1-Dimensional Cluster-Based Sequence Equalizer(1-D CBSE) lessens computational load, compared with the classic maximum likelihood sequence estimation(MLSE) equalizers, and has the superiority in the nonlinear channels. In this paper, we proposed an algorithm of searching for optimal training sequence that estimates the cluster centers instead of time-varying multipath fading channel estimation. The proposed equalizer not only resolved the problems in 1-D CBSE but also improved the bandwidth efficiency using the shorten length of taming sequence to improve bandwidth efficiency. In experiments, the superiority of the new method is demonstrated by comparing conventional 1-D CBSE and related analysis.

자원이 풍부한 언어를 사용하여 훈련된 모델을 만들고 해당 모델을 사용해 자원이 부족한 언어에 대해 전이 학습하는 방법인 교차언어 전송(Cross-Lingual Transfer)은 다국어 모델을 사용하여 특정한 언어에 맞는 모델을 만들 때 사용되는 일반적이고 효율적인 방법이다. 교차언어 전송의 성능은 서비스하는 언어와 전송 모델을 만들기 위한 훈련 데이터 언어에 따라 성능이 매우 다르므로 어떤 언어를 사용하여 학습할지 결정하는 단계는 효율적인 언어 서비스를 위해 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 교차언어 전송을 위한 원천언어를 찾을 수 있는 특성이 무엇인지 회귀분석을 통해 탐구한다. 또한 교차언어전송에 용이한 원천 학습 언어를 찾는 기존의 방법론들 간의 비교를 통해 더 나은 방법을 도출해내고 한국어의 경우에 일반적으로 더 나은 원천 학습 언어를 찾을 수 있는 방법론을 도출한다.

This study investigates the basic elements of film acting based on Lee Strasberg's emotional memory. Acting in Korean film and TV drama often meets difficult circumstances. Therefore, I strongly suggest Lee Strasberg' American Method to film actors and students. This method refers to affective memory that Lee Strasberg devised for film acting at the Actors Studio. Another main point of this method is to overcome difficulties created from the camera use and shooting process. It is evident practicing affective memory would help actors perform better in their field.

This Paper describes a quantitative analysis of Postural balance training using virtual bicycle system. We have used a virtual bicycle system that combines virtual reality technology with a bicycle . In this experiment, 20 normal adults were tested to investigate the influencing factors on Postural balance. Several factors including cycling time. cycling velocity. number of times of Path deviation, center of Pressure(COP) . and weight shift were extracted and evaluated to quantify the extent of control. Also, To improve the effect of balance training, we investigated the usefulness of visual feedback information by weight shift The results showed that the system was effective Postural balance rehabilitation training device and. in addition. the analysis method might have a wider applicability to the rehabilitation field.

The purpose of this study is to analyze 62 questionnaires from November 3rd to November 25th, 2016 for those who received more than one skill improvement training at Korea Polytechnic University.Using IBM SPSS Statistics 19, factor analysis 18 factors were used to derive six factors and the significance was verified as p = .000. First, The correlation coefficient between friendship and training characteristics was the highest at .735, and the technical content and effectiveness were in the order of 730. Therefore, it is required to provide an organized and systematic educational environment of training institutions. Second, multiple regression analysis showed that the efficiency of the training method had a significant effect (p <.05, ${\beta}=.337$). Efficiency and Skills of Educational Methods Adults had a significant effect on job satisfaction (p <.01, ${\beta}=.437$, ${\beta}=.415$). In the educational method, the efficiency had a significant effect on job satisfaction (p <.001, ${\beta}=.552$). Third, efficiency has a significant effect on job satisfaction (p <.001, ${\beta}=.552$).There was a difference in recognition of efficiency and job satisfaction. In this study, it is meaningful to verify the effect of education and training on job satisfaction.

Vocational training efficiency and participation was intended to try to find a reliable demand survey methods to find ways that can be maximized. The exact demand investigation may be the most important factor that can improve the quality of training. Furthermore, the training is due to inaccurate demand as research shows the result of ineffective training because of low participation. Four methods of demand survey are used in the form of large mail, telephone, electronic and face-to-face. This paper describes the demand survey that has been carried out through the training of human resources in the training business that suits description local industry human resource development (HRD) consortium of Mokpo University country, proposed a method of effective demand survey.

This paper presents a VR-simulated sailor training platform for emergency in order to prevent a human error that causes 60~80% of domestic/ abroad marine accidents. Through virtual reality technology, the proposed platform provides an interaction method for proficiency of procedures in emergency, and a crowd control method for controlling crowd agents in a virtual ship environment. The interaction method uses speech recognition and gesture recognition to enhance the immersiveness and efficiency of the training. The crowd control method provides natural simulations of crowd agents by applying a behavior model that reflects the social behavior model of human. To examine the efficiency of the proposed platform, a prototype whose virtual training scenario describes the outbreak of fire in a ship was implemented as a standalone system.

In this paper, the Walsh coded orthogonal training signals for 4 × 4 multiple input multiple output-orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (MIMO-OFDM) systems are designed and the channel estimation equations are derived as a closed form, taking account of the inter training signal interference problems caused by the multi-path delayed signals. The performances of the proposed channel estimation method are analyzed and compared with the conventional methods[9,14] by using computer simulation. The simulation results show that the proposed methods has better performances, compared with the conventional methods[9,14]. As a result, the proposed method can be used for MIMO-OFDM systems with null sub-carriers.

스포츠 클라이밍에서 효율적인 등반을 위해서는 인공 암벽의 홀드 위치 및 형태에 따라 역학적으로 이득이 높은 자세를 취할 수 있도록 반복적인 훈련이 필요하다. 교육자는 초급 수준의 등반자를 교육하기 위해서 매번 직접 시범을 보여야 하는 불편함이 있다. 만약 등반자 혼자서도 자세를 배울 수 있는 사실적인 등반 애니메이션이 제공된다면, 효율적인 훈련이 가능할 것이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 게임 엔진의 역운동학 기능으로 제작 과정을 간소화하고 게임 콘솔용 깊이 카메라 기반의 모션 캡쳐 데이터를 분석 및 적용하여 올바른 등반 자세 교육을 위한 3D 캐릭터 애니메이션을 제작하는 방법을 제시한다. 향후 애니메이션이 제작되면 스포츠 클라이밍 교육 콘텐츠를 제작의 기초가 되어 기존 등반 교육 과정에서 제공하지 못했던 새로운 경험을 등반가들에게 제공할 것이다.

In this paper, through a questionnaire to currently active actors, we sought to understand their understanding of American acting methods and whether there are any particularly effective or ineffective acting training methods among various method related to this. For this, pre-questionnaire was conducted to ask about their understanding of American action methods, and post-questionnaire was conducted to find effectiveness of American acting method and effect of individual method after performing simple acting training with four representative theories of American action methods According to the analysis, the actors surveyed were not familiar with the American acting method and want to systematic methods in acting training. All of the acting training through the American acting method were effective, especially Stella Adler's imagination was the most effective method. The least effective method was Sanford Meisner's repetition. The results of this study can be used as fundamental data for introduction and utilization of American acting method in domestic acting training.
