In this paper, to detect external sound frequency on the latticed structure, fiber optic sensor net using Sagnac interferometer was fabricated and tested. The latticed structure fabricated with dimension of 50cm in width and 50cm in height, the optical fiber, 50m in length, distributed and fixed on the latticed structure. Single mode fiber, a laser with 1,550nm in wavelength, 2${\times}$2 coupler were used. External sound signal applied to the fiber optic sensor net and the detected optical signals were compared and analyzed to the detected microphone signals against time and frequency domain. Based on the experimental results, fiber optic sensor net using Sagnac interferometer detected external sound frequency, effectively. This system can be expanded to the structural health monitoring system.

The market in the 21st century has drastically changed due to the advances of digital technology. This could be represented by the key words prosumer, do-it-yourself, mass customization, and so on. The net generation is in the center of change and nowadays teenage groups wearing school uniforms is a part of this generation. Therefore the current school uniform hardly fits their tastes and demands. This study aims to provide the fundamental information for developing the school uniforms for the net generation based on the study of the characteristic of net generation and questionnaires targeted at high school students regarding the current school uniform.

This paper is intended to investigate the Build-up Method of SCM(Supply Chain Management) Connection applying EC Standard. SCM helps companies plan and supply to meet customer demand. SCM is the only solution available today that enables an organization to strategize, plan and execute a company's buy, make, move, store, fulfill and service business processes across multiple enterprises for total profitability. The research of modern scientists has thrown new light on the subject. However, the study of SCM for EC Standard has been strangely neglected by critics. Consequently, existing SCM systems, which require to introduce the functions of EC, need to be changed. Summarizations of the main points that have been analyzed in this paper are as follows:. the sharing information for connection and the Rosetta-net standard of the existing SCM system(Order management module(PIP 3A4) of the Rosetta-net specifications for connection by the Rosetta-net). Finally, it shows the process of the gateway for connecting among the existing SCM systems.

최근의 자연어 처리 분야의 연구들에서 광범위하고 완전한 어휘 지식 베이스의 필요성이 입증되었다. 영어권의 경우, 이에 대한 연구가 오래 전부터 있어 왔고, 그 결과로 현재 주로 사용되고 있는 개념체계에는 Roget's Thesaurus와 WordNet 등이 있다. 이러한 개념체계들은 자연어 처리의 여러 응용 분야에서 중요한 역할을 담담하고 있지만, 다른 언어의 경우 널리 사용되고 있는 개념체계가 없는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 Princeton 대학의 WordNet을 기반으로 한영 사전과 국어 사전을 이용하여 한국어 명사의 개념체계를 자동으로 구축함으로써, 이미 구축되어진 다른 언어의 개념체계를 이용하여 새로운 언어의 개념체계를 자동으로 구축할 수 있음을 보인다. 먼저 한영 사전과 국어 사전으로부터 뽑아낸 한국어 단어 일부의 의미를 다양한 WSD(Word Sense Disambiguation) 방법을 적용시켜 WordNet의 synset에 자동으로 연결시킬 수 있음을 보인다. 그리고 각각의 자동변환으로 나온 결과들에 대해서 적용율과 정확도를 비교하도록 한다.

In this paper I examined economies and implications of "Net Neutrality" and Internet Freedom. It is argued that mandating Net Neutrality would be likely to reduce economic welfare. Instead, the government should focus on creating competition in the broadband market by liberalizing more spectrum and reducing entry barriers created by certain local regulations. In cases where a broadband provider can exercise market power the government should use its antitrust enforcement authority to police anti-competition behavior. To assure Net Neutrality, it is needed to make sure of fair competition and to facilitate flexible prices. Especially it is needed to invest consistently to the sector of Network.

Binary CDMA네트워크에서는 네트워크 각 엔터티들의 네트워크 자원을 마스터 스테이션이 관리하므로 마스터 스테이션의 관리 범위한계를 경계로 하는 Pico-net내에서만 통신이 이루어질 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 제한을 극복하여 보다 광역적인 네트워크에 Binary CDMA를 응용할 수 있는 방안으로서 네트워크를 Cell단위로 분할하여 다중의 Pico-net들로 구분하고 각 Pico-Cell에 고유의 네트워크 주소체계를 만들어 Pico-Cell간에 데이터를 중계하는 기능을 가지는 Binary CDMA 라우터 장치의 고안방법에 대하여 제시하였다.

Component-based development approach is used in modern software system development projects that are very complex and large-scale. Technical components are more effective rather than business components in software development. However, on the Microsoft .net environment, the technical component-based development issues are not adopted. Moreover, software architecture on the .net environment is not studied yet because the development platform is recently used in the development of enterprise-level system. This paper proposes a technical component-based software architecture on .net environment. Seven technical components - configuration, data access, exception, file I/O, log, message, and paging - are contained in the architecture. The proposed architecture enables developers to reduce development time and to concentrate business logic rather than architectural issues. To verify the proposed architecture and the components, a partner management system is developed based on the architecture.

The workgroup of IEEE 802 proposed the IEEE 802.16 standard, also known as WiMAX, to provide broadband wireless access (BWA). The standard specifies two operational modes, one is popular PMP mode, and the other is optional mesh mode. In the mesh mode, the network entry process-NetEntry is the pivotal procedure for mesh network topology formulation and thus, influences the accessibility of whole mesh network. Unfortunately, the NetEntry process suffers from the hidden neighbor problem, in which new neighborship emerges after a new node comes in and results in possible collisions. In this paper, we propose a new SN-protected NetEntry process to address the problem. Simulation results show that the new proposed NetEntry process is more stable compared with the standard-based NetEntry process.

This study was conducted to define the effects of color of polyethylene (P.E.) net shading on the meteorological conditions under the shading growth status, photosynthesis and saponin contents of ginseng plant. Red and blue polyethylene net shading (4 fold) showed a good light intensity of ginseng growth, but red one not only increased air temperature but also resulted in early defoliation. Photosynthetic rate of ginseng leaves was increased in order of red, blue and black shade, Root yield and saponin contents were significantly increased red and blue net as compared with those of common straw shading. Blue color appeared to be most recommendable.

The characteristics and prediction model for the shear strength of unsaturated residual soils was studied. In order to investigate the influence of the net normal stress on the shear strength, unsaturated triaxial tests and SWCC tests were carried out varying the net normal stress, and the experimental data for unsaturated shear strength tests were compared with predicted shear strength envelopes using existing prediction models. It was shown that the soil - water characteristic curve and the shear strength of the unsaturated soil varied with the change of the net normal stress. Therefore, to achieve a truly descriptive shear strength envelope for unsaturated soils, tile effect of the normal stress on the contribution of matric suction to the shear strength has to be taken into consideration. In this paper, a modified prediction model for the unsaturated shear strength was proposed.
