본 연구는 구급대원의 스트레스대응과 현장충격스트레스가 신체적 증상에 어떤 영향을 주는지를 증명하고자 하였다. 소방공무원 970명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 하였고, 자료수집은 2007년 1월부터 12월까지 실시하였으며, 자료분석은 SPSS 14.0과 AMOS 7.0 통계패키지를 사용하였다. 스트레스 대응이 신체적 증상에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 스트레스 대응 1(p<.001), 4(p<.01), 2(p<.05) 순서로 신체적 증상 1에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 스트레스 대응 1(${\beta}$=.302), 4(${\beta}$=121)이 높을수록, 스트레스 대응 2(${\beta}$=-.070)이 낮을수록 신체적 증상1이 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 스트레스 대응이 신체적 증상 1을 설명하는 설명력의 정도는 16.5%이었다. 스트레스 대응 1(p<.001), 3(p<.001), 4(p<.001) 순서로 신체적 증상 2에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 스트레스 대응 1(${\beta}$=.261), 3(${\beta}$=129), 4(${\beta}$=129)가 높을수록 신체적 증상2가 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 스트레스 대응이 신체적 증상2를 설명하는 설명력의 정도는 16.3%이었다. 스트레스 대응 1(p<.001), 4(p<.001), 2(p<.05) 순서로 신체적 증상3에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 스트레스 대응 1(${\beta}$=.238), 4(${\beta}$=156)이 높을수록, 스트레스 대응 2(${\beta}$=-.081)이 낮을수록 신체적 증상 3이 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 스트레스 대응이 신체적 증상 3을 설명하는 설명력의 정도는 13.1%이었다.

Manipulation arguments purport to show that source freedom is incompatible with determinism. According to manipulation arguments, (1) intuitively, an agent manipulated in a certain manner to do A is not free, and (2) there is no significant difference between manipulation and determination. It follows that an agent determined to do A is not free. A compatibilist hard-line reply ('HR') denies (1), whereas a soft-line reply ('SR') denies (2). HR, which is arguably compatibilists' favorite, is assessed from the 'neutral stance.' HR turns out to fall short of adequately rejecting manipulation arguments. Recently Sartorio defends HR by claiming that (1) commits some sort of psychological fallacy. I argue that it does not work. I claim that SR is more promising. I examine the difference between intentional manipulation by design and ordinary determination. I argue that this difference suggests some determination scenario without intentional manipulation to which SR and manipulation arguments make different predictions, and that SR is better supported. Finally, incompatibilist objections are considered and replied.

과거에는 보안디바이스의 안전성을 탑재된 암호알고리즘의 안전성에 의존하였다. 하지만 부채널 분석을 통해 암호알고리즘의 안전성과는 별개로 부채널 정보에 의한 보안디바이스의 물리적 취약성이 존재함이 밝혀졌다. 이러한 보안디바이스의 물리적 취약성을 보완하기 위해서는 최소 2차 상관전력분석에 대한 대응법이 간구되어야 한다. 최근 2차 상관전력분석에 대한 실용적인 대응법으로 1차 마스킹과 셔플링을 혼합한 방법을 많이 활용하고 있다. 하지만 1차 마스킹과 셔플링이 혼합된 부채널 대응법을 1차 상관전력분석으로 분석하였을 경우, 특이한 피크가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 마스킹과 셔플링이 혼합된 부채널 대응법을 1차 상관전력분석으로 분석하였을 때, 특이한 피트가 발생함을 실험적으로 확인하였고, 그 피크 발생 원인을 소개한다. 뿐만 아니라, 피크 발생 정보를 추가적인 부채널 분석 정보로 활용할 수 있는 방법을 소개한다.

인터넷침해사고대응지원센터(KISC)에서는 2003년 1원 25일에 있었던 인터넷의 접속 불능 사태의 재발을 방지하기 위하여 기존의 한국정보보호진흥원(KISA)내의 해킹바이러스 상담지원센터를 확대 개편하여 KISC글 개소하여 운영하고 있다. 본 고에서는 KISC 개소 1주년을 맞이하여 운영현황 및 주요 인터넷 침해사고 대응 사례를 살펴보고, 개선점을 찾고자 한다.

이 논문의 목적은 문맥과 해석이 1 대 1 대응을 갖는 것을 입증하는 것이다. 먼저, 문맥이 등위접속문의 처리시간을 단축하는 것을 입증하기 위하여 두 차례에 걸쳐서 실험을 실시하였다. 실험 결과는 문맥이 등위접속문의 처리시간을 단축하는 것을 입증한다. 실험 결과의 논의에서는 등위접속문의 처리시간을 단축하는 문맥효과를 해석과 연결하여 살펴본다. 첫째로, 문맥은 등위접속문의 수없이 많은 가능한 해석 중에서 하나의 가능한 해석만을 선택한다. 즉, 문맥은 해석 선택 장치로서 등위 접속문의 처리 시간을 단축한다. 둘째로, 문맥은 등위접속문의 연역과정을 단축하는 효과를 갖는다. 즉, 문맥은 추론제거장치로서 등위접속문의 처리시간을 단축한다. 해석선택장치로서의 문맥과 추론제거장치로서의 문맥은 문맥과 해석이 1 대 1 대응을 갖는 것을 보여준다.

Recently, scale and complexity of disaster are increasing by natural social factor, and there is limit for emergency response by single agency thereby. Therefore, when multi-agency conduct a response for disaster together at the scene, they need preparation for joint response in the advance for systematic mutual cooperation. Preparedness consist of various factors such as planning, securing of Organizations and resource, continuous education and training. This paper focus on emergency response plan and examine the existing state and problem of various plans and manuals. Also submit development way for establishing emergency response plan that had effectiveness through the foreign case analysis.

This study presents the flow response and habitat region of the aquatic plants in the urban streams. Phragmites japonica, Phragmites communis, Miscanthus sacchariflorus, Persicaria blumei and Persicaria thunbergii were selected as for typical plants. Flow response and habitat region were determined by flow velocity/depth and vegetation growth. Stages for flow response of the aquatic plants were classified into stable, recovered, damaged and swept away. Criteria between the recovered and damaged stage was determined by the bending angle of $30{\sim}50^{\circ}$. Capability against flow was high in the order of Phragmites japonica, Phragmites communis, Miscanthus sacchariflorus, Persicaria blumei and Persicaria thunbergi. Phragmites japonica and Phragmites communis were capable of coping with flow depth 0.9 m, flow velocity 1.5 m/s and with flow depth 1.0 m, flow velocity 0.9 m/s, respectively. Miscanthus sacchariflorus was capable within the region of flow depth 1.0 m and flow velocity 0.6 m/s. Persicaria blumei and Persicaria thunbergii were less capable than the other aquatic plants and were vulnerable exceeding the water depth of 1.0 m. Habitat regions by the flow response of each plants were suggested.

최근 각종 언론매체에 2000년(Y2K)문제에 관한 보도가 부쩍 늘었다. 2000년 1월 1일에 비행기 타기가 겁난다는 이야기가 있는가 하면 미사일과 의료장비가 오동작하여 제어불능이 되지나 하지 않을까 하는 걱정. 특히 금융거래 불능에 따른 사회혼란과 국가 신인도 하락 등의 이야기가 들린다. 이런 일들은 Y2K문제에 대한 대응을 소홀히 할 때 충분히 예측 가능한 위험이다. '훈련 때 흘린 땀 한 방울이 전시의 피 한 방울을 대신한다.'는 격언이 생각나는 상황이다. 현재의 대응노력 여하에 따라 피해의 규모가 결정된다고 하겠다. 본 고에서는 은행권의 Y2K 대응상황을 간략히 정리해 보았다.
