Literary works such as poems, novels, and plays recorded between the 13th and 20th centuries covered in 10 literary studies in this study were investigated and analyzed. The survey methods include general and outline sections, literary genre sections, period sections, and keyword review. As a result of the analysis, most of the literature studies corresponded to details including author theory. They were concentrated on the novel and poem, and mainly dealt with 20th century literary works. In addition, the relationship between death, life patterns, well-dying, and well-aging inherent in literary works was identified. It was the concept of a whole set and a subset. In conclusion, this study has a limitation in studying literary works at a specific period. Nevertheless, we examined the nature of well-aging in life as a hope to secure a prospect from Korean literature. And this study recognized the nature of well-dying in death and meaningful death as a rite of passage derived from Korean literature. In the future, it is expected to contribute to the realization of well-dying, well-aging, and application of convergence research in Korean society in the 21st century.

  • This study is to focus on an innate creative 'spirituality' of Weimar Bauhaus' pedagogical thoughts and their backgrounds. In particular, this notes three elements of Universal mysticism, Orientalism in early Bauhaus including Expressionism, and Froebelian Education as the more practical among the romantic legacies as a source of modernism. Arguably, through these researches, just as the expressionists represent the crystallization of glass as the spirit, the important that should be noticed is explained as the fact that a panentheistic Idea of matter and spirit as a whole had been spreading to be recognized consciously or unconsciously; in other words, this awakening as dualistic monism might be one of the greatest peculiarities of modernity, and, as the fact that the universal thought and principle of 'panentheism' emphasizing a 'divine' artistic volition which is immanent in the individual is implanted first of all fundamentally by Froebelian educational influences.

  • As a food ingredient, the extract has been proven of its antioxidant properties and safe to be consumed. It's increased antioxidant activity was evaluated by comparing its activity to the complex extract of fruits and vegetables, which is known to exhibit both antioxidant and physiological activities. In this experiment, after pre-heat treatment process, the increased antioxidant extract showed 41% of DPPH radical scavenging activity. The remarkable antioxidant activity of the produced extract will become useful in creating cosmetic or health products.

  • This study focuses on an innate 'spiritual' quality of arts including building art, or a meaning of the religious philosophy of 'creativity-art'. In particular, this focuses, among two aspects in roots of modernism, especially on the irrational facet veiled by the name of 'a new' religious faith, rather than the rational such as the function. In fact, although modern Avant-gardes' religious philosophical faiths called by different names respectively have generally considered as one of the sources for their designs, nevertheless it had veiled because of the religious 'orthodoxy power' at that time. Arguably, as known well, the creativity of art is intimate relation with a religious ideas. Thus, for this purpose, this study treats this theme in central these three issues; Orientalism, Universalism, and Froebelianism which are intimate in the realm of religious philosophy. Ultimately, through a research on the universal religious philosophy in all three objects as keeping a quality not of pantheism but of 'Panentheism' emphasizing the individual's 'divine' artistic volition, this study deepens the understanding on the Creativity-art as the main characteristic of modernity. Namely, it is very important to draw a distinction between pantheism and Panentheism; because, through the pantheism, it is difficult to comprehend a stream and a characteristic of the twentieth new religious thoughts including those of modern avant-garde artists, as well as their existential free-will as a whole.

  • This study starts with the premise that many problematic situations in modern society can seriously damage personal feelings and that this phenomenon can create anxiety in individuals and society. In order to address such anxiety in individuals and society, we would like to propose measures to heal emotions. Accordingly, 270 research trends related to emotions studied from 2005 to 2020 will be analyzed to establish the direction of future research on emotion healing. As a result of analyzing the trends of healing papers, active healing studies have been conducted since 2010, but reading and writing healing through specific academic societies has been the main focus. Theoretical research accounted for a large portion, and emotional research was steadily conducted. Although healing methods are expanding to various topics, they have not been commercialized as specific methods. As a result, we hope that concrete research to heal individual emotions will be expanded and measures to implement a stable future society will be proposed.

  • This study examines the effectiveness of the study through a case of PBL (problem-based learning) class conducted in a balanced culture course called at 00 - University in the second semester of 2020. The effects we can achieve through learning are as follows: First, problem-based learning (PBL) has sufficient active interaction between the teacher and the learner. Second, PBL learning can actively utilize various problems that fit the characteristics of the subject and actively utilize the process of role sharing and collaboration. Third, critical perceptions of problem situations can be extended. The limitations identified in this class case are, first, the nature of the subject, "Understanding Culture and Philosophy," which makes it possible to discuss the global cultural phenomenon, but it should be discussed in terms of philosophy. Second, it is not easy to work as a team on non-face-to-face online.

  • This study conducted a preliminary survey to study humanities healing methods for college students. Based on the student survey, we would like to present the research direction of humanities healing and find an appropriate humanities healing method. For quantitative analysis, 10 questions were constructed, focusing on BPS-Modell, Bio, Psycho, and Sozio of life. In the question of the Bio, 50% of the students said they understood their body, mind, and will and acted accordingly, but 20% of the students showed that their actions according to their body, mind, and will did not fit. In the question of Psycho, more than 50% of students said they communicated well with their inner selves, but less than 20% of students did not. In the question of Sozio of life, more than 60% of students form a social network well, but about 10% of students have very low attitudes or meanings toward life. The ultimate purpose of humanities is 'happiness', and the purpose of human life is also 'happiness'. We hope that the power of positivity to realize a stable future society and improve the quality of life will be expanded through humanities healing.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of elderly motorcycle accidents according to data from elderly inpatients to prepare prevention measures for the elderly against injury in motorcycle accidents. Chi-squared test, independent sample t-test, and canonical correlation analysis were performed on the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency's National Hospital Discharge In-depth Injury Survey data from 2015 to 2019, from which the records of 1,384 elderly inpatients hospitalized because of motorcycle accidents were obtained. intracranial injury(S06) was the most common care and treatment characteristic for both age groups. The most frequent injury site was the head and neck, and the most frequent injury type was a fracture. The above findings show that prevention education and policy formulation at the national level are necessary to identify and manage the factors of elderly motorcycle accidents. This study provides basic data for developing measures and policies to prevent and reduce injuries, making it significant for public health causes.
