과학기술처(최형섭장관)는 1977년도 전국민의 과학화 추진계획을 3월25일 발표하였다. 1973년 박정히 대통령의 유시에 따라 추진되어온 이 운동은 그 목표를 첫째 과학기술에 대한 국민들의 인식앙양에 두고 있으며 둘째 전국민의 사고와 생활습성을 과학화 하고 셋째 과학기술개발에 전국민의 역량을 집결 참여시키는데 두고 있다 또한 이 운동은 정부, 과학기술계, 산업계, 매스콤 등 범국민적 참여하에 새마을운동과 상호 유기적인 협조로 추진되고 있으며 년차별 시행계획과 실천 등은 과학기술처가 총괄하게 되어있으며 구체적사업은 제시된 방향(과기처 발표) 따라 기관이나 부처별로 추진된다. 한편 과기처는 각부처에 5개항의 협조요망사항을 전달한바 있다 그 내용을 보면 소속훈련기관에 과학화 과정의 설치와 교육자료의 상호교환, 각종행사에 있어 연구기관 및 산업관찰 권장, 잡지 등에 과학화 정신 반영과 모든 제품의 용도 효능 생활소비품등을 상술한 과학적 판단자료 제공을 장려하도록 되어있다

In business training, the biggest change through training plan, choosing trainees and conducting the training has been on education environment by information system. These changes are to attain effective learning based on the customer not the supplier. However there are still passive operation on the companies' strategic training course. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to offer alternatives for the difficulties on educational training operation and to find the way for effective operation.

컴퓨터 가상현실 기술은 반복적인 교육과 훈련을 필요로 하는 의료 시뮬레이션 분야에 도입되어 시술 훈련, 수술 계획 및 수술 시뮬레이션 등의 영역에 응용되고 있다. 3차원적 가시화나 네비게이션에 치중하던 기존의 의료 시뮬레이션에 보다 현실감을 증진시키기 위해서는 인체 해부학적 기관의 변형성과 사용자와 대상 기관 사이의 물리적인 상호작용이 반영되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 2차원 및 3차원 마우스만을 사용하던 상호작용 환경을 개선하여 시술 동작시 물리적인 역감을 전달받을 수 있는 햅틱 인터페이스를 도입하고. 보다 현실감 있는 시각적 디스플레이를 위해 햅틱 워크벤치를 사용하였다. 사용자의 햅틱 인터페이스 조작에 따른 가상 인체 기관의 물리적 변형 및 이에 따른 물리적 역감은 삼각메쉬를 이용한 매스-스프링 모델을 사용하여 구현하였고. 가상 시술 도구와 가상 인체 기관와의 빠른 충들 감지를 위해서는 OBBTree를 적용하였다.

SOLAS, SAR 등 국제협약에서는 선박에서 발생할 수 있는 비상상황에 대비할 수 있도록 규정하고 있다. 이를 위해 선박소유자는 선박 안전관리체제를 수립하고, 선장은 비상배치표를 게시하고 훈련을 실시하고 있으며, 수색구조 기관에서는 위기관리 계획을 수립하고 지속적으로 훈련을 수행하고 있다. 이러한 비상대비 절차들은 경험자들과 전문가들이 모여 작성하였으나, 실제 이를 위한 정량적인 평가방법은 미비한 실정이다. 이 연구에서는 기존의 비상대응 절차를 분석하여 시나리오를 작성하고 평가 모델을 구축하기 위한 기초연구를 수행한다.

최근 컴퓨터 해킹이 커다란 사회적 문제로 대두되고 있다. 물론 시스템 보호를 위한 많은 상용 제품들이 존재하지만, 침입피해 상황에서는 대부분의 경우, 시스템 관리자의 현장 경험에 의존하는 실정이다. 따라서 시스템 관리자는 기존의 침입에 관한 해결방법 뿐만 아니라, 새로운 위협들에 대한 대처방안을 항상 준비 하여야 한다. 이러한 침입상황을 시스템 관리자들에게 교육하기 위하여, 본 논문에서는 모의 훈련환경을 설계하고 구현하였다. 본 시스템의 특징은 우선, 지식베이스로부터 동적으로 생성되는 학습 주제들로 이루어진 교과 과정을 학습자에게 제시한다. 학습자에 의해 선택된 학습 주제는 학습목표로 간주되고, 이 주제는 교수 계획에 의해 다수의 임무(mission)들을 생성한다. 학습자는 각 임무에서 주어진 상황을 가상의 UNIX명령어들을 직접 사용하여 모의 실험해 봄으로써 임무 완수에 필요한 지식을 숙지할 수 있게 된다. 시스템은 임무 완수에 요구되는 해 경로(solution paths)를 유지함으로써, 학습자의 문제 해결 과정을 감독할 수 있고, 도움을 요구하거나 실수를 할 때 적절한 힌트를 제공한다. 시스템은 웹 기반의 클라이언트/서버 구조로 설계되어, 학습자는 브라우저만으로도 학습이 가능하고, 자바 애플릿으로 이루어진 가상 운영체제 하에서 직접 침입대처 상황을 학습 할 수 있다.

정보시스템의 효율적 도입 및 운영 등에 관한 법률을 제정하여 정부부처 및 공공 기관의 EA 법제화를 의무화하였고 국방부는 '06년 자원아키텍처 구축을 시작으로 전장 및 정보환경 아키텍처 등 국방아키텍처 구축사업을 수행하고 있으나, 전장아키텍처 구축시 연습^훈련분야 기능이 제외되어 별도의 워게임 아키텍처 구축이 요구되었습니다. 한국군의 실전적 합동^연합연습 및 훈련지원을 보장하고 국방 및 전장아키텍처 이행계획에 대한 효과적인 검증도구로 활용할 수 있는 합동워게임아키텍처 구축을 위하여 현 워게임 체계에 대한 현황 파악을 파악하고 합동워게임아키텍처 구축에 대해서 제언하였다.

최근 국내외 국방여건은 국방예산의 감소에 대한 압박이 증가되고 있는 반 미래전장 양상에 효과적으로 대처할 수 있는 최첨단 무기의 확보에 대한 또한 증가되고 있는 현실이다. 이에 세계 각국은 국방모의체계(DM&S: Defense Modeling and Simulation)가 합리적인 국방분석에 의한 의사결정, 훈련효과의 극대화, 효율적인 무기체계 획득을 가능케 하는 효율적인 수단임을 인식하고, 자국의 여건에 적합한 국방모의분석 종합계획을 수립하고 하지만 국내에서는 국방모의분석에 대한 투자와 활용이 미흡한 실정이며, 현재 운용중인 대부분의 모형들도 국외에서 개발된 모형을 도입하여 군사력 평가와 훈련분야에 제한적으로 활용하고 있다. 그러나 국내에서도 1990년도 후반부터 독자적인 모형개발과 활용에 대한 필요성을 인식하고 이에 대한 투자가 제한적이나마 강조되고 있다. 본 고는 국내 국방모의분석 환경을 분석하고 한국여건에 적합한 국방모의분석 체계의 기반을 구축하기 위한 종합발전 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

In this study, the vision and goal of librarian education and training were designed by reflecting the changes in the internal and external environment of the library and the human resource development (HRD) trend in order to prepare a mid- to long-term development plan for librarian education and training. To design the vision and goal of librarian education and training, redefining the necessity, goals, mission, and role of librarian education and training, and seeking strategies to realize the vision and goal of librarian education and training. Core competency and national competency standards (A detailed implementation plan was prepared for the development of NCS) - based educational operation guidelines. First, when analyzing domestic and foreign prior research and literature, the future librarian is a person with competencies that includes first, creative convergence, second, communication and cooperation, third, leading professional, and fourth, empathic and inclusive talent. It was identified that education and training should be established based on The curriculum according to the library's future talents and core competencies should be presented in the following process model, and the librarian competencies for each type of creative convergence type, communication cooperation type, leading professional type, and empathy and inclusive type should be derived, and It was identified that the education direction should be set in the direction of designing a curriculum for job competency improvement by setting the job competency according to the requirements.

This study is a basic study to improve responsiveness in the event of a disaster in the landside area of the Airport Passenger Terminal, and it investigated the airport emergency plan and the status of emergency response in the event of a disaster by the airline's ground staff. The Airport Emergency Plan examined the airport evacuation plan of Korea's Gimpo Airport and Japan's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport, confirming that the domestic airport emergency plan was not specific. In addition, a survey of 100 airline ground employees working at check-in counters found that 69% of the respondents were unaware of their role in disaster situations, 90% were not educated in emergency response and 98% were not trained in disaster training in landside areas. Cross-analysis confirmed significant results in the safety of the airport where the service life worked and whether it was a role in the event of a disaster. Therefore, it is suggested that the airport emergency response plan should be improved to improve the ability to respond to disaster sites in the landside area of the airport passenger terminal and that the airline's ground staff should be educated and trained to enhance disaster response.
