with machined surface were placed into 8 rabbit tibias. At 3rd, 7th, 14th, 28th day after implantation, the expression pattern of TGF-$\beta$ and IGF-I genes in bone with or without implant was examined using reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). At the same time, histomorphometric analysis was evaluated, respectively. The bone-to-implant contacts (BIC) of experimental groups were 5.2%, 6.2%, 6.6%, 24.6% at 3rd, 7th, 14th, 28th day. This indicated that newly formed bone increased at the implant surface in bone marrow space after implantation. The expressions of TGF-$\beta$ and IGF-I were higher in implantation groups than untreated control groups during all experimental days. The increased expression of TGF-$\beta$ and IGF-I genes may be associated with the increased bone-to-implant contact. This result provided the evidence for existing biologic differences in tissue response after implantation and helped us to understand molecular biologic processes in tissue-implant integration.

발아조건에 따른 보리의 GABA 함량 및 영양성분 변화 (The Effects of Germination Conditions on GABA and the Nutritional Components of Barley)

  • 본 연구에서 보리의 GABA 함량을 높일 수 있는 제조조건(수침과 발아)을 확립하여 GABA 고함유 발아보리를 제조하고, 발아에 의한 영양성분의 변화를 분석하였다. 수분흡수량과 수침용액의 pH는 수침 초기 6시간까지 급격하게 변화하였고, 보리종류 및 수침온도에 따라 약간의 차이를 나타내었다. 보리 원맥의 GABA 함량은 쌀보리 4.1 mg/100 g, 겉보리 1.4 mg/100 g 및 찰보리 2.5 mg/100 g이었으며, $25^{\circ}C$에서 24시간 수침 후에 쌀보리 10.4 mg/100 g, 겉보리 14.1 mg/100 g 및 찰보리 10.9 mg/100 g으로 증가되었다. 한편, 발아보리의 GABA 함량은 쌀보리 15.8 mg/100 g (48시간, $25^{\circ}C$), 겉보리 20.9 mg/100 g(36시간, $15^{\circ}C$) 및 찰보리 14.3 mg/100 g(36시간, $5^{\circ}C$)으로 보리 품종에 따라 발아조건은 다르게 나타났다. 수침과 발아 후에 원맥보다 쌀보리는 3.9배, 겉보리는 14.6배 및 찰보리는 5.8배 GABA 함량이 증가하였다. 발아에 의한 보리의 영양성분 변화는 일반성분에서 원백보다 조지방, 조회분, 무기질 및 ${\beta}$-glucan 함량은 감소하였으며, 지방산 조성에서 원백보다 linoleic acid는 증가하고 oleic acid는 감소하였다. 한편, 보리의 주요 지방산은 linoleic acid와 palmitic acid이었고, ${\beta}$-glucan 함량은 발아에 의하여 쌀보리 0.84배, 겉보리 0.94배 및 찰보리 0.94배 감소하였다.
