본 연구는 가상현실을 이용하여 교통사고 후 경험하게 되는 불안감 및 공포감과 같은 심리적인 후유 장애에 대한 치료 프로그램을 개발하기 위한 예비 연구로 수행되었다. 가상현실을 통한 교통사고 후유장애 프로그램의 핵심내용이 되는 운전 주행 시나리오의 효과를 검증하고 이완훈련 등의 불안감소훈련의 효과를 피험자를 통해 검증해보았다. 총 8명 피험자(정상인 7명, 교통사고 환자1명)를 대상으로 세 가지 주행상황 시나리오를 제시하고 이후 이완훈련을 실시하였다. 그 결과 이완훈련 후 유의미한 불안감소 효과가 나타났다. 하지만 각각의 주행상황에 따라서 불안이 증가되는 경향성은 나타났으나 통계적으로 유의미한 수준에 이르지는 못하였다. 이를 종합하여 볼 때, 주로 정상인을 대상으로 한 연구임에도 불안유발경향성이 나타난 점들은 고무적이나 교통사고자를 대상으로 한 경험적인 증명이 필요하며, 가상현실을 이용한 이완훈련은 효과적인 것으로 판명되었다.

The purpose of this thesis is to introduce the alternative method of the new training program for film acting and directing. Recently in Korea, acting in movies has become a trend and broadcasting still depicts reality. But men of the theater is usually privileged getting the most acting education offered by the theater training program. They also is hardly teach about acting's directing for film directors. So I thought of establishing a new training program for film acting and acting's directing. I made two short films , that I had practical training program for film acting as practical text. This program applied partially 'Atude' that Stanislavsky devised for theater acting practice, and referred to 'Method Acting System' that Lee Strasberg made for film acting at the Actors Studio. Another main point of this program is camera use. That training program can be attended not only by actors but also by director and film staff. Through this thesis, I wish to prove my new training program for film acting and acting directing. The focus of this training is to target a better execution according to the group you belong to whether amateur group, associate professionals, professional actors.

최근 LNG 선박에 승무할 인력의 심각한 부족이 예상되고 있는 가운데, 국내는 물론 국외에서도 인력양성을 위한 교육훈련센터의 개설 등 활발한 움직임이 보이고 있다. 그러나 이러한 LNG 교육훈련센터에서는 독자적으로 개발한 교육훈련 프로그램에 입각하여 교육생을 모집하고 있으며, 따라서 세계적으로 통일된 높은 수준의 교육훈련을 기대하기 어려운 실정이다. 이 발표에서는 국제해사대학연합의 LNG 활동의 일환으로 추진된 아시아 LNG 교육훈련센터의 개요와 센터에서 개발된 표준 교육 훈련 프로그램에 대하여 설명하고자 하며, 이러한 교육훈련과정이 향후 전 세계 LNG 교육훈련의 표준을 정립하는데 초석이 되도록 노력하고자 한다.

최근 연평도 포격사건과 같은 북한의 무력공격이나 고밀집시설의 대규모화에 따른 재난사고, 한반도의 기후 온난화 영향에 따른 자연재해에 의한 화생방(CBRNE)피해와 구조 활동의 제약 등으로 인한 막대한 인명 및 재산 피해가 발생가능성과 국외적으로는 911테러, 7.7런던테러 등 다양한 테러사건이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 화생방테러에 총괄적으로 대응하는 노력은 시급한 국가적 과제로 대두되고 있다. 이에 대한 피해저감방안으로 불특정 다수에게 일어날 수 있는 화생방테러에 맞서 교육훈련 프로그램 개발이 필요하여, 본 연구에서는 국내외 화생방 훈련프로그램 분석을 통하여 한국형 화생방 프로그램 컨텐츠를 인지, 기초, 중급, 고급과정으로 구분하여 국내 실정에 맞는 프로그램을 제안하고자 한다.

최근 항공산업은 항공 기술과 운항환경의 발달로 상당히 안전화되었으나, 인적요인(Human Factor)에 의한 사고 및 준 사고는 계속 발생하고 있다. 따라서 조종사의 훈련은 항공안전을 위한 가장 중요한 과제이나 각국의 규정에서 정하는 훈련과 실제 필요한 훈련 사이에 간격이 있어, 이를 향상하기 위해서 역량기반훈련을 기반으로 한 부조종사 자격제도(Multi-Crew Pilot License, MPL), 증거기반훈련(Evidence Based Training, EBT), 향상된 자격프로그램(Advanced Qualification Programme, AQP)이 개발되었다. 항공 선진국의 항공사들은 기존의 법정 요구량 충족위주 훈련과 항목 중심의 획일적인(One size fits all) 훈련의 패러다임을 개선하여 국제민간항공기구(International Civil Aviation Organization, ICAO)와 국제항공운송협회(International Air Transport Association, IATA)에서 제시하는 데로 개인의 역량을 더 향상 시킬 수 있는 효율적인 훈련 프로그램을 실시하여 사고 유발 인적요인을 감소시키고 있다. 역량을 중심으로 하는 조종사 훈련은 변화하는 복잡한 환경에서 예상하지 못한 위협이 발생하였을 때, 조종사들이 적절히 대처 할 수 있는 레질리언트 크루(Resilient Crew)를 양성하는 데 효과적이다.

The purposes of this study are to understand the relationship between training program components and training performance in public sector. Training program components(training planning, trainer's teaching ability, trainee's motivation to learn, training contents) and the social support(superior's support, peer's support) that are supposed to affect the training performance were chosen by the literature review. There are 20 hypotheses based on literature reviews and tested by the data from questionnaires. It is turned out to be partly significant positive relationship between the training program components and training performance. The contribution and limitations of this research were discussed, and the future researches were mentioned.

현재 사격 및 전술훈련에 반드시 필요한 실전적인 소대급 이하에 적용 가능한 범용의 특화된 레이저 발사기를 활용한 사격 및 전술훈련 시스템의 개발이 필요하다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 사격 및 전술훈련에 필요한 개발 규격 및 사양은 군부대 표준규격을 적용하고, 개발 제품에 대한 성능평가는 군부대 및 경찰사격장 및 전술훈련장에 설치하여 사용자 요구사항을 기준으로 테스트 및 평가하여, 소대급 이하 전문 사격 및 전술훈련용 장비를 개발한다. 실질적인 소대급 이하 사격 및 전술훈련용으로 레이저 발사기, 격발장치, 감적장치, 각종 제어모듈 개발을 통하여 유 무선 송수신을 체계화하여 통합 제어 시스템을 구축함으로써, 실제 총기에 레이저 발사기를 부착하여 사격 및 전술훈련용으로 다양한 기술 확보를 통하여 관련 시장 선점 및 관련 산업활성화에 기대할 것으로 전망된다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of self care training program on motor function of upper limb and self-efficacy in chronic stroke patients. This study selected 20 chronic stroke patients in local community men. The subjects carried out self care training program be composed of task oriented training for 40 minutes, 4 times per week for 6 weeks. Manual function test(MFT), digital grip dynamometer, self-efficacy scale were used to evaluate motor function of upper limb and self-efficacy during pre and post intervention. In MFT and hand grip force test, the post outcome were significantly increase than the pre outcome(p<.05). In self-efficacy evaluation, the post outcome of was significantly improve than the pre outcome(p<.05). The result of this study show that the self care training program be composed of task oriented training may be appropriate for improving the motor function of upper limb and self-efficacy in chronic stroke patients. This will enable the application of self care training program in rehabilitation therapy of chronic stroke patients and it will help guide the selection of the therapist as one therapeutic basis

In an attempt to analyze the policy priority on civil servant's education training policy as human resource management in this study, a positive analysis with the experts using AHP method was conducted. Summarizing the outcome of the study; First, in terms of relative priority of the evaluation elements by sector, the education training operation system, among education training program, education training evaluation, and education infrastructure, was analyzed as the most important element. Second, as a result of analyzing the priority of detail sectors of civil servant's education training, Action learning education program was proved to be the top priority project education training program aspect and education training operation system was also evaluated as the top priority project in education training agency budget expansion aspect, education training and personnel administration link was evaluated as the top priority project education training evaluation, and trainer secure was proved to be the top priority education infrastructure. Such outcome of the project is expected to make commitment for evaluating the civil servant's education training policy.

연안선은 국제항해 선박에 비해 상대적으로 사고의 위험성은 높으나 이에 대응할 훈련기반이 취약하다. 본 연구에서는 연안선의 화재 및 퇴선상황에서의 승무원의 행동특성을 모델링하고 연안선 환경과 특성에 맞는 CBT용 훈련 프로그램을 개발함으로써 비상시 연안선 승무원의 사고대응 능력을 제고하고자 한다. 특히 이를 위해 연안 여객선에서 여객 대피를 위해 필요한 요소를 검토하여 개선점을 파악하여 프로그램 개발에 반영하고자 한다.
