  • 간이 측정기에 대한 연구는 실내공기 오염의 연구에서 인체가 작업장에서 실내 대기오염물에 노출이 되는 정도를 평가하기 위하여 개발되었다. 처음에는 주로 포름알데히드나 이산화질소를 측정하기 위하여 개발되었으나, 최근에는 오존을 측정하는 방법으로도 개발되고 있다. 오존을 측정하는 간이 측정기의 개발을 위해서는 오존과 선택적으로 그리고 정량적으로 반응하여 오존을 포획하는 시약을 선정하는 작업과 이때 사용된 포집용 filter 선정의 작업이 중요하다. 또한 오존 포획 담체의 분석 방법도 중요한데, 간이 측정기를 통하여 경제성을 높이고 별다른 후처리 작업 없이 현장에서 바로 색도 변화로 오존을 분석할 수 있는 방법이 추천되는 추세이다.   • 본 논문에서는 deconvolution 알고리즘 중에 하나인 Richardson-Lucy deconvolution 의 개선된 알고리즘을 제시한다. Richardson-Lucy deconvolution 의 단점인 반복횟수가 증가할수록 노이즈도 같이 증폭되는 현상을 소개하고 이를 개선하기 위해 기존 알고리즘에 전, 후처리 필터를 이용하여 노이즈 증폭을 억제한다. 또한 다른 노이즈 증폭을 억제하는 알고리즘과 제안된 알고리즘의 비교를 통해서 제안된 알고리즘의 성능을 보여준다.

  • 본 논문에서는 움직임 추정(Motion Estimation, ME), 색상 라벨링(Labeling) 그리고 Non-Local means 필터 등을 이용하여 2D 영상을 3D 입체 영상으로 변환하는 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법에서는 프레임 간의 움직임 추정 방법을 사용하여 물체의 움직임 벡터를 추출하며 색상 라벨링 작업을 통해 세밀한 객체를 추출한다. 객체를 추출한 후 영상을 이동시켜서 우영상을 생성한다. 우 영상을 생성하는 과정에서 채워지지 않은 화소들이 발생하는데 전체 화소의 상관도를 고려하는 Non-local means 필터를 사용하여 이 부분을 처리한다. 생성된 우 영상과 원본 영상인 좌 영상으로 비월주사(interlace)하여 최종 3D 입체 영상을 생성한다.

  • Real sized open type biofilter system was manufactured to control the odor generated from the agitated composting system which composted swine manure and sawdust mixtures. The aim of this research was to develop a biofilter system using matured compost and to evaluate the performance of the biofilter system. Average ammonia reduction rate through the biofilter was 84% during about two month period of composting. The maximum ammonia concentration after filtering was 45ppm lower than allowable value of 50ppm. It was concluded that compost can be used as a biofilter materials.

  • As the demand for various multimedia service increases the technology that utilizes image as information transfer method develops rapidly. Though average filter, median filter and weight filter etc. have been proposed to remove various noises that are added to images, the existing methods are short of noise removal and edge reservation performance. Therefore, in this paper an algorithm, in which noise is decided at the first hand, and then it is processed through modified median filter and adaptive weighted average filter, is proposed to effectively remove the complex noise that has been added to an image. And it was compared with existing methods through simulation and PSNR(peak signal to noise ratio) has been used as a criterion.

  • Image signal is corrupted by various noises in image processing, many studies are being accomplished to restore those images. In this paper, we proposed a cascade filter algorithm for removing random valued impulse noise. The algorithm consists two steps that noise detection and noise elimination. Variance of filtering mask and center pixel variance are calculated for noise detection, and the noise pixel is replaced by estimated value which first apply switching self adaptive weighted median filter and finally processed by modified weight filter. Considering the proposed algorithm only remove noise and preserve the uncorrupted information that the algorithm can not only remove noise well but also preserve edge.

  • Generally, most significant information of images is included in the object regions. Thus, this paper proposes the object regions prior transmission method using the bidirectional round filter. The proposed method extracts the object regions, and then transmits the wavelet coefficients of the object regions, prior to others, in the encoding procedure using SPIHT So, it makes significant image information be restored faster than others for a short time. Consequently, through the proposed method the significant information of images is able to be recognized at a low bit rate and the condition of the continuous transmission is decidable by recognizing significant information fast, so that the searching time and efficiency can be improved.

The removal characteristics of PCB by catalyzed fabric filter (촉매 처리된 여과재에 의한 PCB 처리특성)

  • In order to solve the reproduction problem of PCB, we carried out poly chlorinated biphenyl (PCB) removal at low temperature (< $220^{\circ}C$), which could not take place reproduction of PCB by over 90% on catalyst. We coated catalyst to commercial bag filter for simultaneous removal of PCB and particle. It was found that PCB could be not reproducible due to it's decomposition of benzene ring. The coating method of spray type was more useful than that of precipitation one. PCB removal conversion was highest on the Pt-Co catalyzed bag filter. The data of this study can be well used in order to remove PCB and particle simultaneously for incinerator process by substituting commercial bag filter to catalyzed bag filter.

Application of Adaptive Loop Filter for NRT-Based Stereoscopic Video Coding (비실시간 기반 스테레오스코픽 비디오 부호화를 위한 적응루프필터 적용기법)

  • A stereoscopic 3D video service is able to provide a 3D video service while keeping backward compatibility with the existing 2D video service. In the terrestrial digital television (DTV) system, a stereoscopic video codec is required to have high coding efficiency in order to provide a 3D video service in the same channel capacity. A hybrid codec consisting of MPEG-2 for base video and H.264/AVC or HEVC for 3D auxiliary video is considered. Furthermore, Non-Real-Time (NRT) delivery of stereoscopic video is also considered as a service scenario for 3DTV services to overcome the limited bandwidth. In this paper, we propose a stereoscopic video coding scheme using adaptive loop filter (ALF) which had been considered in HEVC as a pre-/post-filter for enhancing coding efficiency in NRT-based 3DTV services. In order to apply ALF as a post-filter to the reconstructed additional view coded by H.264/AVC, we devise a method in which ALF is adaptively applied based on a structure determined by using macroblock (MB) coding information such as MB mode type and reference index instead of coding unit (CU) structure on which ALF is applied in the HEVC. Experimental results shows that the proposed stereoscopic video coding scheme applying ALF obtains up to 24.9% gain of bit saving.
