To improve the efficiency of wireless channel, IEEE 802.11ac uses the DL MU-MIMO MAC scheme through which an AP transmits multiple frames to different mobile nodes simultaneously. IEEE 802.11ac DL MU-MIMO MAC needs a new step, called as TXOP sharing, between legacy IEEE 802.11n DL SU-MIMO's two operations, the obtaining an EDCA TXOP and the transmitting multiple frames for EDCA TXOP. In the TXOP sharing operation, both wireless channel destinations and frames transmitted for its TXOP period should are determined. So this paper deals with the TXOP sharing for improving IEEE 802.11ac MAC performance. However, the EDCA priority based method mentioned by IEEE 802.11ac standard document not fair among the buffers and the frames of buffers, and occurs in high_loss rate and high_delay about specific buffers. In this paper, we propose a new scheme of the TXOP sharing with sequencing p-AC, s-AC in similar properties, and all S-AC. This method provides a differentiated service without damage of EDCA characteristics.

This research performed to evaluate a production processes reporting by the HACCP system of green vegetable juice products, containing lactic acid bacteria, stage of processing raw materials agricultural products and production facilities of general bacteria and pathogenic micro organism. General bacteria are found from four samples of storage of agricultural products at process stage and water was detected 8.67~14.67 CFU/ml. However, all samples were detected less than 105 CFU/ml as a legal standards after the process of UV sterilization. For the outcome of experiment of E.coli, E.coli O157:H7, B.cereus, L.moonocytogenes, Salmonella spp, Staph.aureus as the food poisoning bacterial, E.coli was detected until UV pre-step process in storage process and B.cereus was detected partly till 1st washing. Since all bacterial, Yeast and Mold are detected in main materials, pre-control method is a necessary to establish for decreasing with a number of initial bacteria of main materials and it is considered to establish the effective ways of washing and sterilization such as production facilities for cross contamination prevention of bacteria and Sthaphylococcus. Based on above results, the process of UV sterilization should be managed with CCP as an important process to reduce or eliminate the general and food poisoning bacterial of green vegetable juice products, including lactic acid bacteria. Therefore, it is considered to need an exhaustive HACCP plan such as control manual of UV sterilization, solution method, verification, education and training and record management.
Korea's water transmission system is operated by the nonpressure flow method that flows from highlands to lowlands due to the nature of Korea with many mountainous areas. In order to store water in the highlands, the water pumps are installed and operated. However, In this process, a lot of electrical energy is consumed. therefore, it is necessary to minimize the energy consumption by optimizing the size and operation schedule of the water pumps. The optimal capacity and operation method of the water pump are affected by the size of the tank (distributing reservoir). Therefore, in order to economically design and operate the water transmission system, it is reasonable to consider both the construction cost of the water pump and the tank and the long-term operation cost of the water pump at the step of determining the scale of the initial facilities. In this study, the optimum design model was developed that can optimize both the optimal size of the water pump and the tank and the operation scheduling of the water pump by using the genetic algorithm (GA). The developed model was verified by applying it to the water transmission systems operated in Korea. It is expected that this study will help to estimate the optimal size of the water pump and the tank in the initial design of the water transmission system.

Recently PBD method, one of acceleration of consolidation methods is used in the soft ground to shorten consolidation time for fast settlement during construction. It is economical and easy to work. Discharge capacity of PBD is sensitive in proportion to thickness of soft ground layer, and drainage of PBD declines due to disturbance effect in surrounding ground by mandrel used for vertical drainage setting and setting machines and type. Also, deviation of discharge capacity is large according to ground condition, construction condition and soil properties. In addition, when embankment loading is not conducted instantly after PBD setting due to rain or lack of embankment material supply, it causes leaving period problems. But cause and analysis of those problems for discharge capacity is lack. So, in this test, ground improvement and discharge capacity is investigated by implementing composite discharge capacity test for analysis of an effect factor of PBD discharge capacity with leaving period. After fixing the vertical drain on a cylindrical cylinder, put churned sample into the cylinder. Then leave 0day, 30day, 60day and 90day. And then, load following the loading step of 30, 70 and 120kPa using a pressure device. As a result, the longer leaving period, discharge capacity is reduced. It is caused by a decrease of discharge area caused by creep transformation moisture absorption of PBD filter after long leaving period.

In general, the line balancing problem is defined as of finding an assignment of the given jobs to the workstations under the precedence constraints given to the set of jobs. Usually, the objective is either minimizing the cycle time under the given number of workstations or minimizing the number of workstations under the given cycle time. In this paper, we present a new type of an assembly line balancing problem which occurs in an electronics company manufacturing home appliances. The main difference of the problem compared to the general line balancing problem lies in the structure of the precedence given to the set of jobs. In the problem, the set of jobs is partitioned into two disjoint subjects. One is called the set of fixed jobs and the other, the set of floating jobs. The fixed jobs should be processed in the linear order and some pair of the jobs should not be assigned to the same workstations. Whereas, to each floating job, a set of ranges is given. The range is given in terms of two fixed jobs and it means that the floating job can be processed after the first job is processed and before the second job is processed. There can be more than one range associated to a floating job. We present a procedure to find an approximate solution to the problem. The procedure consists of two major parts. One is to find the assignment of the floating jobs under the given (feasible) assignment of the fixed jobs. The problem can be viewed as a constrained bin packing problem. The other is to find the assignment of the whole jobs under the given linear precedence on the set of the floating jobs. First problem is NP-hard and we devise a heuristic procedure to the problem based on the transportation problem and matching problem. The second problem can be solved in polynomial time by the shortest path method. The algorithm works in iterative manner. One step is composed of two phases. In the first phase, we solve the constrained bin packing problem. In the second phase, the shortest path problem is solved using the phase 1 result. The result of the phase 2 is used as an input to the phase 1 problem at the next step. We test the proposed algorithm on the set of real data found in the washing machine assembly line.
In this study it was analyzed by 2-D FEM and 3-D FEM to evaluate the ground reinforceing effect of steel pipe reinforced multi -step grouting (SPRG) technique and the behavior of ground in the vicinity using the nonlinear FEM program for the ground condition of alluvium located on the top of tunnel applied by SPRG technique. It was found that the nonlinear 3-D analysis performed better than 2-D analysis in evaluating the usefulness of the SPRG technique, and it was also found that the safety was relatively secured by the stiffness of steel pipe to distribute the concentrated stress in the tunnel faceing. It was reported that the change of settlement on the top of tunnel becomes about 40% of the total expected settlement before tunnel faceing reaches tunnel gauging point, and 60% of the total expected settlement while tunnel facing passes tunnel gauging point and takes a distance about tunnel diameter. With the aid of the SPRG technique the control range of displacement and stress of the ground in the vicinity could be reached up to tunnel top, namely depth ratio from 0.38 to 0.83 or 2D(D : tunnel diameter) before the tunnel facing, and about 20% of settlement control in this particular case was possible.

Purpose: To report the clinical result of the intraarticular calcaneus fracture after open reduction and internal fixation with plate by lateral approach. Materials and Methods: Thirty-six calcaneal fractures of 33 patients(29 men and 4 women) were treated by open reduction and internal fixation using an lateral approach from March, 1997 to May, 2002 and were followed more than one year. The autogenous iliac bone graft was done in 2 cases but the others didn't. Radiographically B?hler angle and Gissane angle on simple lateral radiograph were measured and in the 15 cases, the step-off(gap) of posterior facet joint on post-operative CT images were followed. The Salama method was used for evaluation of clinical results. Results: According to Sanders classification, 19 cases of the 36 cases were classified as type II. Type III fracture were found in 12 cases and type IV in 5 cases. The following results were obtained: twenty-two cases(61.1%) out of 36 cases were estimated as good or excellent. The good results or more were obtained in 15 cases(78.9%) in type II and 7 cases(58.3%) in type ill, but no case in type IV. B?hler angles were improved from preoperative average 1.6?to postoperative average 23.4?, Gissane angle was improved from preoperative 107.2?to postoperative 122.8?, respectively. Among 36 cases, Computed tomography was carried out in 15 cases. The postoperative step-off (gap) of posterior facet joint on computed tomography was filled with cancellous bone. Satifactory results was obtained in 7 cases with 2mm gap or less and in 6 cases of 2-5mm. There were no satifactory results in 2 cases with 5mm gap or more. Conclusion: Open reduction and internal fixation for intra-articular fracture of calcaneus was thought to be a good treatment modality. It is thought that the lateral approach is one of the good one for surgical treatment, and that accurate reduction of the posterior facet, acceptable recovery of B?hler angle are more important to obtain best results.
In 1997, in the course of overcoming economic crisis caused by the shortage of foreign currency there was a significant phenomenon, the irregularization of human labour resources. There was no exception in hospital, either. Most hospitals put a lot of thought to solve the problem about irregular workers. Between employee and employer the problem of irregular workers has been raised as a main topic of all. The objectives of this study were to inspect the actual state of irregular workers and to understand the positive effect of protecting irregular workers, recently established and revised, on the human resources management of hospitals. After enacting irregular labours protection acts there were many opinions that the labour rules of hospitals would be changed.(56.7%). The plan to solve irregular worker's wage issues would he carried out step by step, but some hospitals have not examined the plan yet,(81.9%). Many hospitals had a plan that irregular worker's wage would be actualized in two or three years.(78.3%) The method, to solve the problem of irregular workers arc as follows: 1) the introduction of functional wage system, 2) the convert from automatic rising wage system to annual wage system, 3) the incentive grade system according to management result, 4) lower functional group wage system, 5) non-term contract wage system. From the point of the opening medical market and securing competitive power of hospitals, it is prospected that irregular works would be increased also in future. So to manage irregular workers effectively would be essential in maintain hospital's competitive power and improve medical service. The result, of this study were a, follow: (1) In hospital, the ratio of irregular workers in hospitals was lower than that of all irregular workers in Korea. (2) In hospital, the wage level of irregular workers was higher than that of irregular workers in Korea. (3) In hospital, the social insurance application ratio of irregular workers was higher than that of all workers in Korea. (4) In hospital, there seems to be no appropriate and active measures to improve labour condition of irregular workers, yet. (5) In many hospitals, the policy of irregular workers would be expected to revised for the law standards. In this study the actual conditions and problems of irregular workers were proposed and it was expected to contribute decisions-making in hospital management, especially when using human resources.
The uranium(VI) complexes with new unsaturated macrocyclic ligands of cryptand types and the neodymium(III) complexes with cryptand 222 and DBC ligands have been investigated polarographically in dimethylsulfoxide solvent. The reduction states, electron numbers involved in the reduction process, effects of the added acid on the polarograms of complexes, and the mechanisms of the reduction electrode reactions have been examined. The stability constants and mole-ratio of new complexes were also obtained by polarographic method. The reaction of ligands was controlled by the diffusion in the reduction with four electrons at a step, whereas the redox reaction with six electrons at three steps in $UO_2\;^{2+}$ complexes with macrocyclic ligands and the redox reaction with one electron at a step in $Nd^{3+}$ complexes with cryptand 222 and DBC have been observed. The imine ligands formed stable complexes with uranium(VI) above pH 7.0, and the neodymium(III) complexes with cryptand 222 and DBC ligands were stable above pH 4.0.
Background: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of the Motivational Interviewing (MI) based communication training for third-year nursing students. Methods: This study use a quasi-experimental design with pre and post-test to evaluate a 4-hour MI based communication training. This training was offered to 35 third-year nursing students who were participating in elective psychiatric nursing clerkship course. Each student completed pre and post questionnaire which includes assessment of motivational interviewing skills as measured by Helpful Response Questionnaire (HRQ). Also confidence (5 items) in using MI based communication knowledge and core skills were included. Data were independently analyzed by two coders and blindly rated the pre and post HRQ self-reported responses. Data were analyzed using paired t-test, descriptive analysis. Results: Nursing students showed increasing use of reflection (4.10~5.67, p<.001), decreasing use of closed-ended question (2.00~0.73, p<.001), road blocks (2.94~0.64, p<.001), and improve in depth of reflection (12.79~20.86 p<.001). But they did not show significant changes in open-ended question (2.01~2.33, p=.257). Confidence in the interview has increased overall, except for reflecting. The overall satisfaction with the training was quite high, and the most helpful training method was group and individual feedback. Conclusions: This study provides evidences that 4 hour-training is effective in core skills such as reflection and depth of reflection, and also confidence in interviews. It is necessary to develop step-by-step training modules to enhance undergraduate communication skills. It is necessary to develop an effective training strategy focused on students' confidence in open-ended questions and reflection.
