충청타임즈 '임진왜란은 활자전쟁이었나' 취재팀은 현존 최고(最古) 금속활자본이자 유네스코 세계기록유산에 등재된 '직지'등 고려시대와 조선초 금속활자 인쇄술이 임진왜란을 통해 일본에 전래된 흔적을 찾아 집중 조명하기 위해 최근 일본 현지취재를 진행했다. 이에 본 지에서는 이번 일본 취재 팀장으로 활동한 한인섭 부장의 기고를 통해 한국이 일본의 인쇄문화에 미친 영향을 알아 본다.

인천시의 자매도시간 교류의 일환으로 일본의 기타규슈와 후쿠오카, 뱃부, 나카사키 일대를 지난 1월 19일부터 5일간의 여정으로 테마여행을 다녀왔다. 탐방단은 인천의 시민단체, 교사, 학생, 전문가, 대학교수, 공무원 등 120명으로 구성되었다. 이번 일본방문은 지방자치시대의 시민모임 활성화와 다양한 직업을 가진 각계 각층 사람들의 눈을 통해 자신과 인천 그리고 국가의 미래를 생각하게 하는 정보 및 인식공유의 계기가 되었다.

Along with the increase of demand of radio communications and with the rapid progress of communication systems, the radio frequency interference of neighbor nations is a matter of argue. This problem is a delicate matter which must be dealt diplomatically with by having a distinct technical back ground. After the radio interference has been experienced in the Korean TRS service on the south seashore due to the base stations including the Fukuoka station in Japan, the radio interference problem between neighbor nations has become the matter of conflict. For the purpose to solve this problem, we has measured the radio waves that come from Fukuoka in Japan mainly to Pusan in Korea and also collected data in real-time.

The horizontal response spectra using the observed ground motions from 15 Fukuoka earthquake series, including main earthquake (2005/03/20; Mw=6.5), were analysed and then were compared to both the seismic design response spectra (Regulatory Guide 1.60), applied to the domestic nuclear power plants, and the Korean Standard Design Response Spectrum for general structures and buildings (1997). 178 horizontal ground motions, without considering soil types, were used for normalization with respect to the peak acceleration value of each ground motion. The results showed that response spectrum have strong dependency on epicentral distance. The results also showed that the horizontal response spectra revealed higher values for frequency bands at two frequency bands (about 8 - 10 and 16- 20 Hz) than Regulatory Guide 1.60. The results were also compared to the Korean Standard Building Design Spectrum for the 3 different soil types and showed that thehorizontal response spectra revealed higher values for almost all period bands than the Korean Standard Response Spectrum (500 yrs; Return Period; Seismic province 1; SE soil conditions). Through the qualitative improvements and quantitative enhancement of the observed ground motions, the diversity of the observed ground motions should be considered more significantly to improve the certainty of response spectrum.

The apparent source spectrum of the Fukuoka earthquake is estimated at the seismic basement by removing from the observed spectra at Korean seismic stations the path and site responses that were previously revealed through inversion process applied to large spectral D/B accumulated until 2004. The approximate source spectrum is also estimated by using data recorded near the epicenter from various Japanese seismic networks and compared with the Korean source spectrum. 본 협회가 주관한 한국가톨릭병원협회 수도 성직자를 대상으로 일본 가톨릭계 병원 견학 및 성지순례가 2012년 4월 12일부터 19일까지 7박 8일 동안 9개 기관에서 사제 2명, 수녀 11명, 수사 1명, 협회 2명, 총 16명이 참석한 가운데 진행되었다. 병원 견학은 성프란치스코병원(나가사키현 나가사키시), 성마리아병원(나가사키현 고토시), 성마리아병원(후쿠오카현 구루메시)이었으며 나가사키, 소토메, 고토 지역 성지순례를 겸하고 돌아왔다.
